Fantastic experience: We knew after our first call with Jessica that we wanted her to be our wedding planner. Risky to not shop around but when you know you know! Me and my husband knew we'd get easier overwhelmed with the planning process and we wanted someone calm, organized, and knowledgeable to lead us through this process. Jessica was THAT GIRL. Not only did she have great vendor recommendations and helped us stick to our budget, she was able to assure me when I was anxious about whatever detail was stressing me out that week. We wanted a small, intimate wedding that was beautiful but also relaxed and unfussy. Jessica was able to help us figure out what was necessary and what wasn't, and truly made our wedding feel like "us". One comment we heard again and again from our guests was how smoothly everything ran. From our ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, everything was on schedule and felt effortless, and this is all thanks to Jessica. It really was the most perfect, beautiful day. I can't recommend Plan Prep Party enough!

Fantastic experience: I apologize for the delay in writing this review; I tend to procrastinate when overwhelmed, which is precisely why Jessica was such an incredible asset throughout our wedding planning process. From our very first call, Jessica's amazing energy was palpable, and I knew immediately that we wanted to work with her. I even joked with my partner, "Can we be friends with her??" Jessica began assisting us in winter 2019, and shortly after, when COVID-19 brought the world to a halt, her support became invaluable. She expertly helped us manage our next steps with our already booked vendors. We faced particular challenges with one vendor over postponement and potential cancellation issues, and Jessica stood by us every step of the way. When we finally decided to proceed with our wedding in 2022, Jessica effortlessly picked up where we left off and regained the momentum. Although we hired her for partial planning and design, she consistently went beyond the expected scope. Her communication was clear and transparent, and she was incredibly adept at aligning our desires with our budget. One of the aspects I most appreciated about Jessica was her creative direction. I bombarded her with a myriad of ideas about how I envisioned our wedding, and she not only listened but managed to integrate all my suggestions into something truly spectacular. To this day, I still receive compliments on how beautiful everything turned out. On the day of the wedding, Jessica ensured everything ran smoothly—any issues that arose were handled so seamlessly that I was blissfully unaware of them. Thank you, Jessica, for making our dream wedding a reality, especially after everything we went through together. You are not only a fantastic wedding planner but also an incredible person. I only wish we could get married again just to work with you one more time!

Fantastic experience: Jessica served as our planner and designer for our recent wedding and I cannot recommend her enough. She was the utmost professional, quick to respond to all of my emails and phone calls, and a joy to work with! She brought my vision to life and was there whenever I needed anything at all. She was a lifesaver in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding, as there were details I know I’d never have even thought about but for her flagging them for us. Seriously – hire her! You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Jessica was amazing to work with! We had 2 months to plan our micro-wedding and she made the whole process very seamless and fun. We picked the partial planning package, and she recommended great vendors that fit our vision to a T and gave us tons of advice. The online platform that is included with the package is also super easy to use and has cool tools. She was super communicative in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on top of it on the day of. Literally nothing went wrong on the day of the wedding, which was an amazing relief (and surprise since you always hear crazy stories). Our decoration/design looked amazing! I plan on recommending her to everyone I know!!! Thanks Jes!

Jessica transformed the process from our greatest source of stress to a joyful positive. She honored our vision at every step of the way, helped us find vendors that matched our style and fit our budget, and made sure everything went perfectly on the day. If you are considering hiring her, DO IT!! And if you’re not, you should be!

Fantastic experience: Jessica was an essential part of our wedding, from start to finish. Our first call with her sealed the deal! We love her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. She is an excellent listener and makes sure she has a full understanding of what you envision for your wedding day. If you don’t know what you want, she will ask the right questions so you figure out your vision. During the planning process, she was our counselor, negotiator, hypewoman, and oftentimes - therapist. Her kindness and down to earth nature really helped guide us through the intensity of planning. It’s inevitable that drama occurs during the process, and we were so grateful Jessica had our back on all fronts. She is someone you 100% need on your team. Our wedding day was perfect, and we got so many compliments regarding not just the beautiful wedding, but compliments for Jessica herself! Several of our wedding party mentioned that they would have loved to hire her for their weddings. She was a beacon of calm and serene (on the outside :P) during the crazy hectic day and made sure we were our own priority, which is a difficult task when everyone wants your attention! Thank you for taking care of us Jessica - my only regret is that I only plan to be married once, otherwise, I’d get to work with her again and again. Fantastic experience: We own an event rental company and had the unfortunate situation of having a truck break down before a wedding we had with Jessica at Vista Valley Country Club. Most planners would have freaked out, stressed, lost their cool, but not Jessica. She thinks on her feet, collects herself, and problem solves. Now that is a planner. She not only pulled it all together despite the situation, but it was stunning, flawless, and the couple didn’t even notice what was happening behind the scenes. She is a major pro and I wouldn’t hire anyone else if were in your shoes. I loved working with her from a vendor perspective, but I know our mutual client did also. Thanks Jessica for being such a good human! Can’t wait to see the pics!

