Fantastic experience: Our wedding was perfect thanks to Anna and Rachelle. My husband and I got married in a unique venue, and we relied heavily on Style Architects to help us find vendors and determine the best setup. In spite of the many, many moving parts, we couldn't have had a more seamless wedding - we kept pinching ourselves the entire day. We primarily worked with Anna, and she did a fantastic job. She was always there to answer any questions we had, and she thought of absolutely everything. We wholeheartedly recommend Style Architects and we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us.

Fantastic experience: We loved style-architects! Anna was fun to work with and really brought our vision to life for our wedding day. We hired them about a year out from our wedding and Anna was quick to put together a plan / timeline and kept us on track during the process. We do not live in MN and so it was hugely helpful to have local expert recommendations and guidance. There were three areas of impact in particular where we felt the value of working with Anna was unmatched. First, she gave us curated vendor options based on the style architect team’s experience and our personal preferences - this saved so much time and research on my end! And I knew I could trust all the vendors we picked, because Anna and Rachelle had worked with all of them many times. Second, they did such a good job bringing our vision to life. I gave Anna high level ideas and inspiration pictures - she took it and ran with it, showing what was possible and where it would make sense to invest in experience / decor. She worked with us to understand what we really liked and what changes to make on details from custom pizza boxes to the invitation suite to the right shades of florals. We got so many compliments from our guests on the style / decor and how it really felt like our style. Third, the day of experience was incredible and seamless. My husband and I did not feel the stress of the day a single bit - Anna and Rachelle kept everyone on time, made sure everything looked perfect, and always kept an eye on us to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying every moment. For both sets of our parents too the day was not stressful and they were able to just soak it all in and have a fun day. We highly recommend working with style-architects! They are organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, creative, and very anchored in how to make a wedding day special for the couple getting married, but also all the guests. Fantastic experience: We got married almost a year and a half ago and I still often think about how incredible Anna and Rachelle were. They made our wedding day everything we wanted and more!! They are so knowledgeable and experienced that every piece of our day was the best of the best. They thought of and recommended things that we never could’ve imagined that brought everything together perfectly. We still get compliments from all of our guests on how beautiful and seamless the entire day was and that wouldn’t have been possible without Style Architects!! Fantastic experience: If Rachelle is available for your date -lucky you!! Hire her!! She was a dream to work with - immediately putting us at ease with her attention to detail and helpful, warm energy. We hired Rachelle for day of coordination after we were well into the planning process and realized we needed additional support - best decision we made with the entire wedding! She gave us incredible support managing our vendors with final details (no small feat after a lot of turnover at our venue during our engagement!) and helped us create a seamless timeline for our wedding day. As my husband and I have reflected on our wedding day, we've turned to each other and said "thanks Rachelle!" so many times, she took care of everything. I remember as we were running through a shot list during dinner at our wedding (Rachelle's brilliant idea) I mentioned to our photographer that it was going so smoothly and quickly and she responded: "it's because you have an incredible coordinator making sure everything and everyone is queued up." Several family members also commented to us that our coordinator was so lovely and clearly integral to our seamless day. I should add - she thought of things we hadn't even considered nor planned for. Not the least of which was set up & tear down logistics - she was the first one there on our wedding day and last one to leave. She even brought our napkins home with her from our rehearsal to make sure they were folded beautifully for our reception. She made sure our day was easy and fun for us and did so much heavy lifting. She's a doll and just really lovely to be around and I enjoyed all of our time together!

