She brought our vision to life beautifully, transforming the courtyard into a stunning ceremony space and creating elegant, seamless details throughout the reception. From the florals to the tablescapes to the overall flow of the evening, everything felt effortless and completely us. Fantastic experience: We used Sweet Peach for our wedding plan in March and had the best experience. My fiance and I are from out of town and Megan and her team were so helpful to us in finding vendors in the area, making suggestions, etc. Megan was also easy to reach, always went above and beyond in our meetings, and offered insight on some of the harder decisions we had to make. On the wedding day Megan and her team made sure everything went amazing. They had great organization and were super helpful to me, my fiance, and family! We had the best wedding weekend and could not have done it was out the help of Sweet Peach!

Fantastic experience: I’d give 15/10 stars if I could. We worked with Sweet Peach Planning for several months to plan our two-day Hindu & Catholic wedding weekend. We had an idea of how we wanted the weekend to flow and feel, but no plan or “Pinterest board” ideas for how to bring it to life. Cue Megan & her creativity and expertise into making our wedding the absolute best weekend of our lives. She helped us navigate expectations vs reality with the timeline between ourselves, family and our vendors. She took care of all the “cutesy” details so I could focus on big picture items, & had an array of items we could use as well. We truly got to show up and be guests at our wedding the day of, & even if something didn’t exactly go as planned, there were back up plans already in place. They went above & beyond with helping us organize and prepare for the day. The team is excellent, their communication was quick, and we could not have been happier.

Fantastic experience: Megan and her team created a birthday party beyond my wildest dreams. The whole planning process was so easy, and Megan made a normally stressful process fun. The day of the party was a breeze thanks to her. I just showed up and got to enjoy dancing with my friends. The theme was Y2K, and Megan's creativity was on another level. The trucker hat station was a huge hit as was the body glitter and butterfly clips. I could not have had this successful and fun of a party without Sweet Peach. I cannot wait to have another event just so I can work with them again. If you want an event that will have your guests engaged and talking about it for weeks after, while you also get to have the time of your life, work with Sweet Peach.

Fantastic experience: We hired Megan and Sweet Peach Planning per a recommendation from our venue and we could not be happier with our decision! Hiring a vendor that comes recommended from a venue I knew that she must have made a fantastic impression because my venue staff had very high standards. We hired Sweet Peach Planning for month of coordination but Megan was helpful with vendor recommendations and introductions way before her month of timeline. She also sat down with us in person when we came in town for our engagement photos and talked us through everything and helped make an initial timeline. Week of wedding is where Megan and her team really shined! She came in on rehearsal and took charge which as a bride who finally wanted to enjoy herself for her wedding and take a backseat I was able to do so. Day of wedding, they handled EVERYTHING! I could not have been happier with the vision she brought to life and the Sweet Peach teams assistance with everything from set-up, to timeline keepers, to working with all the vendors and even to clean-up at the end. Her team even went and dropped all of our decor and personals off in our hotel room along with late night food so we didn't have to lift a finger and could enjoy our day. They even went above and beyond and organized everything and had little personal touches there to make our night end perfectly. Could not recommend enough, 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Megan and her team were the most valuable vendors at our wedding. We didn't even want a wedding coordinator, we were going to do it ourselves, save the money. When our venue required one we found Sweet Peach Planning and immediately fell in love with Megan's easy to work with bubbly personality. She is detail oriented, respectful, understanding, and down for the challenge! We had to change our wedding date to be 6 months earlier due to some family health issues and Megan jumped right in going FAR above and beyond the contract for us to ensure all the pieces came together for the day. She left no page unturned when coordinating the schedule for the day of, and everything leading up to it. She took over all vendors two weeks before so we didn't have to give them direction on when and where to be - she and her team did it all. On the day of the wedding me, my husband, and our families didn't have to lift a finger. They did EVERYTHING and we just took direction for where we needed to be. They were flexible with us making some timing changes and stepped in to make some decisions for us so we didn't have to and could enjoy our celebration. If I had to do it again I can't imagine doing it without Sweet Peach Planning. I am so grateful we had them there on our wedding day so we could just focus on what is important - celebrating together. If you're second guessing like we were - don't - they're SO SO SO SO SO worth it. We couldn't have done it without Megan and her team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been lucky enough to work with Megan on several weddings. It was one of the most beautiful and memorable professional experiences I have ever had. Megan is dedicated to her clients, very creative and I am grateful to have had her as a mentor. As soon as we talk to her and throughout the preparation of the event, we see that she has years of experience behind her. She gives very good advice, is very detailed and knows how to adapt her proposals to her clients according to their personality and tastes. During the weddings I attended, not one was the same. Each was unique, beautiful and in harmony with the couple. I could see that she created very strong ties with the couple, but also with the vendors, which only contributed to the success of the events. I recommend Megan with eyes closed!

