Fantastic experience: Kelly at Maven did my flowers for my wedding in October, and they were hands down my favorite part of my day. As she was setting up, my mom ran up to me in the bridal suit in tears, saying that my flowers were "the most beautiful thing she has every seen". She couldn't have been more right! Kelly absolutely nailed my vison - colorful, playful, dramatic, fun. She was extremely detailed and helpful during the planning process, and helped me get creative while also honoring my budget. I felt supported and heard the entire time. During my wedding my guests kept coming up to me to compliment the flowers and candles. It was really the detail of the day that tied it all together. Now looking back at the photos of my day I can confidently say that choosing Maven was one of the best decisions I made!

Our venue included a day of coordinator from MAVEN and figured they would just assist in keeping to our timeline for our wedding. We underestimated just how valuable their team is. Fantastic experience: We hired MAVEN for their day of coordination and splash of design packages for our February 2025 wedding. We did our initial planning with Kelly—and it couldn’t have turned out better. We had a pretty solid vision for the wedding but we were having trouble thinking through the dining room setup, florals, color palette and how everything would come together (okay maybe not that solid of a vision...). After we first met with Kelly, we felt like she immediately understood our vibe. She had so many great ideas and really helped tie so many elements together and helped make the wedding day feel so personal. Once we actually got to wedding day, it honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Kelly and Madeline tag-teamed the day amazingly and handled a few hiccups immediately and with ease (literally one of our wedding guests apparently, and very surprisingly, didn’t eat spices (??) and Kelly managed to get them food to eat). Fantastic experience: Maven's floral design left me absolutely speechless. It was the highlight of our day. From the start, I knew I wanted floral to be a focus. Fantastic experience: We are so thrilled with MAVEN and our work with Steph for our wedding day! We had a very tumultuous wedding planning process and upon hiring Steph as our Day of Coordinator, we were able to take a deep breath of relief knowing that our day would be beautiful with her help. Leading up to the wedding, Steph was so thorough in knowing how we wanted our day to feel and look, and she also helped with multiple timeline changes and coordinating all of our vendors. Fantastic experience: We were able to work with a MAVEN (Jordan) as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at The Neu Neu. I'm absolutely blown away by everything Jordan did for us. She is organized, thoughtful and incredibly detail-oriented. And she really went above and beyond day of - we brought a lot of decor in ourselves and she set everything up so beautifully and handled vendor coordination flawlessly. Fantastic experience: Stephanie and Alyssa were so professional, so helpful, and had things running so smoothly for our wedding! Steph’s support throughout the final month countdown was the best way to settle any sort of wedding nerves or stress about the big day. Steph set everything up so nicely, and even without doing a ceremony rehearsal, our ceremony flowed perfectly because of the confidence and direction of Steph. We never felt rushed or stressed, which is something that I’m SO thankful for. And at the end of the evening, the tear down went so fast due to Steph’s and Alyssa’s hard work. Fantastic experience: My partner and I engaged Maven as our day-of coordinator back in 2019 for a 2020 wedding, which we had to postpone. Flash forward to 2022, and Steph was assigned to our event. She was an amazing partner throughout the process, meeting with us in person and by Zoom multiple times to make sure all the details were communicated and we felt comfortable handing things over to her for the day. We also felt that she really got the kind of event we were trying to deliver for our guests, and made suggestions that honored that vision. Day-of, Steph was very present and warm, and she coordinated across all of our vendors to pull off the day and make sure music cues and other details went smoothly. She always had a smile on her face, and if we had any requests, she was able to figure them out. We could not have been happier and we would recommend Maven--and especially Steph, who is a joy to work with--for future events!

Fantastic experience: Rachel and Alyssa were our coordinators 5.28.22 and they did an incredible job. They were on top if everything, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, checking in vendors and entertainment, making sure things were packed up and ready for us to go. Our night would not have gone half as smoothly without them. Cannot recommend their services more.

Fantastic experience: We used MAVEN for a destination wedding and worked directly with Kelly throughout the process. I could not imagine working with anyone else. Kelly was able to guide us throughout the planning process and navigate a complicated web of international vendors. In the end, every aspect of our wedding surpassed our expectations and we could not imagine having a smoother and more enjoyable wedding day. I could not recommend using MAVEN enough!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to work with a MAVEN day-of coordinator for my wedding at The Neu Neu and also have MAVEN work on the décor/florals. Steph and Rachel are extremely passionate about what they do, and about ensuring a quality experience for couples and their guests. Steph was integral to the day's schedule, keeping us all on task/time and going above and beyond even when things beyond our control went wrong (cleaning up broken glass, eek!). Responsiveness was fantastic throughout, which I appreciated as an anxious person/bride, but there was truly nothing to worry about - they are so professional, good and caring. They want the best for you!

