Experiencia fantástica: So many great things to say about Monique, it's endless!! We found Monique through our venue, and went with the full-service package which was worth every penny. Monique, my mom, and I planned a wedding together in 7 months and it was a wild ride. Monique was so calm and patient throughout the entire process and always kept us in check. Even though my mom and I were extremely picky, Monique constantly would find solutions to any problems we would have and was always so kind to us. She came with us to all our vendor meetings and kept helping us search for things until we were satisfied. Monique is incredibly organized, detailed, helpful with suggestions, and knowledgeable about anything and everything. Also a great communicator and helped us talk to vendors. Every single one of the vendors she recommended did a stellar job. Having always heard wedding planning in incredibly stressful, Monique took that all away. Even the month leading up to the wedding, my friends were asking me how could I be so relaxed? The answer is simple... we had Monique! She made a very comprehensive timeline to follow the day of the wedding. On the day of, she brought three assistants and ensured everything ran smoothly. Friends and family were telling us after the wedding that they could tell the wedding was extremely well organized and the best wedding they've ever been to. She turned my dream into a reality! Every detail was done perfectly and beautifully, exactly how I envisioned it to be. Monique also truly tried to get to know who we were and understand us. We felt a personal connection with her. Truly touched with all her efforts, and the follow-up care she gave us. So grateful for all she has done for us. Can't wait to use her again for our next party in the future!

Monique is a very patient, organized, responsible and unique person. She did so much for my daughter for this entire process: wedding planning, vendor selection, venue design, rental show case, napkin designs, etc. She responded to every single message quickly and kept my daughter and I stress free. Experiencia fantástica: Monique is amazing! She helped be to do the impossible task. We planned a 100 guest wedding, in the winter, during covid, in about 2 and a half months. It was a magical day!!! I knew she was the one for me when she showed me her checklist of all the tasks that needed to be completed. She is so well organized and efficient in her planning and her knowledge of the industry and vendors is immense. She was able to capture my design visions and seek out the perfect vendors for the task. Thank you Monique for making my special day so spectacular!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hiring A Signature Wedding was the best decision we ever made for our wedding. Monique impressed us from the moment she came to my parent's house with her professionalism and formal presentation. She helped guide us throughout the process in finding the perfect vendors, making the best decisions, and always making us feel comfortable in being honest in what we liked and disliked. She worked with us through design, timelines, and big and little decisions. Monique is always calm and adapts well to every situation. Even the things that may have gone unnoticed by others or were unseen to the guests meant a TON to me. If there were any problems, Monique was always there to help solve them. She has the perfect temperament for a wedding planner and I am SO grateful we chose her. Not to mention all the many ways she went above and beyond (reminding us to work on our marriage license, when to purchase our rings etc.). All of the little details in addition to the big wedding day details were beyond helpful for us to achieve what we did. Monique brought the vision of our wedding alive and it was exactly how we had hoped—elegant, classy and formal. I would give her more than 5 stars if possible!

Experiencia fantástica: My sister hired Monique for her wedding a few years ago, and I knew when we got engaged that Monique was the right pick for us. Monique was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is also a rockstar. We chose the partial planning package and it was completely worth it. She helped us find a few of our vendors that were missing and they did not disappoint. She made sure we stayed on track in the planning process. On the wedding day, her and her two assistants were amazing. We were right on time with everything on the day of. Her assistant who followed us around was so attentive and got us whatever we needed. I appreciate all of their work to make our day go without a hitch! We had one complaint for one of our vendors post wedding and she still communicated with the vendor on our behalf and came to a resolution. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Monique. She will make the planning process less stressful and your wedding day seamless.

