Experiencia fantástica: My wedding planning experience was not anything that I ever expected because during the entirety of planning my husband was deployed. But, I had Zoe. As a military spouse, I know that many people do not understand what we walk through. Zoe met me step by step. I have no doubt that Zoe could meet any human, at any phase of their life, with kindness and understanding and on top of that plan an exceptional wedding. I have no words for what I owe Zoe and that has nothing to do with my phenomenal wedding that she most carefully curated. I always had an idea of what I wanted but Zoe took my ideas and my personality and created something beyond my wildest dreams. My wedding felt so much like ME but also elevated to a point that I wanted to cry. She thought of things I did not even know of, was conscious of my budget, and made my wedding planning experience completely stress free and enjoyable. If things went sideways on my wedding day I didn't know. What speaks volumes about Zoe is that I can hear her in many of my wedding day clips singing my praise and cheering me and my husband on. She has the purest heart and shares it with all of her brides selflessly. I would not have made it to my wedding day without Zoe and I consider her a lifelong friend and confidant. Those cheers in those videos make me smile more then I can ever say. I am forever grateful to Birch and Honey and specifically Zoe for making my wedding day everything and more.

We all know little things can go wrong day of, and if they did, I had no idea due to Zoe and her team protecting my peace and being solutions oriented. I’m not originally from Colorado, which is where I got married, so having a team make suggestions to achieve my vision was extremely important to me. I trusted every single vendor at my wedding and without Zoe, I wouldn’t have had such an amazing time the day of.

From the beginning, they were incredibly communicative and easy to work. Planning a wedding is so overwhelming, and they were so helpful in answering our questions on budgeting, coordination, etc and pointing us in the right direction. On the day of, they made everything come to life so magically! Our planner, Maggie, was so on top of every detail and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was truly a perfect day and we could not have done it without them!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the absolute gift of working with Kristin as our month-of wedding planner, and she truly went above and beyond. Kristin was involved from the start, offering excellent vendor recommendations, taking over communication as soon as we selected our vendors, and helping us craft the perfect timeline. Her calm, positive energy helped keep us focused and excited leading up to the big day. She helped us navigate wedding planning, offered input on every idea we had, and helped us to envision the day and how everything would and should come together. It was easy to trust Kristin as she seamlessly envisioned our day, even when I was having a difficult time articulating or deciding what I wanted. She was involved in every planning meeting, and always showed up extremely prepared and with positivity. On the wedding day, Kristin and her team handled every single detail flawlessly, allowing our friends and family to enjoy every moment without worrying about cleaning up or taking care of moving florals/details from the church to our reception site. My mom, the mother of the bride, has commented over and over how she did not realize how grateful she would be that she was able to be present throughout the entire wedding, all because of Kristin and her team. Kristin kept everything running smoothly, even with some uncontrollable hiccups. From start to finish, we are so grateful to Kristin for making our day everything we dreamed it would be! We cannot recommend Kristin and the Birch and Honey team enough, and will forever be grateful they were a part of our day.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I can NOT recommend this company as I personally had a terrible experience with them. I had my initial consultation with Kelsey and decided to move forward in purchasing a full-service wedding planning package + 2 extra days of events (a Friday welcome party and Sunday brunch). It felt a bit like a bait and switch because once the contract was signed, I was assigned to a different planner. This planner eventually left for whatever reason, but no one ever told me. I emailed that planner and her email bounced, so I emailed Kelsey asking what was going on. She apologized and placed me with a new planner. This new planner seemed more competent than the last and while I was disappointed in how the situation was handled, I hadn’t had my trust entirely broken yet. Until lo and behold, this 2nd planner also ends up leaving for whatever reason and it is also handled poorly. They promoted an assistant-planner to become the new lead-planner for my event(s), but I felt she was not equipped or experienced enough to take on my 3-day event. When I expressed my concerns to Kelsey, feeling that after being tossed around so many times it would make more sense for one of the co-owners (Kelsey or her sister Kristin) to step in and handle my event, she essentially said no, and I was stuck with this 3rd planner. So once again, I was disappointed in how the turnover situation was handled but tried to give the new girl a fair shot, even though our wedding weekend was fast approaching. Over the course of working with her, she made several mistakes, was missing vendor meetings, and double-booking herself. I think she had too much on her plate and that would be the fault of her employers. Ultimately, my trust was entirely broken by this point and I had no choice but to terminate my contract with them. After witnessing so many mistakes 3-months before the wedding I had no confidence that there wouldn’t be more mistakes made during the actual wedding weekend, and I didn’t want to risk it! I don’t doubt that they plan fine events under different circumstances, but because they were failing to handle things specifically listed within my contract, I no longer trusted them with handling the logistics of a multi-day, luxury event, and for this reason I would personally not recommend working with them.

