Fantastic experience: I almost don't know what to say in this review because nothing I can say will adequately capture how absolutely PHENOMENAL Megan and her team are. We hired Megan as our full wedding planner a little under two years prior to our wedding and it was the single best decision we ever made in planning our wedding. From the very start Megan was responsive, professional, and friendly. She made the entire process so smooth and relatively stress free. As part of the full wedding planning package she offers monthly meetings, helps to find all the vendors, handles all the communication and coordination with vendors, helps with wedding design, manages RSVPs, and so much more. She kept us on track throughout the entire process and managed everything expertly. When my vendors would ask me questions regarding the day of and timing, I would immediately tell them we needed to talk to Megan because she was ON TOP of everything and what she says goes haha. Even more impressive, every single one of our other vendors were familiar with her and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. Each one of my vendors made a point of telling me how lucky I was to be working with Megan because of how organized she is and how great she is to work with, and honestly I think that probably says more about how great she is than anything I could say. Day of was an absolute dream. She and her team managed EVERYTHING. My friends, family, husband, and I just got to show up and enjoy every moment knowing that Megan and her team were there making sure everything ran perfectly. If anything went wrong that day I would't know because Megan made sure none of it reached me. There's a part of me that is sad our wedding is over now because we are going to miss Megan so much. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Megan and I promise you will never regret hiring Arbor and Bloom.

Fantastic experience: Megan was such a great help to us! From venues to design to small details, Megan had it handled. Megan even was on maternity leave a couple months before our wedding, but she was so forward-thinking and organized, that it did not cause any stress! The website platform she uses for planning was also a great, unexpected help, keeping us very organized. Would recommend Megan to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Arbor and Bloom (Megan Adams) was a vital part of the successful execution of our entire wedding day event. We opted for the month-of coordination package, but Megan made herself available from first contact to any questions we ran into. We were very impressed with the welcome gift we received from Arbor and Bloom (it was a nice touch)! Megan did a superb job of putting together a seamless timeline and getting vendors together behind the scenes. She also helped with the placement of some decor, which allowed family member to remain present in the moment of the day. Megan is a timely, strong communicator and my only regret was not knowing about her sooner in the process! She will be your biggest cheerleader through the process no matter what stage of planning you are in. On the actual day of, my wife and I did not actually have to worry about a single thing besides loving each other and appreciating our family and friends. If you are looking for a sign to hire a wedding planner/coordinator, this is it! She truly was the key to the least stressful day we could have imagined. We thank you greatly, Megan!

Fantastic experience: Megan was the best type of wedding planner I could have. My husband and I had gotten engaged and relocated to Indiana shortly after. Originally we thought about doing the wedding in Chicago, but the drive would make it difficult to plan appropriately. From there, I knew I needed to get some help and after meeting with Megan it was such a match made. She made the whole process so enjoyable for me and Jett. From the big details to the small details, Megan was on top of it! Couldn't have picked out a better planner for our big day.

Fantastic experience: We hired Arbor & Bloom for a day of coordinator and it is the best money we spent. We had Tessa for our head coordinator and the communication was incredible start to finish. Tessa was at all the venue meetings so she had lots of notes and information prior to the wedding date. Our venue... was less than amazing and Tessa handled it amazingly. She went back and forth with them on things that she shouldn't have had to deal with and handled it so well and really felt like she was there for us not just to complete "another wedding". Day of was great! Again... our venue presented challenges for Tessa, Tonya and Emma but they all did such a great job making everything how we wanted even with the mess from others. Truly the best money we spent for the wedding by far. highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with. On Arbor & Bloom's website, it says the company's primary goal is for their clients to have nothing to worry about on their special day. Megan and her team far surpassed this!! As someone who is a Type A, planner, control freak, I found it easy to trust Megan and know that she had everything handled. I did not have a single worry on my wedding day. While Megan was at my venue creating my dream space for the ceremony and reception the day-of (setting up all my candles, signage, guest book, etc.), Tonya was at my get-ready spot making sure we were on schedule, getting us lunch, and was truly such a sweet highlight of the day! I bought the day-of-coordination package (gold package) and it was perfect for me. As stated before, I am a Type A person who loves to plan. Even as this type of person, it was incredibly helpful to have Megan as my day-of-coordinator, especially because in this package, she starts to provide her services eight weeks out. I truly felt like everything was under control and was actually able to enjoy my last couple of months as a bride without worrying too much about the planning and coordinating of my wedding. She was easy to communicate with and always responded to us in a timely fashion. Megan is knowledgable, provides helpful advice, is so sweet, and easy to work with. She truly made my wedding day and the weeks leading up to it a breeze! I 100% recommend Arbor and Bloom's services. A huge thank you to Megan and the Arbor & Bloom team to making our dream wedding a reality!!

Fantastic experience: Hiring Megan was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! As a newly engaged couple, we got a lot of advice for planning a wedding and “hiring a wedding coordinator” was across-the-board, a top recommendation. But Megan was more than just a coordinator; she was our ringmaster! She was instrumental in not only organizing and communicating with our vendors, but also with our bridal party, family, and friends! We got so many compliments on her personalized schedules for our bridal party, which helped our day flow so smoothly. As a bride, I wanted to prioritize being present on our wedding day and Megan gave me that piece of mind while keeping everything well-controlled.