Fantastic experience: We hired Rachelle to do full-service wedding planning over a year out from our big day, and it really was they best decision we could have made. We didn’t live in Minneapolis, and we have pretty crazy schedules with limited availability, so we were a little worried how we would find time to get everything done. Rachelle went above and beyond to cater to our schedules and made sure we stayed on track with all things planning. Rachelle is extremely organized and detailed, which was SO helpful. Without an eye for design and a lack of creativity on our end, we really leaned on Rachelle’s expertise in this area and wow did she deliver. Fantastic experience: Working with Style Architects was an absolute dream. No detail was left behind and our daughter’s wedding at The Machine Shop went off without a hitch. Anna Mazumdar was our main contact and planner. We could not have asked for a better fit. Anna was calm, confident and fun. She seamlessly directed the planning and was our rock on the day of the wedding. Everything was done, all special requests handled but it NEVER felt like Anna was being pushy or bossy. Fantastic experience: Rachelle is one of our absolute favorite people in the world. We have been seriously missing her since our wedding ended. She was on top of every last detail of our amazing wedding. She always kept us on track and managed to pull vague ideas out of our heads and create what we couldn’t even imagine. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Style-Architects and Rachelle enough. From picking and hiring vendors, designing “the vision”, and pulling everything together for the PERFECT day, Rachelle’s attention to detail was invaluable. I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what even was out there for options, so the thought of planning a wedding was initially overwhelming. Rachelle put all worries at ease; she provided recommendations and design ideas at multiple price points and helped facilitate meetings with vendors to help us make sure they were a good fit for us. Our venue actually closed about 6 months prior to our wedding date prompting a huge panic attack by me (the bride) but within 2 days we had new venur tours lined up and within 3 days we had a new beautiful venue! Fantastic experience: Have over 100 guests? Just hire these guys already (if you can get them)! Rachelle and Anna kept us on-schedule leading up to the wedding, and scrutinized every cost, saving us money (including catching the caterer overcharging us!). On the actual wedding day, we would’ve been completely lost without Anna’s help. Fantastic experience: Rachelle is amazing! I knew we needed to hire a planner for our wedding the moment we got engaged, because I didn't even know where to start. After speaking to a few planners, we met with Rachelle and instantly clicked with her. We could tell that she was highly organized, was well-connected within the industry and had great design sense. Although we didn't have to postpone our wedding due to COVID, there were many related considerations to navigate throughout the 1.5 year-long planning process, and I greatly appreciated Rachelle's frankness, level-headed attitude and communication throughout. She did a great job tracking and sticking to our budget, and advising us on where we could save money and where it would be best to spend a little more. We were extremely happy with all of the vendors she recommended to us, and she did a great job of tying in the vibe/design of the wedding among the vendors. Creativity and design is not my strong suit, but I knew I wanted a colorful wedding. I really appreciated Rachelle's ideas and gentle nudges when I was having a hard time making the design-related decisions related to linens, florals and even bridesmaid dress colors. I couldn't believe how perfect our fully decorated venue looked when I first stepped into it the day of our wedding. Rachelle also did a great job with timeline suggestions, including breaking up the speeches and doing some dancing before dinner to get the party started! We received so many compliments from our guests. We seriously could not have done it without her - hire Rachelle!

Fantastic experience: I knew my daughter would need a wedding planner and after searching and calling different planners we settled on Rachelle with Style-Architects Weddings and Events. Rachelle let us know right away that she would not be able to be there on the wedding day but would make sure the day was in good hands and understood if we decided not to hire her. My daughter had such a good experience in her initial meeting with Rachelle that she stayed with Style-Architects knowing Rachelle would not be there on the day of the wedding. I have to say, I think we hit the jackpot by choosing Style-Architects. I honestly can't imagine how we could have done it without Rachelle. She gave my daughter great vendor recommendations, she has outstanding relationships with others throughout the industry, and she kept my daughter on track. I had the pleasure of working with her for over a year and a half while we planned our August 2021 wedding. From what started as my somewhat "vague" vision, turned in to the most beautiful and unique event with Rachelle's planning and guidance. Fantastic experience: I spent a fair amount of time searching for the best wedding coordinator available, and it was quite clear from the reviews that Style-Architects was one of the most highly regarding in the Twin Cities. I can say without any hesitation that they exceeded their stellar reputation. I live in NYC, which already made planning the wedding in Minneapolis a challenge, but Rachelle was so helpful from the very first meeting. What we liked best about Rachelle is she was very to the point about everything and willing to share her thoughts and suggestions. Yet, at the same time, she was very considerate toward our desires and preferences, and we always felt like she was helping us organize our dream wedding. Our wedding was scheduled to occur in May 2020-and then COVID-19 pandemic hit. Rachelle was the first vendor to reach out to us and guided us toward contacting our venue to try and move the wedding to a later date. I cannot emphasize how helpful this was as our venue was able to move our wedding to early September, and all of our vendors were subsequently able to move to the new date as well. Without Rachelle's guidance, we probably would have waited too long and who knows if we even would have been able to get married this year. In the days leading up to the wedding, Rachelle helped us plan and organize all aspects of the actual wedding day, including many details that we never would have thought of, and she also contacted all of our vendors to confirm final details and preparation. The day of our wedding, Rachelle and Ally were outstanding and took what was already going to be a challenging and stressful day and helped turn it into the perfect day. My favorite moment with Rachelle was right before I was about to walk down the aisle, I was getting conflicting advice from my sisters about whether I should sit or stand while my husband gave the welcoming remarks to our guests. This immediately started to stress me out. Rachelle overheard the conversation, and right before I was about to walk down the aisle, she calmly walked over to me and said, "Don't listen to your sister, listen to me. You should stand while your husband speaks." It was literally the exact thing I needed to hear and it immediately calmed me down. In hindsight, it was such a funny moment, but it clearly shows the experience and professionalism of Style-Architects and Rachelle. I cannot recommend them enough; they will help make your dream wedding come true (even during a global pandemic)!