Experiencia fantástica: The Birch & Honey team is absolutely lovely to have as planners if you're looking for a group that's very design-forward and ready to create something one-of-a-kind. We love having them at our venue and are always so eager to see what they create for our couples!

Experiencia fantástica: Kelsey was a huge help to our entire planning process from start to finish. She is the kindest, and helped keep us calm throughout the craziness of wedding planning. The checklists and software that she used with us were a great way of keeping our budget and to-do lists in order. Kelsey has great taste and helped us make our event beautiful! I am SO glad to have found her and had her help plan and coordinate our wedding!!! I love the creative elements she brought to our day, that I wouldn't have thought to have on my own! I am most grateful, though, for having her there on our wedding day to coordinate and correct everything behind the scenes - I'm pretty sure we had problems with/from each of our vendors, and Kelsey handled everything perfectly so that my husband and I didn't have to bat an eye! We hired Kelsey 2 years before our big day, so we worked with her for a very long time. She followed up with us consistently to ensure we were set up for success. We decided on doing a destination wedding in Europe, and we had no idea where to begin. Kelsey found our venue, our photographer, videographer, and ALL of the vendors from thousands of miles away. She communicated with the venue and took so much off our plates. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Not only did she handle ALL of the coordination for us to just enjoy our big day, she transformed the space and created an absolute dream for us. Her design eye is UNREAL! She had such a vision for our ceremony, dinner, reception. We didn't know what we were doing, so we leaned on her for everything. I couldn't have imagined not having her involved in our planning. I loved every second of working with her and getting to know her. She made a very stressful planning process SOOOO much fun! Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even begin. Hiring Birch and Honey Collective for full service planning was the best decision we ever made! We are beyond grateful for all their hard work, attention to detail, organization, and design expertise! We are two extremely busy professionals who had little to no time to plan our wedding, not to mention we had no idea what to do when it came to wedding planning -- what vendors to choose, how many flowers do you need so the room doesn't look bare, what color table cloths will accent the dark wood beams in our venue, etc. We trusted Birch and Honey with every moving piece of our wedding and they knocked it out of the park! We trusted them to make executive decisions because they are just that good (and they knew better than we did!). Laura and Carey were our lead coordinators. Those two are something special! A few things went awry on wedding day with late deliveries etc., and we didn't even notice because they handled everything so well! It's truly amazing how they were able to handle all 10+ vendors--coordinating all their different schedules, requests, and needs--with such poise. During the planning process, my now husband and I were extremely busy. There were times I turned to him and said, "I have no idea what's happening with x,y,z for the wedding planning (because I wouldn't check my personal email lol) but I'm confident Laura and Carey have it under control!" He agreed. We would then have check-in calls and were always presented with and extremely thorough outline on status and next steps, which were then sent to us via email as well. SUPER helpful for those with little spare time. Not only are Laura and Carey excellent planners, they are excellent people and super fun to be around. At one point during the middle of the dance party at our reception I even asked Laura/Carey if they would be our friends forever, and I think they said yes! Anyways, this is a long way of saying, do not hesitate to hire this team! It's worth the investment.

Experiencia fantástica: Birch and Honey Collective is the best wedding planner in Denver (and outside of Denver!). They’re extremely responsive, great to work with, and super considerate of the bride. Totally worth the bang for the buck, and I would 100% rebook them if I had to do it all over again. I had to change my florist 3 weeks before the wedding, and my assigned planner Kristin had two quotes for me from her connections within a few days and I had a new vendor by the end of the week. They take a lot of the wedding planning stress off your plate while also being wonderful to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: Where to begin! We signed on with Birch & Honey in November of 2021 for our September 2022 wedding. We chose the Month of Coordination package - our venue required it, but we are so glad for that as we could not have done our big day without it! Kelsey was fantastic to work with from the start - fast & helpful communication, reasonable pricing, and more. We were first assigned a planner on her team who sadly moved away from the Denver area this year, so they paired us with an AMAZING lead planner, Laura. It was a perfectly smooth transition. Laura and I had monthly calls to touch base on planning progress. She offered resources, advice, helped with organizing, and much much more. I miss our monthly calls! Madison was another B&H planner that was assigned to us for the day of the wedding. Between Laura & Madison, they truly did everything on the day of our wedding to ensure everything was 1000% perfect. One of my favorite moments was after we were married and walked back down the aisle, there were the Birch & Honey gals standing there to greet us with congratulations & our first drinks! We are so grateful to have worked with such a professional, fun and just all around fantastic group for our wedding planning needs. Wish we could do it all again!!!

