Fantastic experience: My first call with Audrey sold me on Royal Weddings, but my time working with Allison reinforced that I made the right decision. I was planning my wedding remotely from Texas and it made a huge difference to have a local planner with connections and vendors they had worked with before. They were able to recommend vendors that I would have never found that made our day perfect. Royal Weddings was also was able to find a make up artist and hairstylist through their team, this was complicated because there was only me for the wedding day. Additionally, when we had a vendor back out at the last minute due to an unforeseen conflict Allison worked tirelessly to get another vendor in place prior to the wedding week. Allison helped the planning process and the wedding day / weekend events go smoothly so that I had less concern and stress, I can't thank her and the team enough! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a planner to make their lives easier and their wedding day go perfectly!

Fantastic experience: Allison executed the wedding of our dreams. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and on the day of. Allison took the time to get to know me and helped create the vision for a beautiful day. I always felt like we were her only clients, even though I know she was incredibly busy. She stepped in to take control when things got out of control on the day of. She and her team even took photos for the photo website we set up for the day of.

Positive experience: I used Royal Weddings and Events for hair/makeup for my wedding day. Audrey was great in coordinating everything. Madi/Amber did hair for me, my mom, and my 8 bridesmaids. They did a fantastic job with all of us!! An extra special thank you to Madi - because she went above and beyond to make sure I loved and felt comfortable with the style I eventually went with the day of. She ended up doing a second trial with me to make sure I loved my hair, and I absolutely did. :) Elizabeth was slated to be my makeup artist. She showed up to our trial 2 hours late and we almost had to reschedule completely. However, things happen and she did a great job with my makeup during our trial so I didn't think anything else of it. Unfortunately, I was informed the night before my wedding that we would have to change MUA because she would be unable to make it. Andrea came and did a great job trying to understand the vision I had before she jumped in, and she did a great job with the makeup for me, my mom, and 2 bridesmaids! But ultimately it would've been great to have a continuity of services. I feel that while I liked my makeup a lot, I didn't love it - and that would've been solved by better communication and a more reliable team.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a month since my wife and I got married and we are still replaying our big day in our heads, reminiscing on how perfect it was. Thanks to Audrey our wedding was perfect. She made our lives so much easier and allowed everything to flow so much smoother by taking the time to plan out every single detail. Thank you thank you thank you!

Fantastic experience: We used Audrey as our coordinator for our wedding and let me tell you, I’m sooooo glad we did!! She made the day and planning go by so smooth. She was always there with answers for any questions I had. I don’t know what we would have done without her and her expertise. We also used her Queen Suite (bride & bridesmaids) and AirBnb (groom and groomsmen) for getting ready. It was easy for the photographer and videographer to go back and forth between the two spaces to get pictures/videos while we were getting ready. The Queen Suite was so spacious and super cute for photos.

Fantastic experience: I used royal weddings for hair and make up as well as the queen suit space. My hair and make up was flawless and lasted the whole day. Andrea and Savannah were so down to earth and could not have made me look any more perfect! The queen suit was the picture perfect space for getting ready the day off. We had so much room and it was decorated beautifully:)

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Royal Weddings & Events! I used them for my October wedding & utilized their Day of Coordination services, as well as Hair & Makeup services. Allison was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She was on top of everything, answered any questions I had and truly played a huge role in how seamless the day turned out. I cannot recommend her enough. I also utilized their hair and makeup, which was nice because Allison had a great rapport with them and it was nice to have one company for a multitude of services. My wedding hair & makeup was flawless and all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup looked amazing. Savannah did my hair & Resha did my makeup! They both are extremely talented & so easy to work with. I promise you will not be disappointed if you choose them!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have had Audrey as my coordinator and decorator! She is so professional and easy to work with, I truly cannot imagine what I would have done without her. From the very beginning she made me feel so confident that everything would run smoothly and look beautiful. The day of my wedding everything ended up even better than I could have imagined. It was so easy to just give her my thoughts and ideas and then let her roll with it and make the final product. On the Wedding day I didn't have to think about anything but myself, she made sure every vendor was where they needed to be, all details and decorations were in place and made sure my ceremony ran perfectly. I cannot recommend Royal Weddings and Events enough!

