Fantastic experience: My husband and I loved working with Heather as our wedding planner and Cristophe as our videographer! We had a very small wedding but didn’t know where to start with booking and scheduling vendors. In addition to keeping us on schedule and remembering all the small details leading up to the wedding, she was vital day of from ensuring we ran on schedule to helping to clean mud out of my wedding dress. They say the sign of a good photographer is that you never see them, and we never saw Christophe unless he was asking if there were any additional photos he could take for us. She was instrumental in the day going off exactly as planned and key in keeping us on track during the planning process. She thought of little details I would never have thought to consider. Fantastic experience: I worked with Heather and her team for the day of wedding planning and Christophe was our photographer for the day. They were both amazing. They are detail oriented, professional, and kept us on schedule throughout the day. Despite having a more “difficult” wedding venue (military base), they made everything as easy as it could be with all of our vendors. Christophe went above and beyond to get beautiful photos that we will be able to look back on for the rest of our lives and remember our special day. Fantastic experience: We reached out to interview a variety of wedding planners seven months before our wedding, and Heather at Willmus Weddings immediately stood out. From the start, it seemed she was not only on point, with close connections to all of the vendors (photographers, videographer- who conveniently happened to be her husband - florist, lighting, makeup, and hair), but she also genuinely cared about making the day as special as possible for us. We initially met at the wedding site, where she walked us through all the details. Later, we met again at the site for our tasting, and she guided us through decisions that would have been overwhelming without her input. At the six-week check-in, she ensured everything was aligned and every detail handled, leaving little to no lift on our side. The day before the wedding, Heather had all the vendors confirmed and seamlessly managed everything behind the scenes. We didn’t have a worry in the world as she walked our wedding party through the rehearsal and made sure everything was clearly communicated. Fantastic experience: We worked with Heather & Christophe for event management and photography/videography our son's wedding. It was just absolutely amazing. They were patient and cooperative. Ours was a large multi-cultural wedding. They made it enjoyable for us. Heather worked on the detailing. The photography is ethereal. Christophe is one of the most talented photographers ever. Fantastic experience: Heather was the definition of calm, cool, and organized. She struck an excellent balance of checking in to make sure we were tracking on our planning, encouraging us when we needed to catch up on our checklist, and always doing so warmly to make sure things got done without unneeded stress or planning panic. She was supportive in making recommendations on decorations, event flow, and schedule, but ultimately happy to help bring our vision to life once we made a decision. Christophe did a great job of directing us and helping us ease into our engagement photos, especially given our lack of experience with photo shoots. We asked him to help recreate some old family wedding photos and get a few specific shots, and he was committed to getting every detail perfect. I'm sure they do a ton of weddings, but they showed up on our day committed to making our experience entirely unique and special. Anytime Christophe picked up on an opportunity for photos with a special group of people, he immediately jumped in to make sure we got it. Heather even helped me (the bride) take off my wedding heels and put on my dancing shoes when it would be difficult for me to do it myself. They really care, have the expertise to do a great job, and have the flexibility to make a specific couple's vision come to life. We're writing this review 2.5 months after our wedding and have had several friends speak about how great they were, many of them knowing the duo on a first name basis. It was also great to work with them together as they understood each other's styles, planned ahead, and could easily be trusted to operate in sync, leaving us relaxed to enjoy the weeks before and day of the wedding. Fantastic experience: We are SO glad we hired Christophe from Willmus Weddings to do our photography & videography for our wedding at Kona Kai in October! Christophe was friendly, professional, and so easy to work with. Leading up to the wedding, we were comfortable with everything and his communication was on point. Willmus Weddings was the first video I watched, and I instantly FELL IN LOVE! No one else could compare. Working with Christophe was amazing! He was funny, light-hearted, and gave wonderful direction! We never felt awkward, and he had such great prompts! The video he crafted perfectly described our day as a whole. Fantastic experience: Christophe is an excellent videographer. His personality immediately puts you at ease when you’re in front of the camera. I was impressed with how easily he worked with our photographers and how you never noticed he was filming; he just was. Oh and the edit he put together was terrific. