Even though our package was month-of, Caitlin jumped in well before the official start date - enthusiastically reviewing contracts, flagging important details, and offering thoughtful, calculated recommendations that gave us so much peace of mind. She clearly has long-standing and warm relationships with vendors across the industry, cementing her and EJE brand. Beyond her organizational talent, what truly set Caitlin apart was how deeply she cared about us. She made a genuine effort to learn our story, our personalities, and what mattered most to us. On the wedding day, that care was evident in every interaction. Our friends and family, on numerous occasions, commented on her professionalism and “warm blanket of a personality.” Caitlin wasn’t just managing logistics - executing the day we envisioned, ensuring the day was magical for not just us but our friends and family. Our wedding day ran flawlessly, but more importantly, it felt authentically “us,” and that is entirely thanks to Caitlin. We cannot recommend her and Emily Jordan Events enough.

She helped us coordinate last minute vendors, kept us (and our families) on schedule all weekend, and even picked up all of our desserts when our scheduled delivery fell through. One example of how on top of things she was: almost two weeks before the wedding, Sydney had created a primary timeline 10-pages long that blocked events to within 5-15 minutes (i.e. "1:00 pm Rentals Arrive [listed contact for relevant vendors], 1:15 pm Bride and Bridesmaids depart for the venue")

She took all of the last minute planning stress away which really allowed up to just enjoy our day. Sydney went above and beyond in every way to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch. From putting together the timeline (and re-doing it multiple times to maximize dancing time per my request!), to being in touch with all of our vendors, to picking up all of the supplies at my house the week before the wedding, to making my husband and I a plate of food on wedding night so that my we ate she did it all. Experiencia fantástica: We hired Sydney Woods of Emily Jordan Events as our month of coordinator, but her influence extended far beyond the month of and we are ever so grateful! Throughout our year and half wedding planning journey, she was always checking in to see if we needed any help. She provided great vendor suggestions and insight into anything I was unsure of. Her guidance throughout the process was really valuable. She also is very connected throughout the Atlanta wedding industry. Every vendor we spoke to spoke so highly of working with her, and I understand why. Every text or email to Sydney was answered within 30 min. We were so appreciative of that, especially when hitting roadblocks with other less responsive vendors. Sydney stepped in on multiple occasions as our advocate and helped to resolve any and all conflict. On wedding weekend, she was on it. Every detail organized and handled. She really took the stress away from myself, my husband, and my mother who was so involved in planning the weekend. I am SO happy we went with Sydney. Experiencia fantástica: We used Emily Jordan Events for our wedding in fall 2022 -- it was the MOST perfect day. Sydney was our planner and we could not have pulled off our dream wedding without her! My husband and I are both former event professionals and are super detail-oriented. We planned a pretty involved 3 day event for 120 people (think, Friday activities in 3 different nearby towns, a welcome party, a surprise scavenger hunt instead of a cocktail hour) and Sydney was up for it every step of the way. We truly worked as a team with Sydney to create our wedding weekend. She was happy to let us take lead on things we wanted to do just right and stepped into handle things we didn't want to (like our cake). Sydney also took our feedback well and was more than willing to redirect when we wanted to shift gears. Sydney did a great job ensuring that we did not know about any of the "little things" day of seamlessly coordinated our large team of vendors (all of whom drove 90m north of ATL for our event). We really got to sit back and relax on our wedding day because we knew Sydney and her team were on it. Additionally, Sydney is respected and has truly great relationships in the wedding planning industry and always knew who to call or how to tackle the current planning challenge. I know our vendors delivered great service for us in part because of Sydney.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I worked with Sydney for our wedding and she was a PHENOMENAL planner! She was extremely organized, timely, and efficient! I lost my custom bow tie and Sydney had her assistant stop by the place I bought it from to get another one just two hours before the wedding!!! One of my groomsmen ripped his pant legs while dancing and Sydney stitched them back together within minutes to have him back out dancing again!!! She carried and helped soothe our baby boy while my wife and I enjoyed our private moment before our reception. Experiencia fantástica: Caitlin literally saved the day for our wedding, so we couldn't be happier that we chose to work with her and Emily Jordan Events for our day-of/month-of planning. We had been advised by friends to at least have a day-of wedding planner because you never know what can happen, although of course we assumed everything would be fine. Caitlin was amazing from the beginning, always enthusiastic and full of creative ideas. Even though we mostly expected her to help the day of the wedding, she played a huge role in helping us connect with vendors and even find a last-minute pianist when ours backed out. She took initiative, ordering our linens herself with expedited delivery as soon as she realized that we had forgotten to place the final order confirmation. Then, the night before the wedding, my husband's parent's flight from NYC was cancelled, and they ended up driving nonstop overnight to make it to our morning ceremony. They were set to arrive about 45 minutes after the ceremony, and our venue required a switch from ceremony to reception layout during cocktail hour, so we felt that we couldn't delay the ceremony that long. We dejectedly called Caitlin and told her the situation, fully expecting her to confirm that there was no way to make it work. However, Caitlin insisted that she could make it work, and then spent the next few hours coming up with a plan and calling all of the vendors and the venue to readjust our entire schedule. She knew all of the details to the minute, and she was able to coordinate everything perfectly so that we had coffee and desserts before the ceremony, and then his parents arrived right at the start of the ceremony. There wasn't a dry eye in the house when my husband and I walked down the aisle with both of our parents present, and looking back, it means the world to us that Caitlin made this possible. It would have been much easier for her (and would not have changed her compensation) to just agree with us that we couldn't delay the ceremony and let things go on as originally planned. Instead, she went above and beyond to make sure that my husband's family could make it to the ceremony, and we will be forever grateful to her for that.