Fantastic experience: Creative Kind Helpful Patient Calm and FUN!!! These are the words I would use to describe Megan and her team at Sweet Peach Planning. I used Megan for my 2nd wedding so I was very clear on what I needed and Megan helped me avoid pitfalls and made the process as stress free as possible! I am an extremely organized person and I like to consider myself a good party thrower ;o) so to work with me probably wasn't easy but Megan was all the things that I needed. I suggest getting very clear on what level of support you need from a planner and have very honest conversations with the potential planners. If you can't get past the first conversation with clarity and a sense of calmness about what's ahead (I mean the massive undertaking of planning a wedding) then you probably haven't found the right person. You WILL feel that with Megan! :)

Fantastic experience: If I could go back in time and give one recommendation to my partner and I about wedding planning - it would be to have hired Sweet Peach Planning for full planning services early in the process. Megan was the absolute essential ingredient to making this wedding happen and be the most beautiful day we could have imagined. First and foremost - we knew we loved Megan right away from how honest she was with us. When we booked her, we wanted to hand everything off to her as a planner. She explained we were so far along in the process and had booked so many of the main vendors that she wouldn’t want us to waste our money - but she’d recommend her coordination services instead. Megan went above and beyond everything I expected to have in a coordinator. She helped us with decisions, brought up questions for us to ask or suggestions to tell vendors about things we would have never thought about. She was available whenever we needed and even joined us for a few vendor meetings to ensure everything went smoothly. She even offered many of her own decor items (table numbers, windows, and candles). It is very obvious that Megan has tons of experience. Our photographer and venue both commented about how great working with Megan was and how she is so organized and experienced - so it isn’t only on the client side, but the vendors she works with that also see how amazing she is. Very last minute we decided to book a videographer. We sent his website to Megan, who raised some concerns about something feeling off about the website and she explained it felt like a scam. Like dummies, we booked them anyways… only to get scammed because this videographer wasn’t real. It all turned out okay (we got our money back, etc) and Megan handled it all beautifully. But, at the end of it - we wished we would have just listened to Megan’s gut! She really knows her stuff and has a great ability to spot a good vendor vs. a fake one :) The day of - Megan was a rockstar. She directed family members, vendors, the bridal party, and anyone that had questions - all with a smile on her face. She was such a calming presence and we were so relaxed knowing Megan had it under control. We are so incredibly thankful for Megan and her Sweet Peach Planning team and honestly could not have pulled this wedding off without her.

Fantastic experience: “The wedding of my dreams,” was our daughter’s reaction! The BEST experience I could have imagined with an event coordinator in Charleston, SC! Immediately after booking Sweet Peach Planning, my anxiety dropped. I knew I was in great hands. Megan took our vision and made it reality. She helped and guided us to the dream wedding our daughter had envisioned. We had trouble booking farmhouse tables – Megan found them. We had trouble deciding about floor layout – Megan guided us to the perfect design; florist decisions --- Megan was there to help find the perfect fit. She always stepped in when an issue arose prior to and day of the wedding. From months out to day-of, Megan was responsive to each e-mail, text, or phone call. If issues arose during the wedding/reception. I did not know of it. Megan and her team dealt with any and everything, and I was left to enjoy the day with my daughter and family. I could not have asked for anyone more attentive, tuned-in, or supportive than Megan and her team. Our guests, weeks later, are still commenting on how amazing the wedding and reception were. My only regret is not hiring Sweet Peach sooner in the process. I will definitely use and recommend Sweet Peach for ANY event.

Fantastic experience: Short version: Megan was the best wedding planner ever, hiring her was the best choice we made, everything turned out amazing, and I don't know how we would have done anything without her. Long version: To paint a picture of why Megan was so amazing, I first need to explain the type of wedding that we had. First of all, we got married in Joshua Tree at a venue that was completely outdoors, exposed to all of the desert elements, and pretty much a bare bones property beyond that. Due to the venue being more limited, we needed to hire every single vendor independently and bring in all of our own decorations and supplies. We had events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with 130+ guests at each event. To spell that out for you- we gave Megan A LOT of work. And she. freaking. rocked. it. The entire weekend was flawless. My husband and I had a vision that our wedding weekend would feel like summer camp, where all of our guests would come into our world for the weekend, make connections with new people, and leave feeling happy and inspired. You might be thinking that is an oddly specific vision. And it is. But Megan totally accomplished that for us. She worked tirelessly to connect us vendors that fit our vibe and budget. She was straightforward and real with every step of the process, helping us to manage our expectations, stay focused on tasks, and have fun along the way! She was on top of tasks, responsive to our questions/texts/emails, and honestly just a really cool person! On the actual wedding day, I felt so relaxed and supported. I felt like I could just enjoy the day and fully trusted that Megan would to take care of whatever challenges arose. As for the guests- I’m not kidding when I say that we had multiple guests texting us for several weeks after telling us they couldn’t stop thinking of our wedding and how amazing it was. We owe it all to Megan. If you need an event planner, look no further!

