She helped make the day run smoothly - I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew Whitney had it handled. If I could give her 10 stars I would!! Everyone in the bridal party commented on how great she was. I would highly recommended their services, it was worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Whitney for our wedding in October of this year and she was phenomenal. She was so helpful in answering all of our questions in the planning process and made the wedding day go smoothly. She brought our decor plans to life, kept everyone on time, made sure our vendors were organized, and was kind through it all. I cannot recommend working with Whitney enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and her fiancé hired Whitney as the wedding planner for their wedding. After months of planning and watching Whitney in action, I decided to hire her to plan the bridal shower. She did a wonderful job combining my daughter’s style with my penchant for attention to detail. Whitney did an amazing job creating a fresh vision for the shower while keeping with the theme of the wedding. She had imaginative ideas to meet the various details I was hoping to address. We had several guests traveling from out of town, so we hosted an open house style event so people could come and go as they pleased while enjoying the activities. Whitney organized activities such as creating your own bouquet with fresh flowers, writing recipes and words of wisdom, and the biggest hit of the afternoon, permanent jewelry. Whitney made the space look comfortable and inviting, emulating the feelings of a home, while offering plenty of space for people to mingle. The best part was, as a family, we were able to show up, enjoy, and leave without any worry of set up or clean up! It was truly an enjoyable afternoon allowing the family to focus on the celebration.

Every detail — from our first call to the timeline to vendor coordination and day of set up— was handled with care and professionalism. I had plenty of moments of worry and Whitney's expertise and calm and positive attitude was always able to reassure me everything would be great. Fantastic experience: Whitney was amazing to work with! We chose the design and coordination package. Whitney and I met about 9 months out from the wedding and she had a huge design pdf designed for me that accounted for every little detail. It was exactly what I wanted and she did such a great job creating my vision! She came up with so many unique ideas that I never would’ve thought of on my own. It was also a huge help to have her reaching out to and coordinating design vendors for us along the way. Then to have her coordinate with all vendors 1-2 months out so that we didn’t have to worry about anything timeline/schedule wise was such a huge stress off our shoulders. Whitney was very organized and on top of everything! She checked in on us often which I greatly appreciated! She and her team were so helpful day of as well! Our wedding day was amazing and we got so many compliments on the design portions! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to describe how amazing Whitney & Christina Burton Events were before and during our wedding! Throughout the planning process, we had 101 ideas and Whitney was able to put them together more beautifully than we could have imagined; Not only was our wedding beautiful, but Whitney kept us grounded throughout the process. If anything went wrong during our wedding, which I'm sure was inevitable, we knew nothing about it.

Fantastic experience: Christina Burton Events was a LIFE SAVER for us during wedding planning. Every detail was ironed out, all the vendors were contacted, every single thing was thought of. Whitney was incredible from the start all the way until past midnight on the day of our wedding. There were a lot of hiccups from vendors or mistakes I made, and Whitney fixed everything. I firmly believe that our wedding would not have even happened if it was not for her!!! We got so many compliments on the day of our wedding and I just kept saying "thank god for our wedding planners for making this happen".

Fantastic experience: I've been trying to find the words over the last four days to express my gratitude for Whitney; however, I'm not sure I will ever be able to express exactly how I feel. Working with Whitney the last two years as we planned my oldest daughter's wedding was absolutely amazing! Whitney is, truly, a godsend. She was always a phone call, text or e-mail away and allowed me, as the MOB, to just focus on enjoying the process with my daughter and let her (Whitney) handle the stress. And, I'm not sure what we would've done without Whitney the day of the wedding! Fantastic experience: We were very pleased with the accommodations and support from Whitney Holmes and her assistant Emma in bringing our detailed ceremony and reception decor and seating plan to life. Whitney had several innovative ideas to enhance our experience, such as taking decor items from our church and incorporating them in the reception. As an executive, Whitney also demonstrated strong judgement in setting up for our shoe game by elevating our seating so all guests could equally enjoy. She ran a tight ship, ensuring speeches went off without a hitch and that the timeline was well kept to. Whitney utilizes two excellent web-based commercial software packages to help organize all of your planning and timeline needs. We would highly recommend working with Whitney or Christina Burton Events in the future if you, like us, are looking to entrust your vision to a day of professional.

