Fantastic experience: We hired Dos Goats for full service planning for our wedding. Our wedding day went so incredibly smoothly. They were particularly helpful in navigating logistics and coordinating the timeline. We had a ton of vendors on our wedding day, so there was a ton of coordination that was needed. Christina and Adam did a great job ensuring everything ran smoothly. Christina even came to our rehearsal dinner to ensure the ceremony went as expected. It was such a weight off to be able to have them handle the communications with the vendors. We were able to just focus on US all day. Ahead of the wedding, they were great at keeping us on track with getting things booked on time. They also connected us to some more niche vendors that we loved (Perfect Piece Sweets, Coffee Cart MPLS, Wildly Connected Photography). They took our ideas and ran with them, and were very supportive of anything creative we wanted to try. They even brought their own huge crystals from their house for our sweetheart table decorations. Having access to their inventory was also HUGE (candles, table numbers, etc). They were always very responsive. It was great to have them in our corner.

Fantastic experience: Hiring Dos Goats as our day-of coordinators was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly organized. From communicating with vendors to managing the timeline and handling all the behind-the-scenes details, they made sure everything went perfectly. Even when there was a little hiccup (getting tons of burrs in my dress during sunset photos) they were right there helping to pick every last one out :) Thanks to Dos Goats, we got to truly enjoy our day without any stress.

Fantastic experience: I am so beyond grateful to Adam and Christina who we hired as full service planners for our August wedding at the Glass House in downtown Minneapolis. We connected through our dog’s account on Instagram (which is hilariously awesome!) and knew right away when their dog showed up on our first Zoom meeting that they were going to be the right fit for us. They immediately put us at ease, assembled the most competent and reliable vendor team, and guided us in making key timely decisions while also keeping us laughing along the way. We met monthly with them since November of last year, and they truly made the planning process so much easier than we could have ever done ourselves, not to mention all under budget. On the day, they took care of absolutely every small detail and brought our vision to life! One of the best parts about working with them is getting to use their decor stash (including their awesome “Treat Yo Self” dessert wall!) and storage space, which saved us so much time and money in the end. We continue to get so many compliments for how incredible our day was, and will look back fondly on our time with the Dos Goats forever!! Fantastic experience: We needed a day of coordinator for our wedding and when we searched we found Dos Goats. At first we booked them for their name but soon found out that they should be named GOATs for Greatest of all Time. Adam and Christina were the absolute best, taking all of our ideas in stride, answering our questions no matter how silly, and maybe most importantly, calming our parents down. They were the perfect combination of fun and serious and we didn’t even have to think of anything on our wedding day but celebrating with our friends and family! The only bummer is that I’ll never another wedding to book Dos Goats for but I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Negative experience: What drew me to Dos Goats was their inclusivity and their amazing reviews. I wanted to make sure I was set up for the best possible wedding day. I found their pre-planning meeting extremely helpful along with their recommendations. As part of the Dos Goats process, they give you a Google Excel spreadsheet to fill out and help keep track of the planning process which was also helpful! The reason I booked them was because I knew I would need someone managing my wedding day behind the scenes. Especially since I had a lot of decorations and vendors to managed. My fiancé and I got paired up with one of their associates, Jory for our package (Adam and Christina weren't available for the package at the time as they had a venue they were running). When we meet Jory I was really worried. She has a reserved, almost cold energy about her. During our one on one we went over what I had created for the timeline, day-of details, etc. Jory told me reviewed everything and told us it looked great. For the rehearsal I liked the idea of doing it at the rehearsal dinner before the wedding day, However, my fiancé and Jory both thought running it day-of would be best. So I looked at the timeline and decided that during couples photos would be the best time. I let Jory know that I had a binder fold-out organizer for her on the day of that would have all the detailed information they would need for the day (Overview, Timelines, Ceremony Details, Décor, Reception, Vendors). Another bummer was the timelines that were sent out to the vendors month of were the same generic full day timeline that I actually created instead of a detailed timelines. It kind of felt like a copy-and-paste scenario Morning of the wedding, I’m a little bit ruffled. My photographer and videographer had their flight delayed. They had a backup photographer there in the morning to do details and step in until they got there. I’m stressed and frankly not in a great headspace. It’s 11:00 AM and the photographer is here to take photos, and at 11:30, I’m wondering where Jory is as I feeling overwhelmed and on my own. I had 11:00 AM on my schedule, but I guess this wasn't communicated clearly enough, and Jory arrives at 12:00 PM. The only saving grace in the morning is the individual itinerary I provided each of my family members. Bumpy start, but everything is still running okay. Here’s where I get upset. I’m taking photos with my soon-to-be husband, and I’m interrupted and asked about the processional and recessional order by Jory. She claims that a copy was not provided in the wedding folder I provided (I checked after the wedding day, and it was listed under the “Ceremony” tab on my organizer and listed on the Excel Dos Goats Planning sheet). I try to remember the order off the top of my head and notice that there are people lined up that aren't a part of it. I also later find out in that Jory wasn't the nicest to my family and wedding party members. She came across as rude and extremely unorganized. Apparently she was telling everyone to head downstairs to do the rehearsal while my husband and I were in the middle of private vows. I am so disappointed that my family members were treated in a unkind manner. I wanted the day to be as fun and stress free as possible for them too. To Jory defense she had a family member in hospice which might explain the behavior. So Adam is coming to step in for the rest of the day. All in all, it was a bit of a crazy and hectic morning one where I wasn't able to relax. I wished a plan would have been formed with Jory's absence before the day of my wedding. I’m hoping the reason for her unorganized and chaotic method was because of the personal issues happening. Looking back I should have been more clear that I wanted more coverage in the morning compared to the evening. At the end of the day, I got to marry the love of my life. Would I recommend Dos Goats? Yes, but specifically with Adam and Christina. Jory’s interactions weren’t stellar, but we all have room to grow. This experience was a learning curve for everyone, myself included.