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience working with Willmus Weddings. From initial consult, to locking in the timeline, and the day-of interactions, everything went off without a hitch and he was responsive and genuinely easy to work with. Super positive attitude, and got along with the other vendors perfectly. The end-product, the montage video and the raw footage, were all well worth it, and I can say that I'd recommend Willmus Weddings for videography in a heartbeat. He tied into the mixing board to get the best audio feed, mixed in some day-of drone footage, included just enough of the ceremony and vows, and caught the beauty of the day and celebration. We also did a surprise dance routine, and he and his assistant got multiple angles of it and captured the excitement in the air and the energy of the dance, because they moved around and caught it from a stationary angle, so the combination of splices from each brought it to life in the final montage video. Christophe helped us every step of the way with recommending vendors, and prompting us through our to-do list. After 1.5 year of postponements, we finally had our special day last month and it would not have been as perfect as it was without them. Fantastic experience: Things I looked for when searching for a wedding videographer: quality of edited video, price, easy/fast communication, good vibes. Cristophe brought ALL OF THAT plus more! Got married at Tivoli in Fallbrook, CA (Trademark Venue) 08/14/22 and since the first day when we had our phone consult with Cristophe, we knew it would be a great fit. He is so organized and so easy to work with. Even the guests/other vendors complimented how great he was during our wedding and after. There were a lot of things that didn’t go as planned but it still felt like the perfect night because of how well our DJ, photographer, and videographer worked together as a team. It was honestly the dream vendor team we had for our big day and Cristophe played a big part in that. He got all of our important memories captured and we didn’t even have to bug him for our video (my sister’s videographer did not get her videos back to her till 2 years after her wedding, yikes!) This short review doesn't do any of the incredible work both Heather and Christophe did any justice as we would not have been able to pull off the perfect wedding without them and words can't begin to describe how grateful we were to have found them. Planning/Coordination As soon as we spoke to Heather on the phone we knew she was the one. We just got good vibes from her right off the bat and knew she'd be perfect to help us throw an awesome wedding. Over the course of the process, Heather shared a ton of extremely helpful checklists and timelines to keep us on track and organized. She had the perfect touch of helping and reminding us to make certain decisions without making us feel like we were running behind schedule. She also had the perfect recommendations when we asked about certain vendors & did all the legwork to contact her network to make sure folks were available before even sending us their contact information. This alone saved us hours of research trying to find the perfect vendor and then waiting for their response back. I can't even begin to quantify how helpful it was to be presented with a few options of trusted vendors that Heather knew were the best of the best to choose from. As we got closer to the wedding, Heather walked us through our "day of" timeline and confirmed all the little details we would never have thought about if not for her. On our wedding day, we were both very calm and relaxed knowing that Heather and her assistant Clemence had everything taken care of at the venue. They made our day absolutely perfect! Design My partner and I had no idea what we were doing when it came to designing the overall theme and vibe of the wedding and knew we needed extra help. Heather talked us through all the various design elements and turned our very vague descriptions into the most amazing tropical wedding vision. She nailed what we wanted on the first try and helped us find the right vendors to turn the vision into reality. While meeting with various vendors she conveyed our vision and recommended different design changes or additions based on our questions/feedback. It was incredible to see everything come together on our wedding day and we absolutely could not have done it without Heather! Photography/Videography My partner and I had never taken any professional photos before and weren't sure what to expect, but felt right at ease under Christophe's guidance. He made us look so natural and our engagement photos turned out so well - we were extremely excited to work with him again on our wedding day. On our wedding day, Christophe arrived with his team (one additional photographer, one videographer) and got right to work taking hundreds of photos of every little detail. He was able to corral our large and rowdy families and wedding party to get the perfect group shots and managed to do so efficiently so we could release the guests back to the wedding festivities. When we got our photos and video back we were absolutely floored at how well they came out and how beautiful each and everyone looked. Heather is beyond stellar! From the beginning, even before her official contract (we booked her one month + day of coordination) started with us, she provided us with extensive lists to help with planning for the future and even some help/recommendations for vendors. These lists were also used as the month drew near, and were