We found ourselves in quite a predicament with our original venue about six months out from our wedding (4/12/25) and reached out to Stephanie for help. Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, but we just have to give a huge thank you to Stephanie and the entire Events Inspired team! We worked with Stephanie and Isabella for about six months leading up to our wedding, and from start to finish, they were absolutely incredible. Since we weren’t local, we had a series of Zoom meetings and, when in town, some in-person coffee planning sessions. They were always on top of everything, making the planning process so much less stressful. On the wedding day, they worked their magic behind the scenes, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Fantastic experience: My wife and I are planners and tend to be well organized so we got the Day of Coordination package from Events Inspired. Despite coming on board a month before our wedding, Isabella jumped right in and was on top of every detail for our wedding. She was delightful to work with, listened to what was important to us, and made sure all our vendors were in sync on wedding day. She went above and beyond by doing things like scoring our trivia sheets for our guests. Fantastic experience: We were referred to Stephanie at Events Inspired by a friend who previously used her for their wedding. We originally were only looking for a day of coordinator and Stephanie informed me that for our venue (Scripps Seaside Forum) she only does month of coordination given it is a blank canvas venue and everything is contracted out separately. We decided to go with Stephanie for the month of coordination and it was the best decision we made through this whole planning process. Stephanie and her assistant Isabella were immediately able to identify cost savings in all our contracts and manage those leading up to the wedding. Fantastic experience: I purchased day-of coordination services since it was required by my venue. I didn't think I was really going to benefit from the service, but it turned out to be the best thing ever to have Christina oversee things for us. We had an intro call a few weeks before the wedding and she had the BEST questions for me to help make sure everything was organized and setup for success. She thought of everything that I didn't think of and she helped navigate everything that wasn't yet ready so I could spend my time with family and friends instead of running around at the last minute trying to communicate changes and details with vendors. She was a huge advocate for us when it came to negotiating with vendors (we had a ton of last minute changes and needs due unexpected weather changes). She was the best listener ever and followed through on absolutely everything even if we only barely discussed it. I wish I had splurged on month-of coordination to benefit even more from her expertise.

Julia was SO helpful every step of the way planning our day at the Ultimate Skybox. When I needed extra help with my ceremony she jumped right in and problem solved. She streamlined communication with ALL of my vendors. Not only was she prompt, on top of EVERYTHING, but she is so kind and such a pleasure to work with. Fantastic experience: We got married at the University Club in San Diego on February 19, 2022. We were introduced to Events Inspired by the U-Club and I believe we had some services included in the package. My now husband and I talked about expanding the service from Events Inspired to include full planning. Just for background: I am not a woman who has had her wedding planned since she was a little girl and had no idea what I wanted. My husband and I have incredibly busy jobs and were wondering how to fit wedding planning in. It genuinely caused me so much anxiety. Then we met Stephanie from Events Inspired. From the introduction meeting, she put us at ease with her sweet nature and calming presence. We knew from then we had to expand our package to full planning. However, we appreciated the flexibility Stephanie offered. For example, although we wanted full planning, we wanted to manage our own budget and expenditure tracking. That was absolutely fine and we were able to tailor the service to our needs. Every meeting with Stephanie was a breeze. She turned my wishy-washy vision ("What flowers do you have in mind?" "I don't know... like... colorful ones?") into something tangible and I got so emotional when she sent me her design boards. It also seemed like she knew the perfect vendor for all our needs and she handled all the negotiations and paperwork. All we had to do was sign and pay. That made such a huge difference to us throughout the process because it meant we did not have to invest multiple hours a week with vendor back and forths. Stephanie was always responsive to even my most minor questions. Where I think Events Inspired offer the best value though is in the run up to the wedding. That was such a busy time and I don't know how I would have coped with having to finalize a timeline and contact each and every vendor to make sure they knew what they were doing on top of entertaining family and doing the other last minute stuff. We didn't have to worry, Stephanie handled it like a boss and I can't tell you what a difference that made to us in the days before the wedding. On the day, Stephanie and her assistant coordinated everything. There was not a single thing for us to worry about and they made it beyond perfect. It truly was beautiful and I can't thank them enough. To anyone considering Events Inspired - do it. Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start with this review because I feel like I am not able to get the words out well enough to explain how truly greatful I am for Julia and Stephanie. I’m going to start off by saying I am a planner type personality. As soon as I got engaged I knew I needed at least a year to plan the wedding, I gave myself 16 months. Upon my first meeting with Julia she handed me a budget worksheet, a timeline check list and a folder with organized contacts and a cute notebook. I honestly thought I walked into the meeting already prepared with my lists from several apps, but little did I know that check list was going to be everything. I started out meeting once every month or so and trying to stay a month or two ahead of my check list... well life happened and I was super thankful that I had follow up meetings with Julia to keep me on track and help answer any questions I had. Their wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was more than any google search could have helped me. When it came time to packing up items for the big day Julia suggested color coding items with labels on the outside to make things quicker during set up (something I never would have thought of). Stephanie assisted on the day of and for the rehearsal and it was very easy to go over everything with her. Honestly on my wedding day I showed up without a worry in the world since I knew I was in great hands. And to be honest it was more perfect than I imagined and it was all thanks to these two. The day was amazing and I received so many complements from the venue (an EI suggestion), the decor (all set up by EI) and the atmosphere (all possible because of these girls and their team).