She was always on top of it, even though we had SO many tiny and personal details for our large, 200+ person wedding. She planned several virtual and in-person meetings, and met us during all our vendor meetings as well! Monique made the wedding planning process seamless, I wasn't stressed at all! On the actual day of the wedding, Monique and her team were professional and had an amazing communication system throughout the entire 12+ hour day. Both my brother and sister had used A Signature Wedding for their special days over 15 years ago. When I started planning my wedding I immediately thought about Monique. I remembered from their weddings how prepared and organized she was. Both my sister and sister-in-law highly recommended her as well. We hired A Signature Wedding for our Day of Coordinator for our wedding at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, CA. She was way more than our Day of Coordinator. Monique met with me over the phone multiple times to check in and help with Vendors. She contacted our vendors multiple times to check in and support them with any questions that they had. She worked closely with our venue to answer questions and to schedule a walk through with our vendors. On our rehearsal day, she was there to walk our wedding party and families through the wedding reception. She had a planned out timeline of each step of the day. She allowed our wedding party and families to be prepared for the day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! This was all thanks to the talented and organized work of Monique and her assistant. If anything did go wrong on our day, I had no idea on the day off and still don’t today. She made the day absolutely relaxing and fun! I highly recommend hiring A Signature Wedding for your special day!

Experiencia fantástica: Monique did an amazing job coordinating our special day. My Husband and I are an older couple, in our 60's and totally unaware of how things are done today. Monique made the day stress free for us. She handled everything so professionally and with a calmness that helped me. There was one snafu that she handled and I didn't even know about it until she had a resolution. I would definitely recommend her. She recommended things that never entered my mind, like having a list for the photographer as to what photos I wanted. She worked with the venue as well as my vendors and produced a seamless transition from set-up to tear down. She was awesome !!!

I have no doubt that I would say the same for planning a celebration during "normal" times. Monique went above and beyond to make sure the day came together as we all hoped that it would. Experiencia negativa: I inquired about a wedding planning package here. I live out of state, but my fiance wanted a beach wedding in Huntington Beach. In my inquiry, I mentioned that we did not know what we needed to do and needed help (hence why I’m looking for a planner), and also mentioned we had a decent budget. To this I got a reply, telling me that could not help me and referred me to a budget planner (nothing wrong with them, they just dont offer reception planning or detailed ceremonies). My budget is $30,000 for a 30 guest wedding. I’m appalled at how I’ve been treated and I will not recommending this planner.

The sophistication of her eye makes any host feel like a million bucks. She keeps your personal brand in mind, while keeping you on trend and thinking through a flow or timeline that fits your guests. Her extensive network gives you options for any celebration!! Bottom line, my husbands surprise 40th was perfect (and mindful of covid restrictions). Don't go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Initially I was skeptical about having a wedding planner as I wasn't sure of the benefits. Now we can't imagine having not had a planner, especially being Monique. Monique was quite simply put, the best person we could have had to help us organise our wedding. She went the extra mile constantly and was essential when planning a wedding whilst we were overseas in Australia. Her pricing was much lower than other planners we looked at and in truth, she was worth so much more to us. If you are planning a wedding or rehearsal dinner in Los Angeles, I would suggest going to Monique.

