I had thought I was on top of things as a pretty detail oriented person, but she helped up with so many things that I hadn't even thought of. Fantastic experience: Alicia was excellent, very organized, and on top of everything as well as just a very caring and calm presence throughout our time working with her for wedding reception day of coordinator services. Despite some last minute challenges like on and off rain warnings, and wrangling 80 family members for photos Alicia made sure everything was set up perfectly and ran on schedule. Fantastic experience: Bridget was my saving grace. When I first started planning our wedding I wasn’t sure I “needed” a partial planner—maybe just a day of coordinator. But as the process went along I quickly found out how much I needed someone like Bridget. She’s organized, so helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, kind… literally all the things you look for in someone to be alongside you during the planning process. We booked her for design and partial planning and I think I got way more than my moneys worth. Cannot recommend her and her team enough!! Day of had a few vendor hiccups and Bridget went right into problem solve mode, ensuring everything was what we had envisioned. We were even a bit behind schedule due to traffic with the shuttle and she managed to make it up in other areas. A true angel!!

Fantastic experience: If you don’t think you need a day-of coordinator, you’re wrong!! You need Bridget! Although I consider myself to be very organized and *thought* I didn’t need a coordinator, I couldn’t imagine our wedding without her! Bridget allowed me to be fully present throughout the weekend and I completely trusted that she had my back. You could really feel that she had control over each situation and that we didn’t need to worry about a thing. I knew I could find Bridget and she would be able to fix any problem or issues that came up (which thankfully there were very few!) She also made it a priority for us to have proper alone time, moments to just chill and appreciate the day, and didn’t mind being the ‘bad guy’ (kicking people out for certain photos/first look, etc) Bridget is laid back but incredibly diligent, personable, and has a great attitude. She blended right in with our friends and family and it was honestly a pleasure to have her around. Her communication with our other vendors was also fantastic. She also went the extra mile and gathered all of our decor at the end of the night to bring to our brunch the next day, including florals, photos, etc. Can’t say enough nice things about Bridget. Hire her!!!

Fantastic experience: We hired Bridget as our wedding coordinator, and we could not recommend her more highly! Ever the professional, she made the final months of wedding planning smooth and easy. Any fear or worry we threw at her before wedding day was immediately wiped away with her wealth of experience and knowledge. While wedding planning is a huge undertaking, she made every step feel like a breeze and her easy-going style calmed our anxieties with every conversation. She worked amazingly with all of our vendors and created a day-of timeline that helped us think through every small, but important, detail. Her efforts on the day of the wedding were absolutely invaluable. Any last-minute ask or panicked request we came to her with had already been thought through or completely handled. Her coordination and problem-solving style is both direct and reassuring. She was also doing a lot behind the scenes that we didn’t even know about until later – like communicating to-dos with our wedding party, instead of the grooms, to keep us out of the weeds and enjoying the day. At the wedding itself, we were able to relax and relinquish all logistical concerns knowing Bridget had it entirely under control. Bridget made our day unbelievably perfect.

