Fantastic experience: We were connected to ABC from them being a part of our venue package. We were so lucky to have Sammy as our lead coordinator. We were nervous since we were planning the wedding from out of state, but Sammy was there to ease all of our concerns. There were frequent Zoom meetings to plan every little bit of the wedding. The spreadsheets they provided were a bit intimidating, but necessary for the organization of the day. Sammy helped us bring the wedding vision to life. At one point we were a little stuck on some decor, but we had a meeting with Sammy and Natalie, and they helped us navigate realistic solutions. Despite some snafus with the venue, Sammy helped us clarify details and smooth things out in preparation for our big day. For the rehearsal, Sammy was unable to be there, but we had Jessica, who was so sweet! Jessica was also going to be our morning point person the day of the wedding, so it worked out that we got to meet another member of our team. Even though our rehearsal couldn't be at the ceremony site from venue restrictions that day, Jessica helped us feel more comfortable in what to expect for the next day. Now for the big day! It was honestly just magical how through all of the zoom meetings and spreadsheets, Sammy executed the vision and layout perfectly. Sammy and Jessica helped make the day go by smoothly and adjusted our timeline as needed. It really felt like we just had to show up and everything was set and ready to go. We had the pleasure of having Natalie during the night as well. The clean-up seemed like a whole other production. All of our decor was broken down neatly and our personal items, gifts, and cards were set aside. Items were labeled and organized, which made it easy for us to sort through. We can't recommend ABC enough for your wedding needs. They have great attention to detail and the organization really helps make the wedding process so much easier. Fantastic experience: If you’re having a wedding anytime soon, I highly recommend ABC Weddings!! <3 they are a wonderful team with the sweetest, friendliest, most detail-oriented women who are always on top of it. We are super grateful to have had them be a big part of our big day. My husband and I booked Kualoa Ranch as our wedding venue. They require a coordinator, so I reached out to a friend who had recently gotten married and she recommended ABC Weddings because they did an awesome job on her wedding. So that is what we did! We booked the Signature Hybrid Package. We booked ABC about 1.5 years prior to our wedding day. The team was so organized and very thorough throughout the entire process! We filled out a questionnaire to give the team an idea of our vision. They provided a comprehensive Google Sheet which included a planning checklist, our budget/payment tracker, our event timeline, inventory list, seating chart & guest list, and a list of recommended vendors based on our budget. As we got closer to our wedding date, Sammy was assigned to be our lead coordinator. We communicated over emails and mostly via text message for convenience. We met with her regularly over Zoom so we could go over our sheets and discuss our timeline, layout, etc. You can trust the ABC team with the layout; they know what they’re doing and the placement of vendors/stations makes sense. Sammy made sure to capture every little detail that we mentioned we wanted for our wedding. She answered all questions my husband and I had. We didn’t have to wait more than a business day for a response, which we truly appreciated. We were in the middle of a Kona Low storm during the week of our wedding, and my husband and I were worried about the weather, especially on our big day. The ABC team had a solid rain plan just in case, and kept us updated quick. Very fortunately, we just had a slight drizzle the morning of and did not rain the rest of the day :’) it was nice to have a good rain plan handy, thanks to the team. I consider myself a Type A person who likes to meticulously plan trips and friends’ birthdays, and trust me when I say a wedding coordinator is a MUST, no matter how organized you think you are lol. There are so many little details we definitely would’ve missed if we didn’t have one. Our wedding day turned out to be a dream come true for my husband and me. Our ceremony and reception literally looked like images I saved to my Pinterest board! Everything went as planned and more. We were mostly on time with our timeline. It was so beautiful seeing everything we’ve planned for in the past year and a half come to life. Everyone we love was under one tent, they all looked like they were having a fun time, including our vendors. Shoutout to Jamie, Krista, and Sammy for taking care of me, my bridesmaids, my husband, and his groomsmen from the morning of our wedding to the end of the night! They all made sure we had everything we needed, including giving us our pupus, cocktails, and dinner so we wouldn’t have to wait in line, and for even helping me fix my dress bustle! They all did an excellent job coordinating our wedding and making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the night. We ended up getting all our deposits back :) it has been almost 3 weeks since our wedding and we already miss them and their good vibes. We 1000% recommend the ABC Weddings team to help plan/coordinate your dream wedding <3 :)

Fantastic experience: From the very beginning, choosing ABC felt like the perfect decision. During our initial search for a wedding planner, we kept hearing and seeing such amazing things about their work, and now we completely understand why. They truly lived up to every expectation and more—and so much of that is thanks to Jamie. We booked the Elite Package, and it was worth every single bit. Jamie made the entire planning process feel incredibly seamless. Her systems were organized, efficient, and easy to follow, and her communication was always consistent and reliable. Whenever we needed anything, Jamie was there. Whether it was brainstorming ideas, solving unexpected issues, or refining details, Jamie always came back with an even better solution than we could have imagined. As the wedding approached, the wrap-up process felt so peaceful because Jamie truly had everything handled. That entire week, we were able to let go of the stress of planning and just be present, knowing Jamie was taking care of everything. The hand-over process was smooth and reassuring, and Jamie made sure nothing was overlooked. The rehearsal experience was fantastic, all thanks to Jamie’s leadership. She took charge with confidence, made sure everyone knew exactly where they were supposed to be, and kept everything organized and running smoothly. It gave us so much confidence going into the big day. And our wedding day… it was truly the most perfect day of our lives. We couldn’t have imagined anything better. Every detail reflected our vision and more—and that was all because of Jamie. She made everything come together so beautifully, and we genuinely felt like we were living in a fairytale. It was absolutely perfect in every way. We also want to give special thanks to the incredible team members we worked with. Jamie, our lead, was truly exceptional and did everything for us from start to finish. Jamie was on top of every detail, took charge when needed, brought amazing ideas to the table, and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. Jamie made us feel supported, calm, and confident throughout the entire process. By the end of it all, Jamie felt more like a friend than just our planner, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. Mackenzie, who worked with us at the beginning, was also wonderful to work with and made a great first impression of the team. She was kind, attentive, and helped set the tone for what turned out to be such an incredible experience overall. Fantastic experience: Our wedding was on Sunday (March 8th) and it would NOT have come together without the help of Mackenzie, our planner with ABC. Planning a wedding from out of state can be stressful, but Mackenzie was able to ease any of my concerns throughout the process. We would have monthly hour long chats to help with vendors and organization. As someone who is very type A, working with Mackenzie and ABC team was a breeze because everything was so detailed and organized exactly as I like. Mackenzie and the ABC team led venue tours, rehearsals, and everything on the actual day. I usually am a HUGE control freak, but on our wedding day, I was able to be fully relaxed, in the moment, and had SO much fun all because of Mackenzie and the ABC team. I knew they had everything under control and it was all going to go according to the detailed timeline/plan we created. I got to show up to the venue and everything was already set up and I truly got to see my vision come to life. Then, at the end of the night, instead of having to sober up and clean up, Mackenzie and the team cleaned and handed off all the items I wanted back and all I had to do was get on the bus and go. I truly would recommend ABC, specifically Mackenzie, to anyone planning their wedding. We would not have been able to achieve our wedding dreams and feel totally in the moment on the day without them.