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend! I am not sure I would have made it down the isle with a smile on my face without the help of Stephanie and her team from Events Inspired. We chose a 'blank canvas' venue (Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla) which required a lot of coordination between all the vendors, and Stephanie made the process seamless and enjoyable! She was the first one at the venue the day of the wedding, she set up, she met us at our getting ready rooms for last minute details, and was the last to leave the venue to make sure everthing was packed up and spotless. When we first hired Stephanie we received a package including a preferred vendor list and music & ceremony teamples. Many of our vendors were from the preferred vendor list, and we loved them all. Stephanie reviewed all our vendor contracts & helped with any questions we had. I can vouch that wedding planning can be very overwhelming, and having an expert like Stephanie is a game changer. We did not have to worry about anything, Stephanie even had drinks and passed apps waiting for us after photos. I can't say enough about Events Inspired. The cost is well worth the seamless day you will have!

Fantastic experience: We hired Events Inspired to be our “month of” coordinator and worked directly with Stephanie in the lead up to our big day. She was a great help preparing for our wedding, but was absolutely essential on the day of. Stephanie had clearly seen everything in her substantial experience running weddings, from wrangling vendors to navigating last minute family drama. We were pretty organized going into this, but she asked questions and pointed out finer points that took us by surprise. With all the details to keep track of, I don’t think we could have had such a success without someone like her to guide us through all the points of ceremony and to make sure everything went smoothly. Having her there meant we could focus on the incredible moments and memories we made there. If you are on the fence about whether to hire a coordinator, we would strongly encourage you to do so - even if you’re the organized type. Stephanie was warm, compassionate, and fully prepared for handling the details behind the scenes. This was some of the best money we invested in our wedding and we are continually grateful to have had her help.

Fantastic experience: Where to even begin except to say: YOU NEED TO HIRE EVENTS INSPIREDD! Julia was our day of coordinator and we couldn’t have imagined needing her so much not just physically to help set things up, but also emotionally! As a bride, it is so reassuring to know that you have someone who has all eyes on the entire event (including your groom, family and friends!). And as a grooms you want someone who can keep your bride calm and happy—going through the wedding planning process there are so many emotions that arise for each couple. For us it was that my (the Bride) mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I felt it was extremely important to have a coordinator who would be understanding, compassionate and extra attentive to my family's emotional needs on the day. Julia did this beautifully allowing each of us to have a our special moments and making sure we had tissues available .In addition to being a great source of calm for us, Julia was also extremely detailed and throughout the planning process. She helped us create a seamless timeline (which our other vendors raved about!) which kept the event running beautiful start to finish. She went so above and beyond that when my groom and I snuck off the dance floor for a quick bathroom break we saw her calmly walking our guest’s puppy in the background without even being asked!!!!! Lastly, our coordinator is one of the last people who you walk down the aisle with and you want to be reassured you have a positive connection to send you off into married life. We could not have imagined someone better suited for this important role then her. So bottom line is BOOK EVENTS INSPIRED! You will be sooo happy you did!

