Fantastic experience: Alyssa truly made our wedding a dream come true. She listened to our vision and brought it to life with details we never could have imagined ourselves. She came up with the most beautiful, caterpillar-like design for the tables and added thoughtful touches that made our celebration feel completely personal and one of a kind. She sourced incredible vendors and after we picked which ones we wanted to use, she did an amazing job negotiating with them over the phone and zoom. She made our dream of having a New Orleans style second line come to life, complete with the Triad Brass Band leading us from our ceremony under the willow tree at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden to our cocktail reception as the sun was setting. It was pure magic and truly one of the highlights of our lives. As we planned our wedding in only nine months, Alyssa was endlessly patient, organized, and responsive. She kept us on track with timelines, anticipated every need, and made us feel special every step of the way. She focused on getting everything done during the week so we could still enjoy our weekends. Of course there are always a few day of emergencies at weddings, but Alyssa handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so we didn’t even notice, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment. Our guests are still raving that it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended, and we owe that entirely to Alyssa and her amazing team. We will genuinely miss working with her. ❤️

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding at 620 Loft & Garden in NYC, and Alyssa and her team were absolutely essential in making it everything we hoped for. From the early planning stages, helping us source the best vendors, refine our vision, and create a seamless timeline, to the wedding day itself, she managed every detail with precision and professionalism. Alyssa brings an intensity and focus that is exactly what you need on such an important day. Coordinating a wedding in the middle of Midtown Manhattan is no small feat, especially during UN week, yet everything ran flawlessly. If there were any hiccups, we never knew about them, her team had everything under control. Because of Alyssa, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our celebration. We cannot recommend Alinato Events highly enough, they turned a potentially stressful process into the most beautiful, effortless, and unforgettable experience of our lives.

She knows her craft- truly any time I was unsure or thought maybe the moodboard was scary- I could not have been more wrong in a great way. Our wedding felt like us from the Wedding Mass to the after party. If we didn’t hire Alinato, the details that made our wedding, wouldn’t have happened. Our guests are still talking about our wedding and it’s not because they’re being polite, it’s because of the guidance of Alinato. Fantastic experience: Working with Alyssa, Aubrey, and the entire Alinato team was a dream. They are exactly what you want and need in a planner. Alyssa brings a vast vendor network, deep design expertise, and a warm candor that is so delightful to work with. She kept us on track and was always willing to go the extra mile (e.g., she hopped on FaceTime with us on a Friday at five multiple times). Particularly in New York City, where there are a million vendors to work with, having the peace of mind that Alyssa had done the diligence and built relationships with the best of the best was invaluable. You want to ride in a vintage cab? She has the best guy for it. You want your dog at the ceremony? She knows the most trustworthy company. You want your photographer at your rehearsal dinner? Sure, no problem, she will text them and make it happen. She and Aubrey also made the wedding weekend SO smooth. We had to change our rehearsal dinner location last minute due to extenuating circumstances, and they both handled it was such grace and efficiency. It was supposed to thunderstorm up until a few hours before the ceremony, and they were calm and reassuring. Every part of the wedding day ran like clockwork from our perspective (I am sure things went awry, but we didn’t notice because Alinato so deftly handles everything!), and I truly cannot imagine not having them there. After 18 months of planning Alyssa and the Alinato team feel more like trusted friends than anything, and we’re so, SO glad we had the opportunity to work with them.

Fantastic experience: Working with Alinato Events to help plan and coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions my fiancé and now wife made. Alyssa and her team were organized, professional, and resourceful in helping to find and work with our venue, vendors, and all aspects leading up to and on our big day! As working professionals, my wife and I had to trust and rely on Alinato Events to coordinate and handle the day-to-day intricacies of planning everything including a master timeline and recommending the right people to make our day special which they did with flying colors including working within and keeping us on budget. Honestly, if we could give more stars we would. Alinato events has more than earned their five star reputation and my now wife and I would highly recommend to future couples in helping to make your special day memorable as well.

Fantastic experience: Working with Alyssa and her team was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. My wife and I were both very busy with work during the planning phase of the wedding but Alyssa was on top of it to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. She was extremely easy to work with. We were relatively hands off for most of it and left it up to her and her vendors to make most of the decisions and the wedding turned out more perfect than we could’ve imagined. Fantastic experience: Alyssa and her team worked it out- especially given Covid. This year was a total nightmare for my fiance and I and we were starting to think that we would just have to elope. Not only did Alyssa help us get back FULL refunds from all our vendors- she helped us through the nightmare of planning an intimate gathering and following all the NY laws about it. Having an intimate wedding was actually so special and nice and she helped us to get everything we wanted done. We are so grateful to her and her team for everything!!