Fantastic experience: Audrey and her team went above and beyond to ensure my day was perfectly set ! They flipped the room while having to accommodate us taking photos inside due to the down pour of rain and they were happily able to continue their jobs around us. It was truly the most special day of our lives and not a single stressor due to the fantastic members of Royal Weddings. Audrey answered any question I had throughout the planning process and gave me great recommendations for vendors! She stayed in budget for me while giving these recommendations and she also had lots of available items for rent at great prices! Fantastic experience: Okay, let us just say Hannah was AMMAAZZIINGGGGGGG! We couldn't have had a smoother day and focus on what's important without her handling the details. We even provided our venue (who also was very impressed) their information so the venue could add them as a preferred vendor. We cannot thank her enough for taking care of things before we even thought to think about them. Fantastic experience: I am a wedding photographer and have worked with dozens of event planners over the years. Allison and the Royal Weddings and Events team were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They did a wonderful job of communicating with me prior to the wedding day and making sure enough time was allowed in the timeline for photos. Fantastic experience: I used Royal Weddings & Events for my day of coordination. With COVID, I had to reschedule and they rolled with it. Allison was amazing! With everything going on, there was a good few months approaching our original wedding date where everything was in limbo and finalizing details just wasn't happening. Allison helped keep me on track, was so kind and kept all of my ideas in mind. It was so nice having a detailed itinerary emailed to me and having Allison and her team there to keep it all together. They were so incredibly helpful with setup, keeping it running, and cleanup. If there were any hiccups the entire day I had no idea. It ran so smoothly! Allison and her team were so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend using them for your day of coordination services!

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend using Royal Weddings & Events, whether it be for full coordination or Event Set Up/Strike! I reached out to Audrey after finding her business on an Indy wedding FB page. What a Godsend she was! About a month before our wedding, I became very stressed about who would decorate our venue space and break it all down. For the longest I figured my bridal party and I could do it the day of but realized that was unrealistic and would leave us tired and burnt out!! Fortunately, I saw that Audrey provided Event Set Up/Strike services and messaged her. So happy I did because she really worked with me to make our vision come to life! Our venue space looked GREAT, and a week later, we are still receiving compliments on all the decor! Audrey was super sweet and made sure all the details were discussed beforehand to ensure a smooth set up and break down! Definitely consult her team if you’re looking for event decor or other services she has to offer!

Fantastic experience: We hired Allison Davis through Royal Weddings & Events to be our day-of-coordinator for our October wedding. She made our day run so smoothly and made sure we were right on schedule for everything. I can't imagine not having her there to make sure everything was going okay. Having someone else oversee all of the details that you've planned for so long really lets you just enjoy the day. I didn't have to focus on whether we were on time for photos or toasts...Allison was right there walking us through everything. I didn't have to stress about whether things were happening behind the scenes because I knew Allison was taking care of everything. If you're on the fence about whether you need a day-of-coordinator, DO IT...and hire Allison!! I can't say enough great things about her and how much having her there allowed us to just soak everything in and enjoy our wedding day! We also went through Royal Weddings & Events for hair and make-up. Savannah did my hair and did such a wonderful job. Andrea did my makeup and also did such an amazing job. Both my hair and make-up looked flawless all night! They also did some of the hair and make-up for the bridal party, and those girls looked amazing as well! Savannah & Andrea are both so talented and are truly the beauty dream team! I would highly recommend Allison, Andrea & Savannah with Royal Weddings to anyone getting married. I can't imagine my wedding day without them. Thank you ladies!

Fantastic experience: Audrey was great! She was an absolute life saver. There is no way i would of had a wedding without her. She always answered every question i had beforehand and talked to all the vendors for me. On the day of my wedding she made sure everything was on time and ran smoothly. She's definitely amazing at what she does and you can not go wrong choosing her! I also used her team for hair and makeup for all my girls and they did great! Super professional and and great at what they do!

Fantastic experience: Audrey & her team helped my husband and I in every way imaginable. We had a lengthy engagement , with finishing school & recently purchasing a house ... wedding planning added to our chaos called life. Audrey allowed me to plan at my pace and I knew everything would be okay with her and her team. When it came down to the day, many decorations and items were missing on my part or miscommunication with other vendors, but her team handled everything. My wedding day was amazing and I know it’s was largely in part because of Royal Weddings and Events. I even threw a big decoration , our arch, at the last minute ... every detail was exactly what I envisioned. It’s so important to have such a caring and kind company like them on your big day!! Fantastic experience: Words can't even begin to express my gratitude for Audrey and everything she did to make my wedding day perfect. I ended up moving my wedding date up sooner than originally planned so I was a frazzled mess. Everything was literally thrown together on my end, but Audrey took every mismatched decor item I had provided and made something beautiful out of it all to truly make my venue and wedding day everything I could have ever imagine. It looked like something out of a magazine for a wedding I could never afford but she made it all happen with everything I already had! I tend to lack an attention to detail and Audrey makes sure everything is perfect and taken care of down to each tiny detail. I pretty much owe the success of my entire wedding to her and her coordinating skills. She lifted so much stress off of my shoulders so that I could just enjoy my day and take it all in and know that everything was perfect and in the best hands possible. I can't thank her enough and I HIGHLY recommend using her and her team for all of your event planning needs!!