Fantastic experience: Julia was nothing short of amazing through the entire process. I was referred to her by a coworker for the day of planning. She was so thorough, super timely in returning my phone calls and multiple emails even when she was on a family vacation herself! She reviews every vendor contract to ensure she knows who is responsible for what and even pointed out I was short 3 centerpieces for my reception. Thank goodness she found this so I had time to add on those centerpieces with my florist for the reception. On my wedding day, she was totally hands on, came to me for the important issues and she handled everything else and guaranteed my special day went smoothly. Fantastic experience: I can with 100% certainty say that the BEST DECISION I made for our wedding was having Julia as our coordinator! From our first inquiry to see her availability I knew she was the perfect coordinator because she was personable, prompt and made me feel at ease right off the bat! I began meeting with Julia 2 months prior to our wedding and there is no way I could have done any of the planning without her- honestly wish I had her from the day after we got engaged! She is the perfect balance of being personable/fun/exciting girly talk with wedding planning, but then also kept me on track, was fully reliable, quick to action, and extremely organized. There is so much that goes into planning a wedding and Julia took so much work off my plate and made any involvement on my end as easy as possible- she is seriously a rockstar! I always looked forward to our meetings because she is such a great person and always made me feel so much more excited for the big day! Above all, Julia went way above and beyond for our wedding, specifically with my Mom’s decorating visions haha. My Mom is so sweet and thoughtful and fully decorated every little detail for our wedding. The décor was breathtaking, but my worry was always that my Mom would be stressed/not able to enjoy the day because of her wanting to make everything look perfect. Julia and her team were so accommodating and assured us that everything would be taken care of- and it all looked absolutely AMAZING! Every little detail was exactly how my Mom and I had envisioned it, and Julia went way above and beyond, which was so extremely nice of her. I know there were times we were probably way more than she bargained for haha, but she always made us feel at ease and was so beyond sweet throughout the entire planning process. My Mom and I seriously could not have done it without her! The wedding day was executed perfectly, and not a single thing went wrong- it was perfection. I am typically known as a very stressed out person, and my bridesmaids/parents/now husband were shocked at how calm I was leading up to the rehearsal, at the rehearsal dinner and getting ready. They all were almost weirded out haha, but the reason I was so calm and was able to enjoy is because I knew Julia had everything taken care of and was going to make it the most perfect day, and she 1,000% did! My wedding was everything I could have ever asked for, and it is all thanks to Julia and her efforts and being an amazing coordinator! She has already established relationships with most of the vendors that I chose, making the communications with them more effective and efficient. During the year preparing for my wedding, one of the stressful parts was dealing with this one vendor who treated me/my wedding simply their business. Stephanie wasn't like that at all. She is nice, sincere, kind, and accessible. Whenever I felt lost or overwhelmed, she was there for me giving me guidance and solutions. Yet, she is professional and precise. I can't remember any single event that she didn't handle perfectly. Did I mention that I live in Colorado but had a wedding in San Diego? Gosh, it was tough to prepare for a wedding remotely. But Stephanie was always available in texts, email, and video chats. I was able to enjoy my wedding day despite all the huge and small hiccups here and there, thanks to her coordinating things smoothly. Fantastic experience: Our reception venue (The University Club atop Symphony Towers) recommended Events Inspired as their preferred coordination vendor. We worked with Julia for our day of coordination. From the initial phone call with Julia, she was very attentive and accommodating in customizing our day of coordination contract. Since our wedding ceremony had an onsite ceremony coordinator, Julia offered to remove this fee from the day of coordination contract, which was an awesome savings! We met with Julia three weeks before our wedding to review our reception timeline and immediately felt at ease and knew we would be well taken care of. Julia walked us through our timeline in detail and made suggestions to ensure a seamless transition throughout the evening. She went above and beyond in joining us at our venue's final walkthrough and was of tremendous help in guiding us through the meeting. She also helped us secure the ivory linens we wanted as the venue had discontinued them. Up to the day of, we communicated via email mostly and she was always very quick to respond. We decided last minute that we wanted a photo booth and she immediately contacted a vendor she had previously worked with and let us know they were available on our date. She contacted our hair and make up vendor and secured an earlier start time and the vendor added a second hairstylist to ensure that the bridal party would be ready by our ceremony departure time. The day of our reception Julia flawlessly executed our timeline and allowed us to be present and be 'guests' at our own wedding. We cannot thank Julia enough for her professionalism and dedication in ensuring we had the best day ever