Fantastic experience: From the very beginning, Aloha Bridal Connections—and especially our incredible coordinator, Sherry—were nothing short of wonderful. Our venue required that we contract with a professional planner. Thanks to that requirement, we found Aloha Bridal Connections and choosing them for our wedding was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding. We planned our Kaua’i wedding all the way from Las Vegas. I didn’t taste the food. I didn’t see the florals in person. I didn’t walk through the venue or see the design setup beforehand. Planning a destination wedding on a budget, for 40 guests without experiencing anything firsthand could have felt completely overwhelming. But when you’re in the hands of an excellent coordinator, it doesn’t have to be. Sherry's experience and resources made all the difference. She has clearly mastered her craft. Every recommendation she made—every vendor, every detail—was absolutely perfect. She even sourced a vendor from another island to bring my full vision to life. Because of ABC's planning experience and deep knowledge of the island, the wedding vendors, and the industry, the possibility of having every detail I dreamed of felt limitless—and that was the best feeling. What truly sets Sherry apart is how thoughtful and responsive she is. She stayed in consistent communication the entire time, answering every question (big or small), easing every concern, and guiding us with such calm confidence. I never once felt out of the loop, even planning from thousands of miles away. She even took care to learn little details about us and our guests which always made things feel so personal. By the end of the wedding, Sherry felt like family to all of us. And their planning spreadsheet! Wow! As someone who thrives on event organization, the beautifully detailed planning spreadsheet she created made my own event-planner heart swoon. It kept everything structured, transparent, and on track. It allowed me to enjoy the process instead of feeling buried in it. We checked in every few weeks then more as it got closer and whatever I needed in between, Sherry was quick to respond. On both the rehearsal day and wedding day, everything flowed effortlessly. Every detail we envisioned came together seamlessly. Our guests were blown away. The food was incredible. The entertainment was top notch. The venue and setup were stunning. The timeline was flawless. There was not a single hitch. I was fully present, soaking in every moment with complete peace of mind. Fantastic experience: When we decided on having our wedding in Hawai’i at Turtle Bay, I initially tried to do the planning myself. I knew that I could plan because I’m a project manager at work, but I quickly realized that while the principals were the same, I didn’t have the subject expertise. I started looking for a local planner for at least for day-of coordination found ABC. What I liked the most about ABC was they specialized in weddings, they had a robust website that showcased vendors they worked with and examples of weddings they had done. Some of those had been at Turtle Bay, and I looked deeper. What sold me on contacting them was their transparent pricing and service structure. I found quickly that if I had to have a meeting to understand scope of services and cost then I knew I would be digging for information during the entire process. I ended up booking Elite full-service planning. I work full time and I am in school full time and don’t have the depth of experience or the ability to see things locally as this is a destination wedding for us. I’m glad I went with this option as I feel I got more value out of the planning than I thought I would, 100% worth every penny spent and more. From the start with design I knew I had contacted the right people, because I am not one of those people that have a vision for their day or colors or themes. We were able to talk very broadly about what we liked and what we wanted and ABC’s planners were able to turn that lack of information from us into a vision that really connected with us. Systems wise I at first didn’t understand why I had two people on our calls, but I came to understand that Jamie did planning and Mackenzie did design. I felt bad at multiple points because I had no idea others thought about some of the details in such specific ways. Jamie was able to get what was important to us out and had multiple suggestions for what we could do and how we could see the day. With ABC I was able to find vendors that I didn’t know existed, such as the Vintage Aloha Photobus and the ALOHA marquee sign, they both added so much to the reception and I’m really glad we went with them. All of the vendors that were suggested to us were able to make small changes that really showed they cared with how they discussed executing the day. One thing I realized that in handing over tasks to professionals is that when you get out of their way and let them do their thing, you get amazing results. We saw that in the food, the setup, the flowers, the decor, anything that was suggested came back to us at such a high level that when we arrived in Hawai’i it was just taking care of small details and then going to the rehearsal and the big day. The rehearsal was great, and having it led by a pro like Jamie really helped to get everyone on the same page. It was nice to wrap up and then celebrate with our family and friends after. It felt great not having to worry about corralling everyone together and just showing up. Jamie gave out copies of the VIP schedule to the Best Man, Maid of Honor, and both sets of parents. It felt great to not have to worry about telling everyone what to do and when. The day of the wedding was also relaxing, even though it was very busy. There was an in depth timeline that went over where to be and when, and with who. It was nice to get ready and not be worried about where other people are and what they were doing. When it came time to the photos and the ceremony Jamie had it all handled, and when I had questions she had already thought of them and had answers. Between Jamie, Sammy, Pono, Tristyn, Kristin, Kahu Brutus, and others I had no concerns that the entire day was going to be flawless - and it was. I would 100% do this again next week if I didn’t have to pay for it! Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the day was, how good the food was, and how much fun they had. I recommend ABC to anyone looking to start planning for their special day and hope they have the same flawless experience that we had.

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Aloha Bridal Connection for all your wedding coordination needs!!!!!!!!!  A friend recommended ABC after researching wedding planners on Oahu for us (that friend was not satisfied with her wedding planner and wanted us to have a better experience).  We saw that they had a hybrid package available, which sounded perfect for us.  We wanted to be involved in the planning, but wanted recommendations on what vendors were good and needed help with knowing the right questions to ask and the right answers when needed.  We also wanted to know that the day of our big event, that we could enjoy the event knowing that ABC would handle everything they could to make it enjoyable for us, and did they ever!!!  From our first conversation with Lauren, who made us confident that ABC was the right pick, to our numerous conversations with Jamie and then Sammy, our amazing lead coordinator, ABC was so helpful with every aspect of planning.  Handing things over to them once we got closer to the day of was easy peasy and we couldn't have asked for a better experience the day of the event.  From the setup to coordinating our photo session to making sure we had a chance to actually eat at our reception, all while making sure everything happened when it needed to, Sammy & Jessica (our ABC team for the day of) went above and beyond!!!  Mahalo nui loa to ABC for making our special day as special and enjoyable as it could be.  We couldn't have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: ABC provides the most comprehensive and attentive wedding planning ever. They not only provide a planner, but also give you all the tools you need to make sure you're on top of planning. That includes a Google sheet with a breakdown of things to do, budget calculator, wedding day timeline, and list of vendors they recommend. (Plus so many more priceless things). I was originally looking for a day of coordinator, but what I got with ABC was more than I could have dreamed of. I was paired with the planner Sherry on Kauai and before the 3 month take over...she was very involved and supportive. We got to have as many meetings as I needed. She guided me through the process. When she took over it was incredible because that's exactly when I needed to focus on other things. She contacted vendors and made sure we were on time with payments. Wedding day was incredible! Went off without a hitch. If there were any problems - I don't know about them because she just handled it all with her team. She coordinates and communicates so well. Sherry is the calming energy a bride needs on the big day allowing you to just relax and enjoy. An angel of a human! Her assistants Julie and Alyssa constantly came up to me during the wedding handing me water, food, whatever I needed! ABC arrives first and stays last to make sure everything is taken care of with vendors and the venue. My biggest advice to brides is to get help planning...especially for those planning a wedding in Hawaii from the mainland. ABC will have your back through it all. I got much more than a wedding planner with Sherry...a forever friend!

Fantastic experience: ABC did such an amazing job coordinating our wedding and prepping us the months leading up to it. We worked directly with Sammy, and also Natalie and Jamie on the day of. We had a series of unfortunate events 24 hours leading up to the big day. Sammy and her team did such an amazing job relaying information to all our vendors and making the day go as seamlessly as possible for us. There was so much support and careful planning. Fantastic experience: While I am from Hawaii, my husband and I currently reside in NY and given the venue we chose (Lanikuhonua) and that I am a Corporate Event Planner myself, I knew the value of having a wedding planner and wanted one from the start. We chose ABC because we have heard great things about them from friends and vendors, they also have a larger team so we felt comfortable knowing that if something happened to our main planner, they would have other resources to fill that person's role. Additionally, they were fairly priced (we selected their signature package). We appreciated their "workbook" that they provided us, it was very user friendly and very similar to what I use for work too. I appreciated their guidance when it came to vendors as that was my biggest uncertainty given I haven't planned events in Hawaii. I also liked that they did not limit us to a set number of calls/emails and were also available to chat anything through during the wedding planning. Adding the rentals process on was nice as they were able to advise what equipment I would need, Jamie double checked all of my vendor invoices to ensure the quantities were correct and I appreciated Jamie's eye for detail such as advising we secure a clear back wall for the band vs a white wall for the aesthetics. It was also nice to have a floorplan early on for piece of mind as well as planning our seating chart. I appreciated Jamie running a tight ship on our rehearsal day and being available to answer questions from family/friends. Jessica was onsite on our wedding day as well and she was very kind and calm and helped Jamie to keep our day flowing well. It was very apparent that ABC is well known and respected amongst many of the vendors we worked with. We couldn't have had a successful day without them and we are happy to call Jamie a lifelong friend!

Fantastic experience: Incredible team and so detail oriented! Appreciate your timeliness in answering questions and truly handling all the little things for our dream wedding. Fantastic experience: First off we have to say ABC and their team specifically our primary coordinator Sammy was worth every penny. Initially it felt steep paying over $4k for a wedding coordinator but the tools they provide and guidance along the way honestly made wedding planning a breeze. Having them take over as the primary point of contact closer to the wedding and having a 2nd set of eyes to make sure the logistics checked out was incredibly helpful. Plus when it came down to the wedding week and wedding day we were so confident in the plan and team we had in place that we were totally able to step back and just enjoy our friends and family and be present. That feeling was priceless and we would spend that money again in a heartbeat. Sammy specifically was great at communicating and giving recommendations based on our vision. Plus she did a great job day of being flexible and adjusting our program in order maximize our time with our photo and video team when our speeches turned out longer than we expected. Also shout out to Jessica for backing her up and looking out for us and snagging us apps and drinks to make sure we got to enjoy our food and drinks as well! There isn’t anything we would have changed about our wedding day and that is largely because we had the best team around to help make the best day happen. Mahalo Nui Loa to ABC!