Our planner, Sydney, was incredibly professional, supportive, and helpful as we navigated the planning process from another state. Sydney was always available to answer any questions we had, answering emails promptly and scheduling phone calls when we still needed guidance. On our wedding day, we literally could not have survived without her. She efficiently handled all of our vendors, guests, and family members, enabling us to fully enjoy our day. Both my Husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism in coordinating our special day. She was very responsive and prompt. Any time I had questions she was there to help and had the answers. If she didn’t have the answer, she would find it quickly and get back to us. Her personality and work ethic are amazing! Her friendliness makes you feel like you have your best friend right at your side assisting you every step of the way. The way Sydney treats her clients shows that she cares about your wedding and isn’t someone who was hired to be there to coordinate. She is extremely well organized and is on top of everything. She disseminates information to the couple and the vendors in a timely manner and keeps everyone in the loop and on the same page. Experiencia fantástica: I used Emily Jordan Events to assist with day of coordination and Caitlin K. was my coordinator. Even though it wasn't a full planning package, she was available at any time to help me make decisions, review contracts, and make sure I was on the right track. I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID, and she counseled me when I was dealing with tough situations with venues, re-negotiating with vendors, and even with my family. Emily was also extremely understanding and worked with us through that unprecedented time. Day of, Caitlin made sure I enjoyed the day without a single worry, and she and her team set up the room better than I could have imagined! I will never forget the moment before I made my entrance with my family - Caitlin told us all to take a moment to center ourselves and focus on the significance of the day, and it was a beautiful and grounding moment. Experiencia fantástica: There are those who plan and those who execute. Emily Jordan Events (EJE), led by Jordan Xu, executed. Jordan started to work with my fiancé, now husband, and I eighteen months prior to our wedding. We knew from the beginning that we wanted to have a wedding in the backyard of my fiancé’s family home. Knowing that we would be creating our own venue and that we were having the wedding in a state different from our own, we began our search for a planner. Jordan came highly recommended by a dear friend, so we reached out and from the very first phone call we knew she was a perfect fit. We selected the full-service planning option and set our date for 10/17/2020, little did we know just how much 2020 would have in store for us. 2020 created a unique set of obstacles for our wedding, and every other 2020 wedding for that matter. Jordan helped us take our vision for our wedding to a reality, by asking thoughtful questions, guiding us through vendor selection, and helping us visualize the event from tip to tail. She worked hard to help us craft the best, safest event possible. We never felt any stress with the ever-changing state of world affairs. She kept constant communication with us prior to the wedding, which helped us feel very calm leading into our wedding day. Jordan set up an on site walk through a few months before the wedding where several of our vendors were able to see the site and meet us. Prior to the wedding Jordan helped us finalize details and prepare for the wedding, giving us a detailed timeline, seating layouts and other pertinent details. On our wedding day, Jordan and her team, Anna and Caitlin, arrived on time and ready to roll prepared for everything from binders to band-aids. Jordan, Anna and Caitlin made our wedding day perfect. Through the organization and preparation of Jordan and her team, Thomas and I got to spend our wedding day making memories and spending precious time with each other, our families, and friends that will last a lifetime.