Fantastic experience: We hired Sweet Peach Planning to do full wedding coordination, and wowie, are we glad we did! Megan exudes charm, efficiency, capability, and oodles of creativity. I mean, we described our wedding vibe as "swamp witch speakeasy," and Megan didn't bat an eye. She ran with the idea and came up with so many nuanced touches that entirely captured our vision. Megan was also very attentive to detail, which was much appreciated when it came to budget. We stayed precisely within our initially communicated price range thanks to her and her vendor relationships. She stayed in touch with us every two weeks and kept us on track through the whole process. Also, when Megan presented vendor options, she captured the full range of choices and always made us feel supported in our decisions, even if we didn't choose her primary recommendation. The day of the wedding went so smoothly because of Megan and her team. Megan is simultaneously a friend, confidant, and boss who makes things happen; it truly felt like we had a great friend who happened to be an excellent wedding planner! Hiring Megan was the best choice we made; I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Megan from Sweet Peach Planning. We began planning our wedding in early 2019, we were naïve about what it would take to put on an event that we had dreamt up over the past 10 years together. We knew Megan and had seen her product on our Instagram feeds, so when we decided to look for a wedding planner we didn’t go too far. From the very first consultation meeting we found out that Megan was trustworthy and not just a “Yes” person. She let us know right away about the gaps about our event by asking the simplest of questions that we did not even think about. Her vendor management would put the biggest of wedding planners to shame, she has some, if not THE BEST VENDORS AROUND! (Check out EveRox Photography or Lover Her Madly Flowers reviews you’ll see). After that meeting we decided that she had to be the one to do our full service wedding planning. When I say full service, I mean she made the effort to reach out to us at least once a month leading into it, if not bi-weekly. During the height of the pandemic while she was running around saving the day for all of her clients, she never let us feel any of the pressure and stress. We do not know how we would have made it through initial planning, cancelling with all the vendors, rescheduling with all the vendors, planning an elopement while maintaining our rescheduled ceremony date, restarting the wedding process and executing it all in 8 months’ time. Megan and her team are the most professional team we have ever seen at a wedding. In near triple digit heat, Megan and her assistants made sure that we drank enough water, ate sat down and relaxed but most importantly, they took away the anxiety of having to coordinate everything while enjoying the party. We just wanted to leave you with this little tip we learned along the way. If you want to have a wedding where people will continue talking about it almost 3 weeks AFTER the event took place, talk to Megan and her team. People still come up to us and ask us about the venue, the vendors and where we found them, all we say is “Talk to Megan”.

Fantastic experience: Megan helped me plan my wedding last month (October,2020) and I couldn't have done it without her! I got in contact with Megan ONLY a month and half before our wedding and she helped me pull my wedding together. With all of the uncertainty that COVID has brought, I was completely lost. Not only does Megan have the experience and expertise, but she also had all the connections to vendors that really helped move things along. I felt very informed and secure the entire way. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She was very honest on where we could save money and what was worth the splurge. Megan even helped me on all the small details like my "save the dates" and invitations. The day of went so smoothly and I was really able to focus getting ready and taking photos. Her assistants were very efficient when working with my photographer and I was able to take all of the family photos that I will cherish forever. I was really impressed with how easily she was able to keep us on schedule. The DJ that Megan referred to us(DJ Tempoe) was a total hit! My whole family was on the dance floor the entire night. At the end of the night my husband and I came back to our hotel room and to our surprise it was decorated with all of our flowers from the reception and tea lights all over! Such a sweet surprise! All in all, I couldn't have been more happy with her work and I would definitely recommend her for any sort of event. She's an awesome person and an even more awesome wedding planner, thanks Megan!