Fantastic experience: We could not have had a wedding as beautiful and (in the end) stress free without Maven. We worked with them on design, florals, and day-of coordination, and for almost a year, answered every question I had and kept me calm and confident my wedding would happen even as I planned in the midst of COVID. The final day was exactly the wedding I wanted - they completely brought it to life. Specifically, Rachael and Shaley, our floral designer and head designer, made our wedding absolutely stunning. It was exactly what we pictured when we first started planning but also somehow better?! The florals were incredible and every detail was so beautiful and unique and cool. When we got our photos back, we just marveled again at how well everything came together. Shaley did our initial design and connected us with all the vendors to make it happen, and Rachael took that initial design and ran with it in her final florals. We also worked with Calley for our day-of coordination, and she made sure everything went amazingly smoothly. She was somehow invisible but everywhere during the night! She made sure everything ran on time, looked great, and even that my husband and I got to eat all the food we wanted. She helped us get through our final month of planning with our sanity intact and made sure everything came together in the end.

Fantastic experience: I’ll start with the fact that I am a designer and photo art director — in other words, I’m very picky. :) I’ve dreamt about designing my wedding since I was little. The flowers, the table settings, the little details are all very important to me, which is why I originally hired MAVEN. Long story short, we had quite a few wrenches thrown at us when planning our wedding (COVID, switching venues the day before, vendors dropping out last minute). The MAVEN team was incredibly understanding and flexible. I had the most beautiful bouquet I think I’ve ever seen at our small ceremony last year and it was personally delivered to my home the morning of. When we decided that we wanted to do a smaller reception a year later and cancel our big postponed plans, MAVEN was once again very flexible. They worked with me on rearranging our budget to accommodate our new plans. Being exhausted with wedding planning, I trusted them with the full vision of our event and I am so happy I did. They handled everything — table and chair rentals, table settings, floral arrangements, etc. This took so much off my plate and I was able to focus on a morning with my bridesmaids while they set everything up. The team is so talented, kind, professional and thoughtful. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. With all of the things that fell through for us over the past year, the little details that they put extra thought into was what made us feel like we truly got the wedding of our dreams. 100/10 recommend. I hope to find an excuse to work with them again one day!

Fantastic experience: Rachel and Anna with MAVEN Styling were amazing! They were my day-of event coordinators for a rehearsal dinner we held at the Neu Neu in Minneapolis. I could never have gotten through my event successfully without them! They made suggestions about details I overlooked and went above and beyond with helping me feel comfortable with the plan. Most importantly, I was able to completely enjoy my event just as much as my guests did because they kept tabs on the timeline and every detail. On top of all that, they were both delightful women! After our first meeting with her, she crafted beautiful bouquets, a magical backdrop for the ceremony and the band, and pulled everything together with candles to reflect the Luminary Loppet atmosphere we were going for! Shaley and the coordination team made everything perfect! From walking us through the planning stage, to coordinating the day-of timeline, including the vendors, to managing people we could send her way during the wedding and reception, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxed wedding experience! I would strongly suggest working with the Maven team for a wedding, or any event! Their professionalism was top-notch, they're all very personable and caring, and they made for a very fun experience!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Maven for day of coordination and floral services for our wedding. Shaley was willing to meet with us a couple times to understand how they could help bring our special day to life! We were having a modified Hindu wedding ceremony and hoped to incorporate a lot of flowers and colors at our wedding venue, Paikka. Shaley reassured us that they would be able to deliver something great based upon our wishes! Iselin was our wedding coordinator and met with me and my husband several weeks before our wedding day. Iselin was great to work with and took time to understand us as a couple and what kind of event we were hoping to have! Iselin happily consulted on many aspects of our wedding day and always at arms-length if we had a question or wanted her input on something. A couple weeks before our wedding day, Iselin took over communication with our wedding vendors so that we could focus on the last minute details, which was a huge relief and made our wedding-day stress free! On the day of the wedding, my husband and I finally go to see the floral arrangements and we were blown away! The arrangements and décor did not disappoint and added lots of special touches around the venue. Maven did an amazing job executing the idea we had for the wedding and to this day our wedding guests are still talking about how wonderful the floral decorations were. We were extremely pleased with how everything came together and we couldn't have asked for a more thorough partners through Shaley than Iselin! You can put your trust in Maven – we highly recommend them for your wedding needs!