Kelsey was so helpful during the beginning steps of wedding planning, from helping us find a venue to providing us with an amazing list of vendor recommendations to making sure we were on track with where we needed to be. We were then blessed with two of the most incredible girls from the Birch and Honey team, Carey and Angi, who were there with us the day-of. They made the day go so seamlessly and played such a huge part in making our day absolutely perfect! Carey and Angi constantly made sure we were taken care of in addition to the million other things they were doing behind the scenes. After the wedding, my mom and stepdad told me how wonderful Carey and Angi were in making the day as amazing as it was and were beyond impressed with them. It will be the best decision you will make when it comes to the best day of your life!

Experiencia fantástica: Let me just start by saying that Kelsey and her team are quite literally superheroes! I found Birch and Honey Collective on Instagram and reached out because I immediately fell in love with the vibe of weddings Kelsey puts on just through seeing photos! I worked with Kelsey for the majority of the planing process but I was also lucky enough to have both Jordana and Kelsey the day of the wedding and I seriously could not have done it without them!! Kelsey was always so quick to text/email me back and answer the millions of questions I had through the whole planning process. I chose to do the partial planning package and I am so so glad I did! I love to plan but between work and just the craziness of life I knew that I was going to need help making my vision come to life and Kelsey went above and beyond to do so. She gave me THE BEST vendor recommendations and I seriously loved each and every vendor that was a part of our perfect day - it definitely would not have been the same without them and I am so grateful Kelsey connected me with all of them! We had Jordana help us with the rehearsal and although it was my first time meeting her, she jumped right in, took care of everything and made me feel so prepared for the day of the wedding. Kelsey and Jordana were so amazing the day of the wedding and did such a beautiful job getting everything ready. I am so thankful that I had them there because I did not even feel stressed, worried or nervous once because they had everything taken care of. They made sure my husband and I had water and snacks during photos and had our meal ready for us at our table when it was time to eat dinner! Our wedding day was so so perfect thanks to Birch and Honey Collective!!!

She worked alongside us for a year and a half — Helping us choose the best vendors, make educated decisions, and answer any questions we had. She was very patient with us as we went back and forth on details and she checked in with us regularly. You can tell she is a genuine person who truly cares about her couples. I was nervous just before the wedding wondering how everything would come together (typical me), but I had no reason to worry because Kelsey and her team rocked it. Everything was better than we imagined! But for real… thank goodness wedding coordinators exist because I truly had no idea about every detail that goes into this one special day. Kelsey and the Birch and Honey Team are a great choice! We would absolutely recommend them.

Kelsey, Jordana and Jena were not only extremely attentive and quick to respond to texts or emails, but they were genuinely kind and wonderful to interact with. They knew exactly the wedding vibe I wanted and carried it out flawlessly. The morning of my wedding our band canceled last minute due to a health emergency. When Jena and Jordana broke the news to us, I felt like our reception was ruined. However, this team went above and beyond to find us a new band with the same type of music we wanted THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING. I couldn't believe it. Furthermore, I think that the new band was even better than our original. I honestly do not know what I would've done without the Birch and Honey team. They worked so hard to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch, despite weather and vendor set backs. If your on the fence, hire these gals, you won't be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved having Birch and Honey as my wedding planner, I am so glad I picked them. Kelsey helped me out a lot with getting set up vendors, and worked with me to figure out what kind of help I needed when our wedding vision changed over time. She was responsive and answered all the questions I had. Jordana was my planner and she was amazing. I chose to do month-of-coordination, and at exactly a month until my day, she really hit the ground running. She took over everything and immediately reached out to all my vendors, coordinated timing, and was at our venue for a solid 2 days during my wedding weekend. It was really nice to have someone there to meet my vendors, while I was running around in panic to get other things done. She was patient with wedding party when we were being really annoying during the rehearsal. She never complained, and I felt like she was a friend I'd known my whole life! She had awesome ideas, was super responsive, and gave me advice when I needed it. Kristen was great, as well. We had our wedding in our backyard at our house, and she was so good with keeping guests from gathering in the house. She was also with me before it was time for me to walk down the aisle. I was really anxious and could not stop bouncing around and she calmed me down. It was really nice to have her there with me. B+H has a really great team and they are all extremely knowledgeable. I truly would not have had the amazing wedding experience I had, if I had not had the team and Jordana by my side. I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about them. The amount of energy that goes into what they do, the passion and the hard work did not go unnoticed.

BRIDES/GROOMS please rethink and get a planner!! I don’t know what I would have done without Kelsey and her team, everyone mentioned how calm I was throughout the whole wedding planning process and It was because I always knew I could count on Kelsey with all my questions and concerns. She took care of literally every detail, even things that I hadn’t thought about. She was responsive, communicated with vendors, looked for vendors, found an Airbnb that allowed a micro wedding (it’s harder to find Airbnbs that allow this than you think), took care of the timeline, set up my decor, and brought my Pinterest board dreams to life!!
