Fantastic experience: My wife and I used Robin’s wedding planning services in 2020. She was absolutely great! Our wedding was postponed due to the pandemic, but Robin was very accommodating and helped coordinate with all our vendors to reschedule the wedding, albeit a smaller size, to later in the year. We particularly appreciated how detail oriented, organized, and passionate she was in both the planning and day of execution. You can’t go wrong with The Wedding Lady!

Fantastic experience: Robin made all of our wedding dreams come true!! We hired her for florals and decor and she executed our vision PERFECTLY!! Robin has amazing attention to detail and cares for your wedding just as you do for your own. It’s hard to find a vendor that cares for you like that and she does!! I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Fantastic experience: We hired The Wedding Lady for our non-traditional wedding in August and I CANNOT say enough about how incredible she made our day! She did SO MUCH work during the planning process, kept us extremely organized, was super responsive (both email and text), and took SO much stress out of the process. She provided us with recommendations of all vendors, had local contacts for everything we needed (with discounted pricing!), completely understood our non-traditional vision, and her staff kept me (the bride) calm, organized, and excited during the planning process and on our wedding day. The Wedding Lady & her staff were the MVP of our wedding! :) We also hired Robin to do our flowers and DANG did she deliver! We requested wildflowers & plum sunflowers from local vendors and she went above & beyond with florals and decor. It was BETTER than the photos we showed her for inspiration! We recommended her to ALL of our friends. Two of our friends are getting married next March and hired her after they saw how amazing our day was! Cannot say enough about how amazing The Wedding Lady is!

Fantastic experience: There are so many incredible things I could say about The Wedding Lady, organized, detail oriented, creative, professional, inspiring, and the most significant is loving! Living in Texas and planning a wedding in my hometown of Indy was a daunting task, but I found her through a google review and after our first phone call I knew she would be the perfect person for our special event. Robin and her crew handled every major and minor detail you could think of, and were prepared to conquer any problem to come. She had little so many surprises that really made the whole day so much fun to walk around and enjoy not only the wedding but the exhibit. So many out of town guests complimented such a beautiful and FUN wedding experience, I've even been told by friends, my wedding was better than theirs... That says a lot!! She can handle all your needs... Planning, coordinating, decorating, and flowers! She has so many connections around town that she's able to bring your ideas to life. We chose the Ultimate Package, which saved my sanity, I was truly able to just enjoy our wedding... We had no stress at all! We love Robin and her family, we consider them a part of our family as well. She was there with love, support, guidance and a shoulder to cry on when my mother died during the planning process. Which Robin made such incredible efforts in honoring my mother throughout the day, making sure we all knew my mom was there in spirit. We highly recommend The Wedding Lady, you will get more than a wedding planner, you will get a friend, a mother, an artist and a true professional.

Fantastic experience: Robbin was the wedding planner for our daughter’s wedding. I cannot praise her and her services enough. Every detail was executed perfectly and she made sure everything was beautiful on the day of the wedding. We did not have to do anything but enjoy the day. Robbin is professional and makes sure your day is special. She is such a loving and caring person and treats you like family. She was a blessing to our family.

Fantastic experience: I’m a wedding videographer and I’ve worked with Robin on several occasions. She is hands down the best wedding coordinator I’ve ever worked with, and any bride would be lucky to have her services on her special day.

Fantastic experience: Robin went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we wanted and so much more. No one had to lift a finger the entire day as she and her staff took care of everything! We kept encountering little surprises from her all day and that just added to the magic of it all. She’s a one-stop shop! Planning, coordinating, decorating, and flowers (as an extra cost)! Her price for the package we bought was very reasonable especially considering that it included access and use of her entire decor inventory plus the hundreds of other services she provided. We loved working with Robin and getting to know her over the course of 7 months. She recommended some amazing vendors, took care of contacting them, listened to our vision for decor, created an incredible timeline for the day and ensure every single person involved had one and knew what to do, plus SO much more. We feel so lucky to have found her!

Fantastic experience: The Wedding Lady was one of the best decisions my husband and I made regarding our wedding. Robin and her staff were amazing and went above and beyond, so we could have an absolutely perfect wedding! We hired Robin 5 months before our wedding because we were looking for someone to be a day of coordinator, but most importantly, we were looking for someone to do all of the decor for us. Robin's decor inventory had everything I had pinned on my wedding pinterest board. It worked out perfectly! Robin also does flowers, which was even more perfect because we had not hired a florist yet. Robin ended up creating a personalized package for us that included access to all of her decor inventory, a master timeline for the big day, day of coordination, and she and her staff did all of the decorating at the venue, plus tore everything down when the night was over. On top of that, Robin did all of our flowers and WOW were they beautiful. We received so many compliments on how amazing our flowers were. Robin and her staff helped make our night a dream come true. She even added in some extra surprises with the decor, which we loved :). Everything was so beautiful, and it wouldn't have been without her and her staff and the amount of effort and skill they put into our wedding. Not only is Robin extremely talented in the work she does, but Robin is very personable. She really listened to what we wanted and helped keep our stress levels down. She was great at communicating with us and never left us out of the loop when she communicated with other vendors. Robin is amazing. Her team is amazing. I recommend The Wedding Lady to anyone and everyone needing a planner, decorator, or florist! It will be one of the best decisions you make.