Fantastic experience: When I first began the process of planning a wedding, everyone kept telling me that the single best thing I could do is hire a wedding planner. Having experience planning events myself, I wasn't fully convinced I needed to spend the money on a coordinator, but looking back now bringing on CBE was the BEST decision I made. I spoke with several wedding design and planning services in the Indianapolis area and it was obvious when I spoke with Christy and Whitney that they were my dream team. Christy is so knowledgeable and did an exceptional job bringing my wedding vision to life. From creating a STUNNING design to helping me select vendors that fit my budget, she did it all and I would have been lost without her guidance. I would have also been very, very, very lost with my girl Whitney. Everyone needs a Whitney when planning a wedding, it's just as simple as that. Everything (and I mean everything) was flawlessly executed, ran on time, and was just absolutely perfect because Whitney was my coordinator. I could not recommend CBE events more if you're considering hiring a wedding planner... and if you're not considering it you should!

We hired her as our day of coordinator for our wedding on October 8, 2022 and she made sure that everything was perfect on our special day. I met with Whitney a few times in the months leading up to the wedding so she knew every little detail about the day. She also sent me an online planning tool where I could update things about the wedding for her there too which made me feel like we were always in touch. She created the most detailed timeline for our wedding day and made sure every single vendor had it. On the day of the wedding, Whitney took care of literally everything. I have no idea when vendors showed up, when or how they got set up, or anything because Whitney had it completely under control. That meant I was able to be entirely stress free and enjoy my day with my girls while getting ready! Whitney rangled in my wedding party when it was time for pictures, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception portion of the day and we never got off schedule - which I super appreciate because it meant my husband and I got to enjoy every single moment of our wedding without being rushed. Our wedding was a dream and turned out beautifully, all thanks to Whitney from CBE. If you’re thinking about hiring her, do it now before she books up!! You simply cannot have your wedding without her. We love you so much Whitney!! Thank you!!

We interviewed several who were also highly recommended and it was clear that Christy was the perfect planner to work with. From the very start, Christy had a clearly organized system for planning our dream wedding at our home and her online planning software was very easy to use. She listened to everything we were looking for, and found vendors that perfectly matched both our style and our budget. Once we decided on a vendor she handled all communication with them and kept detailed records with our contracts on hand. Communication with Christy is a breeze. She is timely, professional, and always able to handle whatever crisis could possibly arise. She made us feel like there was always a plan and a backup plan for those "just in case" moments. Christy knows her way around this business and how to elevate a wedding to be truly magical and memorable while not breaking your budget. The week of the wedding, Christy and her team handled every possible detail and we were truly able to enjoy all of the small moments with each other and our families thanks to her. She became a friend to us over the year we worked with her, and I am already hoping one of my bridesmaids will be using her in the next few years so that I can attend another of her amazing weddings and catch up with her! If you are looking for a wedding planner--Christy and her team are the way to go!

Fantastic experience: I can't believe I ever thought I didn't need a wedding planner! Whitney came to our rescue and helped pull together a fairytale day that truly would not have been so successful if it weren't for everything that CBE does for their clients. From the online portal keeping everything organized and the consultations and communication keeping our heads on straight - to the day of coordination making the big day run smoothly, they quite literally think of and handle everything. We had a lot going on with a big wedding party, big families, and a little bit of a weekend destination wedding in Brown County, and nonetheless Whitney and her assistant kept everyone and everything in line. We not only got the best advice and service but also some top notch people giving it to us, and we will cherish the memories of the event with them next to us forever with so much gratitude in our hearts! I know their team can handle anything thrown their way and will recommend them to everyone I know getting married.

Fantastic experience: We were very happy with the professionalism, service, and thoroughness of CBE. Whitney did an excellent job leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. We met twice at different time points before the wedding, and she helped a great deal with planning and the details. We were able to use Aisle Planner and Timeline Genius softwares, which made things so much easier with seating charts, room diagrams, guest list, etc. Whitney made sure everything was taken care of and remembered every detail. I felt that I could enjoy my day completely knowing I was in great hands. Her assistant, Emma, also helped us at our rehearsal dinner and did an excellent job. Nothing but positive things to say for these ladies! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Christy and her team any more! From the very beginning, Christy took time and put in a lot of effort to understand what our vision was for our wedding. She took all of the small details that were important to us and helped us fill in the rest to create the perfect day. She anticipated our every need and was so responsive throughout the entire process. Even with all of the many changes during COVID (we changed our plans 3 times), she never hesitated and was always adapting to make sure the day still exceeded our expectations. Even when our DJ cancelled 48 hours prior due to a COVID exposure, before I had a chance to freak out she was calling me with new (if not better!) options. Christy and her team made our day and the process absolutely seamless and I can't recommend them more.