Fantastic experience: Rachelle is the absolute best at what she does! The photos of the unbelievable events she plans speak for themselves, but I cannot stress enough what a huge value she provides behind the scenes every step of the planning process. Fantastic experience: My now wife and I had planned the wedding of our dreams in California before COVID-19 struck. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the celebration, but still wanted to get married. We asked our parents if we could get married in my family’s backyard on our original wedding date. My mom immediately connected with Rachelle to plan a simple, but elegant backyard wedding...in a mere two months! Rachelle made it the most magical day and transformed my family’s backyard. Since we had already fretted over planning a wedding in CA, we wanted to be hands off with the planning process. We showed her my wife’s wedding dress, a few floral photos for color inspiration and she executed our wedding into a day we never could have dreamed up ourselves. She was an incredible resource who was able to connect with amazing flower, linen, lawn furniture, and did I mention the chandelier vendors?! She brought forward ideas we never would have thought of such as wrapping a tree trunk in flowers instead of having an arbor - gorgeous!! She made wedding planning as stress-free as I could possibly imagine and I cannot thank her enough for our amazing wedding day.

Fantastic experience: 2020 - the year of postponed weddings.  Like many couples, our son and fiance rescheduled their CA vineyard wedding to 2021, but still wanted to be officially married in 2020, even if it meant including only the wedding party, parents, and siblings.  We were thrilled when they asked to be wed in our MN backyard.  With only a palate of preferred colors and 9 weeks to plan a socially distanced wedding, I knew I needed professional help.  Enter my good friend and wedding-planner extraordinaire, Rachelle Mazumdar, Style-Architects Weddings & Events. Fantastic experience: The BEST. DAY. EVER. was made possible with the help from Rachelle! My husband and I live in Chicago where we did most of our planning for our Minneapolis wedding. Fantastic experience: Rachelle creates fairytales. My family has been blessed to work with her three times. My siblings' weddings were nothing short of magical, and they were each unique to them. When it was my turn to get married, I had no doubts that I had to work with Rachelle. She is able to take your dream, and turn it into reality. Rachelle is an excellent listener. She asks all the right questions, and has really great ideas. She knows all the best vendors for every budget, and she is able to turn all of your visions (and Pinterest boards, ha!) into reality. My husband and I truly enjoyed every step of the process working with Rachelle. We had a very short engagement of five and a half months, and wanted to have a big wedding. As stressful as we thought that would be, it wasn't at all working with Style Architects. Everything moved so smoothly in the planning process, and we had the perfect day. A day that truly reflected us as a couple. All of our guests had an amazing time, and we received so many compliments on the decor, the vendors we picked, and how the evening flowed almost as if in a dream. As someone who had a few ideas about what we envisioned for our wedding day, Rachelle helped us create and design the wedding of our dreams. When we first started planning, she provided us with budgeting plans by venue so we could see the cost comparison and helped navigate all of the vendor contracts and decisions that come with planning a wedding. I didn't worry about a thing because I trusted and knew she had everything taken care of. All of our guests were blown away by the event details. We changed the order of events at the reception and Rachelle's recommendations kept the energy up the entire time! Our wedding day was beautiful and exceeded my expectations in every way, thanks to Rachelle! She's amazing at what she does and would recommend her to any engaged couple. She went above and beyond for us and couldn't have been happier with her services!!

Fantastic experience: As a 60 year old bride seeking a (relatively simple, yet classy) "dinner party" for 50 guests and a mom who orchestrated her daughter's wedding for 200 guests without a planner, I did not feel I needed a planner for our event. Yet, I am SO glad that I engaged Rachelle for several reasons. While I had a strong sense of the "look and feel" I wanted to achieve, her sophisticated taste and eye for detail improved the outcome. In addition, I felt certain aspects of a traditional wedding did not make sense given the circumstances, yet Rachelle gently nudged me to ensure we wouldn't regret such decisions - and she was right. Above all, having her there for the "day of" allowed me to completely enjoy and "be in the moment" at my wedding/reception - something that can never be forgotten and for which my heart is truly glad.