Fantastic experience: LOVED working with Maven on my June 2019 wedding at Paikka in St. Paul. Not only did they do the most beautiful flowers for my bridal bouquet and boutonnieres, they did a crazy awesome installation above our sweetheart table. We also hired Maven to do our day-of coordinating for the whole wedding. Danielle was my coordinator and met with us multiple times and guided us through the process of the ceremony and reception. And I'm so glad I did!!! What they put together was not what I would have picked out for myself, but it was perfect. Fantastic experience: We worked with Maven for our wedding floral and they made the entire planning process enjoyable and easy! I did a customized wedding package, with partial design and floral included. The team was readily available by email for communication. I met with their team several times leading up to the wedding to review the design and floral because I was a little anxious about my vision (i have zero design talent), and they were wonderful about listening to what I like and dont like in design/floral. They put together a beautiful ceremony backdrop, stunning bouquets, and gorgeous head table for me, and they assisted with day of set up and design to take the pressure off of my friends and family. Fantastic experience: Deciding to use MAVEN during our wedding planning was the best decision we made all year (besides the decision to get married, of course). We had our December 8th wedding at 514 Studios Event Center, which includes Day of Coordination through MAVEN, so that’s how we learned about them. As wedding planning got more stressful, we decided to add on MAVEN’s Design Package, and we are so happy we did. Shaley was incredible - we got to meet with her in person where she attentively listened to our ideas and came up with a few of her own to make our day and space really unique and beautiful! Not only do they help with tangible design details like floral and stationery, they can help with other more intangible things like order of events. Through all of our conversations and emails, we could tell they are a very professional group who are experts in their field. They handled every question and worry we threw at them with ease and reassurance. We booked floral and nearly all of our decor including all the table centerpieces through them. When we saw the space the day of, we were floored - everything came together perfectly and the space looked like “us”, not just another cookie cutter wedding. And the best part was that they took care of all of the set-up and tear down, which meant less stress for our families, and more time to enjoy the day! Huge shoutout to our amazing Day of Coordinator, Kalie, for knowing exactly what needed to happen and timing everything perfectly. We felt so secure in her hands, and she was an absolute joy to work with as well! Also thanks to Linda (floral design) and all the other MAVENs who helped deliver, set up, flip, and tear down the space. If you’re on the fence about booking MAVEN, DO IT NOW. You’ll thank yourself later when you’re having fun instead of stressing on the best day of your life.

Fantastic experience: I could not be more thankful for everything that Maven did to make our wedding day special, from the coordination down to the design and rentals. I decided early on that I would need help with planning and design, and got lucky enough to sign on with Maven after much delay on my behalf. Kelly, Shaley, Mackenzie and Hannah were all amazing. Kelly (the mastermind who created this business) is the type of person that you wish you were friends with as soon as you meet her, she is AWESOME. Mackenzie was our day of coordinator, with Hannah as her assistant, and the two of them truly went above and beyond my expectations. Everything went perfectly from my point of view, and I was able to make it through the entire day without feeling ANY stress. My main goal for the day (other than getting married) was for all of our family (and friends) to be able to show up and celebrate with us without feeling any obligation to do anything, and I don’t think it could have gone any better. We had one snafu with forgetting our child’s car seat at our hotel, and Hannah offered to go and get it for us without question -- a total lifesaver, literally. Any time we needed something, they were there to help and I truly don’t know how we would have done it without them. I can’t praise them enough and have already recommended them to others who are also planning their weddings in the Twin Cities. We received many compliments on our day and we owe it to Maven for bringing it all together for us flawlessly. I wish we could have another wedding just to enlist their help again. THANK YOU GUYS!

Fantastic experience: Kalie was our coordinator at 514 Studios in September of 2018 and she could not have been more helpful. It was so nice to have someone else calling the shots on the day of our wedding so we could relax and enjoy the day. She created our timeline for the day, put together our floor plans and oversaw the room flip between the ceremony and reception so we could spend time together once we got married. Additionally, she was our main POC for all of our vendors the day of the wedding, which helped us be able to focus on having fun, rather than small details. She was responsive in the time leading up to our wedding, and helped answer questions and provide guidance when we needed it during the planning process. Fantastic experience: As many before us have said, hiring the MAVEN team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Shaley and Genevieve were the dream team when it came to Day of Coordination and Florals :) Looking back on our wedding day, I don't think my groom and I or my family would have been able to enjoy the day as much without Shaley's constant attention to detail. From coordinating all of the vendors to making sure we never went without a drink in our hand while we were busy talking to our guests - she truly thought of it all!! Not to mention she handled the million questions a bride can throw her way with ease :) As for Genevieve and the floral team, they took a theme and a couple Pinterest photos and made our dreams come true! We will never forget the room reveal at our venue and how in awe we were that this was OUR wedding and that they were able to transform the space so beautifully. Fantastic experience: WE LOVE MAVEN. Booking them for floral and day of coordination was the best decision ever. Genevieve made all my floral dreams come true and Shaley made sure that everything was executed flawlessly. Our day was absolutely perfect and it wouldn’t have been possible without them. Not only are they incredibly talented, they are wonderful people. We instantly felt a connection with them and knew that we would be in good hands on the big day. Pricing was also super reasonable!! The night of my wedding, I remember thinking, how did we afford all this!!?? We told them what we wanted to spend (thinking it wouldn’t get us much) and it turned out so much better than we could have ever imagined. I also think that having a day of coordinator (specifically Shaley:)) is a NECESSITY. I’ve been to many weddings where family and friends are stressed trying to make sure everything runs smoothly, but that was not the case at our wedding.