Fantastic experience: My husband Alex and I had a wonderful experience with ABC!! We needed a wedding coordinator for our reception, so we chose them because they emailed us very quickly with a proposal and they seemed very professional, high energy/good vibes, and very friendly. Mackenzie Weber was very nice and gracious with her time and face-timed us to get a proposal together. The founder/owner Lauren took the time to email us saying how excited she was to help us. That's something that stood out to us and we were extremely happy with them throughout the whole process. Jamie Duffield was our wedding coordinator, and she was amazing. We spent about two hours total on the phone with her for our final wrap-up process (about a week or two before our wedding), just going over everything from big to small details. Jamie was also excellent during our reception with getting everything done on time and making sure everything was perfect. Fantastic experience: There's really only one word that I can use to describe the team at ABC: INCREDIBLE! My (now) wife and I planned what can only be described as a highly complex destination wedding weekend in Kauai with tons and tons of details. The team at ABC absolutely nailed it and did it all with a smile on their face. No matter what surprises popped up during the planning and even on the day of the wedding itself, they were quickly resolved and it felt like we always had someone (Julie!!!) at our side. Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved working with Aloha Bridal Connections for our day of coordination. Our team was Sammy for coordination and Jessica was there to assist on the wedding day, as well. We did not have a great experience working with our event coordinator through our venue, which to be clear has nothing to do with ABC. Sammy jumped in a month before our wedding and brought us so much peace of mind with her communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and just overall being fun to work with. She created charts with all of our vendors on them, and a very detailed schedule for when everyone would arrive and how the day would go. At this point, she took over communication with all of our vendors while cc-ing me in on everything to keep me in the loop. On the day of the rehearsal, she brought printed out copies of the wedding schedule to pass on to family members and VIPs. She ran through the ceremony with us and even walked us over to the area where first look photos would take place the next day. The wedding day was a dream. Everything went so smoothly and I truly had nothing to worry about because I knew Sammy and Jessica were there to handle everything. I really feel like both of them went above and beyond to make our day special. Sammy arrived in the morning and personally picked up all of our wedding decor to take down for the wedding. After the wedding, Jessica brought it all back up and put it in the room for us. Sammy stuck pretty closely to our side throughout the day making sure we had everything we needed. Sammy even asked ahead of time what our favorite drinks were and her and Jessica had them ready and waiting for us as soon as the ceremony ended. There were so many little details like that that really made this experience so special for us. Our only regret is that we did not hire them to be our coordinator all the way through. Take it from us—skip the stress and hire them for full coordination. Trust us, your future self will thank you! And make sure you ask for Sammy and Jessica!

Fantastic experience: As a project manager and a financially savvy, hyper-organized, type A bride, I wondered whether or not I would be able to take on planning a destination wedding on my own from San Diego. I already had our venue and most vendors selected, and my own spreadsheets to track our budget, payments, quotes, and anything and everything that had to do with planning a wedding. But ultimately, I decided that even with a strong planning and budgeting skillset, hiring a planning team was necessary for the Oahu wedding industry knowledge that I had no experience with, and I’m so glad I did. After reviewing all of the Oahu planning/coordination recommendations that I received from different sources, ABC was consistently highlighted as a top recommendation. I felt that their pricing was reasonable for the value they offered, and decided to partner with them at our 12 month planning mark for hybrid planning and coordination. From start to finish, ABC filled every knowledge and skillset gap I had during the planning process, which allowed me to put my time and energy towards the things that I actually wanted to focus on. They had advice to share about every aspect of wedding planning, from insight on nearly every Oahu wedding vendor, to all of the small wedding day logistics. There was never a question I had that went unanswered. I spent the first ~9 months working with Mackenzie, and can’t thank her enough for how kind and helpful she was. She helped us navigate a really difficult and unexpected situation with our venue, where we considered withdrawing from our venue contract. I felt that she went above and beyond to help us navigate how to proceed, inform me by providing as much insight as she could gather on the situation, and she also quickly put together an alternate housing and venue plan for us in case we decided to withdraw. While it was a really difficult situation, having ABCs support was invaluable to me during our planning process. At the 3 month mark, we were assigned Sammy as our lead coordinator, and I felt like I was never stressed during the final weeks leading up to the wedding because she was so on top of everything. She handled all of the vendor communication, answered all of my questions, optimized the layout and timeline for us, and set up a call with me every 1-2 weeks that I always looked forward to! I was able to focus on all of the fun aspects of wedding planning (DIYs, design, etc) knowing she had a handle on all of the administrative logistics. When it came time for our actual rehearsal and wedding day, I was able to truly enjoy every moment without thinking about timing or logistics because Sammy was on top of every detail. The entire day felt like it flowed through the timeline seamlessly. I ended our wedding day feeling like nothing went wrong, and I know it had everything to do with ABC. Ultimately, what I had hoped for was to be able to enjoy the wedding planning process and our wedding day with minimal stress, and thats exactly what happened with ABC on our team. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone planning a Hawaii wedding, including the most type A, organized, and capable brides who are on the fence about whether they need a planning team or not.

Fantastic experience: We are based in Indiana so we were absolutely clueless planning a destination wedding in Hawaii. We received glowing recommendations from our venue, the Sheraton Kauai Resort, loved their social media and helpful blog articles, and had a fantastic initial phone call with Julie. It was a no brainer from there that ABC was going to be our wedding coordinator. We did the signature package which was so perfect for wanting to ensure we put our own touches on our own wedding needs, but had access to recommended vendors, unlimited calls leading up to the big day, and our coordinator (Julie) took over as primary point of contact at the 3-month mark, allowing us to focus on getting ready for the wedding and eliminate stress! Their process of helping you plan a wedding is so organized and detail-oriented. They make it so simple for anyone to become a wedding expert! They ensure that you’re thinking through all necessary details to plan for a perfect day, empower you to select vendors that match your style and needs for your dream wedding, and consult you on building your perfect wedding day timeline! We received so many compliments of how seamless the day ran, so many of our guests said they’d never been to a more efficient wedding that flowed perfectly with no hiccups. We are so blessed to have had Julie as part of our wedding planning process. She is such an incredibly kind and caring person and we cannot recommend her enough. On top of this, we are a same-sex couple and one of our concerns was finding an LGBTQ friendly coordinator. Julie always made us feel comfortable, loved, and welcome. She even went through the effort to change all of the pre-set language in spreadsheets and surveys that said “bride and groom” to “bride and bride.” These little efforts went such a long way for us and were just another reason we loved our experience. Julie and the ABC team are the perfect people to trust with your big day, you won’t regret choosing to work with ABC!

Fantastic experience: We originally found ABC through a list provided by our venue. We reached out to a few other coordinating companies, however no one felt like they were the perfect fit for James and I. We reached out to ABC and during our call with Julie, we immediately knew this was the company we wanted to work with. She gave us so much useful information and went over all the package options and was very upfront with us about costs. I, being a little bit of a control freak, wanted to do as much as possible on my own so I booked the Basic Package. With that, ABC began taking everything over around 30 days before our wedding. Sammy was our lead coordinator and she was so easy and fun to work with! It was nice during the time I was booking vendors that I always felt like I could reach out to ABC and they provided me with so many useful resources to help make the planning process so easy! In the 30 days leading up to the wedding, Sammy was super on top of everything and she had great communication with James and I. We were able to text her questions and she kept me on track to finish tasks I didn’t even know had to be done. Everything went super smooth because of her! The rehearsal was also smooth and we flew a ton of stuff to Hawaii from CA for our wedding. We didn’t organize it very well but we gave it to Sammy and she got it all set up perfectly for the wedding. I had a vision in my head and it was executed perfectly. I can’t imagine a single thing being different. Every detail I ever mentioned to Sammy was taken note of and every table looked freaking perfect. Working with Sammy and her assistant Jessica on the wedding day was so fun and we cannot be more grateful for all the guidance they provided us! I often told all my vendors to do whatever they thought was best because they do this all the time and letting everyone take control felt like it was the best option. Sammy had great ideas and great reasoning for doing things certain ways and I didn’t have to stress about a single thing in the week leading up to the wedding. Because of Sammy and Jessica we were able to soak up every moment of the day and we could not ask for more from ABC! We feel like we truly hit the jackpot with all our vendors and I’d recommend ABC over and over to anyone planning a wedding!

Fantastic experience: When we first decided to get married on Oahu, I didn’t know where to begin. I did some venue research on my own and spoke with 3 different wedding planning / coordination companies. I felt that ABC was a good option for us, as the package we chose included more than day-of support and less than full wedding planning. I thought their services were reasonably priced and offered what I needed. The support I received from ABC was invaluable. Not only did they help me narrow down their preferred vendors list to find the perfect options for us, but most vendors offered a discount for working with ABC. I haven’t done the math, but I assume those discounts well offset the cost of using ABC. My venue (Lanikuhonua) was an empty plot of land, so we had to bring everything in. ABC provided me with a list of all of the rentals I would need, and created a layout for our ceremony / cocktail hour / reception spaces. I don’t think I would’ve gotten that part right if I had done it on my own. They also built out a detailed timeline for the wedding day, which they shared with each vendor once they took over contact. Once we were assigned our day-of coordinator, Sammy, we met with her multiple times leading up to the wedding. She did a great job of answering our questions and keeping us on track with our planning checklist. On the day of our wedding, I knew we had put in the work and were prepared. I trusted Sammy and her fellow coordinators to handle everything and as expected, the day went off without a hitch. I felt little stress or anxiety about our wedding day, and just enjoyed being present throughout. I was confident that the ABC team would guide our vendors and guests as needed. It was everything I dreamed of in a wedding and more, and I have to give a lot of the credit to ABC. I would highly recommend using them if you’re considering getting married in Hawaii.

