Fantastic experience: Heather and Mia put on the wedding of my absolute dreams despite the curveballs that the weather threw our way at the last minute. They were attentive to every detail and went above and beyond on florals. I couldn’t have asked for more organized, kind and thoughtful wedding planners to be in charge of such an important day. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: A DREAM TEAM! Heather, Mia, Cole and crew made the wedding planning process easy. They were a delight to work with in a ofgten stressful time for brides. Heather went above and beyond helping make the wedding of our dreams come true. They all were very professional, responded immediately, calmed my nerves, told me I was not crazy when I needed assurance, planned MAGNIFICENT flower arrangements and I did not have to worry about one thing on the wedding day.mAll my guests said this was the best run and most seamless wedding they have every been to! My only regret is I was an out of town bride so now I will have to come up with other events to have in NC so I can use then again!

Fantastic experience: I barely have the words. Heather & Cole made our wedding more beautiful than I could have dreamed. From the tiny details to the big sparkling ones, to the flowers and rentals and execution of it all— supreme perfection. Every single guest said they’ve never attended a wedding like it and they all asked how long it took to plan and set up & it literally took my breathe away to see our reception space. Fantastic experience: Heather was our planner for my daughter's wedding on Wrightsville Beach in May. Where do I begin? She was very attentive to our email requests and numerous questions we had since we were planning a beach wedding out of town. Her attention to detail is incredible and she has wonderful ideas and suggestions that hadn't even crossed our minds. She also designed and provided the flowers for the wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! She definitely cares about your event and does whatever it takes to make it perfect. Fantastic experience: Our company The Pointe 14 (Stone Theatres) recently hired Port City Event Planners to develop and oversee our grand opening for the state-of-the art movie theatre in Wilmington, NC. We were incredibly pleased with her attention to detail and their willingness to get their hands dirty and make the event a huge success. They work with top vendors and oversee all of the deliveries and set up as well as full event management. One of the best openings we have ever had in our company's history! We are very pleased!
