She coordinated multiple vendors, created timelines with exceptional follow through, managed all communications, logistics, transportation, all done with meticulous follow through and a joyful smile and calming nature. She is the most detail oriented person and allowed us to be a "guest" at our wedding without a worry. Her ability to capture our vision and offer her honest recommendations made our daughter and son in law's day an unforgettable evening. Experiencia fantástica: Working with Brittany, the owner of Cloud9 weddings was the best choice we made with wedding planning. Family members gave us a hard time “you don’t need a wedding coordinator”, but once they saw all Brittany did for us, they continued to tell me how important her help was and that it was such a good idea to hire her. Not only was Brittany instrumental in our planning process, she and her assistant went above and beyond the night of our wedding to ensure the night went smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. Brittany also made our signage and invitations and did such a great job. I could write more paragraphs about how helpful she was, but overall if you’re wondering if cloud9 is “worth it” to coordinate your wedding day, I can assure you, the answer is YES.

During the planning process, she was so great at working with me and my parents and all of our personalities/stress levels. She had great recommendations, and kept our budget in mind to try and help us save here and there where possible. As someone who was like a deer in headlights with the choices we needed to make, it was amazing to know she was there to help, including picking out dinnerware/chairs and details that I really hadn't thought about. On the day of our wedding, I literally have no idea if anything went wrong - from my perspective, everything was perfect, and I'm sure she was working on the backend to make that all happen. I could write so much more, but mostly just want to express how grateful I am that we found Cloud 9 and Brittany!

Beverly was such a joy to work with us and made us feel calm and heard throughout the entire planning process. Having our ceremony and reception in two different locations added a few layers of complexity, but Beverly and her team ensured everything went flawlessly. She made sure the wedding planning process was not only on track but FUN. I'd highly recommend hiring Cloud 9 to support you with your month-of planning - you wont' regret it. I also worked with Brittany throughout the process and she was fantastic. We collaborated on a potential idea for custom invitations, and while we didn't end up working together on that front, she was as professional and creative as could be. I'd still recommend using their custom paper services if it's within your budget!

Amy helped me through every single step throughout the wedding planning process. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, creative, organized, understanding, and fun. She brought a sense of calm to the whole experience and went above and beyond again and again, helping me problem solve when I was stressed. She facilitated beautiful and creative ideas (like lining our outdoor ceremony aisle with individual floral stems in miniature vases stuck into the ground) that I would have never thought of. She helped my vision come to life (even when I often didn't have a vision) and kept everything on track. She even surprised me the day of by showing up early to check on me to ensure that I had everything I needed. Amy's day of assistant, Mary, was also very hardworking and thoughtful. Working with Cloud 9 is easily some of the best money I've ever spent. Worth every single cent.

Experiencia fantástica: Brittany Cook was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so kind, responsive, knowledgeable, organized and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I was extremely indecisive and overwhelmed when we first started planning. She made it so easy for us to focus on one thing at a time and made the whole planning process feel much more manageable. Brittany connected with all of my vendors to coordinate timelines, address questions, etc. so there was as little on mine and my mom's plates as possible. She sat in on all vendor calls to make sure she was in the loop with everything for the wedding day. She sent weekly focuses as we got closer to the big day as well helping to keep us on track. On the day of the wedding, she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for myself, my new husband and the rest of my family. She made sure every item was exactly where it needed to be and every detail was perfect, kept us on schedule (even when the weather had other plans!), captured videos throughout the night that we otherwise wouldn't have had and really allowed us to enjoy the evening. I can't say enough positive things about Brittany Cook and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to plan a wedding! She is the BEST!!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the pleasure of working with Amy, and Cloud 9 Weddings for Jay & Abby's wedding at Crooked Willow Farms. As a professional entertainment company (we provided the DJ for this wedding), it's crucial to be able to communicate effectively with the planner, and when that planner is very easy to communicate, and work with, the entire wedding becomes so much more of the perfect day for the couple. Amy Walness was exactly that! Detail oriented, an amazing team player, very helpful in coordinating all of the important transitions, worked with our DJ on gathering & organizing all of the individuals involved in the various activities to assure each moment was perfectly planned, timed, and executed. The groom was a DJ, and this was a destination wedding, and it was crucial to him, that this was a massive dance party! Only a flawless day, building up to the dance party, could have made this what it was. And we have Amy to thank!! We hope to work with Amy, and the entire Cloud 9 Team on future events! 10 out of 10!!