Fantastic experience: Jessica was seriously amazing! We couldn’t have had the wedding we had without her. Not only does she take your vision & make it a reality, but she’s also very organized & responsive. She took all the stresses of wedding planning away, & I have to say I had the best wedding planning experience I could’ve asked for, all thanks to her. We had to reschedule a few times due to covid, & honestly, Jessica put all my worries to ease. She was there every step of the way & was never frustrated (even when I was back & forth on certain items, lol). She also recommends vendors she’s worked with or knows. We used all the vendors she recommended & WOW, they all came through the day of & before. She’s very easy to get along with & has a great personality! I can’t thank her enough for putting together the wedding we had. Trust me when I say; book her, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Jessica with Plan Prep Party is simply the best! Where can we start with how incredible she is? We met Jessica in March of 2019 and immediately we knew she was the perfect fit for planning our wedding. Every single detail and idea was incredibly thoughtful and exactly what we needed. Jessica helped us with every facet of our wedding, spending many more hours on the phone with us than she probably ever imagined. When Covid hit and our April 2020 wedding could no longer be, Jessica stood by us and supported us every step of the way, liaising with our venue and vendors through it all. When we decided to forego our larger wedding and elope in 2021, Jessica once again put in so much time and effort to get us married. Every single detail was perfect and the day turned out far better than what we ever could have imagined. Jessica was truly our light through it all and became so close we asked her to officiate our elopement-- and she did so perfectly. We are forever grateful and have a lifelong friend in Jessica. Thank you again for being an extension of our family and responsible for the most incredible journey of our lives.

Fantastic experience: I am a DJ with GE Productions. I worked with Jessica on Aaron & Kaseys wedding this past weekend at the Alila Beach Resort in Encinitas. This was by far and away one of the more elaborate weddings I have been a part of. However with Jessica's amazing coordinating and preparation the wedding went off flawlessly. I can't stress enough the importance not only of having a coordinator, but having a superstar like Jessica. Being prepared and being able to adjust as the event goes on is a true skill and Jessica is a pro. I highly recommend her services for any event!

Fantastic experience: THANK YOU for ALL you have done for us over the last couple years. You have been absolutely incredible every step of the way. You were always responsive. You always provided your best advice, yet you were more than happy to proceed however we wanted. You always had our back when it came to disputes with venders, even though it was very rare given your amazingly kind and friendly personality. Bottom line, you always got the job done, and done right. I can go on and on about how our perfect, albeit unconventional, wedding was almost entirely because of you and all your amazing qualities, including your creativeness to make the house-venue perfect. Anyone lucky enough to have you in their life - whether as a wedding planner or daughter (the devotion to your father is absolutely heartwarming) - is extremely blessed.

Fantastic experience: I literally could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day, largely because of hiring Jessica with Plan Prep Party to be my wedding coordinator. I was looking forward to planning my wedding and picking some details, but Jessica thought of literally everything and was so prepared to help make my vision a reality. She helped make every single part of my day seamless and went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best day of my life. She was so easy to work with, great at communication, great at working with my vendors, recommended vendors to work with, thought of things I completely forgot about, and she was amazing with my family and wedding guests. Jessica made sure every little detail was perfect and put my mind at ease completely. On top of all that, Jessica is so friendly and sweet - I honestly felt like I had an extra friend around to help. I often say that the wedding coordinator fee was the best money I spent on our wedding! Cannot recommend Plan Prep Party enough.