We first met when she was my sisters coordinator for her wedding and baby shower, every guest at that wedding was blown away by how much fun, seamless, and beautiful every moment/every detail was during their special day. After my husband and I got engaged, she was one of the first people we called to start the planning process. She put our minds at ease when she said she could help plan the wedding of our dreams in less then 10 months. I was blown away from start to finish by her level of expertise, vendor referrals, attention to every single detail and the constant excitement she gave to us during the planning process. She guided us every step of the way and made us feel confident and comfortable with choosing vendors/keeping us on track with the our budget. Monique was the angel who took every pin from pinterest, saved photo/video on instagram, earmarked pages from bridal magazines, dreams I had as a little girl, my husband's inspiration, and she magically brought it all together to honor our love and set the stage for our future. Our biggest vision was to try and plan a day that our friends and family would never forget. We were so touched by all the love we had received during our relationship/engagement and we wanted our guests to know and truly feel that on our wedding day. Monique is without a doubt the reason those dreams came true, our visions came to life, and memories are forever engrained in our hearts. I met Monique nine years ago when she was the wedding coordinator for my twin sister’s epic wedding on Catalina island. I remember being blown away at how organized and on top of everything she was. Nine years later, Monique surpassed my greatest expectations when she coordinated my dream wedding at the Dolphin Bay Resort and Spa in Pismo Beach. We also have a very unique love story. My fiance’ and I were high school sweet-hearts and each other’s first loves. We lost touch for 17 years until we reconnected, so it was very important to me that our story was told in the right way, with nothing accidental, but every tiny detail purposeful and romantic. Monique made that happen the world over for us! Every step along the way, Monique never compromised our vision, but she guided us at every obstacle to ensure that it was exactly as we had imagined. Our wedding was nautical-themed, and our centerpieces were 100% designed and hand-made by us. Monique and her team set everything up exactly as I had pictured it. Her spectacular designer-eye puts your mind completely at ease. Every event Monique coordinates results in class and elegant beauty. When I walked down the aisle the day of my wedding, I gasped when I saw the ceremony set up against the sparkling ocean. It was even more beautiful than I had pictured it. It was truly like a fairytale. Monique’s commitment to excellence does not disappoint, and allows you to put the most important day of your life in her hands. The conclusion of our wedding was the most magical, emotional part of the entire event. The finale was a sparkler send-off, while my sister and my friend sang the duet “I See the Light” from the Disney movie “Tangled.” After my husband and I made our way through two lines of guests holding sparklers, luminary lanterns lit the rest of the pathway to Lookout Point at the edge of the cliff. When I saw the pathway and heard the song I was struck with so much emotion and I cried. It literally took my breath away. I will never forget looking at my husband, tears running down my face and the love and happiness I saw in his eyes. The luminary lanterns were a surprise from my twin sister and Monique had set them up perfectly, exactly as my sister had planned. At the end of the pathway, my husband and I lit our single sky lantern that said “Just Married”, and as we heard the final notes of the song being sung, and as our guests watched on, we kissed, and watched that lantern soar high up into the heavens until it was just a speck of light. It was the most beautiful conclusion to a wedding I had ever seen, and it was our wedding. It was our signature wedding. She truly commits to making the wedding of your dreams, and your unique experience. That’s perhaps the most amazing part about working with Monique. She has the ability to see your vision with perfect clarity and work side-by-side with you in capturing what you want every step of the way. She is also incredible at helping you stick to your budget, with gentle reminders, and so much experience in where to save money. She helps you prioritize what is most important, and where you might be able to cut. She also has an excellent relationship with vendors and is well-respected in the wedding event community. She has won several awards and it’s no surprise! She has exceptional interpersonal skills, and her attention to detail is incredible. She saved us hundreds of dollars by double-checking contracts, etc. and clarifying binding agreements with vendors. The money we spent on having Monique coordinate our wedding was the best money we spent on the entire wedding, but her services are invaluable. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants to create their dream wedding. She is relentless with making sure that your special day is truly a signature wedding!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband, family, and I all agree that working with Monique to plan our wedding was the best decision we made throughout this whole process! I don't know what we would have done without her! Monique is extremely organized, meticulous, creative, and the consummate professional. I was so stressed at the beginning of wedding planning - I felt overwhelmed by the sheer task of it and did not have a clear vision of how I wanted our wedding to look like. Monique's calm demeanor and attention to detail helped us stay on track and create the wedding of our dreams! No question or problem was too big for her - she always quickly responded with multiple options and creative solutions. Monique left no stone unturned and thought of everything. Finally, not only did we love working with her but we loved her assistants as well (shoutout to Lisa!). Monique brought 3 assistants with her for our wedding day, and they were all amazing. In particular, her assistant Lisa really went the extra mile for us - she made sure that we always had food and drinks, fixed my hair and veil countless times, gave me her jacket when I was cold from taking photos outside, and constantly checked in with our families. We highly recommend Monique to anyone looking for a wedding planner! This will seriously be the best money that you spend on your wedding. Having a planner like Monique by your side will save you so much time, stress, and money! On top of that, she is super friendly and nice!
