She had great communication throughout the whole process and sent us friendly reminders / tips throughout the whole planning process. She went above and beyond on our wedding weekend between the rehearsal and our wedding day. Our wedding party knew exactly what to do during the ceremony, and everything on our wedding day went smoothly. She ensured our decor was set up so perfectly and coordinated with our vendors to keep everything on schedule. The weather for our outdoor ceremony time was looking iffy, but Wanda ensured that our “Plan B” was fully set up indoors if need be. Thankfully, we didn’t need to use it, but it made us feel so much better knowing that we had two ceremony options set up and ready to go. She also took a bunch of photos and videos from some of the most special parts of the night and sent them to us the next morning - it was so nice to have them so we could relive our favorite parts of the night!

Experiencia fantástica: We got married in Idaho Springs, CO in August 2024 and utilized Blue Linden’s Wedding Management Package. From our first meeting, Wanda was the most grounding and guiding force for us. There were times throughout the process where we would spin out on our own overthinking details. We would hop on a call with Wanda and all our concerns immediately melted away. Her experience and knowledge of the industry allowed her to ask questions we didn’t think of and answer our questions in a way that validated our concerns and resolved them comprehensively. At first, I was nervous of hiring someone I’d never met (I live in Houston but my wedding was in Colorado), but she was so pleasant to work with and I knew on our first phone call that she would be the one. Very communicative throughout the process, when I wasn’t sure of a decision I appreciated her opinion/advice, my family and friends absolutely adored her, day of she calmed my nerves and handled everything seamlessly. When a multi hour highway closure prevented any of our guests and vendors from getting to our venue on time, Wanda was immediately on the phone with local authorities trying to figure out alternate travel options, coordinating plans with all of our vendors, and working with venue staff on the ground to figure out every way to make our wedding happen. She helped get all of the vendors there and thanks to her relationships they all gladly agreed to stay an hour late at our wedding because of the delayed start. Despite the chaos, late arrivals and a 90 minute delay, Wanda didn't miss a single detail we had planned for our wedding and everything was set up and executed perfectly. Experiencia fantástica: (For those that like a bit of a background: we chose to have our wedding at a church in downtown Denver and the wedding reception in Sedalia, CO. We were looking for a wedding planner who could help us navigate the vendors, timeline, and coordination of transporting approximately 150 guests from one location to another. Along with this, the majority of our guests were from out-of-state and flying in that weekend.) How can we thank Wanda enough?! Wanda, Founder of Blue Linden Weddings and Events, worked with my husband and I for our wedding in June 2023 as our wedding planner. She was outstanding! From our very first conversation together, Wanda put us at ease with the wedding planning process and was extremely knowledgeable. She didn’t miss a beat in helping us streamline our thoughts and desires, helping us bring our vision to life. For instance, she provided a month-to-month checklist of to-dos leading to the wedding day. She also included samples for the day-of-the wedding timelines. These were helpful in deciding how we wanted to execute our wedding. Her communication was quick and responsive. She sent reminder emails and was open to phone calls, as needed. She also mediated between our vendors and venues, allowing us to be more focused on the details we enjoyed like cake tasting and picking out our linens. Furthermore, she had amazing connections with many of the local vendors, making conversations with those that we hired natural, organized and overall flawless. She is knowledgeable in the Denver area, with excellent recommendations for places our out-of-state guests would like to explore and enjoy while in Colorado. On the day of our wedding, she was there for the both of us every step of the way. She made the day seem effortless, allowing us to enjoy the time spent together with our friends and families, and took care of any of the unforeseeable issues on the big day. She went above and beyond, going to both venues at our request, helping set up before the ceremony and checking in on the bride and groom to make sure we were well taken care of throughout the day. She was very professional, kind to all our guests, and we never felt like she was overbearing in any way. Wanda is the expert at all things wedding, her wisdom, guidance & attention to detail are remarkable. She makes you feel like her only client & she wants your day to be perfect for you. She listens to your vision & makes it happen. She becomes your friend. My daughter & I were planning between two states. Wanda kept us organized, she sends to do reminders along the way, made perfect vendor recommendations & coordinated all vendors for day of. We had a unique venue & she met us there with vendors 4 months prior to the wedding. She planned the layout for tables, chairs, band, bars etc. This was so helpful. When we were overwhelmed a call with Wanda would bring instant relief. She responds quickly & is available by phone or email. We could not envision the day of timeline, trying to coordinate with buses transporting guests from hotels to venue. This was stressful. A call with Wanda & within a few hours we had a detailed timeline. Stress gone. And the timeline worked out almost to the minute! There were a couple minor issues at the reception & Wanda & her assistant Tina were true professionals & handled them so we weren’t involved. Wanda is a lot of fun & she interacted with our guests & we received many compliments on our choice. She did so many unexpected things for us : picked up our dessert cookies on her way to the venue, set up the dessert table, got other vendors to take down tables & chairs & the list goes on. Wanda left us nothing to be concerned or stressed about leading up to & day of wedding. The wedding was perfect, lots of fun & a dream. I wish I had another daughter so I could work with Wanda again. Experiencia fantástica: Wanda was truly the biggest blessing I could have asked for during both our engagement and our wedding. She is extremely professional, helpful, timely and always has your best interest while designing exactly what you want for your wedding day. During our engagement Wanda gave many recommendations, checklists to keep me on time and just general check ins to make sure wedding stress wasn't getting to be too much. She helped me adapt our wedding day timeline to create the most perfect day. During the wedding, all stress melted away when Wanda showed up. She took the reigns, knew where everyone needed to be, where everything needed to be placed, what to do when it rained right before our ceremony and did whatever it took to get my dress bustles when we couldn't get it figured out. Wanda was such a calming presence on my wedding day and I could not imagine it without her. Wanda has been the coordinator for not only my wedding, but my cousin's wedding and several of our friends. Clearly she is amazing and I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a wedding coordinator.

