Experiencia fantástica: I met Cynthia early on in the wedding planning process, and I am so, so grateful that I did. Cynthia is the calm you need - a safe harbor in the eye of the storm. She kept us on track throughout planning, set realistic expectations (she immediately clocked that our timeline was too ambitious and her suggested adjustments were exactly right), and brought a strong, steady presence that we relied on all the way through the end of our wedding day. She handled stressed-out Vietnamese mothers with such grace, always made sure we had water and food, and somehow managed to fix every hiccup with ease. When I dropped bright pink dragon fruit on my wedding dress and my bustle came undone right before the grand entrance, Cynthia immediately whipped out a wipe and safety pins and had everything fixed in two shakes. Her team was equally incredible - professional, kind, and completely on top of every detail. Hannah kept the photographers on task so we captured all the shots we wanted, and Amanda handled last-minute alcohol runs during the reception to keep the drinks flowing. Even as we added last-minute dress changes and speech requests, Cynthia found a way to make it all happen seamlessly. Cynthia and her team are powerful, compassionate, and truly the best we could have ever worked with. So many other vendors hailed their professionalism! If you’re on the fence about hiring them for coordination or florals, do it. The relief you’ll feel from being in their warm, extremely capable hands is worth every penny.

Experiencia fantástica: TLDR; 10/10 BOOK them! We booked Hadley and Ren for a month of coordination services and as our florist for our wedding. I highly recommend booking them for both services! I had a Zoom meeting to get to know them and for a consultation. Right off the bat, I was impressed with their professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail. She showed me all the templates that they use to keep the wedding process on track. The type-A in me LOVED that! After booking, our trust in them grew and I felt drawn to book them for florals as well (so glad we did not DIY those haha). The floral pitch deck they presented was beautiful, and Cynthia was receptive to our Pinterest inspiration & feedback, which was so appreciated! I was stressed about one to two months before the wedding, and Tiffany got me back on track! I cannot thank her enough for her support, grace, questions, timeline help, and list of what to follow up on. Just what you want in a wedding coordinator! A great weight was lifted off me knowing Tiffany and her team were there to be mindful of time and execute the vision. I loved the fact that none of my family had to bear the stress of trying to coordinate more than they already needed to! When it came to the rehearsal and actual wedding day, Tiffany blew us away with her composure and professionalism. We almost started to run a bit behind on our timeline due to some of the wedding party running late, but you wouldn't have known it since she made up the time and got us on schedule! If problems had happened during my wedding, I wouldn't have known about it since it was handled behind the scenes with this amazing team! They are sweet, professional, and most importantly, good at what they do. I already recommended them to friends who are recently engaged. The best in the business! Thank you for the perfect day!

My bouquet and all the floral components were just what we always imagined them to be: natural, warm, and romantic! So many of our guests commented on how our wedding was one of the most beautiful they've ever experienced. Kayley not only completely hit every mark on our vision board with the florals–she is also the sweetest soul and provided bubbles the day of that made the vibes 100% immaculate! The pacing of our day was impeccable. We didn't feel rushed nor did we feel any lulls. We had plenty of moments that were private and precious, and got to make so many memories with all of our guests, that we wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding. Weddings can be overwhelming, and having a solid support system is so vital. Hadley and Ren did that and more for us! The whole team is truly, truly magic. We loved every second with them and can't recommend them enough. You guys need a coordinating team and Hadley and Rens team literally did gods work for our wedding. Experiencia fantástica: In the midst of wedding planning, we found our silver lining, Hadley & Ren. We knew from the moment we met them, that it was a match made in heaven. It was the BEST decision we made for ourselves. We couldn’t imagine going through this process without them. The services we chose were partial planning with design and florals. If we had found them sooner, we would have done the full planning service. It would have saved me A LOT of money, but so happy to have found them when we did. They are extremely knowledgable and will help guide you when you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed. They cater to your wants and needs and provide you with a TON of options. For example, we needed bread baskets: they sent me 3 different options. All we did was press a link and pay. It saved us so much time! They are also extremely organized with tons of helpful pdfs, excel sheets, and google docs. We relied on these so much. All the vendors were highly impressed with their active communication and thorough planning. Trust me, on a day full of chaos and multiple different people working together, you want someone who can take charge and lead with confidence. They displayed this admirably. And lastly, their attention to detail is out of this world. They were meticulous about bringing our vision to life. We felt like everything we planned on our design deck transpired beautifully on our wedding day. Our wedding felt like a dream and all of our guests were in awe. We are so lucky and honored to have worked with Hadley & Ren. We did not have an ounce of stress on our wedding day. They handled all the hiccups with grace, so that we could be fully present on our wedding day. It was the best day of our lives. Thank you H&R! P.S. They are so funny! We all need some comic relief in times of stressful wedding planning.

The bouquets are all so versatile for any occasion, and everyone i’ve gifted with their dry flower-style bouquets have complimented how gorgeous they all look. While it’s pricier than a normal bouquet of flowers, these look great for WAYYY longer, which more than justifies the price. Overall, i’d recommend Hadley & Ren for those simple occasions all the way to super formal.

Experiencia fantástica: We booked Hadley and Ren for floral and month of coordination services for our wedding. From the first meeting, we were impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, eye for design, and the overall feeling of confidence they instilled in us. We were stressed in the months leading up to the wedding, and it really gave us a lot of comfort knowing our coordinator would make sure everything was taken care of. It also rained heavily on the day of our (entirely outdoor) wedding, but our coordinator handled it with such composure and finesse that we didn't have to worry about it at all. We really believe that, had we worked with another coordinator who wasn't as experienced, the rain could easily have ruined the night. But thanks to the team, it was a non-issue, and our guests just continued to enjoy the rest of the night indoors. We're a fairly picky couple and had a specific vision in mind for the florals. Hadley and Ren understood our vision right away and on the day of the wedding, when we saw everything all set up, we almost couldn't believe how good it looked - it was even better than we had envisioned. On top of being so good at their jobs, everyone we worked with in some way was so kind, attentive, and reassuring. They were the calming presence we needed throughout the whole process. No matter how many random things we needed help with that day, the team was prepared to address it and never made us feel like too much. We are forever grateful to the Hadley and Ren team for working so hard to make sure we had our perfect day - I really don't think it would have been possible without them. Some of our best friends are getting married next year, so we will be recommending Hadley and Ren to them as well.

She sent me the designs once they were finished and allowed me to make adjustments, however, nothing needed to be changed as they were perfect. All their employees are super nice and they really work with your budget to figure out exactly what you need for your occasion. They have an Instagram page and website where you can park with the owner to design your own arrangement with specific colors and flowers all while trying to make it within your budget. I've bought a few pre made arrangements and gotten custom ones down and all the friends and family that I have gifted them to have LOVED them. Everyone proudly displays the pieces in the center of the room because 1.) Dried florals don't die and 2.) The arrangements are beautiful. I will never be shopping anywhere else for dried florals except for Hadley and Ren because of all the positive experiences I've had so far. The shop also has a newsletter that you can sign up for so that you can take floral arrangement classes, book reading club meetings, etc. The owner collaborates with other small business which is super awesome!! 10/10 would recommend!!