Fantastic experience: Jamie and her team went above and beyond to make sure our day went flawlessly. After some stressful couple days of feeling lost, we were referred to ABC by one of our vendors. From our very first interaction, we felt like we were in capable, caring hands. Not even an hour after our initial email, we were on a call with Natalie. She asked all the right questions, listened attentively, and helped us feel grounded after a whirlwind of stress and uncertainty. Natalie immediately took all of our scattered planning documents and transformed them into one beautifully organized format, giving us a sense of clarity. She was understanding, efficient, and made us feel supported from the very start. Once Natalie helped us onboard, Jamie stepped in as our lead coordinator. Fantastic experience: Edward and I were first drawn to ABC when we continued to be referred to them by other vendors (videographer, photographer) that we were talking with. We also saw them booked on many instagram posts where couples had high praise. Once we reviewed the website, read testimonials from other couples, and had an initial meeting with them on the phone, it only felt right to choose them as our wedding coordinators. We booked the Basic Day-of-Coordination package where we were introduced to Sammy, our lead coordinator! Our experience with Sammy and the ABC team was nothing short of fantastic! Sammy was really easy to work with and she helped us craft a wedding timeline that allowed plenty of time for what mattered most to us: couple photos and lots of open dancing with our guests. On wedding day, everything went so seamless and smooth thanks to Sammy, Keyah, and Jessica! It allowed Edward and I to really soak in the moment and for our guests to enjoy their time in paradise! So many of our guests have had plenty of praise for the whole day. We couldn’t have had the most perfect wedding without all the help, organization, and coordination of ABC!

Fantastic experience: We can’t thank ABC enough!! We had the wedding of our dreams all thanks to their team- especially Natalie! She stuck with us throughout the ups and downs of the pandemic. 4 years later we were finally able to have our big day. Fantastic experience: ABC Weddings was recommended to us by our wedding venue and honestly we couldn’t of done it without them. We ended up just getting the basic package and worked with Sammy quite a bit in the weeks leading up to our wedding. We were a month out, not prepared, and had a lot of things to finalize, but Sammy was the one who got us to this finish line. Sammy is great!! Extremely organized and super helpful, she helped me secure some very last minute vendors and was able to organize the transportation logistics we had, which were a lot, and everything went so smoothly, it was perfect. We heard so many great things from all our guests about Sammy and the rest of the staff who were there supporting us, they were working non-stop all day to ensure everything was in order. Highly recommend Aloha Bridal Connections!!! Even if you think you don’t need a coordinator, trust me, you do.

Fantastic experience: We were immediately drawn to ABC at our initial call. They were quick to respond, warm and welcoming, and seemed very experienced in this industry. We actually didn't interview anyone else because we loved our initial experience that much. We did the "day-of" coordination, which meant they stepped into the planning ~6 weeks before the wedding. However, they were still very helpful and checked in with us periodically during the earlier stages of planning. They provided many helpful wedding resources/vendor recommendations too. This package was perfect for us because we really needed someone to tie all the planning together at the end and fill in any gaps in logistics -- and they did exactly that. Jamie was our lead and we HIGHLY recommend her. She is so fun and awesome, very thorough, detailed, and guaranteed we wouldn't be stressed (she was so right). Communication is everything to us and she went above and beyond with that. Overall, they literally turned our wedding vision board into reality. ABC holds a special place in our hearts when we think of our day because they truly care about making your day perfect. They are so good at what they do and ensured we were ahead of schedule on our wedding day. Thank you for everything, ABC!

Fantastic experience: Jamie was such a godsend throughout the wedding planning process. We live in NYC, so far from the action, but Jamie made us feel very comfortable that coordination of the many vendors and venue was in good hands. From the first time we met her, we immediately hoped that she would be our wedding coordinator—she radiated competence but remained approachable and open to hearing our issues small and large. We felt extremely comfortable texting her with small questions and calling her with big ones. But it was the day of the wedding that Jamie really shined. It rained the morning of, and she could see our anxiety since the entire wedding was outdoors. She managed our stress and panic, made us feel good about our alternative options, and in the end, the sun came out just before the ceremony. We also had a couple of bespoke items—a photo wall and custom welcome table—that Jamie and her team set up beautifully without bothering us at all. We highly recommend Jamie and the ABC team for all of your wedding planning needs. They made a very stressful process feel smooth, and we always looked forward to our meetings. Thank you Jamie!

Fantastic experience: My husband is from Kauai and we always knew that is where we wanted to get married. Although he’s from there and his family still lives there, I knew I wanted to work with a coordinator because I didn’t live there and I didn’t want to add extra pressure and stress on his family. I began my research and found ABC. I looked at their instagram and started following them to see the kind of work they did. When I really got serious with the planning I looked at their reviews to make my final decision. It was their social media page and the reviews that made me choose them. I worked with Julie for the first half of my wedding planning and she was amazing! She was knowledge, helpful, and professional during the time I worked with her! She definitely gave me a sense of peace and relief being that I was planning the wedding from the mainland. ABC had to make a change to my lead coordinator so then I worked with Sherry for the remainder of my wedding planning. I was honestly nervous and a little bummed that I wasn’t going to work with Julie, but Sherry came in and made the transition smooth and seamless — she didn’t skip a beat! What I loved about working with Sherry is that she was personable and knew the importance of making relationships/connections with her clients. Just like Julie, Sherry was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional during the entire process of us working together. In addition, she was very patient and understanding when things got a little crazy! My husband and I were definitely faced with a handful of challenges while planning our wedding but we couldn’t have done it without Sherry’s and the rest of the team’s help. It was a wonderful feeling to not stress about every little detail knowing that Sherry and the ABC team was there taking care of it all! Both Julie and Sherry listened to my desires, concerns, and needs while providing their professional opinions and expertise! This helped keeping things on track and within budget. In addition, I was able to call, text, or email anytime I had a question, concern, or needed a recommendation. This was a tremendous help and wonderful feature of the Signature Package. ABC, as a whole, does a wonderful job with providing a list of recommendations, going off a master checklist, and scheduling the meetings to ensure everything was on track for the big day!! It’s crazy how many details that you don’t think of that go into a wedding!! ABC helped so much with this and I couldn’t have imagined not working with them. Fantastic experience: Wowee! Where do we start? We can't say enough amazing things about our lead planner, Keyah! Working with her was the best decision we made for our big day. From the start, she was incredibly detail-oriented, super understanding of our unique situation (we had family and friends flying from all over the globe), and nothing was too big or small of an ask for her. What really stands out about Keyah is her genuine kindness and how well she absorbed our vision and ideas for our wedding day. She has this wonderful way of taking in everything you say and then offering suggestions that perfectly align with what we wanted. Her local knowledge was invaluable - she knew all the best vendors, which saved us so much time and stress. Speaking of stress - Keyah's calm, positive energy was exactly what we needed throughout the planning process. Even when we were feeling overwhelmed, her attitude always lifted our spirits. Fantastic experience: ABC Weddings is simply one of the best wedding coordination companies out here in Hawaii. We are writing this review not as a client but as a fellow vendor in the wedding industry. We have worked alongside ABC at a lot of weddings in Hawaii. One of the best things about working with ABC is their communication with us and the couple. We work with a lot of other wedding planners but their communication is one of the best. They reply to our questions quickly and in a professional manner. They seem to have built an awesome system in the back end that gives us and their couples clear, and concise information. They also make it clear what the expectations are and what to look forward to. If there was a standard for coordinators to follow, ABC would be a great example. Fantastic experience: When I first started my search for a destination wedding coordinator, I was drawn to ABC due to their high ratings! I had my first phone call with Lauren and she was the one that helped me choose my dream venue-Kualoa Ranch! I ended up selecting the Signature Package because I do enjoy planning events but appreciated their guidance on selecting vendors! They provide you with so many resources, tools, and a budget planner as well! At the 3 month mark after I chose all of my vendors, Jamie stepped in as my lead coordinator! And she was always on top of her game and so very helpful! She helped me with wedding details I would have never even thought of and even caught discrepancies on a vendor invoice and got me some money back! She also helped everything run smoothly at the rehearsal! Jamie and my other day of coordinator, Sammy, made my wedding day even more amazing. They helped set everything up and made sure my day was how I imagined. They keep everyone on schedule and they took so much stress off of me. Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin?! As I look back on our wedding day, I realize we couldn’t have asked for it to be any more of a dream come true! We can genuinely say that this has been the best day of our lives! Sherry played a huge role in bringing our vision to life! We initially found ABC through social media as they work with several local vendors here on the island. I immediately clicked on their IG page and the amount of information they provide on their website such as vendors, venues, and the different packages they offer just amazed me from the get-go! From the minute they reached out to go over my vision and what we were looking for, I knew we made the right choice. We booked the Signature package as we felt that being on the island, we had a lot of control over which vendors we wanted to work with and also wanted to be hands-on throughout the whole process. The Signature coordination package included planning advice as needed, 3-month mark wrap-up, 3-month point of contact takeover, wedding week inventory swap, rehearsal, and wedding day execution. The systems that they have in place made us feel so comfortable and we built such a trusting relationship with Sherry and she definitely had everything under control. As we look back, it was so nice to be in control of which vendors we wanted to use while also having ABC-Sherry to seek advice from along the way. Sherry has been my right hand and go-to throughout the whole process!! Regardless of how busy she was with other events, she always made me feel like I could reach out to her for anything. Although the company as a whole deserves recognition, in our eyes, the credit goes directly to Sherry! From the very beginning, Sherry has been super detailed, organized, a positive attitude, welcoming and always communicated with us. Sherry is the reason that our wedding day turned out to be perfect!! She was there on the rehearsal day in the pouring rain, helping us set up tables, benches, ensuring the layout was exactly what we wanted it to be, planning for what-ifs in case it was going to down pour on our wedding day! Wedding day!!! There were a few last minute things that needed to be changed, and Sherry made sure to get it all under control. She did this so smoothly to ensure that there was no added stress on my husband and I’s plate and we can’t thank her enough for that. She did it all!! From making sure we adhered to the timeline, making sure we were enjoying ourselves, she even captured some of the most special moments on her on cell phone and this was so unexpected, but shows that she genuinely cares for us. Fantastic experience: Our wedding day was perfect, and while some of that was due to sheer luck/higher powers (e.g., good weather), a good part of that was thanks to ABC and our lead coordinator, Jamie Duffield. We found ABC through our venue, the Four Seasons Ko Olina, as they were on the list of recommended planners. Although we interviewed a few of those companies, we went with ABC because we liked their responsiveness, the flexibility of their packages, and the general vibe we got from our initial call with Lauren. We really wanted to be hands-on in selecting our vendors, but because we were planning our Oahu wedding from New York initially, it was difficult to know where to start. ABC provided plenty of guidance and were quick to answer any questions that we had in this earlier stage. When Jamie took over communications three months out, she had to regularly remind us that we didn't have to email vendors ourselves (one of us loves control). By the end, we were in awe at the sheer number of emails we saw her send and receive (CC'd on everything because of the aforementioned love of control) and so grateful that she was so on top of everything. We grew to quickly trust Jamie completely, not only because of her organizational and logistical prowess, but also because of her insight, advice, and demeanor, all of which are crucial during the stress of wedding planning (which we compounded with a cross-country move (do not recommend)). She never added to our stress, but instead made everything feel manageable. We'd go into a call with her feeling anxious and come out of it feeling optimistic. As for the actual day-of, everything went smoothly and looked perfect. Our guest experience, for both friends and family, was paramount to us, and Jamie delivered with all of her suggestions and execution. She and her assistant coordinator worked so hard to make everything feel effortless and seamless for us. We truly feel like Jamie and the broader ABC team made it all happen, and are so grateful for all their efforts!!