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot describe the amount of care, detail, and support that Wanda provided for our big day. We got engaged in Summer of 2021 and picked out a date quickly for July 2023. Wanda was the first vendor we hired after picking our venue and she was there every step of the way. I knew I wanted to plan most of the decor as I was DIYing everything myself, but I needed assistance picking vendors, developing a timeline, and day of help setting up and cleaning up. Wanda was extremely fair in telling us which of Blue Linden’s packages we should pick given we had already picked a venue, and even gave us advice on what to ask other wedding planners we were interviewing (since I was having a hard time coming up with helpful questions, since I’ve never planned a wedding before haha). Once we hired her, she immediately sent over a vision board to help me plan our decorations, a to do list, and vendor recommendations for the remainder of our vendors. Every single one of our vendors (with the exception of photography since we were using our engagement photographer) was recommended by Wanda, and in our interviews with them, every single vendor stated: “Oh you are working with Wanda? Your day is going to be absolutely perfect”. This statement is SO SO SOOOOO true. Leading up to the wedding, we had the normal wedding nerves and last minute frantic calls and texts to Wanda (like all couples do), but she handled every hurdle we threw at her. Then our wedding day: it was absolutely perfect. I woke up the morning of the wedding to a text from Wanda saying to enjoy the day and she can’t wait to see us! In hair and makeup, my only focus was getting to spend time with my bridesmaids and moms, Wanda and her team handled everything else. I then went to first looks with my husband, and Wanda and her team continued to handle everything. It sounds crazy, but I didn’t have to think about or make any decisions on our day. It was the most carefree day I had experienced in a long time (which is CRAZY to say) and my memories will forever be spending time with the people I love, in a place I love, all thanks to Wanda's hard work. We hired them for day-of coordinating, but also had the relief of their assistance with some of the planning process. The months leading up to my "month of" contract with Wanda, she was reaching out with little reminder emails and "things to consider" to keep me on schedule as I continued my wedding planning. She was always available to answer and email, phone call, or text and made time for me leading up to the wedding. I was so impressed during our final walk through how on top of everything Wanda and her team was. She was asking such good questions and making sure all details small and large were taken care of! She creates such a positive, warm environment that other vendors enjoy being a part of. My friends and family adored Wanda. We are a rowdy bunch and when it came to the rehearsal and ceremony, she knew how to keep everyone in line while also being playful, it was the perfect balance! I was getting comments all weekend from friends and family about how cool and awesome our wedding coordinator was. Ultimately, Wanda made us the priority and really looked out for us. On the day of she made sure we were fed, had a drink in hand, and were having the best day. I cannot recommend Wanda and her team enough. She is a rock star at her job and you can tell when working with her how much she truly loves it!

Our original date was in 2020 and Wanda worked diligently with us on rescheduling and was willing to work with our new 2021 date even though she had conflicts later in the weekend. My own wedding was my only experience being in a wedding, so everything was very new to me on how things would operate. It was so helpful that she had experience with my venue in the past and was able to work as a team with them instead of every vendor being siloed. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I really do attribute a big part of that being due to Blue Linden. Everything was kept on time and they would ensure to check in with us to make sure everything was going as expected. I would do it all over again if I could have Wanda and team!

We had to postpone our wedding a year because of COVID-19 and our previous wedding day coordinator was unable to accommodate our new date. She took charge of all the details, coordinated with all of our vendors and made sure everything leading up to the wedding went smoothly. Experiencia fantástica: Blue Linden Weddings just did my son's wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Wanda gave such attention to detail and was so personable and attentive to anything that the bride and groom wanted, as well as giving her professional advice. What set them apart from others, is the small things that we never even thought of that Wanda did, such as taking personal responsibility for sending in the marriage license, so that we did not have to designate anyone to do that. Also, when the bride and groom were leaving for the hotel at the end of the evening, she boxed up extra meals and dessert for them and put it in their limo, to serve as a much needed snack/meal for the end of a long day. Additionally, the rehearsal went smoothly and again, with great detail as to how everyone would be scheduled and lined up, along with making everyone comfortable and setting up for the most visually attractive scene for lasting photos. As a parent, I had no worries at all and along with the bride and groom, was able to relax and know that everything would be wonderful! Much gratitude goes to Wanda and Blue Linden for all of her work for the most beautiful day that we could have hoped for!