We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and she was instrumental in helping us check availability with our vendors and modifying our contracts with them. She helped getting final details together and with a lot of the paper products. Everything turned out so well. She had a great feel for transitions at our venue and we got multiple compliments on how seamless it was transitioning from one aspect of the wedding to another. Experiencia fantástica: It was an absolute pleasure working with Amy from Cloud 9. Amy was our “Month of Coordinator” although she worked with us even ahead of the month of. I am the Mother of the Bride living here in Colorado Springs, while my daughter, Zoe’ and now son-in-law Morgan, live in CA. Both Zoe’ and Morgan’s hearts belong in Colorado and the wedding was planned in Larkspur, CO. So to start Amy had her hands full to keep us all organized and on the same page from a distance. Amy was very quick and responsive to all our e-mails. Amy was so open and receptive to our visions and wishes and just completed the whole package. On the day of the wedding my biggest fear was being too stressed to enjoy this special time. Amy took all the stress out even when I would begin to feel a little nervous, she would reassure me “We got this, it’s under control”. She coordinated with all the vendors so well I truly had nothing to worry about. (Even an approaching rain storm during an outdoor wedding.) She took control and it all went perfect! I Can’t thank Amy enough. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Amy and her assistant did an amazing job and I am super thankful for all they did to make it as wonderful as it was. I have had many compliments on what a beautiful wedding it was and many guests said it was one of the best and funnest (if that’s even a word) weddings they had been too. Now that’s a compliment when your guests enjoyed it as much as you did. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Amy or Cloud9 as wedding planners. You can be assured you are in good hands.

The vendors Brittany found for us were all fantastic as well: florist, band ("best wedding band ever" per our guests), tent & event rentals, lodging for us and guests, etc.). Experiencia fantástica: Ann was absolutely fabulous. We had our ceremony at The Sanctuary in Sedalia. She planned every last detail and my wedding went so smoothly it was unbelievable. I was not stressed a single moment. It was amazing because everyone told me wedding planning and the wedding itself is so stressful. This was not my experience at all. I enjoyed every single moment of the wedding process, and I truly believe that it's because Ann does an amazing job and pours her heart into her clients. You will not make a mistake if you hire her. In addition, my wedding far exceeded every wedding I have ever been to. I thought it would be a nice wedding. However, it far exceed my expectations as well as my husbands. Every single person that Ann had us hire did an absolutely stunning job. When I saw my cake my jaw dropped to the floor. It was better than I could have ever expected. Literally, every single person she recommended was fabulous and far exceeded everything imaginable. Ann was also able to help us incorporate Indian themes and this went off without a hitch. Totally love her!

I can honestly say that apart from the venue, working with Ann was the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Ann is so knowledgeable, kind, organized and honest (very important when planning!). She knew most, if not all, the vendors in the area and could make an excellent recommendation based on price, style and availability. Ann and her assistant, Brittany, went above and beyond making sure every question was answered, every concern addressed, every personal item made it back to our hotel room, and that the day was exactly what we hoped. Experiencia fantástica: My now husband and I were referred to Brittany at Cloud 9 from our videographer several months before the big day. We were worried about everything coming together, especially living in LA and getting married in Colorado. We were in need of a day-of coordinator and Brittany was that and so much more from the initial phone call on! She was always very on top of everything, especially the timeline! Every email / phone call etc were all answered very promptly, fully and with care! I sent many random “bride” emails to Brittany, usually small freak-outs, and she would ease any worries right away! The months leading up Brittany was great, ensuring all vendors were communicated with and on the same page! She helped me with venue walkthroughs seeing as I lived in a different state and even offered to FaceTime me! The day of Brittany was a true life saver. I didn’t have to worry at all about the set up of the event because I trusted she had it all under control, and she did! The last thing you want as a bride is to have your wedding party or family be out setting things up, they should be enjoying the day with you! Which is exactly what Brittany gave us! Her experience in the wedding world & patience is what makes her amazing at her job. She even helped me bustle my dress! I got so many compliments from guests on “how well the night went” and that I should be an “event planner;” but I had to let them in on the fact that it was all her! She was amazing with guests and I was so happy to have her there the day of the event. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone looking for coordination of your big day. Experiencia fantástica: Cloud 9 provided over-the-top service to make our wedding day so special. Of course, they managed all the details flawlessly. What sets them apart is that they are fun to work with and they are filled with creative ideas to make your wedding uniquely you. During the process they became friends. They helped us design our non-traditional wedding ceremony and had many ideas for special touches to surprise our guests. They suggested having the wedding cake on a rotating platform. When we cut into it, the inside had the colors of the rainbow. They arranged for the cocktail napkins to have trivia questions about the wedding couple, we had a confetti drop, creative flower arrangements, original welcome bags, fun party favors, pedicabs for the guests, the list of their ideas goes on and on. We went on a family rafting trip the week before the wedding. While we were totally out of touch during this critical week, they took care of everything. We never worried about a thing. We were so pleased with Ann Marlin and Brittany Cook. Hire them! You won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: We are from Texas and needed a wedding planner who could give us great advice on vendors and help us handle everything while we were miles away. Ann and Cloud 9 were just that! We are extremely happy with how the wedding turned out and would not have been able to do it without them. We had pictured a traditional, elegant wedding and Ann was great at recommending vendors who would be great at that. A lot of the planning process revolved around pleasing our friends and family, but Ann made sure to tailor each aspect of the process to my wife and I. As Ann had promised, our guests told us that the event was more than just a nice wedding, it was a "Megan-and-Jackson" wedding. Finally, the wedding day was choreographed perfectly. We hired Ann to facilitate the design and order of our wedding invitation suite. Ann did a fantastic job presenting the countless number of wedding invitation options, and she made an effort to understand exactly what we wanted our wedding invitation suite to look like. Ann ensured that the execution of the order was 100% accurate, and that the order delivered was on-time, and of high-quality. The ordering process was seamless, and the product came out exactly as we envisioned. We are extremely pleased with the value that working with Cloud9 yielded - the pricing was very competitive, and the service was exceptional. Ann promptly addressed any questions and/or concerns, and was very easy to work with. Also, Cloud 9 arranged for creation of a custom graphic that became the "logo/brand" for our wedding day!! We hired Ann again for rights to the custom graphic, and used the art work on mostly all of our wedding signage including our escort cards, seating chart, welcome sign, and guest book which created a balanced and cohesive design. Also, I should note that my husband and I wanted to send the invitations out a few weeks earlier than the typical wedding invitation time frame so that our out of town guests had adequate time to make travel arrangements. To ensure our requested delivery date, Ann arranged to have the invitations hand delivered to our home!! As a result, the invitations were mailed out exactly when we wanted them to be!! Experiencia fantástica: If there was 96 Stars I would mark them all! Ann and her team were absolutely unbelievable in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. My current Cheese n' Kisses (wife) was (putting it politely) decently picky when it came to the detail of our big day and Cloud 9 absolutely nailed it! There were so many tiny aspects they paid attention and took care of without us even knowing! Things like, catching my wife's vale that flew off from the wind right as she started walking down the isle, to finding a random family member (that decided 5 minutes before the wedding to show up) a place to sit and food to eat, to putting up 200 tiny little table seating cards on a gorgeous rope set up. Whatever question I had as a groom was answered so quick, and made the what usually is a stressful day the most amazing experience of my life. Their whole crew were so nice, so helpful, and were super quick to get anything/everything/everyone where they need to be at the right place at the right time. I personally would've developed an ulcer had I had to deal with our wedding, but they did it with so much class, so much elegance, and with so much confidence, you would have no idea that the officiant wasn't at the venue until 5 minutes before the wedding (that happened). You want the best day of your life to run without any hiccups, and to be more memorable than you could imagine, and Cloud 9 are the people to make it happen. I GUARANTEE you won't regret it!!