Fantastic experience: Do yourself a favor and hire Dos Goats! I could not imagine wedding planning without them. From start to finish Adam and Christina were amazing to work with! The wedding industry today is super saturated and they were able to point us towards vendors that would be right for us so we didn’t have to sift through hundreds of options on our own. And when our caterer drastically changed pricing on us, they helped us write a response to get the numbers fixed. All with a cool calming energy! Day of, we didn’t have to worry about any of the details. We got to just sit back and enjoy knowing Dos Goats would make our vision come to life :) They are experts with tons of connections and experience. They will keep your wedding stress-free. And they are accepting and welcoming of all types of couples and weddings (traditional or not)!

Fantastic experience: We just had our wedding a couple of days ago, but Adam and Christina were PHENOMENAL throughout the entire planning process. We loved their sense of humor, honesty, and just the wonderful vibes they brought to all of our meetings. They gave great recommendations in terms of vendors, signage, and timeline. They were a great support throughout planning, and a huge asset to our vendor team! We booked their wedding coordination package because it was much more inclusive than other wedding coordination packages we saw. We so appreciated having their resources (shared via google drive) to guide our planning, and it was GREAT to have a few check-in meetings throughout the process to make sure we weren't forgetting anything. Plus, having access to their decor was great since we didn't have to purchase anything separately for our wedding decor, and they set everything up on the day of the wedding! We were in good hands on the day-of as they managed all of the vendors (including sending out introductions and a timeline to our vendors) and kept our day running smoothly and timely. They packed everything up at the end of the night, so we had nothing to worry about as the party wound down. Ultimately, hiring Dos Goats was the best decision we made. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for support as you plan a wedding, since they have the knowledge, resources and vibes to help you plan a perfect day!!

Fantastic experience: As a wedding photographer who’s been in the Twin Cities wedding industry for over a decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of event coordinators. Dos Goats Plans is truly at the top of the list - Adam and Christina are so professional and friendly, and they really care about their clients. The wedding ran so smoothly because of them, they were a great point of contact for other vendors, and they advocated for the bride really well. I recommend them to any of my clients who are looking for coordinators and I can’t wait to work with them again.

