I have no idea what I would have done without Jennifer and her team. My whole family, wedding party and close friends had such wonderful things to say about her and the staff leading up to the wedding, the rehearsal and wedding day. Jennifer made our wedding day dreams come true and I wish we could relive every second.

My husband and I can’t count the amount of times that we worried we were forgetting something and said “no worries - Jennifer wouldn’t let us forget a single thing” and that couldn’t have been more true. From figuring out how to hang a handmade welcome sign that we forgot to get supplies for, to sewing my dress back together without even letting me know it ripped as not to stress me out, Jennifer’s presence was calming and reassuring every step of the way. My father in law commented that he dropped his knife and had a new one placed in front of him before he could even bend down to pick it up. I contracted with their smallest month-of package because I preferred to reach out and book vendors myself for our NYE wedding. Even at that, Jennifer was there for me every step of the way. Each phone call session we had was so helpful and kept me on track with my personal timeline. I loved hearing her suggestions too and adopted a few of them. I knew at the start that with her around everything was in great hands from rehearsal to packing up after the wedding. The day of, I couldn't have asked for a better person to have around! Experiencia fantástica: I could write a novel about how amazing Jennifer and her team is but it’s truly something you have to experience yourself. She is not only an incredible wedding planner but an incredible person. I felt so safe, loved and cared for her throughout the planning process and especially wedding day. A typical bride might cry when she has her first look or first dance but I cried when I saw Jennifer the morning of my wedding haha! She was my security blanket and I was able to lay down all my worries in the world and it made me emotional. I love Jennifer so much and you NEED her as your wedding planner and just in your life in general. She’s the sweetest person in the world but at the same time will fight any and every battle for you to make sure you have the perfect day. (I witnessed Jennifer vs a mean Catholic Church lady and Jennifer dominated with grace). You don’t need to think twice about who you choose as a planner. You will have the wedding of your dreams with her at the helm; I know I definitely did. I’m still getting text messages and calls 2 weeks post wedding about how amazing my wedding was and my bridesmaids are obsessed with her. Like I said, I could go on forever but you need to experience the magic that is Belle Ame Events yourself.

The amount of peace I felt on my wedding weekend with Jennifer there is insane as I was so stressed leading up to the big day. Everyone at the wedding also noticed how awesome the team was as everything went so smoothly with such a large wedding party (over 30 people) and such a large guest list (around 200). I cannot recommend her enough. Jennifer is a light in the world and if you are able to book her, consider yourself so lucky. I could go on and on, but just trust me, this is who you want on your wedding day.

She is insanely knowledgeable about the area and knows everyone. She always has the solution, and you can count on her. We feel extremely blessed to have shared our special day with Jennifer and wouldn't have it any other way. Experiencia fantástica: Using Belle Ame Events for my wedding day was possibly the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process. Jennifer was such a joy to work with right from the start. When we had our initial call, she was so sweet and informative and I could tell by her calm and confident attitude that she knew what she was doing. Throughout planning my wedding, I had many calls and texts with Jennifer where she used her experience and expertise to help guide me through it all. We were planning our North Carolina wedding all the way from LA where my husband and I live, so it was great to communicate with someone who knew our venue well and was in town to help us with anything we weren’t around to do. There are so many details in planning a wedding that it’s easy to get flustered and overwhelmed (something I easily do), but every call with Jennifer provided the clarity and answers I needed. Jennifer and her team executed what my husband and I have only referred to as a perfect day. Our entire wedding party was raving to us about how incredible Jennifer was. We were all so impressed by her and her team’s ability to get everything done and do so in a calm and positive way. There was a bit of a hiccup when my mother was buttoning my dress - when she was done we saw a stain that we hadn’t noticed before (to this day we have no idea where it came from). Jennifer came in and calmly took care of it, and I have to emphasize just how calm she was because my mother was freaking out. As a bride it can feel very chaotic when the people around you are stressed, but when my mom was freaking out I was the one calming her down and reassuring her that Jennifer or someone on her team would help us solve the problem (and they did!). My entire day went off without a hitch, and I am forever grateful to Jennifer and her team at Belle Ame for the part they played in our perfect wedding day.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. Jennifer and her team were incredible. From coordinating with vendors to the day of execution they were top notch. They were always there for whatever we needed. They knew what we needed before we knew what we needed. There were several instances where my wife or I would turn around to ask Jennifer or Sarah for something to drink and there they were already standing there with a drink. They made sure we were hydrated and made sure we were able to enjoy the food. We have no idea if anything didn't quite go according to plan because they took care of it all without coming to us. At the end of the night, Jennifer was speaking with my father in law and got emotional. She cares so much for her clients and wants their night to be special. She asked that we stay in touch and keep her updated as our life progresses because of how much she cares. Second to none. Hire her and her team and you won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer Wilson is one special human! Picking a wedding planner was probably one of the more intimidating/harder decisions of the entire process. There are so many options, so many packages, and a lot of money on the line. From the moment I spoke to Jennifer on the phone, I knew she was the one for us. I chose the month of coordination and let me tell you, I got over and beyond what I paid for. Looking back, there is truly no amount of money I wouldn't be willing to pay to have her and her team there for our wedding. I tend to be described as very Type A - letting things go was hard but she handled it all with such ease. Not only did she meet us at the food tasting, she wasn't pushy and always helped me make sound decisions when selecting additional vendors and services. She was always responsive and the day of the wedding was made so magical because of her and her team. My family compared them to secret service agents. They wore headsets and were always 1-2 steps ahead of everything. Drinks that were spilled were quite literally cleaned up before they even hit the floor. After bridesmaid photos I had make up on my dress and Jennifer and Sarah were all over it. I never did not have a drink in my hand all night and I always felt like everyone knew where to be and what to be doing. Thank you endlessly, from the bottom of my heart for making our day incredible. There are not enough words to express our gratitude. We love you!!

Planning a wedding out of state, in a pandemic with a million COVID restrictions is as overwhelming as it sounds but Jennifer made it as easy as she possibly could! She knows the wedding industry, especially in Wilmington, like the back of her hand. Any question we had she had an answer for and also had suggestions/guidance for things I didn’t even know were involved in a wedding. She is the most genuine, bubbly, professional person I’ve ever met. She became more like a family member helping us plan our wedding rather than just a typical planner. After speaking to her the first day, and explaining my circumstances, she immediately jumped in and started working. She is always calm, always patient, and always pleasant to be around. She had vendor appointments scheduled immediately and helped me through the entire process. She has great working relationships with other vendors and she and Design Perfections absolutely NAILED the look and feel of my wedding. Day of the wedding, she was beyond. She had EVERY detail accounted for and I did not have to lift a finger the entire day or worry about how anything was going to look or be executed. She kept everyone where they needed to be and flawlessly executed our ceremony and reception. We had a groomsman rip his pants right before the ceremony and she even super glued the seam shut for him! We had a very large wedding party and almost every bridesmaid commented at some point about how fantastic she was and how impressed they were with her demeanor, professionalism, and skill. If you are planning a wedding and need assistance, she is absolutely the person you want on your side!! With Jennifer, you sign up for a coordinator and walk away with a friend. I will forever sing her praises and recommend her for any events.