Fantastic experience: Words can not express how impressed my husband and I enjoyed working with Jess. She has a calming presence and is the most efficient person we have ever met. She made our big day everything we wanted and more. She guided us through every step in the process. (Didn't even know some steps existed) We can not thank her and her team enough. Fantastic experience: Jessica is the best. I can’t imagine my wedding and all the great vendors she recommended without her. I had a couple friends with wedding planner horror stories and was skeptical during the search. Jessica put me at ease and always had great suggestions. As generally a planner myself, she was always 1 step ahead of me. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the wedding day, she took care of everything. Throughout the planning process, I maybe had some parent-zilla issues but she wasn’t phased at all. On the day of the wedding, she even took all the stuff I brought for the wedding and put it in her car the night before so I didn’t have to. We’re so grateful we had her as a “partial” planner throughout the process although her work was much more than partial lol. Thank you Jessica for giving us the most beautiful wedding we could have ever thought of!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad we went with Jessica to coordinate our wedding in November 2019! We had some pretty difficult vendors to work with, which we booked before booking Jessica. Jessica was empathetic, yet straightforward. Her follow up with vendors was appreciated. She helped turn our vision into reality and make it even better than we imagined! She took on the decorating the morning of at our venue, which is basically a blank canvas. She made sure that my husband and I had a few minutes to ourselves in our venue before guests could enter, which we really appreciated! At the rehearsal, she was organized and really did a great job. There were only a couple of times that I had to ask Jessica about the status of something, otherwise I would absolutely hire Jessica again!

Fantastic experience: Jessica was beyond amazing. I was initially looking for just a day-of coordinator to meet the requirement of my venue. However, from the moment I first chatted with Jessica, I knew I wanted to work with her immediately! I am a native San Diegan living on the other side of the country, and I can't even begin to explain how crucial Jessica was to my positive wedding planning experience. Not only did she help me by identifying key deadlines, but she did so much behind-the-scenes communication with our other vendors. Besides being amazingly capable, Jessica is just the type of person you want running your special day. We laughed together, shared frustrations, and she just really, truly cared about me and my now-husband. If you need a wedding planner/coordinator, you truly cannot go wrong with Jessica.

Fantastic experience: I've been a bridesmaid over 20 times and have been to easily a hundred weddings. I've met many planners and I've seen how STRESSFUL a wedding can be for a bride.  I can truthfully say i did not feel stress at ANY point of my wedding. I had THE BEST day of my life and did not have to worry about the little details. I was able to enjoy and see everything for the first time at the same time as my guests. Jessica is personable, knowledgeable, and the hardest working wedding planner I have ever met. I was horrible at organizing and made changes til the very end. She was patient, understanding and helped me make decisions when I was wishy washy. I blindly booked my venue and it really turned out to be a quite a monster as it was completely DIY.  I'm sure it was not what she expected when she signed on, but she had a positive attitude and made miraculous things happen. Tons of my guests have told me this was one of the best weddings they've been to. I did not have a huge budget, but I think we really did throw an amazing party and I mostly have Jessica to thank for help with styling and budget restraints. I am FOREVER grateful and if you are looking for a planner...HIRE JESSICA!!

Fantastic experience: Jessica is HANDS DOWN the best out there. I knew I was excited when I first met with her and that the wedding process would be fun and easy with her by our side... but I didn't know at that time how lucky I was and forever grateful I would be for her. From the second we met, she took all questions, ideas, and vendors contacts and created an entire detailed spreadsheet to keep all info together. Our planning became a constant streamline process of communication that would be driven by how much time I had to put into the planning process when I was able to, and she continued to make progress when I was busy with my own regular work life, celebrating, and spending time with family. She has an incredibly creative mind that can decorate a blank space into your dream wedding that you couldn't even imagine on your own and she also can take a fully decorated venue and put your personal touch on it with her attention to detail. Throughout the entire process and especially a month before, my friends would say "You're so calm!" and I kept telling them that with Jessica, I could turn my phone off now and show up at my wedding and I know it will be perfect. I introduced her to my friends who are getting married and every person that has talked to her has immediately booked with her and has thanked me over and over again for the recommendation. Jessica is the best decision you can make in your entire planning process.I can't wait to see her at all of my friends weddings this upcoming year!

Fantastic experience: When we were planning our wedding in 2013 we visited and spoke with various venues, wedding planners, photographers etc. When we found Jessica, we knew she was a perfect fit! Her level of organization was a perfect match for us, and we immediately felt a sense of calm when speaking with her. Planning for a wedding can be crazy, but Jessica made everything simple and streamlined. From finding vendors to that special day in 2014, she greatly minimized our feeling of being overwhelmed. The day of our wedding, she was right there helping the groomsmen with the final touches, and tending to my bridesmaids and my needs. If there was a hiccup, I didn't notice because Jessica quietly moved around the venue making sure everything was perfect. She will definitely be who if we ever decide to renew our vows, or plan some other celebration. It's now 2017 and we still get compliments on how wonderful our wedding was. We couldn't have done it with out Jessica!

Fantastic experience: Jessica is absolutely amazing! She helped us plan our wedding in August 2014 while being mindful of our budget/style/taste. She had many suggestions that were so helpful and having planned many weddings before, she could offer expert veteran advice.