Fantastic experience: Our wedding gift to ourselves was Dos Goats Plans. We knew we at least needed a day of coordinator but found out for just a little bit more money, we could have “wedding managers.” We did all our own planning, but Adam and Christina were there to double check contracts and give lots of advice in the months leading up to the wedding. They also provided some great planning documents that I didn’t initially intend to use, but they turned out to be fantastic and immensely helpful. The month of the wedding they took over wrangling all of our vendors and day-of they kept us running on track being mindful of the time limitations of other vendors. We had a shuttle run late and while Christina was calling the hotel, Adam was with our brothers, doing a head count to figure out if we could start on time or if we needed to wait for the missing shuttle. We started a bit late. But they adjusted and kept everything on track the rest of the night. It was amazing to not have to worry about where we should be or what we should be doing. They just made sure we were where we needed to be. Could we have done it without them, maybe (with great strain on our family). But we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our wedding on the same level that we were able to thanks to Adam and Christina. Adam said yes to all our hair brained ideas and Christina made sure we could actually get them all done. They took such good care of us. Every time we talked to them on our actual wedding night they told us to just go have fun, they'd take care of it and they did. More than that, because we did all our own décor, they jumped in to set up and tear down everything. That was invaluable at the end of the night. Sure, we could have tasked family to help, but then they wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the party the way they did either. Yes, it increased our wedding budget but it allowed us to get our money’s worth from everything else we budgeted for. Dos Goats was amazing. We can’t thank them enough. (Be sure to check out the photos of Adam hard at work, setting everything up and Christina rushing in to save my train from my dad’s feet. True heroes.)

Fantastic experience: We hired Adam and Christina for Wedding Management (Day Of Coordination) and never looked back. It was so helpful to have full confidence that no matter what came up they were on it. Broken shoes, delayed catering, and any other hiccup didn’t phase us on our big day. They just handled it. They set up the reception space of our dreams, gave us endless advice on decor and vendors throughout the planning process, and even loaned us a large portion of our table decor and signage (a huge perk). I highly recommend hiring Dos Goats to run your big day. They are great people who are great at what they do.

Everything they do is top tier from their customer service, attention to details, personality - just the go to vendor you need to start with. Fantastic experience: Of all the choices we made surrounding our wedding, selecting Dos Goats ~18 months ago to plan/coordinate it was the single best decision we made. The brilliance of Adam & Christina lies not just in their seamless planning, but in their infectious humor and relatability. Fantastic experience: Dos Goats was incredible to work with at our wedding this summer! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were super easy to work with leading up to the day, and kept us well organized and helped us understand what options might be best for us to keep our timeline running smoothly and help our guests and us have a great time! We had a few meetings to discuss the timeline and details of our day and it was awesome to use their planning documents and leverage their expertise in wedding planing for a larger wedding with about 165 guests. They had great ideas to help us match our goals for the day (which for us meant a day that was fun for us and our guests and was not stressful!). It was quite hot the day of our wedding, and they were able to help us get waters last minute in the outdoor ceremony space for our guests to keep them cool. Overall, the day of the wedding was amazing and went super smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything the whole day, and they worked so hard on the decor and setup for the event, making sure all our vendors knew what to do and where to go and what the timeline was, and the tear down at the end of the night. We also borrowed their decor, which was an amazing perk of working with them so I didn't have to buy, plan, store table decor, a ceremony arch, candles, or a card box. We were so happy that we had the Dos Goats team (Adam, Christina, and Tara) at our wedding, and are so grateful and pleased that we could work with them to make our day go off without any issues! Highly recommend them to anyone reading this review - they are amazing day of coordinators!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVED working with Dos Goats! We selected the "Wedding Management" package and could not have been more pleased! Adam and Christina were so responsive, and provided quick and honest answers to all of our questions. They also offered up many vendor suggestions which was incredibly helpful as we tried to navigate the abundance of options. On our wedding day they helped everything run seamlessly - I can't imagine what the day would have looked like without them! It was so nice not to need to worry about setting up, or cleaning up at the end of the evening! We could enjoy our reception right to the end, and then everything was in our cars ready to go without us having to do a thing. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about working with Dos Goats! They set us up for success from the get-go with their super detailed planning document and we were able to rely on their expertise throughout the process. They had answers to literally every question we ever had, and were able to offer advice when we weren’t sure what to do. The team is super communicative and a delight to work with all around. Also cannot say enough good things about Jory, who was our planner and was the absolute best. We did not have to worry about a single thing all day long, we just got to enjoy. She was a problem-solving extraordinaire (we had some buckets of flowers arrive in a weird way and she figured out how to use them to make our tablescapes look gorgeous), tracked down our late night pizza when they had forgotten about us, did all the work of bringing gifts and whatnot out to the car, and just kept everything running super smoothly. We will never be getting married again but if we did, we’d use Dos Goats again in a heartbeat!