Fantastic experience: Before hiring Bridget, we interviewed seven different wedding coordinators. It was of utmost importance to us to find a coordinator that meshed well with our personalities and would make our wedding day better; someone who was worth the investment. As soon as we interviewed Bridget, our search was over. From the very first phone call, Bridget was sweet, knowledgeable, funny, and well-spoken. She responded with specific examples to our questions about her prior experience and skills. We jived with her personality and knew it was a great fit. On planning calls, Bridget would answer our questions before we even asked them. The calls felt like talking to a friend who was also keeping us on track. The day-of timeline she created helped us envision the day clearly and plan accordingly. She communicated with our vendors and relayed any important information which allowed us to focus on other details. As our wedding day neared, we often referred to the planning document Bridget created for us which outlined our vendor contact information, wedding item inventory, to-do list and so on. The week of our wedding, Bridget provided us with a clear timeline of events we could share with our family members and wedding party. This made it so everyone was on the same page and kept questions to a minimum. On the day of our rehearsal, Bridget ran through every detail with us while maintaining a calm, professional, and kind demeanor. Bridget was on top of everything, from when to cue the ceremony musicians to who would hand us our vow books, even helping our parents drape the fabric over our arch. At the post-rehearsal dinner, our families talked about how easy she made it for all of us! On the day of the wedding, Bridget and her assistant Vanessa set up our decor at our venue while our wedding party got ready. She made sure we were on time as we traveled to a different location for photos. On top of coordinating, Bridget provided much of the decor we utilized at the venue! By providing us sign stands and picture frames for all our table numbers and more, Bridget saved us both time and money. When it was time to walk down the aisle, Bridget made sure everyone was seated and the ceremony began on time. She pinned the boutonniere properly on the groom and fluffed my train when it was time to walk down the aisle, making sure my dress looked perfect in photos. The ceremony went off without a hitch thanks to Bridget! After the ceremony, Bridget and Vanessa helped bustle my dress and brought us our signature cocktail and appetizers for us to enjoy. The whole evening was fabulous! At the end of the night, she moved quickly and inconspicuously to clean up all of our decor. We didn’t have to think about the take-down once. When we got home, we noticed Bridget numbered our cards so we could keep track of them. All our items were packed neatly and made it home safely. The next morning, she and Vanessa had already created a cute highlight reel with footage of the wedding for us to enjoy on Instagram. It was so wonderful getting to relive the day! It’s impossible to accurately list everything Bridget did on the day of the wedding, both because it was impossible to keep track of all the little things she did, but also because she was doing things we couldn’t have even thought of in order to make sure everything went smoothly. A common refrain from our wedding party was “Thank God for Bridget!” And boy did we feel the same! Multiple guests noticed how active she was during the wedding and requested her contact info for future event planning services. After seeing how impressive she is in action, anyone would want to hire her. After our experience, we wouldn’t recommend having a wedding without hiring Bridget. Bridget is fun, calm in the face of stress, kind, hardworking, detail-oriented, organized, and just overall awesome. She is the perfect wedding planner/coordinator. Thank you Bridget for helping us put on the wedding of our dreams! We mean it when we say we couldn’t have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: If there was a way to give 10 stars I would give Bridget 12! She was invaluable to our process from start to finish! I was very overwhelmed with trying to narrow down vendors in a city as large as Chicago but Bridget was able to hear our vision and budget and send us incredible options. Each and every one of the vendors she recommended was a slam dunk. On the day of our wedding I didn't have to think once. Bridget and her team handled everything flawlessly. If anything went wrong it was not at all noticeable to me (and I can be pretty type A). Being able to be present and take in the day without worrying about a timeline or coordinating family and friends was priceless. I wish I could write a million pages about how great Bridget is but I want people to actually read this review. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner you will absolutely not regret hiring Bridget.

Fantastic experience: Bridget was amazing to work with! We had about a 280 person wedding in downtown Chicago at The Drake Hotel and we needed her help with a lot of pre tasks and day of tasks. She did an amazing job helping us select the majority of our vendors and executed a perfect day for us. We had countless calls leading up to our day and Bridget kept us calm and organized throughout. Fantastic experience: I recommend Bridget a million times over and over again! Do not look further and have her take care of you for your special day. You will not regret it! She was a HUGE help beginning to end throughout the entire process. From the initial call and on she was heavily involved/available for me to speak with her on recommendations, resources, decorations, timeline, etc. I was naturally stressed throughout the process as it was my firs time planning a wedding. Fantastic experience: I don't know if we could have even had our wedding without Bridget. From the first moment we hired her up to our wedding day, she was always available for our questions, and knew exactly what every one of our vendors would need. We often joked with her that our goal was to be the lowest maintenance clients she had ever had, but we really only could do that because we trusted how well prepared and professional she was. From dealing with contract coordinating, making sure the venue was setup and torn down, to even little things like wrangling our families and makings sure that we got to enjoy our cocktail hour appetizers, she does it all! We truly could not have had a better experience working with Bridget, and will GLADLY be recommending her to anyone else getting married in our lives.

Fantastic experience: Bridget is AMAZING!!! Cannot recommend her enough! As a vendor, it is such a relief and pleasure to work an event where she is the planner or coordinator. She is so organized and thoughtful about everything. She planned a styled shoot we did the cake for and from start to finish, it was excellent communication and beautiful execution. She answered all of our questions before the shoot quickly and personally and really took care of us on the day. She even got breakfast and lunch for all of the vendors! If you need a wedding planner/coordinator, Bridget should be number one on your list!

Fantastic experience: Bridget took SUCH great care of us as our day of wedding coordinator. She engaged us in conversations early in the planning process to learn our vision. She prepared an excellent timeline for us, and worked with our event venue and vendors with a lot of the communication. She was very kind to us, very professional, very efficient with the planning process. On the actual day of our wedding, we could tell that she was in full control. Fantastic experience: I was originally on the fence about whether we needed a day of coordinator because our venue (a restaurant) had an events manager/GM to help us run the day, but oh my gosh Bridget was invaluable! She helped us think through so much during the planning process and she took so much off our plates so we could be more present and enjoy our wedding to the fullest!
