Negative experience: If you are looing for a wedding vendor that can be described as professional, mature, and best, then do not hire LLG. Not only is Lauren unprofessional with the maturity of a child, she is impossible to work with. LLG was the WORST vendor I hired for my wedding. Lauren was absolutely terrible and completely incompetent. She was such a failure at her job that I ended up firing her. Yes, I chose to forget about the thousands I had already paid her by terminating her contract because she was that incapable. Lauren has no creativity whatsoever. She "came up with an idea" one time that she told me was one of a kind. I later discovered that she simply copied that idea from a Pinterest photo I later found. Sad...

Fantastic experience: We turned to LLG for our daughter's wedding in Palm Beach last February and we couldn't have pulled it off without Lauren, Heather and the LLG team. A few things stand out-- we wanted to avoid the use of too many flowers so LLG created a candle candle accented with one red rose that everyone received as they entered the reception, When a hotel canceled our "guaranteed" room reservations, LLG stepped up to find an alternative and reroute the bus route and other logistic challenges. And most important-- we had fun planning the process instead of fretting about every detail.

Fantastic experience: Working with Lauren and her team made wedding planning for this micro managing perfectionist bride truly a breeze. We came to LLG with a vision to have a destination wedding like no one has ever seen before. We wanted to get married on top of a waterfall, and Lauren searched the forests of Costa Rica to find us the perfect one. Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. I used LLG events as my day of coordination service for my wedding in July 2022. Our planner, Alice was amazing. She was so organized and was able to answer every question I had along the way so that i felt confident heading into the big day. Madison, who supported on the day of was also so incredibly attentive and helpful. All of the wedding party and vendors knew exactly where to go. Everything went smoothly and on time. Even when there were small hiccups on the day (like a trolley arriving with broken air-conditioning, rain during outside photos, and some issues with our first look location), Alice and Madison did not miss a beat. They made sure everything was resolved and even worked their magic to get the first look back on track. I cannot recommend this team highly enough! They made managing 10+ vendors and a 250+ guest list look effortless. These ladies are amazing and I am so thankful to have worked with them!

Fantastic experience: LLG was fantastic and easy to work with throughout our extended planning process. We started working with them in early 2020 and you can guess what happened next. LLG took a delay of an entire year in stride, working to revise all our vendor contracts and protect our interests, and staying in contact with us throughout to ensure we were kept up to date. We were completely new to planning a major event like this but they walked us through the whole process and explained everything thoroughly. We had a few unexpected bumps with vendors and LLG jumped in to push things forward each time. It was great to feel like we were in capable hands and didn't have to worry throughout the process. In the end, our wedding was a magical day that went off without a hitch. We had numerous room setups, multiple photo spot setups, a huge live band with a stage that had to be constructed day-of, and two massive trees of flowers extending over our dining area. LLG coordinated everything expertly and kept the event moving along. We've had many guests reach out to say that this was the best wedding they have ever attended, and LLG deserves a huge slice of the credit there.

Fantastic experience: Lauren and her team were nothing short than AMAZING!!! I couldn't picture planning my wedding without them. From start to finish they were super attentive, assuring and understood my vision. They truly brought my dream wedding to reality and then some. With COVID we ended up switching the reception from a venue to my parent's backyard... in 3 months as we were not comfortable with restrictions and the unknown at venue. Though it was no easy task LLG made it the easiest transition. Looking back now I couldn't imagine my wedding being held anywhere else and being anywhere near as PERFECT. Lauren truly became a friend in a time of need for us. Their organization and experience in the field made things very smooth and eased my anxiety a lot. When we pulled out of the venue the venue tried changing their story and not giving my deposit back and LLG had a paper trail in emails to back up our story that this was not what was promised. They also helped make sure we didn't miss anything in creating a venue in my parent's backyard! Day of it rained basically all day and I ended up getting a stomach bug and it still was the most perfect day. You would have NEVER known I got sick since they were helping keep things go on smoothly and made sure I was taken care of until I felt better. We also still got as many pictures as we could and made the best of the weather. They were like my guardian angels all day making sure that this wouldn't ruin my perfect day we had planned for a year and a half. Their team constantly checked on me day and night to make sure I was good and made sure everything stuck to the timeline and was positioned right for the photographers. HIRE THEM, truly they are the most talented team, don't know what we would have done without them.

Fantastic experience: We used LLG for my daughter's wedding at Cipriani 55 Wall Street on May 11, 2019 and it was the best decision that we made. Lauren, Teal, and Daryl kept us calm and focused and helped us with all of the last minute decisions. They did all of the coordination with the florist in order to achieve the special "look" that we wanted for the wedding. They helped us find vendors and secure contracts with them and they acted as a liaison with the Cipriani making sure that everything was on track. They created a timeline for us to follow on the day of the wedding and coordinated the timeline with the hair and makeup people as well as with the photographer and videographer. They listened to what we wanted and were quick to respond. The greatest gift they gave us was that on the day of the wedding I didn't have to think about any of the details because I knew they were taking care of it all. I was able to simply enjoy the wedding and let them handle everything on the day of the wedding. I would use them again and recommend them highly without reservation!!