We knew after a minute of talking with Ann and Angie on the phone that we absolutely needed to enlist their services; from that moment on, we knew nothing would fall through the cracks. Ann is incredibly organized and has such tasteful style. She knew just the right vendors to recommend, and while I won't be able to scratch the surface of all she did, I was especially grateful for how helpful she was in arranging appointments, making sure nothing was lost in terms of communication, and coordinating everything so that it all went off without a hitch. She was always responsive and available to trouble shoot anything that popped up. We really appreciated that Ann took the time to get to know us as a couple. Because she understood our vision and hopes for the wedding, all of her suggestions and recommendations fit who we are and made decision-making easy! We both work full-time which made it really difficult to plan a wedding in 6 months. She helped out with everything from venue, band, lighting, floral arrangements, booking a photographer, rehearsal dinner etc. Cloud 9 helped us create an incredibly beautiful wedding that had rustic elements that my wife and I wanted, merged with a very elegant and formal feel that my mother-in-law wanted. My little brother was very sick the week of the wedding and in the ICU so we were all in the hospital every day right up until the wedding (he was released from the hospital the night before! yay!) so we weren't available to answer any last minute questions or concerns but Ann and Brittany and the rest of the team made sure everything was still perfect. It was a horrible week but the wedding day was incredible thanks to Cloud 9. We finally got to relax and just enjoy our big day! So many guests came up to me at the wedding to not only compliment the wedding, but specifically brought up my wedding planners and how awesome they were. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find one, but Ann and Brittney were available and they did an awesome job leading up to and on the day of. People know you share a unique love, trust, and commitment with another person, a special bond. Our love and commitment for each other is really no different with one exception, until earlier this year most States and the Federal Government did no recognize a same sex marriage. Being gay women, we felt the sanctity of” marriage” would be one of life’s events that we would not be able to experience. However through the tireless efforts of thousands of people across the Unites States, the evolution of thinking, and an opening of hearts and minds, this all changed. Lauren and I have been in a committed relationship for over 13 years, now we could make it “ official” from a legal perspective. It was now time to begin planning the BIG event. We knew we needed help, the perfect wedding planner that would understand us and help bring our wedding to life. We searched the web, spoke to people but we could not find a “ gay wedding planner”. In passing I had a conversation with a colleague at work and he said, “ You have to call Ann Marlin at Cloud Nine. We had the BEST day and I credit all of that to the magic that Ann and her team worked. Cloud 9 took the time to understand who we were as a couple, get a great sense of our style and then communicated that brilliantly to all of our vendors to make sure that everything about our day represented US. They were extremely organized, kind, funny and so fun to work with. When it came to the day itself, everything was in place and went off without a hitch! I was able to describe the type of event and atmosphere I wanted and Ann was able to recommend three great options that met my needs (saved me hours of research!). I also really appreciate that they sell invitations in house as well. They carry many different lines and have a ton of cute options for casual gatherings and formal events. I have ordered personal stationary, holiday cards for my office, and a few event invitations from them in the past and have always been really pleased with the selection, customer service, and final product. I would definitely recommend this company. I have used them several times and will continue to use them in the future!