Fantastic experience: We can’t thank ABC, specifically, Brittany, Natalie, Jamie and Sammy for making our wedding day run so smoothly and effortlessly! With a wedding of over 200 people, it was stressful and sometimes overwhelming thinking about how to go about planning. I booked the hybrid package and initially spoke with Jamie who was super helpful with helping me work out details with my venue and vendors. The wedding sheets provided helped me keep everything organized and if I ever had any questions I was able to reach out to the team prior to the hand-over 3-months before the wedding. We were then assigned Brittany who is AMAZING. She was on top of contacting my vendors when we needed forms from them for the venue and checked in on us regularly. On the wedding day Natalie and the team was there in the morning helping with set up and made our reception look better than we could have imagined. Fantastic experience: The ABC team was a dream to work with! Planning a wedding from Canada, we were looking for an experienced local team to help us out. We chose the basic coordination package with the rental overview/layout creation add-on. We found out 5 months before our big day that our original venue was no longer able to host weddings. ABC quickly helped us adjust our schedule and also provided us with a new layout, so we could continue planning the wedding. For the month and the especially the week leading up the wedding and the day-of, we really owe it to our lead coordinator Mackenzie who led us to the finish line! The week leading up to our wedding, we saw nothing but rain in the forecast but Mackenzie reassured us and provided us with rain contingency plans. The night before she even recommended us to upgrade the tent size to keep our guests dry and we're so glad we did! Mackenzie, Natalie and Leanne (and all our vendors) were troopers as we battled the rain. We can't recommend ABC enough! Thank you to the ABC team!

Fantastic experience: ABC was a dream to work with. My husband is from Hawaii, but we live in LA so I knew planning a wedding on island would be a challenge. However, I will say time and time again that booking them was the best thing I could have done for our wedding! Positive experience: We got married in Hawaii, which was the location for our dream destination wedding. We were planning our wedding remotely from our home base in Washington, D.C. Therefore we looked to ABC for their local expertise, good reviews, and competitive price point. We initially got in touch with ABC founder, Lauren, and were pleased with her promptness. Lauren was fully transparent with ABC's range of wedding planning package options. This worked well for us because we were looking for a flexible business model that best met our specific needs and vision. Jamie was our lead wedding planner, and she too was very prompt in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Our catch ups were comprehensive and ABC’s use of Google Drive was great in helping everyone track the various tasks and vendor contracts. Jamie was quick and responsive with our vendors and ensured all of them were on the same page with timing. Jamie’s existing relationship with our Hyatt venue proved extremely beneficial as she was already familiar with the event staff and Hyatt’s vendor requirements. The day of our wedding went relatively smooth, with a few hiccups. But Jamie and Paulette rose to the occasion and quickly resolved them to ensure our timeline was successfully adhered to. Paulette was especially amazing in packing up our props and thoughtfully placing them in our room by the end of the night. At the end, everyone had a great time. Thank you ABC!

They were not only tremendously helpful in planning but they had a variety of connections that helped us when we were planning from a distance. Fantastic experience: WOW - where do I even begin!? I could write a novel on how incredible the ABC team is, especially Brittany and Jamie. Our wedding was almost a disaster - it was a torrential downpour and our venue flooded, but it was still epic and amazing, all thanks to the incredible help and support we had from ABC. Brittany has been such a strong advocate for us ever since we started working with her. She was so helpful, organized, kind, calm, fun - I could go on forever!!!! Our bridal party and parents were so impressed with her when they met her at our rehearsal. If it wasn't for Brittany advocating for us, our wedding may not have even happened, or it would have happened in a ballroom, which we really did not want. Our wedding experience was far more stressful than most because of the weather, but Brittany and Jamie were somehow able to keep us calm and keep the spirits high for all of our guests and the bridal party. Our venue was essentially a giant swamp, and Jamie was constantly running around wiping off chairs and our dance floor with pool towels. She even helped us walk our dog. We had a flawless experience with ABC throughout the entire process of wedding planning, the rehearsal, and wedding day. Truly cannot recommend them more. We interviewed a few other wedding planning companies, and they all seemed nice, but nobody compared to ABC. Our friends and family are still talking about how awesome our coordinators were. My bridesmaids and I all wish we could be best friends with Brittany and Jamie in real life, haha! Thank you both so much for everything and for going SO far above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Our experience with ABC was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. We initially found ABC through Google; after hours of cross-referencing a myriad of other wedding coordinator sites and reading through pages of client testimonials, everyone seemed wonderful, but we kept coming back to ABC. From our very first call with their welcome team, we knew they were the right wedding coordinators for us. My husband and I are both born and raised on island, but currently live in Massachusetts, which made wedding planning seem that much more daunting. Given that we still wanted to be hands-on in the vendor selection, but needed strong support in execution, we selected the Signature Coordination package. The systems + planning, wrap-up, handoff processes, and rehearsal were all incredibly simple (feels like a crazy word to be used for wedding planning, right?) and seamless. While everyone at ABC was amazing and super helpful, our lead coordinator, Jaime D. really deserves a special shoutout! From the very beginning, Jaime was the pinnacle of professionalism and an absolute joy to work with. Everything from her helpful reminders to her FLAWLESS execution and agility to navigate unexpected challenges on the day of the wedding- she was truly a god send. Little did we (and our guests) know, the venue we selected actually tried to postpone our wedding the morning of due to weather. This would have been a nightmare to postpone given most of our guests were flying in just for this weekend to attend and we were leaving to our honeymoon the next day. But amidst the chaos, Jaime stood firm and wouldn’t take ‘no’ for an answer. She quickly re-evaluated our initial game plan and pivoted with our other vendors to make it work. Amongst many adjustments made, the tent layout was rearranged to ensure our catering wouldn’t be impacted, our ceremony location was changed (but still was picturesque as ever), and the show went on without a hitch! It sounds cheesy, but even the skies miraculously parted and we enjoyed wonderful weather throughout the day. We’d feel remiss to not also give a shoutout to the rest of the ABC team (Natalie & Leanne) as well as the rest of our vendors (Pacific Party Rentals, Kuoha Culinary, Redefined Weddings, A Cake Life, Kālele Eats, Waiahole Nursery, Hawaii Events Unlimited)! Highly recommend them as well!We’re so thankful that all our vendors had such great attitudes and absolutely we love how great of a relationship the ABC team had with each one! Fantastic experience: Stop reading these reviews and go with ABC for your wedding coordinator. Their team will have your back no matter what comes up on your wedding day and it will be an absolute dream. My husband and I got married at Lanikuhonua in April 2024. The venue required that we have a coordinator and after interviewing a couple of groups, it was ABC's Signature Hybrid Coordination Service which includes a getting started call (discuss timeline, budget, vendor recommendations), point-of-contact takeover for your vendors 3 months out, and day-of coordination among other things. That 3 month mark is when we really started to stress out so knowing our coordinator was triple checking everything and had done this a million times was all the assurance we needed. My husband and I are both born and raised from Hawaii but live in NYC. Our coordinator, Jamie, not only assuaged our crazy, particular personalities but I would even go so far to say she thrived on it. She would regularly respond to my 10 AM EST / 4 AM HST text messages, provide me input when asked for, and follow my lead when I requested. We highly recommend Jamie and the entire ABC team.