Fantastic experience: As the owner and principal DJ of Flawless Entertainment DJs, I have worked with many, many, many event planners and coordinators. And honestly I never know what to expect. A lot of them the simply rely on the DJ to initiate and follow the timeline while they kind of disappear... Lucky for me and my team I have the pleasure of working with Megan from Sweet Peach Planning quite a few times. (We are both located in Long Beach). This review is definitely long overdue but I was reminded of how awesome Megan and her team is by working with her again this past Thursday July 11th, 2019. I arrived 2 hours before the ceremony start time at the Modern in Long Beach to setup and Megan and her assistants were ALREADY there setting up. She answered all of my questions and we briefly discussed the DJ setups and the general flow of events for the wedding. Everything went smoothly and she always was around to answer my questions and to fill me in on any changes. This allowed me to focus mostly on song selection and MC-ing. She would let me know when it was time to make announcements and she kept events moving smooth and quickly. Fantastic experience: This review is long over due. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Megan and the Sweet Peach Planning team for our big day. At first we didn't know what to expect from a wedding planner since we have been planning our wedding together and didn't know if we really needed one. Fantastic experience: After weighing whether we really needed an event coordinator and interviewing some coordinators, we booked with SPP (silver coordination package) about 6 months before our wedding in June 2019. It was one of the best decisions. We were impressed with how detail-oriented, thoughtful, and open Megan was. Our wedding was not without challenge as I was very detail oriented and some of the guests did not speak English. But SPP team led by Megan were able to work calmly and efficiently to make the day go by so smoothly. Megan was my fairy godmother on the day of the wedding, she made sure that the wedding party especially the bride and groom ate, that all vendors were able to do their best job, and that the wedding schedule ran on time. We could not thank her and her team enough, who were able to make my wedding vision come true. Looking back, I could not imagine not having a wedding coordinator. Fantastic experience: I cannot express how thankful my now husband and I are for Sweet Peach Planning. From our very first meeting, I knew Megan would be awesome to work with and I was not disappointed. Our planning process began about six months prior to our wedding in November, I was so stressed that I’d waited so long, scared that I wouldn’t have enough time to plan. Megan made me feel confident from the very beginning. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted our special day to be. I know that I can be very indecisive but she was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process and she never made me feel bad about being clueless at the majority of our meetings. Leading to the wedding day, she made decisions for me when she felt I needed some guidance. Booking and meeting vendors was completely hassle free for us. Fantastic experience: In regards to planning our wedding, we both agree that hiring Sweet Peach to help us coordinate and finalize details was the BEST decision we ever made. Fantastic experience: Organising a wedding is stressful st the best of times and with one of us living in the UK, things were further complicated. Although we had organised most of our vendors we were struggling with the finer points of the timeline and coordination. Thankfully our cake vendor Holly K recommended Sweet Peach planning as she had worked successfully with them previously. And I’m glad she did, from the moment we met Megan we knew that our wedding was in great hands. The timeline was organised meticulously and they were able to offer other vendors such as wait staff and where to buy ice for the day etc. Megan also took us through a detailed wedding rehearsal to ensure the big day went off with out a hitch. She also added touches to the ceremony that we hadn’t considered, like when to stop and smile for photos, the speed and length of the ceremony. Nothing was missed and everything went perfectly. No one came up to us on the day asking questions and everyone and everything was where it was supposed to be. Fantastic experience: Sweet Peach Planning was a dream to work with! There are literally not enough stars to rate how I truly feel about them. I met Megan when planning my destination wedding from Orange County. I was really concerned about finding the right vendors for my wedding since I was so far away. Megan immediately put me at ease. We planned a trip out to South Carolina (my wedding destination) to meet vendors over the course of a short 3 day trip. Megan lined up meetings with every possible vendor I would need. Every single vendor she chose, I hired, because they were THAT good. She nailed every single aspect of my wedding with utter perfection and truly made all of my wedding dreams come to life. She arrived 2 days before my rehearsal (which was not part of her commitment to me) to help make sure everything was running smoothly. She jumped right in and started working before she was contracted to. The rehearsal day and wedding day were absolutely flawless. Megan and her team didn't miss a beat. I was taken care of all day. Whenever I turned around to ask for something, it was like they had read my mind, and were already prepared with what I needed. I didn't have to worry about a single aspect of my wedding. Fantastic experience: I was definitely intimidated by wedding planning. I really had no idea what was involved or what I needed to do. Megan was wonderful about answering my questions and asking the ones I hadn't even thought of yet. She was always calm and cheerful, which certainly helped me and my fiance stay calm as well, despite all of the normal family-related drama weddings entail. Without Megan, we would have gotten married, and there would have been people there, and probably food - I knew that much on my own. But it wouldn't have been an actual wedding. As it was, we had a beautiful ceremony and reception without going broke. I'm sure Megan would also have been great for someone who was knew more about this stuff, but as someone who really didn't have a clue, she was a lifesaver. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Super friendly faces, great attitudes (even while Megan was sick) and good spirits all around which made for a spectacular Sweet 16 for her client.