Day of, Adam and Christina, made sure things went off without a hitch from picking up decor items, to setting things up, coordinating with vendors, ensuring the ceremony started on time, making sure we had drinks in our hands during cocktail hour, dealing with questions from our family members, and generally taking care of everything so we didn't have to. Fantastic experience: My husband and I thought we could do it alone; but between him graduating law school and me starting a new job, we found wedding planning to be extremely difficult. Our venue, the Weisman Art Museum, personally recommended Dos Goats Plans. Immediately, we knew that this was the perfect team to help us actualize our wedding. From the moment we agreed to work together, we did not have to worry about a single thing. They provided amazing counsel, brought things to light that we had forgotten (I.e. showed us our blind spots), and helped us throughout the entire process. Every suggestion they made was correct and made the event better. They kept us on time, protected our time at our wedding, and made sure we were fed and happy. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing they were and how much we are so grateful for them and their services. If you are getting married in the greater Twins area, you cannot do better than them. Not only are they down-to-earth, hilarious, and wonderful people in general, but they are extremely competent and thorough planners. We're VERY happy with their work.

Not only did they save us sooooo much time, effort, and money, they are just awesome people. They organized our timeline and ensured all of our vendors were informed and on the same page. Their expertise had our day running right on schedule and kept us having fun all night. If there were any hiccups to be solved they handled them quickly because we didn’t hear of any! From taking care of setup, to tear down, and everything in between they made it possible for us to be completely in the moment and just enjoy our day. It’s now months after our wedding and we still have friends and family telling us how amazing our day was. Many have reached out to say they want to be friends with our planners because they truly are just THE BEST! We are forever grateful to Christina and Adam.

Hosting a wedding at a private residence and doing most of the planning out of state, I was nervous about how we were going to pull everything off, but they really took care of it all and kept our worries at bay. On the day of, they were so attentive to us and our families (Christina immediately found me at cocktail hour with a bowl of apps and a cocktail!), and kept everything running smoothly! If anything went wrong, I'd never know. They handled everything, letting us be present in the moment and enjoy the day. Fantastic experience: Adam and Christina were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. From our very first meeting, they were the vibe we were looking for - honesty, transparency, and absolutely hilarious. They provided us with all the tools we needed to plan a wedding - Google docs, vendor recommendations, and even decor like centerpieces, easels, etc.! Once our timeline was finished, they communicated it out to all of our vendors for us. On our big day, they set everything but and even packed everything back up and put it in our cars. They made everything so stress free and if something went wrong, we didn't even know about it. We could not be more grateful for everything they did for us. If you don't choose Dos Goats to help with your wedding, you're doing it wrong.