Experiencia fantástica: We instantly fell in love with Wedding Belles when we were looking for a full-service wedding planner. Jordan was professional, organized, and very relatable! Wedding Belles also uses some really cool software to help you manage and keep all your planning in one place! I really valued having Jordan there with me every step of the way- she was always knowledge, helped me ask the right question, and played as a key sounding board as I would make different decisions. In months leading up to the wedding, when I would start to panic, she always stayed so cool, calm and collected and help me work through what I was worrying about. Day of is really where I cant imagine not having Wedding Belles. Jordan and her team were AMAZING. They had everything so in control and on time. I was able to fully enjoy my day because of them! I trust them completely and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: We could not have had the amazing wedding we did without Wedding Belles! I worked with Kristen specifically over the year and a half of our engagement. My family lives out of state so she helped me with literally EVERYTHING for the wedding. She met with me to touch base whenever I felt I needed to, she came to every vendor meeting with me, negotiated contracts for me, and made everything run smoothly and perfect. I think the longest I ever waited to hear back from her via text, email or phone was an hour tops! There are so many little things I would have looked past and it was so nice to have her take care of them so I could focus on the fun stuff and enjoy the process. I would 100% use them again and would refer them to any friends of mine that get married in the future!

They were so helpful when I couldn't make decisions and went above and beyond when I emailed them a ridiculous number of times. They developed a personal relationship with my mom, which she really appreciated and the experience would have been so much more complicated and honestly terrible without them. They were so organized that even though there were some little hiccups on the wedding day (which no one could have prevented), I thought everything had gone totally perfectly. They took control of every detail and made sure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend the Wedding Belles enough! I don't know how anyone plans a wedding without wedding planners, and Jordan and Kristen did an amazing job - I couldn't have asked for better planners.

Without all of their behind the scenes work to keep everything on schedule, making sure all of the vendors were a-okay and ready to go, to checking on us both throughout the day, Jordan and Kristen truly did it all. I am a worrywart and a very organized person, but on our wedding day, I was relaxed and knew the day would be flawless thanks to these two ladies. Several of our vendors even sent us notes after the reception letting us know how painless and easy Wedding Belles made their jobs. The Saturday before the wedding, Jordan was kind enough to go to my final dress fitting and up to Athens from Atlanta with me. Little did Kristen know that she would be coming to the rescue as our day started since my car battery died while we were at our first stop –alterations! Even though we had the car interference, and Jordan and Kristen had to deal with a stressed out bride, they surprisingly made the whole day okay with all of their help and encouragement. I cannot even put it into words how much Brandon and I appreciated Wedding Belles’ help throughout the wedding process. We definitely could not have done it all without them!

Experiencia fantástica: Kristen and Jordan are absolute angels. They were our day of coordinators for our wedding, and were completely wonderful in every way. From start to finish they are nothing but class, organization, and preparedness, willing to tackle the biggest challenges the day presented. Most importantly, they were prepared for anything and served as our "go-to" girls for anything that came up on our wedding day. They were a HUGE part of the success of our wedding, which went off without a hitch in spite of the monsoon outside. I recommend Wedding Belles to anyone and everyone! Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about Wedding Belles. Jordan and Kristen were our day of coordinators - and they were fantastic. Leading up to the wedding, they seemed to always be available to meet and answer questions. As the wedding approached, they said to us - if you are wondering how something is going to happen, the answer is: Jordan and Kristen. We definitely took advantage of that! They picked up things that we wanted at the wedding (including my wedding dress) a few days before the wedding so that we didn't need to worry about them and made sure they got to the venue. They had talked with all of the vendors before the wedding so that it was clear that they were the point persons the day of. At the rehearsal - they were very professional and everything went perfectly. They were able to coordinate our very large wedding party without a problem! They had taken meticulous notes when we had met - so they knew exactly what we wanted and we didn't have to boss people around at all. At the wedding - they were also wonderful. My brother forgot his reading for the wedding, and they went and printed it out again (in several different font sizes). They made sure we all knew where to be and met all of the vendors so that I didn't need to worry about anything. They seemed to be everywhere at the wedding. Whenever we needed something, they were easy to find (in their coordinated dresses and walkie talkies!). We had a few issues at the wedding (like running out of alcohol and the coffee not working), and my husband and I didn't even find out about them until the next day! Kristen and Jordan talked to my mom and ended up going to the liquor store and bought more alcohol on their credit card. They also made the caterers figure out how to get coffee for our guests. I don't think the guests even realized these were issues since their were dealt with so quickly! One last thing that I think is really important for this job is that Jordan and Kristen were incredibly professional through everything. They were so easy to work with and seemed to think of everything. Our other vendors also commented that they really enjoyed working with them (our photographer said that he loved that they were able to coordinate things without being mean at all). I give Wedding Belles 5 stars and my highest review! Thanks Jordan and Kristen for helping make our wedding perfect!
