Experiencia negativa: I would give Wedfuly zero stars if I could. We booked their services more than 10 months before the wedding and then they cancelled our contract LESS THAN 60 DAYS before the wedding! When booking, we expressed concern for the fact that the wedding is outside at sunset and that they needed to have a videographer who could manage the lighting shift. We were assured that they would find someone who could do that. Then they backtracked and said, “we only work with certain videographers. We won’t find one for your wedding,” but assured us that they would make sure the videographer was able to do the job. Then their designated videographer said he wasn’t comfortable with the lighting change. I have been working in the video industry for over a decade. An experienced videographer knows how to set lighting and adjust in camera for the shift. Whoever they are using is either inexperienced or just lazy. So they just cancelled our contract without giving us the opportunity to find a new videographer of our own. They also told us that they had been acquired, since we booked, and don’t really do weddings anymore, unless they come through the company that acquired them. Seems like a convenient excuse to drop us from their work load. If you booked a wedding before August 2023, and you have enough time to make other arrangements, I suggest you cancel now, before they find a reason to do it to you at the last minute!!

Experiencia fantástica: With an immunocompromised bride and pandemic wedding planning, we weren't sure how to include all the people we wanted to. Then, we went to a friend's online wedding hosted by Wedfuly, and realized that they were perfect for our needs! Wedfuly did a wonderful job making our very custom wedding memorable for our 150+ online guests. They also helped us navigate wifi and high winds in our outdoor venue. We heard from our guests how much they valued how personal the wedding felt, and how much it meant to be able to participate from home (and from an airplane!). In fact, some of the attendees found out about Wedfuly at our wedding and used them few months later for theirs! Highly recommend for a smooth and lower-stress wedding!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t know why it took so long to get around to making this review, but I need to give an excellent review to Wedfuly. My husband and I were married almost a year ago, and because we knew that many guests could not join us in person due to distance or infirmity or other issues, Wedfuly was one of the *absolute must haves* for our wedding. Wedfuly worked with us from communicating well with me, working skillfully with a friend of a friend who was our on-site coordinator, sending every bit of equipment needed (with easy to understand instructions) and….. working with us on the fly when things were running late and we needed an extra hour of services, which they were able to coordinate with me very easily. Our virtual guests raved about their experience. We loved our experience. Do we recommend Wedfuly? Absolutely!

Experiencia negativa: I attended by zoom a wedding by Wedfuly yesterday. There was no sound throughout the entire ceremony! Couldn't hear a thing. Also, the photographer kept going in front of the camera so you couldn't even see parts of it. It was beyond pathetic. Would give zero stars if I could.

Experiencia negativa: I just attended a wedding in person where Wedfuly was used and it was sadly an awful experience. The WiFi connection upstairs in the venue didn’t seem strong enough which led to some technical difficulties that were beyond Wedfuly’s control however if the company is serious about streaming weddings over WiFi they should really have boosters themselves or anticipate this being a problem and be able to figure out solutions before the wedding actually starts. Other issues that were very much Wedfuly’s fault seemingly based on inexperience or lack of caring is first, this wedding started over 30 minutes late because the microphones they had didn’t work. Second, whoever was managing the streaming had their own phone volume turned on and their phone rang during the middle of the ceremony so the ring came over the speakers. “Recording in progress” also was broadcast over the speakers from Zoom multiple times and interrupted the ceremony. Third, the speakers were cutting in and out and not managed well at all. There was terrible echo and feedback at a couple points and then they were turned off apparently and not back on so sadly the couple and father-daughter dances were danced to music played on an iPhone only. I do not know what the Zoom experience was so cannot speak to that but one positive was seeing the guests on Zoom, the group dance, and personal messages which was a nice touch. It did not make up for the rest of it though. I understand Wedfuly is marketed for Zoom weddings but the in person experience should not take a back seat. The couple took it in stride but I feel so terrible for them that they paid money for this service and it resulted in such an awful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: We started out wanting a huge 230-person wedding prior to the pandemic, and then, of course, our plans changed again (and again) over the next 2 years. Our in-person guest list eventually shrank to 60-ish folks, but it remained very important to us to include our many loved ones who were to attend virtually -- and for it to be an enjoyable, inclusive experience on their end! We used Wedfuly to livestream our ceremony. Wedfuly made it clear from the onset how much they cared about us and our virtual guests -- We knew we were in good hands, and it was so reassuring! Koleby was kind, empathetic, and super patient and responsive to all our questions. With her assistance, we were able to line up onsite help from a Wedfuly representative in the Boston area, who set up and manned the cameras onsite at our venue for us. Behind the scenes, the Wedfuly production team made sure our virtual guests got the full experience, switching camera angles and working with our DJ to ensure the audio came through loudly and clearly in the livestream. Our virtual guests said they really enjoyed the livestream and appreciated being able to hear everything! Koleby also suggested my fiance and I record a greeting video that played at the end of the ceremony livestream, which was a great idea and felt like a nice personal touch. (You also have the opportunity to have virtual "guest tables" with your guests afterwards so you can connect with them more directly. We contemplated doing this, but with our number of guests, we thought it would be a bit overwhelming!) Via Wedfuly, our virtual guests also had access to a virtual guestbook and a photo booth. The day after the wedding, it put a huge smile on our faces to see the smiling (sometimes very goofy) photos and sweet messages from our loved ones. Wedfuly also kindly sent us the chat stream and recording from the ceremony! We are looking forward to watching it on our 1st anniversary. :) I cannot say enough great things about Wedfuly -- It was honestly one of the best choices we made for our wedding. Our virtual guests loved it!