Fantastic experience: We were lucky enough to have Dos Goats be our day-of wedding coordinators in August 2023 and they were incredible to work with. From our initial meeting, Adam and Christina were so calm, chill and clearly experienced. They had endless tools, guides, blog posts and resources for us to prepare for our big day. We were a little anxious about all the details and their presence was very reassuring while also making everything feel very manageable. On the day of the wedding, I didn't even have to check my phone or clock once. I had full and complete trust in Adam and Christina to manage us (and our many vendors) throughout the day - and they exceeded expectations. The bridal party was a little slow with hair and makeup, and they made tweaks to our schedule to ensure we still had plenty of time for all of our photos. Ceremony started right on time, and the rest of the evening went incredibly smoothly (even with our many outfit changes and table visits that were a part of our Vietnamese wedding). They balanced flexibility and fun with event flow, and were very patient with our many family members, all of whom were probably trying to be helpful and were likely a handful. At the end of the night, they had packed everything up for us so we could enjoy every minute with our guests and on the dance floor. Dos Goats worked seamlessly with all of our vendors - if there were issues, they resolved them and it never made it to our attention. They saved us a ton of stress on our wedding day, and a lot of money on rentals. They have a robust inventory of decor that we used to spice up our venue - LED candles, dessert table, centerpieces, card boxes, table numbers, etc. On the day of, they not only kept us on time, but also set up all the decor and our display of mini-desserts. Fantastic experience: Adam & Christina were so incredible to work with. We were recommended to them by a friend and after meeting them once, we knew they were the coordinators for us. They were incredibly helpful with every details leading up to the wedding. They answered all of our questions and were able to provide so much insight as we made decisions. On the wedding day they were on top of everything and kept it running smoothly. From suggesting the venue, to cleaning mud off the hem of my dress, and everything in between they were an absolute dream to work with. I wish we could get married again so we could continue working with them.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, but I had to share how much we loved and appreciated having Adam and Christina as part of our wedding day. We were not having a wedding party, and we wanted our friends and family to enjoy the day without having to help with anything, so we know we wanted to work with a wedding planner of some sort. We had originally reached out to them back in Fall 2019 for a wedding in January 2021. Once we met we knew we wanted to work with them and we are so glad we did. They know so many trusted wedding contacts from around the twin cities and almost all of our vendors came from their recommendations. With everything going on with Covid in January 2021, we decided to postpone a year to January 2022 and they were really a godsend during that time. Any time I had a moment of panic on vendors changing, getting sick, new mask and vaccine restrictions a week before, last minute guest count changes, they were there to help us and work through it as well as just helping with normal wedding questions. We ended up having our wedding and reception at Watson Block for about 60 guests and the whole day was perfect. We truly didn’t have to worry about a thing and we were sad when it was time to say goodbye to them at the end of the night! If you have made it this far down the review and are considering hiring Dos Goats, do it, you won’t regret it. They will help make your day amazing!

Fantastic experience: We used Dos Goats for day of coordination but they do so much more than that! My husband was unsure about a day of coordinator for our wedding. But after our first meeting, he saw the value they bring. Leading up to our big day, we had multiple meetings to go over details, they gave recommendations, and had a ton of decor we could use. On the big day, I has NO STRESS because of them. They set everything up, coordinated with all vendors, took everything down, and ensured everything went smoothly. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about them. Christina and Adam and a treat to work with. If you are thinking of booking them, do it, do it, do it! I promise, your wedding will go off without a hitch with them!

Fantastic experience: We hired Dos Goats about a year and a half ahead of our wedding and hired them for the day-of package. Adam, Christina, and Jory were all wonderful partners throughout our planning process and during the day-of. Perhaps the best value was Dos Goats' rental items -- we used their lanterns, candles, arches, and I think more? They made up a lot of our wedding decor, and their options are always growing! The planning spreadsheets that they provide are very helpful, though they are a little daunting if you aren't mentally prepared. Some are a little redundant, but they are still a useful framework. Highly recommend their services, and we're grateful to have had them in our corner.

Both Adam and Christina are well networked and we’re such an effective resource in planning our perfect wedding. We chose the wedding day management plan which helped us really know Dos Goats and feel so trusting in their work. Any question, and decor item, any balloon installation they have it, know someone with it or who can do it. Day of Adam and Christina were organized, attentive, and so supportive.

