Experiencia fantástica: Premier party planners LITERALLY saved our day. We had originally booked a day of coordinator through our venue (more than a year in advance) and continued to plan as time went on. Six months out from our wedding day our venue started experiencing some staffing and financial difficulties which ultimately were voiced to us in disjointed and stress filled emails. Our venue kept us in the dark to their true problems however, until about 4-5 months away. After pulling a lot of services they originally offered (including day of coordination) we knew we needed help from some real professionals. Due to the poor communication our venue had given me (and other brides whose weddings had already taken place) I assumed we would have a hard time finding someone to take over the job, but Nicole was game for a challenge. I cannot stress how amazing it felt to meet with her, see her experience and organization, and just know we immediately had someone in our corner. We don't live in the area and having someone so knowledgeable about vendors, planning and Raleigh was truly invaluable. Leading up to our day we had a few more hurdles we didn’t know about but each time Nicole handled it swiftly and professionally. The day of the wedding was magical and she was truly the reason things went off as planned. We cannot thank her enough!!

She took care of a few logistical issues without us even having to request it and coordinated our vendors, making the whole process so much less stressful for us. When we first met Tara, we knew we were going to choose her to be our day of planning coordinator. Tara was excited to meet us and excited for us, and we could tell right away. My wife and I didn't have a clear vision for our wedding, but we knew with the right help we could figure it out. Tara was much more than the right help! I was nervous when looking for a coordinator, because there were some details specific to the venue that felt extra tricky. Immediately upon meeting with Tara for the first time, I felt so at ease and I knew she was the perfect person to choose to help us plan our day. Every time I saw her she had a smile on her face, but she was also undoubtedly down to business... She even plopped down on the ground, took off my heels, and put socks and sneakers on me after the ceremony when I complained (out of earshot from her, mind you) that my feet were hurting. I love Tara from the bottom of my heart, and will shout her praises from the rooftops every chance I get!!! We are so beyond grateful for every little careful detail that she contributed to our planning process and to our day. Summer was assigned to us as our Day of Coordinator where she came on about 6-8 weeks out from our wedding day and took over all communication with vendors and venues. She was THE MOST organized person I've ever worked with. Tara kept us on a very updated timeline and never let one thing slip. She was with us for almost a year and never failed to check in and update everything as needed. She knows and recommends the BEST vendors. Each one was better and more professional than the next. As the wedding date grew closer and the chaos heightened, we were always calmed by Tara. There was NEVER even one unanswered call or email. If you are looking for someone to take the reins, someone who has superior attention to detail, someone who is reliable and dependable and has an innate ability to take your ideas and turn them into a real vision; then take that vision and create a magical wedding, Tara is your woman! Throughout the planning process, Nicole went above and beyond: she provided fantastic vendor recommendations, helped us select rentals while staying within our budget, and worked closely with our other vendors to make sure every detail was considered. She also offered us an inventory of wedding day items we were able to borrow from her, saving us money, including a card box, picture frames, table numbers, a cake stand, and a cake knife and server. For wedding day coordination, Nicole stepped in two months before our event date, starting with an incredibly thorough questionnaire to capture all the specifics. She asked thoughtful questions to ensure she fully understood our plans, even helping us think through details we hadn’t fully considered. She communicated directly with our vendors, giving us the freedom to focus on other final tasks in the weeks leading up to our wedding day. During our final vendor meeting, she came fully prepared, ensuring every last detail was confirmed. Before the wedding, Nicole took the time to create a detailed itinerary, communicated it to our family and wedding party, and fielded all their questions, freeing us from any last-minute coordination. Before our rehearsal she met with us to go through all our decorations to ensure everything had arrived and she knew where everything was and where to place it in advance. Nicole directed our rehearsal with such organization that everyone felt clear on their roles. On the wedding day, her presence was instantly relieving and calming. Nicole took charge, setting up our decorations, meeting with our ushers and anyone who couldn’t attend the rehearsal, working in sync with our vendors, and making sure everyone understood the timeline. With her event production throughout, it made the entire day smooth and worry-free, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our guests raved about how flawlessly organized and beautifully detailed the day was, and we couldn’t agree more. She even helped take care of my SIL’s 2 year old during our ceremony so she didn’t need to miss any part of it. She set up all my decor beautifully and managed all the logistics perfectly for the whole day! I hired Premier Party Planners as my day of coordinators because I wanted to plan the wedding myself and have someone experienced manage the event so I wouldn’t have to day of. Summer started 60 days before the big day and took over managing vendors and facilitating the logistics. She attended vendor meeting with me, came up with our timeline, created a schedule for the wedding party, helped plan our welcome and after parties, and packed everything up for us at the end of the night. I did not have to worry or do anything on my wedding day except enjoy the day!! My other favorite part of hiring the team is that they have an inventory of rentals you can borrow! I saved a ton of money by borrowing my table numbers, ring bearer pillow, Polaroid camera, easels, frames, card box, cake stand, and more. I highly recommend Premier Party Planners and especially Summer!!

We chose Tara with the mid level planning package because I wanted to make the design decisions, but knew I needed more guidance than just the day of coordination. Tara was able to help us find what we wanted to build our perfect day that was so “us”. She asked the right questions to help us develop our vision. She saved me so much time by helping us find vendors that fit that vision and were within our budget. Tara was always so responsive and thorough to EVERY little question I had. Experiencia fantástica: Our wedding was this past weekend & we are so thankful we went with Premier! Tara is worth her weight in gold!!! My biggest piece of advice for any couple planning a wedding is to hire a planner/coordinator immediately (and pick Tara/Premier!) - I wish I had her from day one! I am an extremely detail-oriented Type A person and did not think I would need a planner, so we hired Tara as our day-of coordinator as required by our venue. Her services extended WELL beyond just “day-of” and I leaned on her countless times throughout the planning process. From the moment we had our first virtual meeting with Tara, we knew we were in good hands - she is confident, approachable, bubbly, well-versed in all-things wedding, efficient, and more organized than I could ever dream of being. She created an amazing design board that encapsulated ideas I couldn’t quite put into words, selected rentals and created tablescapes that were perfectly cohesive, worked out all the big and little details with vendors/contracts, attended vendor meetings with me and jumped in when I had decision fatigue, and helped us navigate a world that felt so foreign to us. She even took on an extravagant DIY project for me, just because that’s how kind and devoted she is! She was always happy to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, or the time of day. Nothing seemed to rattle Tara. We had a big last minute change the day before our wedding, and I had a wardrobe emergency after my ceremony - Tara immediately provided reassurance and calmly took care of every situation. She even Instacarted my best friend flip flops so she could continue dancing through the evening! Tara felt like a friend during this whole process. We still can’t believe how well she executed our vision; we truly lived out the best weekend of our lives and are so thankful for all of Tara’s hard work.

Experiencia fantástica: I booked Premier Party Planners for my wedding because the venue required us to use a planner. At first, I didn’t have much interest because I am already Type A and hyper-organized, and I felt like I could do an adequate job on my own. Boy, was I wrong! Nicole thought through every possible detail of our day. She put out fires for us behind the scenes and before we ever got word of issues. Nicole made sure every second of our special day flowed smoothly. She is exceptional at planning, coordinating and executing on every possible detail, but she does it all with patience, grace, and impeccable taste all while being mindful of my vision and making the day exactly what we wanted for ourselves as a couple. She made an already stressful day completely stress free, and I literally cannot put a price on the peace she was able to bring us the months leading up to our wedding and on the day itself.