Fantastic experience: We are so incredibly thankful for the ABC ladies!! We truly couldn’t have done this without them, and our amazing lead coordinator Mackenzie! When I was searching for a coordinator/planner, I spoke with ABC and immediately felt a great connection, and chose to go forward with them from that moment on. So happy I did! The systems, tools, and organization they have created really helped the whole planning process go so smooth. We weren’t stressed through any of the process, due to how amazing the ABC team mapped it out for us. All the communication and support helped us so much, and was so nice to have! In the wrap up process, Mackenzie was our lead coordinator, and she went above and beyond! I really felt I could trust her with all our plans and visions, to bring them to light. And she nailed it! Fantastic experience: This review comes exactly one year post-wedding. While some might say that this review is well overdue, I think it proves the lasting impression that Aloha Bridal Connections (ABC) had on us and our special day. Even one year later, I can honestly say that ABC was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, the ABC team members made us feel at ease. We first met co-owner Natalie at a Wedding Collective event in the very early stages of planning. We also got to reconnect with her during our first consultation and deep dive call. Our interactions with Natalie left a great first impression on us. Her friendly nature made us feel cared for from the get-go and this made us feel confident in our decision to go with ABC. We opted for ABC's Basic package, which included a two-month wrap up, two-week communication take-over, rehearsal coordination, and day-of coordination services. We also added unlimited communication from the time of booking, which is not typically included in the Basic package. It was great to be able to find our own vendors while being able to ask ABC for advice at any point along the way. Something that really helped us through the planning process was the Google Sheet checklist of to-dos that ABC shared with us. It helped us consider all of the little details that needed to be addressed. When I felt lost, I scheduled a call with the team. Both Julie and Brittany helped to reassure me that we were on track. Sometimes, you just need validation that you are doing the right thing! About six weeks out, Keyah became our lead. Our check-ins gave us plenty of time to consider all of the details to make our big day run smoothly. When ABC became the point of contact two weeks before the wedding, the handoff was seamless because all of the communication prior. On the day, Keyah, along with Jamie and Emma, helped to bring our vision to life. It was truly amazing to see all of the months of planning come to fruition. They made sure that we always had something to eat or drink, and ensured all of the event spaces were perfect! If there were any hiccups, we didn't know about it. In fact, my mother-in-law's shoe completely fell apart during the reception, and ABC quickly came to the rescue with some superglue! We had no idea until after the wedding was over when she told us about what happened. She was extremely impressed by ABC's level of preparedness, something that we experienced throughout the entire process. It is clear that ABC operations are truly a TEAM effort. Even though we interacted with many people and so many details could have gotten mixed up along the way, everyone at ABC was on the same page, making the whole planning and coordination process seamless. Fantastic experience: If you're crazy enough to plan a destination wedding like us, please do yourself the BIGGEST favor and plan your dream wedding with ABC. After asking several different vendors for their recommendations, Aloha Bridal Connections was the one company that kept popping up - and in hindsight, we know now exactly why everyone loves them. After our initial phone call with Natalie, we just knew we could trust this team of amazing women to be our "boots on the ground" to plan our special day. Derek and I were so lucky to be paired with our lead coordinator, Jamie, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. As a type A bride who is super meticulous for every detail, Jamie made sure to stay on top of everything for me. (I may have been such an annoying bride - but Jamie never made me feel bad for constantly reassuring me and answering all my questions). Looking back, my now husband and I were crazy to plan a destination wedding - but having Jamie and team was the only reason it was nothing short of amazing. One of the biggest compliments we heard from guests was the flow of the wedding. This ONLY happened because of ABC. You definitely need planners and a team who knows every vendor, been through every venue - in all types of weather. If you're going to spend a lot of money on a once in a lifetime wedding, at least do so with a team who can execute it perfectly. Lauren, Natalie and Jamie (+ team) made sure that our wedding was going to be the most magical rain or shine. Jamie - thank you for all the hours of video calls, texting, and planning. You are the most thoughtful and sweetest soul we have ever come across. I could not picture a more perfect day and you truly made it happen. Not just for us, but for our family and friends to cherish forever. Fantastic experience: The ABC team were amazing for our wedding at Turtle Bay, Oahu. Originally we'd never intended to have coordinators at all, but now in hindsight, I can't imagine having done this without them. Especially in the days before, and on the day -- you don't want to be dealing with vendors and running around, you want to relax and enjoy! Our coordinator, Brittany, was AMAZING. She was so helpful, organized, and also just a really nice person to hang out with! She really knew what she was doing (and already knew a ton of our vendors, which was so helpful!) and truly, everything was just absolutely seamless, which is such a relief! Fantastic experience: We got married in UT and hired Hannah as our coordinator. She’s REALLY good at what she does. Her organization skills and attention to detail makes the planning process 100x easier. Hannah was so patient with my mom and I on our 3 way phone calls. She was always available when I had questions and I’m pretty sure she is the sweetest human on earth. Hannah listened to us and executed my exact vision on our day. Even when we changed a few things the day before, she just got it done no questions asked. We got lucky and Lauren was in town helping on our special day. She is also an angel and was there every time I turned around to help with my veil, hold the bouquet, fix my hair, etc. I wasn’t feeling well during dinner and Hannah drive probably 20 minutes to the store to get medicine for me. Her and Lauren are both so genuinely nice you will not regret working with ABC!

Fantastic experience: Working with Aloha Bridal Connections was the best decision we made! We had no idea all the details needed to successfully have a wedding run smoothly. We had phone calls with both Brittany and with Carmela and they were both so nice and incredibly amazing to work with. Carmela was our main coordinator the day of the wedding, and she was really supportive with all the questions and concerns the month leading up to the big day. Everything was organized in our google docs which made it easy to see what still needed to be done. Carmela created our timeline and ensured that what was important to us was prioritized the day of. She also really helped us with vendors when we were trying to stay within our budget. She was so knowledgeable with all the vendors on the island! On our wedding day, Carmela made us feel so special, we can’t thank her enough for all of her help. We loved how positive she was throughout our entire experience, it gave us the reassurance that nothing could go wrong and to really just cherish our day! She even took care of all our diy things and packed it all up for us to take home. We literally had such a stress free day because Carmela and her team made it so! We find that the best people to work with are the ones that genuinely care, and that is truly the case with these amazing people.