Fantastic experience: Adam and Christina were wonderful to work with! They won’t be for everyone – they have a very chill and laid-back approach which was a little hard for me to calibrate to at first, but I actually ended up really liking their energy because it helped balance out mine. They met with us a few times before the actual day-of to give us input on the planning, and they answered lots of random questions about logistics, vendors, etc. along the way which was awesome. Another HUGE advantage of hiring them was being able to use all of their decorations for free – this definitely saved us hundreds of dollars. Even the arch was theirs! They were usually super fast to respond to emails. A few times they were unresponsive, but once I would re-send the email they would usually reply right away. Overall I would definitely recommend them if you want a chill and highly experienced duo who can provide a lot of great knowledge and décor.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best planners available in the twin cities. Adam and Christina are beyond organized and efficient; they have great contacts and provide a high quality planning tool. I am a project manager on multi million dollar global programs and I could not be happier with how they worked with us for an entire weekend of activities. My 84 year old mother still is taking about her delight over Adam’s excitement to show her and my mother-in-law the floral arrangements in the reception area. In the process of finding them, we interviewed about 6 planners and really only connected with Adam and Christina. I really don’t even understand how they were able to make our wedding day flow so seamlessly. They showed up at the venue and immediately introduced themselves to all the other vendors and started working before I even noticed they were there! On top of being fantastic at what they do, they also brought all the good vibes. All day it looked like it *Might* rain, and whenever someone mentioned rain they just said “Nope, its not going to rain. Jory was our day-of coordinator and she honestly made the day smoother than we could have hoped - we can't imagine how the day would have functioned without her! Fantastic experience: I’ve been, embarrassingly, taking way too long to write this review for Adam and Christina. However, when you absolutely adore something so much, you want to make sure your words do it justice. So I’ll try my best! I’ll start by saying that hiring Dos Goats was honestly the BEST DECISION EVER!!!! We, essentially, planned like four different weddings (COVID, ugh). However, Adam and Christina never batted an eye with each change that was made. They were professional, yet SO friendly. They were laid back, yet EXTREMELY organized. They are the ultimate dynamic duo!!! My family and friends commented multiple times throughout the night about how great they were at running the show with ease. They’re assertive enough to get the job done, but friendly enough to make everyone feel comfortable approaching with questions or concerns. The packages they offer are SO reasonable for everything they’re willing to do for you. We honestly had NO stress on our day because we knew Dos Goats had our back. They handled weird parking, multiple food trucks, transportation issues, ALL OF IT!!! I'm SO happy we got to work with Adam and Christina- they made our lives 1000000000000X easier! Fantastic experience: Adam & Christina are 10000% worth their weight in gold!!!! Planning a wedding was stressful enough and then throw in a pandemic & ever-changing restrictions--we absolutely could not have gotten through all of this without their help and guidance. They are extremely personable & friendly, we usually stayed late after our meetings (when time allowed) just talking about netflix and laughing about other things. However they can both definitely lay down the law when needed (aka firmly tell your distant drunk relative to go away so you don't have to lol). My brother and his new fiancé ended up hiring them after hearing us talk about how much we loved them too. As a guest, once you've been to a wedding with a coordinator/s and one without, you can for sure tell a difference and it shouldn't be hard to decide; what experience do you want your guests, your family, and most importantly you & your spouse to have on YOUR WEDDING DAY?!?!?! Fantastic experience: After hiring Dos Goats, I can completely understand why everyone says, "If you're going to invest in one thing for your wedding day, make sure you hire a day of coordinator" and oh boy were they right. Christina and Adam were absolutely phenomenal to work with. We met a few times before wedding day to talk about what we needed from them, what our visions were, and small details. They picked up our flowers for us and also ran our rehearsal ceremony the evening before, making sure everyone there was comfortable with their role in our ceremony. They made it a point to introduce themselves to our family members so everyone felt comfortable approaching them if they needed something on the day of the wedding. My husband and I had a simple, non-traditional wedding and Christina and Adam never made us feel less-than for it. On wedding day, they handled everything that was thrown at them with efficiency and grace.... the hooks on my dress completely broke at dinner time and I had to be sewn back into it. They hardly batted an eye! Christina stitched me up in the bathroom and Adam made sure everything went smoothly at dinner while my husband and I were gone. Nobody even knew what happened! On the day of the wedding, both Christina and Adam did a fantastic job with keeping my husband and I in the loop on important things, but also making executive decisions on things that didn't need our approval so we could enjoy our day and be hassle-free. I cannot rave about these two enough. Without a doubt, they will make your day even better than you even could have expected!

They are amazing at what they do and as a fellow vendor, they truly are great to work alongside.