Experiencia fantástica: Simply put, Wanda knows how to get things done! From the very first phone call, she put me at ease with her obvious knowledge of the wedding planning process. She is thorough, timely and really looks out for her clients. We had a bit of a rough time with our original venue due to COVID concerns and Wanda was right there to listen to me vent, answer my questions and didn’t even blink an eye when we changed locations a little over a month before the big day. In fact, we even felt a little silly still having a planner given the extremely scaled back version, but I am so glad we had Wanda there! Then add on the uncertainty of the world right now and the trials and tribulations that come along with planning a wedding during COVID-19. From the minute we spoke to Wanda on the phone, we knew we were in excellent hands. We felt like we were talking to an old friend. Wanda was there to help us every step of the way! Once we were faced with COVID-19, Wanda immediately went in to high gear and we scheduled additional planning calls to put our heads together. We knew we needed to get as creative as possible to plan a wedding, while the world was shutting down around us. Our wedding date of July 17th was important to us, as it was the anniversary of my parents. My fiance and I were committed to honor this special date and share our wedding anniversary with them. Wanda helped us pull off our dream wedding, against all COVID-19 odds. Wanda always kept our wedding vision in mind and ensured that we were able to host guests at our wedding in a safe and social distancing manner, without compromising our overall wedding dreams. Wanda did an amazing job of keeping us updated on all government and local changes that were occurring in the wedding and event industry. She was always available to hop on a call or text to go over questions and concerns we had. She was open and honest with us, while still remaining a positive voice of reason for us. She wasn't going to let COVID-19 stops us. One way or another, she was going to help make our wedding dreams come true! And she did just that! The day of the wedding, we knew that Wanda and her team had all of the planning, decorating and timelines under control. As an event planner myself, it was such a relief to know that Wanda was ensuring that the day would be perfect. This allowed us to relax, truly soak it all in and enjoy the day. We found out 7 days before our wedding day that we would have to move the entire event to our home due to covid-19 concerns.. and then on top of that had a complete downpour the entire day. Wanda knew exactly what to do every step of the way. She was such an amazing voice of reason and support to us during such a chaotic time. I can’t even begin to explain how reassuring it was knowing that Wanda was there on our wedding day to take care of anything and everything. It allowed us to be totally present with our loved ones and take in the whole day together.

She and her team worked tirelessly to make sure I had the best wedding day I could imagine, being the go-betweens for vendors and an amazing sounding board for my ideas, even pitching in great ideas of her own when I came up blank. On the day of the event, Wanda's presence and amazing management skills allowed me to freely get ready without worry of set up or coordination of the event, even when last minute rain interfered with original plans to have the entire wedding and reception outdoors; she quickly came up with a new set up and changed it to cater to the venue without needing to pull me away from what I was doing. She headed off the arriving guests and managed the day beautifully. She coordinated with on-site vendors, even making sure my husband and I had food at our table before the other guests even went through the buffet line, allowing us time to peacefully, though quickly, eat something and be available to chat with guests while they enjoyed the reception. Basically, without her and her team, I don't think my day would be as beautifully remembered as it is.

Experiencia fantástica: We hired Wanda and her team for full service planning. She was there from the beginning to the very end. Because of her our day was fantastic! If there was a problem that occurred during the day my husband and I never knew. The day of her and her team were on top of everything and we didn't have to lift a finger or worry. During the planning process she was a rockstar. If we needed her help, she was there for us. We were planning a wedding from Tennessee and she was great helping us find local vendors in Colorado and running errands we couldn't be there to do and if we had questions or needed advice she was always there to guide us. She even let us ship decorations to her house ahead of time and stored them for us. There was a snafu the night before our final venue walkthrough where the caterer emailed us at 5pm and said that they weren't going to be there the next morning for the walkthrough. Wanda went to bat for us and turned into protective mama bear and we had someone there the next morning. I still don't know how she managed it. I can honestly say that without Wanda our day would not have been as fantastic as it was.

Everybody told us how terrible, rushed, and chaotic it would all feel. One phone call to Wanda was all it took to ease our minds. She had our day planned down to the minute and even with blizzard conditions the morning of we ran AHEAD of time with no stress (not even Mother Nature could throw Blue Linden off track). In fact, the day of, was the least stress I had felt in a while being a masters student, a mom, and a teacher. Now, I dont know of any groom who’s first comment out of his mouth is about the wedding planner, so that says something.