Fantastic experience: We hired ABC for coordination of our wedding at Paliku Gardens on April 28, 2023. My first interaction with ABC was my initial call with Lauren. I researched different planning/coordination businesses for a few weeks before setting up multiple phone calls. I had followed ABC Weddings on instagram for several months before and was super impressed by their work. The initial phone call did not disappoint - Lauren was so kind, informative, and easy to talk to. I knew I immediately had to book them. From the start everything was so easy and seamless. We paid for their "beefed up" coordination package and unlimited consulting. I feel like we got so much more for the price that we paid. They provided my husband and I with an amazing resource for organizing our wedding planning and they have the best vendors to choose from. We started our planning early so we had very minimal stress but when we had questions ABC was always available. I could email them at any time or set up a phone call and I was always met with a cheerful and patient response. We were paired with Keyah as our lead coordinator for our big day and she was the best. She is super organized and helped me finalize all the last minute details. We also worked with Brittney, Jillian, and Hannah on our wedding day. They worked together so harmoniously and they were all so put together and calm throughout the whole day. It really helped me to feel like everything was going smoothly and we were able to enjoy our wedding from start to finish. I know that it's part of their job but they really made me feel so special - from helping me carry my train, making sure I stayed cool with my portable fan, grabbing us our drinks, and making my friends and family feel so welcome and taken care of. ABC is simply the best. I never thought I would miss wedding planning but it was really enjoyable working with ABC. They have made our wedding planning process seem as easy and stress-free as possible, especially planning from the East Coast. From our initial consultation call with Lauren, the owner of ABC, she was so kind in giving us all the information we needed to help us decide in choosing their team. Closer to our wedding, she would also follow-up with us to make sure all was going well. Our lead coordinator, Keyah, was the best! It was such a pleasure planning with her! Fantastic experience: Where to even begin?! I truly couldn’t have imagined our wedding day with the Aloha Bridal Connections (ABC) team. From the beginning, all the ABC team members were just lovely. We had our kick-off consultation call with Julie, who shared the vision of the ABC team and ensured my fiancé (at the time) and I that ABC would be there to support whatever vision WE had for our special day. Doni was also lovely during the preparation process as she helped us keep on track with payment due dates and was always prompt in responding to emails. Package – We ended up going with the ABC Signature package (wrap up + point of contact + day of coordination), which included ABC becoming the point of contact one month before the wedding. I personally found this timing perfect for me as I usually like to maintain the communication with the vendors for as long as possible (i.e. I had various idea changes/inspiration throughout the planning process). This package also includes ABC working on a wedding day schedule and timeline three months prior the wedding, which I also found helpful to reference as I thought through how I wanted the day to flow. The team provided a Google Sheet for us share and work out of (including timeline, vendor contacts, etc.) -- and as a natural born planner, I can’t say enough GREAT things about this Google Sheet!! Day of Team – The ABC team for our wedding day was Brittany (lead), Carmela and Emma. Brittany was literally the BEST person we could’ve had to ensure our wedding day ran exactly as planned. She always made time for Zoom meetings with us (and my parents) to discuss any last-minute details and was always prompt in responding to texts. Aside from the day of nerves I got from thinking about walking down the aisle in front of so many people, I was never nervous about how the overall day was going to flow, thanks to Brittany. While we only met Carmela and Emma that day, they made us feel at home and as if we were working with them the whole time, literally the whole day of team was so sweet, ensured we always had something to eat or drink, and ensured all of the spaces – ceremony, reception, etc. – were set up exactly as envisioned. Our Guests’ Feedback – We had just under 200 people at our wedding, in which over half of the guests were out-of-town (East Coast, California, Seattle, Australia). Because many people were traveling in for our big day, it was critical to us that everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable time – we wanted to ensure Hawaii didn’t disappoint! Thanks to the ABC team, our guests had nothing but great things to say about the evening, and even complimented Brittany and her team on her organization and adherence to the day of timeline. A few of our friends were following the timeline on their phone throughout the day/night and were extremely impressed how punctual everything was, especially with a larger sized wedding. I highly, highly recommend working with ABC for your big day. From the kick-off consultation call (before any wedding prep began) to ensuring all vendors were out and our personal decorations/props were packed up (at the end of the wedding night), the whole process was seamless and perfect. Fantastic experience: Aloha Bridal Connections was honestly the best investment for my wedding. I can’t thank the team enough for their time and work in getting my wedding together. Everyone that I encountered were so kind, understanding and not pushy at all. I did the signature package with an addition of the rental overview + layout creation. Starting out - responses were not immediate because our wedding was not priority so totally understandable but they answered my emails in a timely matter. I highly recommend the additional rental overview for couples who live outside of Hawaii. This literally saved my sanity because there was SO much to include when it comes to rental. Many, I didn’t even realize I needed so this was a great add on!! Their organization is superb. You will be on a shared google doc of everything needed for the wedding. I always have this up when I’m on a meeting call with them so I can see everything we are talking about and this is super helpful. Mackenzie was our lead coordinator. Omg, she is such a gem and I feel so blessed she was assigned to us!! She always made sure I was never a bother when I had a million questions. So patient and so attentive, the sweetest gal honestly! Day of wedding she was calm and organized. I didn’t even know if there was a problem at the wedding because she handled everything sooooo smoothly. Emma took care of us towards the end of the night and was a doll as well. She made sure everything we brought was packed and ready to go. Fantastic experience: Wow. We just had an amazing wedding and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of ABC. Specifically, Julie, our wedding coordinator was wonderful to work with. Fantastic experience: Don't just book anyone. Book Aloha Bridal Connections. From start to finish, EVERY member of their team we interacted with made our experience stress free. Our consultation with Lauren sealed the deal. Our welcome call with Julie made us feel comfortable and equipped to plan our wedding independently with ABC guidance. Paulette reassured all of our layout and rental worries. Doni was understanding when I missed an email and emailed her right before a payment was due. Our lead coordinator, Jamie, was absolutely phenomenal, and her day of team - Natalie and Emma made the day perfect. I've always considered myself a very organized person, but I'll be the first to admit that I had no idea what I was doing or where to start. After my initial onboarding call, I received resources and the most detailed wedding planning checklist from ABC that seriously made every other Pinterest to do list seem completely inadequate. Jamie exceeded all of our expectations. She made me feel confident in the decisions I was making, answered all of my questions and reassured me about all of my concerns. She prioritized to dos and I never felt rushed because she was so on top of deadlines. I was floored at how many weddings she had in front of mine and yet- still made me feel like a priority. Even with her busy schedule helping several other brides, she always responded to me in a reasonable amount of time. She made the month leading up to the wedding the least stressful month of wedding planning. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make our day special and stress free. We can't thank her enough for making not only our wedding day, but this entire experience absolutely perfect. In addition to Jamie, Natalie and Emma assisted in making our wedding day completely seamless. Natalie oversaw setup of our ceremony and reception, where my vision was executed perfectly. Emma closed the night out with us and helped me keep track of important belongings and answering any questions we had at the end of the night. I will never not recommend ABC Weddings. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience and can't say enough good things about the ABC Team. From the very beginning to the very end, they were all so amazing and helped made our day so perfect! I couldn't imagine doing it without them and even those who attended our wedding were impressed. Fantastic experience: We used ABC for our destination wedding. We used their partial planning services, and truly do not regret it. Planning was already tough, and having them their every step of the way for questions was so helpful. On the day of, our team (Jamie, Brittany and Emma) were so amazing. Fantastic experience: My husband and I got married at the Red Earth Venue in Moab, Utah. We hired Hannah with ABC Weddings to be our day of coordinator and she is hands down one of my favorite people now. Her and her team were absolutely incredible to work with!! Hannah helped me SO much leading up to our big day. Her checklists were so incredibly helpful and she kept me super organized! Her day of timeline was top notch, she kept us on schedule and it helped the flow of the day remain stress free. (Even though I was a tad late to my first look, Hannah made me feel better and assured me that all would be okay) LOL Her and her team made our dream wedding vision come to life! Everything came together better than I could have ever imagined!! It was also clear how much her and her team cared about my husband and I. They were consistently checking on us to see if we needed anything which was so incredibly nice. So if you’re getting married in Moab, you HAVE to hire Hannah. You won’t regret it, she deserves more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Almost a month after our wedding & I'm still reminiscing about our perfect wedding. Our Venue suggested we get a wedding planner & I'm grateful we went with ABC. Their suggested vendors made the dream team & Natalie treated me like I was her own sister on our wedding day! She made me feel so special and it's important to her, you have the best day possible. Fantastic experience: Aloha Bridal Connections did an amazing job at my wedding! I did the month-of-package and it was SO WORTH IT! Keyah, Mackenzie and team made sure that my vision came to life and fielded any issues that arose so I didn't have to worry or stress on my Wedding day. I'm so incredibly grateful to the ABC team for making my day PERFECT!! Shout out to Keyah for saving the day in more ways than one - she's the BEST! I highly recommend them for all your wedding planning needs! They have a bunch of packages to choose from! To all the brides-to-be out there: hire ABC for atleast the month-of, you won't regret it and will be so thankful on your wedding day! I'm a planner, so I loved getting to plan it out, then hand everything over to ABC and Keyah to bring to life. I surprised all my bridesmaids and wedding guests with how "chill" of a bride I was (which is not in my nature lol) but it was truly because I knew I was in great hands and ABC took care of everything! Fantastic experience: ABC was amazing in helping plan and execute our dream wedding! Our wedding was originally planned April 2020, and they took all the stress out of rescheduling multiple times during Covid. We ended up finally having our wedding February 17th, 2023 at the Sheraton Kauai Resort and it was the most incredible day! Special shoutout to Julie and Sherry, we couldn't have done it without them, they made everything so easy!

Fantastic experience: We got married on March 10, 2023. I got engaged on 11/6/2021 and my first call with Lauren to discuss more details was on 11/30/21. ABC was the first team I booked to be a part of our special day. So I guess you can say I have been planning for a while. My initial call with Lauren went great. I loved her energy and I also really appreciated just how transparent she was with me and answered every question I had. This was my second wedding planner call and I had four additional calls scheduled with others that week. I canceled them all and knew ABC was perfect for me. The story of how her and Natalie started this business in college was amazing. Throughout the process I was able to get most of my answers answered via email. The team has A TON of resources so honestly they make it easy. They do make it easy with a Calendly link incase you need to book time for a quick chat. I had a check in call with Natalie about 6 months out because I just needed a peace of mind that my rentals were in good shape. She was able to go through it all with me and we even went over time, but she was so thoughtful and did not rush off the phone. I've had many friends plan weddings where they could get barely any face time with their planner until 1-2 months out and that is not the case here. You can tell that everyone at ABC truly loves what they do and they all care. I am very type A and it's hard for me to completely give up control, but ABC made it easy. They have such amazing relationships with all vendors and honestly they had an answer to every question I asked. Jamie was my lead coordinator and on the day of the wedding, she was on top of it! Everything was PERFECT. Not one thing went wrong. It was truly so magical. I would HIGHLY recommend the ABC team. Not only are they experts in the industry, but Lauren and Natalie are truly amazing founders. Everyone is patient, professional, and most importantly you can tell that the team truly is excited to be a part of such a special day. I cannot imagine my wedding without them.