amazing for establishing timelines and lists of everything you ever need. She is almost always available to help you out either by text or call, or she will call back as soon as she can to help out. My family had so many last-minute changes, and Heather was accommodating to everything and helped me feel at ease. My husband and I cannot recommend Heather enough! Clemence was also an assistant on our wedding day and was also very sweet and professional. Every little detail was taken care of for the wedding; it helped that Heather had a ton of experience working with my venue. Fantastic experience: Easily the most significant return on investment for our entire wedding -- you will never go wrong with leaving it up to Heather and Christophe to deliver a memorable, adventurous experience! My wife and I planned to host our reception in San Diego, even though we live in the bay area, so we had to look for a wedding planner and day-of coordinator to help us out. After contacting several planners in the area, what sold us with Heather, amongst others, was her stellar track record, and her flexibility to work with us through this entire process remotely. In roughly five months, Heather virtually took care of everything. She dealt with all the headaches and pain points of managing a reception, gave us a concrete game plan (and tasteful suggestions) on what we had to act on once we decided on our venue, and referred us to some of San Diego's top-notch vendors, all while fitting our timeline and budget. All I had to do was show up on time for our scheduled virtual syncs, sign the forms, and pay my vendors on time, while Heather took care of everything else! We were also very impressed with how she handled everything on the reception night. Despite the setbacks of moving our dinner plans indoors due to the weather not cooperating, we miraculously stayed on schedule, and not once did we ever have to worry about the little things as Heather always seemed to be on top of things. The photos at the reception were all beautiful as well, capturing all the moments and emotions just as we had hoped. The video he made was absolute perfection. We couldn't have asked for more. He is extremely talented. We are so grateful for the memories we can keep of our daughter's wedding day because of his professionalism and attention to detail. We also hired Heather for our final details and day of coordinating. She was so personable and kind, listening to all the concerns I had in getting all the vendors on the same page as far as timing and decorating. She was able to take a huge weight off of me as mother of the bride, especially in planning all of the final details from 3 states away. On the day of the wedding, all I had to do was arrive at the reception, which was held at a different location than the wedding and a few hours later. When we got there, everything was in place and in perfect order. It looked amazing, despite the fact that we had an outdoor reception under a tent in the freezing cold and rain! She kept the evening flowing with a timeline she had helped us put together. I never had to worry or check on anything. It made the reception something I was able to enjoy! She even helped us get a spill out of my daughter's dress and no one even noticed there had been a mishap. My sanity on this day was all due to Heather. I can't thank her enough.

We hired Heather for the full service wedding planning and honestly having her by our side from start to finish her was worth every penny. Fantastic experience: We hired Christophe for my son’s recent backyard wedding in San Diego (Poway). Christophe was very friendly, responsive and professional. I found his pricing very reasonable and he even offered to manage the Zoom feed on my phone for our out of town family and friends. He was very flexible and worked really well with our photographer and coordinator. On the day of the ceremony Christophe was on time and immediately acclimated to the large backyard, layout, family members etc., yet was somehow very unobtrusive. He captured all the special moments and some great footage with his drone and produced a wonderful “sneak peek” video, even making changes that my son and his wife requested. My son and his wife absolutely loved the longer highlight video too, with all the special moments he captured and how he put them all together to highlight their special story and day. Our whole family will treasure it in the years to come. I would highly recommend Christophe.

Fantastic experience: Christophe was able provide services for our wedding last minute (we finalized the details the month of the wedding). He is the most genuine and charismatic videographer that goes above and beyond for his clients. He provided the teaser and the full-length wedding video well before the agreed upon dates and both videos blew our expectations out of the water. We had a few minor requested edits for the teaser and Christophe provided the edits within the same week! The day of the wedding, Christophe worked so well with our photographer to make everything go as planned as well as ensuring all of the awesome moments were captured. He had my wife and I do a few things that turned out so well in the final video. Nothing but great things to say about Christophe. We were a little ensure if one person would be enough to capture everything but Christophe made sure he was there to capture each and every special moment. All of our guests loved Christophe's awesome personality, 5 stars all around!