Fantastic experience: We used Events Inspired for our May wedding at the Catamaran Resort and it was the best decision we could have made!!! Julia was our coordinator but her partner, Stephanie was also there on our wedding day and both were fabulous. We planned our whole wedding with 165 guests in only 5 months. In the beginning, I was completely overwhelmed. I knew I needed a good coordinator to pull it off and I interviewed 7 of them. SOOO glad I chose Events Inspired! Julia is so calm and in control and it helped me relax through the whole process. She really listened to what WE wanted and never tried to force her opinions on us...she understood what our vision was but would also tell me if she thought there was a better way to do something. We chose the "month-of" package but also paid by the hour to have Julia come to our tasting at the Catamaran (b/c it occurred so early). SOO worth it! There are so many decisions that you have to make (how do you want the napkins folded, what size table for the photo booth, etc) that I have no clue about and having Julia there allowed us to just relax and enjoy our tasting. As we got closer to the wedding, Julia took over the coordination with all of our vendors and she helped me think of all the little details that I would have missed. Our wedding day went off without a single hitch and I give all the credit to Events Inspired! The whole day was coordinated perfectly, all of our vendors were exactly where they needed to be, all of the personal effects and decorative items were set up exactly as we wanted them and the families/wedding party knew exactly what was expected of them. Julia helped us set up a timeline that allowed plenty of wiggle room so we never had to rush. The best part was, I NEVER felt any stress and really got to enjoy my day. Even when I realized I forgot my veil right before the wedding, Julia stayed calm, found a key to the room it was in, ran to get it and put it in my hair herself. Julia is the BEST!

Throughout the planning process, Julia was attentive, organized and responsive. Which was important as parents of the bride we lived out of town from the event venue, This was important as Julia alleviated any additional stress leading up to the wedding. She took away all the worries and kept us from feeling overwhelmed. Julia was in total command and kept us informed, Julia also worked closely with all the vendors. She kept them on task and aware of the venue requirements. And on our rehearsal day Julia made sure we all knew our roles including working hand in hand with the venue to ensure the ceremony and all events went off as planned. On the wedding day, since we had smooth sailing through all the planning, there was absolutely nothing to stress or be concerned about. While we hosted the reception we enjoyed our daughter and son in law’s special day as much if not more than our guests. We truly believe be the day was magical and so beautifully perfect due to Julia. We are so grateful for Julia’s expertise and the pride she takes in providing her clients with top notch service. Fantastic experience: Julia from Events Inspired worked with me to coordinate my wedding reception (day-of) last month. She was always extremely organized and professional. She was thorough about covering every little detail of the day. She made suggestions to help things run smoothly and to make things as beautiful and appealing as possible. Even for the most organized bride, as the wedding day approaches and the number of tasks and decisions that need to be made skyrocket, it's easy for some things to slip through the cracks.