Fantastic experience: Having the ABC team was the absolute best decision in planning our special day. We live out of state but we’re born & raised on the island, therefore having to plan and considering the time difference/ Hawaii business hours, ABC (especially Natalie and Melissa) were so flexible in assisting us to plan and communicate with our vendors. They kept us in the loop and it allowed us to spend the quality time with each other and our loved ones the month/weeks before. As someone who appreciates the thoughts and detail, ABC also provided tools and suggested vendors to us that were absolutely amazing! They helped us to build a fun filled reception and especially coordinating the number of guests we had, it was such a great feeling to hear how much our guests also enjoyed themselves! We appreciate the patience, flexibility and the timeliness. The cost of service was worth it. Considering our time line to plan for a little over a year, the package of service was reasonable. Our wedding day was more than what we had envisioned, it went smooth and we loved that we could spend time to our guests during the reception. Our ceremony was held at a near by church and reception was at the Aulani resort so it was nice to have ABC help us coordinate and be there at two different locations this day. Our wedding day exuded the tropical, soft and romantic feel..with a touch of magic!! A group of talented people for sure!

Positive experience: Honesty they had their hiccups. We had a point of contact managing our wedding for a while (before the one month before mark), but she absolutely missed the appointment time for the call. We had set aside some time from work to take that call, so it was very disappointing for us that she missed it. Another call was also taken late though not missed entirely. The coordination at the wedding was much better however, and the wedding was, in the end, managed by someone else.

Fantastic experience: Major mahalos to ABC wedding coordination services!!!!! Our day would not have been pulled together if it wasn't for you! From the moment we were referred to ABC our experience was INCREDIBLE!!! Team members of ABC we incredibly thorough from our very first call with them. As a couple who lives on the mainland, but planning our wedding on the North Shore of Oahu for Jan 2023 we knew that some sort of coordination/planning service was going to be a MUST since we didn't live on island anymore. ABC completely surpassed our expectation by the amount of help + guidance they gave us along the way..... From professional opinions, vender referrals and services, and even helping us find our unique venue choice -- shoutout to Kelly G!!! They even helped us curate our unique wedding layout - there's no way I could've come up with this on my own! It was PERFECT! Keyah and Jamie were amazing to work with from the get-go. Super professional! As the bride, they helped me with so much on our wedding day. Jamie would check in with me in every moment to see if I needed anything. I have never felt so taken care of! I knew nothing would go wrong because I had Keyah and Jamie on my side for our wedding day! They surpassed my expectations of wedding coordinators. They are true super heroes! Fantastic experience: ONE MILLION THANK YOUS TO ABC! Shoutout to Brittany, Mackenzie, Julie who helped make this wedding planning process so easy. It was magical, perfect and we have zero regrets. Fantastic experience: You are in the ABSOLUTE BEST hands with ABC! Natalie is nothing short of incredible. As a 3x covid bride we had our own special fair share of wedding chaos, including a forced postponement 48hrs before our date because of new regulations. Natalie was with us every step of the way (a long 2.5 years!) always going above and beyond doing whatever she could for us. Thanks to the whole team, you guys are the best!

Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to have ABC help plan our destination wedding in Honolulu. From the very beginning planning this from the mainland was just so easy with their help! Anytime I had a question or concern it was met pretty quickly. We even had to postpone our February 2022 wedding to August and that was stressful, however my stressed was eased with the ABC team's help. Everything that I dreamed up came to fruition with Keyah helping almost daily on text messages a month before the wedding. She was awesome! Anytime I worried about something, she had a solution. My day was beyond perfect! I cannot even think of one thing I didn't love! I relive that day over and over and I want to repeat it because it was so wonderful! I come from a family that always did everything themselves at the wedding and it was so nice to enjoy my day and not worry about a thing and just have it be MY day. Keyah and Jamie were so professional and wonderful that day I can just go on and on......

Fantastic experience: ABC is a must have, hands down best wedding planning service that all couples should hire, especially for a Hawaiian wedding! If you are busy professionals trying to plan a destination wedding, look no further as this is the group to trust your dream wedding to!! Keyah was our lead coordinator and we both couldn't have asked for a more invested, kind hearted, hard working wedding planner like her. She constantly went above and beyond and truly made our process smooth and stress free. In fact, so many moments I called her my JLo (from wedding planner :)) because that's just how amazing she was! Lauren is by far the most professional business owner we have ever had the pleasure to meet, and I think what especially blew us away was hers and her team's professionalism and ability to handle difficult situations without allowing us to get caught up in the stress of the moment. I think that takes a very unique group of personalities and I truly believe this can only be found within this team. Last but least, if you are very busy and planning your wedding in Hawaii as a destination spot, we would highly recommend the Elite package. This package is worth every dollar as the team takes over every detail, interaction with vendors, etc alleviating so much stress off the couple, especially when they don't have much time to do these details by themselves. If you are a bride searching for a group and basically going off of word of mouth and reading this, look no further. Fantastic experience: Many thanks to the ABC team for playing a big part in making our special day so memorable! Selecting ABC - Our destination wedding was in November 2022 and we began our planning process in January 2022 (we were planning our wedding from California). Our first step was to find a coordination team. After sending out multiple inquiry emails to various companies, we landed on our final 2 choices. We were very impressed after our very first meeting with Lauren - super professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The other company was highly recommended to us by a friend and had a huge social media presence. After meeting with the owner, we never received a follow up - we took this as a bad first sign from a wedding coordination company. We decided to go with ABC and we’re so glad that we did! Planning process - I am very much a planner and an organized person. I usually enjoy planning events, but I found wedding planning to be very overwhelming and stressful. I truly could not have survived wedding planning without ABC’s help. The Google Sheet they provided helped me organize all my vendor, payment, and guest info. Having the timeline at my fingertips was very helpful. Also, the monthly checklist was such a great guide! It was so easy to shoot the team an email or schedule a call for any questions. All of our vendors had nothing but great things to say about ABC - it was reassuring to know that they are highly regarded by the Hawaii wedding community and that we were in good hands. Day of coordination - Leisha was our lead coordinator for our wedding day and she was excellent! We could not have asked for a better coordinator. Our wedding party and family could not have been more impressed by her leadership. There were some hiccups throughout the day (as expected), but I didn’t even hear about them until the next day. Leisha made our day run so seamlessly; everything just flowed so smoothly! We truly didn’t have to worry about anything at all during our wedding. Everything was set up and taken care of for us and all we had to think about was enjoying our day. I can go on and on with never ending great things to say about the ABC team. I would highly recommend the Signature package for anyone is looking for some guidance with wedding planning, flexibility with choosing/communicating with vendors, and a stress-free/worry-free day of coordination. Brittany was our on-site day of coordinator and she is FANTASTIC. I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding which is all I wanted :)

Fantastic experience: One of the best wedding decisions I made was bringing on the ABC team! I planned my Hawaii wedding from Michigan. I knew nothing and jumped into it completely blind - enter ABC ready to answer all of our wedding questions and offer suggestions! We picked their day of coordination package. They helped us understand what to look for in vendors, what activities needed to completed and helped us learn what to know about getting married in Hawaii. We we're never alone in our planning. We had a lot of coordination calls with them where we walked through our plans as they developed (timeline, layout, parking, decor, setup, logistics). You can literally ask them anything and Natalie was so caring. She understood all the stress and what we were feeling. About a month before the wedding they took over communications with our vendors and finalized all our choices. Their day of coordination was incredible, they took care of it all and they really know what they're doing. You can trust everything to them, relax and end joy your big day!! Our wedding was amazing, thanks in large to ABC.

Fantastic experience: I don’t have enough words to truly describe how amazing ABC is! I hired them as my day of coordinators and it was the absolute best choice that I could have made for my wedding. I was a Type A Adjacent bride and wanted to plan the wedding myself but wanted to just show up on my wedding day and not have any worries and that’s exactly what happened. 3 months out I heard from Julie and she was an angel. At that point I was losing my mind and she calmed me down and told me everything was going to be ok. She reassured me that I was right in track and complimented the work I had done so far. Then she introduced me to Sherry who would be my lead coordinator on my wedding day. Let me tell you about my girl Sherry! She was and still is a godsend. She answered every email and text and phone call and talked me off the ledge a few times. It was like calling your best friend. She made all my plans make sense and when she took over everything it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. My wedding day was perfect. Like absolute perfection. We stayed on schedule and got everything done and it was all thanks to Sherry. And I had Natalie who was also the best! My husband left our car keys in our photographers car and Natalie saved the day and brought them to our Airbnb so we could get to the wedding. I could go on and on about how amazing ABC was but I’ll stop. I love Sherry and I’m so glad that she was my coordinator. I had a picture perfect day and she played a huge role in making that happen. I will be forever grateful of all of the hard work she and ABC put in to make sure I had the wedding day of my dreams.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about ABC. Our October 2022 wedding was a destination wedding for most of our 100 guests, and my husband and I were not able to visit Oahu in the months leading to our wedding-- so ABC's help was crucial. The package we booked involved ABC taking over all vendor communications at the one-month mark, as well as ABC's day-of coordination for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. When we reached the one-month mark, Kelly at ABC did a fabulous job of going through our all contracts and notes to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything. As it turns out, there were a couple small (but necessary) missing details, but Kelly worked some magic and pulled some strings to get everything finalized in the last few weeks. However, where ABC shined the brightest was our day-of coordination. The months you spend planning a wedding are very stressful, but I felt absolutely no stress the day of our wedding. It felt SO good to completely pass off the reins to Kelly and Natalie the morning of the wedding, and they executed everything FLAWLESSLY. My husband and I can't stop talking about the best day of our lives :) Thanks ABC!