We hired Heather as our Month/Day of Coordinator and she absolutely exceeded all expectations. Heather is a true, real life angel and just the sweetest and kindest soul! She was such a pleasure to work with and her calming, positive energy always brought me peace during the moments I needed it most. She promptly addressed any & all questions/concerns I had throughout planning and never once made me feel like I was being a crazy bride, even though I'm certain I was at times. Our vision for the ceremony and reception wouldn't have come to life without Heather and we'll be forever grateful for all that she did for us in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the wedding and of course the day of. Heather is knowledgable, detail-oriented, efficient, and did everything to ensure that the whole day ran smoothly. We had a lot of decor (florals, candles, various stationery, signs, frames, etc.) and we are so appreciative for all of the unpacking/setting up + organizing/repacking and transporting she did before & after the event. Heather did all of the heavy lifting, which really allowed us to enjoy every moment of the day, completely stress free. We hired Christophe as our Photographer/Videographer and again, he went above & beyond for us just as Heather did. First of all, he is the funnest Photographer/Videographer ever! His positive, high energy is contagious and he made us all feel so comfortable the entire day. Being on camera is not our favorite thing, but Christophe did a fabulous job getting us over the awkwardness and from what we've seen so far, he was able to capture our truest selves on camera. The day after the wedding, we received the best surprise - 20+ sneak peek photos! It was completely unexpected, but was such an amazing gift as we soaked in all of the feels from a fabulous weekend. We cannot wait to see the rest of the photos and video! To top off the most perfect wedding day, Heather & Christophe shared another sweet surprise with us right after the ceremony - their son, Pierre! My husband had previously made a comment hoping they'd bring him to the wedding, and they delivered yet again! He is the sweetest boy and just such a doll, it was so nice to meet him and see his cute face in person! My husband and I, along with our friends & family are still talking about how amazing this day was and how kind, sweet, caring, fun, and helpful Heather & Christophe both were. I truly don't think there are enough words to thank you, but I hope you can feel the love and gratitude we have for you both. We started wedding planning in early 2019 for our original 10/10/20 wedding date, but ended up deciding to postpone during the Summer of 2020. As a bride, planning a wedding through a pandemic had its challenges; but it doesn't even compare to the challenges Heather & Christophe have faced working in the wedding industry as a professional Wedding Planner & Photographer/Videographer. Fantastic experience: Willmus Weddings was such a blessing for our wedding! I had to switch photographers last minute and found Willmus Weddings on Yelp. I inquired if they were available (literally the week before the wedding) and they were able to take us last minute!!! Choosing them was one of the BEST decisions I made for the wedding. Chris helped us to plan the photography and videography scheduling for the day of - first look, ceremony, and reception. They were flexible and listened attentively to our requests and wishes, they even met at our exact locations for both the first look and ceremony/reception venue. Chris' expertise in weddings is prestine - his eye for videography in making our wedding video made us love our wedding even more! His photographer (I think her name was Maddie?) was phenomenal was well - even though we were on a tight schedule, they were so laid back an accommodating for all our needs. For coordinator services: With Heather and team (Clement!) behind the scenes, it made the evening have the formality of a wedding, yet the freedom of partying with loved ones. I couldn't have imagined it to go as smoothly as it did. All I wanted for our wedding was to truly enjoy all of the work that went into planning, and that's exactly what happened! That is what an amazing coordinator will do. Heather came in at the tail end of my wedding as the month of coordinator and basically took the reigns of what I had been planning and tied up all the loose ends. She made me feel at ease knowing everything behind the scenes was running smoothly. If you appreciate organization and attention to detail, you will love Heather. You may plan for the time to do something but you may not have the energy. Something I did not anticipate was how tiring (but fun!) the day can be. For Photography and Videography: Christophe and his team (Sebastian!) are awesome! We booked him for our engagement shoot, wedding photography and videography.