Experiencia fantástica: We are so thankful we found Wedfuly to help us execute our hybrid wedding in October 2021. Due to COVID-19, we decided to have a relatively small in-person wedding with about 50 guests in person and invite many more loved ones to join us virtually. Wedfuly thinks of every detail imaginable and we knew we were in good hands the first time we met with our coordinator, Koleby. She was super responsive and friendly throughout the planning process and kept our minds at ease in the lead up to the big day. Our virtual guests really appreciated how professionally run the live stream was. They especially enjoyed the opportunities to record video messages for us to watch later and join virtual reception tables with small groups of other people they knew.

We knew we would have to put our wedding plans on hold and pushed our wedding back to September 2021. Cue May of 2021 and we still weren't sure the best course of action considering our large family and friends list and the fact that we both have high risk family members. I learned about Wedfuly and Caroline while listening to an episode of The Big Wedding Planning Podcast and we finally found a way to have our wedding! Caroline was our MC for the evening and from start to finish Caroline and her team made the whole process painless. From answering our tech questions to sending out our e-invitations, the Wedfuly team supported us in so many ways we didn't know we'd need. Our guests also were in awe of how much they found themselves enjoying our virtual wedding. So many of them felt like they were right there with us which couldn't have made us any happier!

Experiencia fantástica: My fiancé and I got engaged right before March 2020 and we were in lockdown. We started to plan our wedding with perhaps having an in-person wedding the following year. As soon as we realized this pandemic may last longer that expected, we looked at options that would keep everyone safe given the pandemic. After some online research, we discovered Wedfuly! They were professional, easy-going, made you feel so comfortable about what to expect, and our Wedfuly wedding coordinator, Cass, was amazing! She answered any questions we may have at any time! All our guests loved the experience and we got a lot of “I never knew a virtual wedding could be so beautiful and emotional! I loved it!” We had the intimate wedding we wanted with all the feels and we saved money! Wedfuly knows what it is doing and we wholeheartedly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Wedfuly was wonderful. My Coordinator C.K. was amazing! She literally knew what I wanted, even the things I didn’t know I wanted to include in the ceremony. She was very patient with us. (It was a little hairy at times) The price was right compared to others we asked who couldn’t offer the same services Wedfuly could. I believe Wedfuly is a wonderful option for couples from here on out. My family and friends are scattered across the world, but they were able to attend the ceremony. It doesn’t matter how big or small your wedding is, they can handle it. I highly recommend Wedfuly!

We also have young adults children and did not want to compete with their type of 1st time wedding. When I found Wedfuly I found a GEM. Our living room wedding attended by over 200 was an absolute joy. Our friends and family were blown away. The professionalism of the Wedfuly team was amazing. Honestly, I never dreamed of having a Zoom wedding, but I can truthfully say, it was the dream wedding I never knew I wanted and wouldn’t change a single thing. When we decided to have the ceremony on Zoom we played around with doing it all ourselves… an idea that lasted for about five minutes. After much research, reviewing, and price comparing, we settled on Wedfuly. I’m sooooooo glad we did. The company, and our wedfuly wedding planner, Callaway, specifically, were phenomenal, and made everything stress-free… something I never imagined being possible (I’m a little type-A). Both Callaway and the company were so professional, caring, responsive, absolutely no pressure, respectful, and over-all went above and beyond expectations in every single arena. We were both blown away through every step, the emails and planning, the multiple tech/planning/rehearsal calls… Callaway made sure the entire process ran smoothly and every single detail came out perfectly. I can’t recommend enough. Many guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever been too, and were as surprised as we were. They quite literally gave us the wedding of our dreams.

Hope was very honest about everything and flexible with appointments. As far as add-ons, the virtual tables were a hit with guests. We loved the surprise video. Would not recommend the slideshow, and we think the best part was the group dance (not an add-on, but we were not sure if we’d have time for this.

Experiencia fantástica: Callaway at Wedfuly was great! We had guest from several countries and with different technical skill levels and everyone was able to connect. The tech setup at home was a little tricky as we had multiple locations (rooftop, living room for toasts and dining room for the cake cutting) but we were walked step by step and it worked super well. Wedfuly has it all figured out - there are several meetings with specific goals (and associated homeworks!) plus they know exactly what you need to make it work (tripods, speaker/mic, etc). We really felt we were in good hands. As others have said, a great experience from start to finish.

I happened upon their business while looking for a virtual wedding planner, and I am sooooo thankful that I did. The pandemic thwarted our carefully planned 300 guest wedding in August, but Caroline and the Wedfuly team saved the day. The wedding was amazing and perfect, and almost every guest commented on how organized and professional everything looked, and even complimented Caroline in particular. She handled every detail, was responsive via email, learned the names of all of our wedding party, and managed to be fun and professional at the same time. We got the video recording of our Zoom wedding in less than a week, and it was amazing to watch. They had all the features you needed to keep things organized, from checklists, day of timeline, links to Pinterest inspiration, etc. What really stood out to me was how personable, organized and helpful all the wedfuly staff was! Caroline, our planner Sarah, and all of the vendors were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond. Sarah was dedicated, caring, and always there for us. She checked in with us daily, always had great advice, and listened to all of our concerns. When it came to our wedding day, she had all the details organized, handled vendor communication, set up and cleaned up our decor (there was a lot is an under statement). Caroline and Sarah allowed us to enjoy our day, and handled all the big things, and the little, thoughtful things too. Wedfuly provided the best full service at an amazing price. Only regrets, we didn’t hire them sooner!
