Fantastic experience: We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Vidhi and her team at The Marigold Company as our wedding planners. From the very beginning, Vidhi was a calming, supportive, and highly organized presence throughout what could have easily been an overwhelming process. She took the time to understand us as a couple and helped us stay focused on what mattered most. Vidhi recommended an amazing team of vendors who aligned perfectly with our vision and budget. We were truly able to be present and soak in every moment without stress. Planning a very traditional South Indian wedding came with its own set of expectations, and Vidhi navigated all of it with grace—including helping manage family dynamics with empathy and professionalism. Most importantly, she always prioritized our experience as a couple, which helped us stay grounded and joyful through it all. On top of it all, Vidhi is simply a wonderful person—easy to talk to, endlessly patient, and genuinely invested in making her couples feel supported. Fantastic experience: Vidhi and her team were an essential part of our wedding. As someone who prefers to have a clear plan and who wanted to have a wedding that was thought-out and as least chaotic as possible, I was so happy to have Vidhi's help with month-of coordination. She is a great communicator, well-organized, and experienced with navigating family dynamics. The wedding day ran seamlessly and on schedule without feeling rushed or chaotic. Caitlin, my bridal attendant, was so helpful and phenomenal and was able to use her experience to help me get ready for my Indian ceremony. She was just a joy to have by my side on the big day overall.

For a year, she met with us regularly, ensured we had access to top vendors, carried the weight in negotiating & designing every detail, and refined everything until it was perfect. The two wedding days were executed to perfection - and the whole time we did nothing but enjoy the party. Vidhi and her team took care of everything. She delivered the dream wedding.

Fantastic experience: The Marigold Company (Vidhi and her amazing team) helped to make our wedding goals a reality. As a coordinator, she helped to collaborate between the vendors ahead of time taking some of the weight of that off our to-do list. Additionally we relied heavily on the team to ensure that our timeline was doable and that we stayed on track - which is a feat with a guest list of 400. They also helped with ensure that guests had a great experience. We had about 1/3 of our guests from out of town and new to the Indian/Sikh wedding experience, and the team helped ensure that everyone was comfortable and involved in the experience in the fullest way. We are very grateful for them and will be recommending them to our friends in the future!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVED our wedding planning services by The Marigold Company. Not even sure where to begin! They did such a fantastic job from the very beginning to the end and beyond! The focus on details, guidance throughout the way, the advice and of course every minute of planning and honing to the details of our multiple events of the wedding week. I was a beginner in the world of wedding planning and had no idea where to begin! I received help regarding recommended vendors and assistance with choosing whom to work with based on our style and needs. To say the least, all of the vendors we went with were largely recommended by Vidhi and they were IMPECCABLE to say the least. She did a fantastic job as time got closer with communication regarding Zoom meetings and working on our timelines for our events. Every detail was thought out regarding things I would have never focused on if were were doing this on our own!!! And because of that I have to say there were NO surprises at our events and everything went as SMOOTHLY as it could have gone. Her staff was all just 5 stars on wedding day! Bridal attendant, Maryamm did such a fantastic job and made my day so EASY, kept me calm, and was there for anything I needed. Shivani, lead planner on the day of the wedding was kind, calm, knew all her stuff and made sure everything was going perfectly. Overall, we truly had the BEST time of our lives at our wedding events and I can confidently say that working with The Marigold Company had a HUGE if not ALL to do with that. You will definitely not be disappointed with this amazing team 10/10 recommended!!!! Thank you so much to Vidhi and her staff at The Marigold Company for providing such wonderful services to us!

Fantastic experience: We planned our wedding for two years with Vidhi and we could not be more happy with our decision! She helped us choose our venue, recommended vendors, coordinated with them, and kept us on track with planning throughout the process. My favorite thing about Vidhi is her organization. Through Zoom meetings with detailed agendas, and using Airtable to hold all the info and timelines, we had very little stress throughout planning. Friends were often shocked at how I was never stressed and didn't seem to be planning a thing. It was really because Vidhi was behind the scenes doing it all. And finally, our wedding weekend was the icing on top of the cake. Vidhi and her team were on top of everything and I was so relaxed and felt pampered the whole time. She also assigned me a bridal attendant from her team available for anything I might need. Vidhi would guide my husband and I into another room at every event for a few minutes to eat, and brought us plates of food to make sure we had a chance to try every dish we wanted to, since the couple often doesn't get a chance to eat all weekend otherwise! Honestly, all of these little touches made the weekend so much better than my wildest dreams. I could not recommend Vidhi and her team enough and I'm so happy with our decision!

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vidhi and the team at Marigold for our month of coordination services. Wedding planning in 2020 was a challenge to say the least. Due to the pandemic, we had postponed our initial wedding day to October. On top of that, we were planning a wedding on the east coast while living all the way on the east coast. Vidhi was extremely helpful with brainstorming ideas initially for postponing, and later with coordinating services for our new date. We began virtual weekly meetings one month prior to our new date. Immediately we noticed how detail oriented and organized she was. Every meeting had a clear agenda, easy to use templates for all of our vendors to reference, and a minute by minute timeline of the day she worked tirelessly with us to create. She encouraged our family to participate in our only venue walkthrough so that she would not be an unfamiliar face to them on the wedding day, which they really appreciated. Vidhi handled a lot of the behind the scenes tasks, ensuring our venue had insurances from each vendor, coordinating load in and out times, cross checking to make sure caterer and venue kitchen checklists aligned, and other small details we never even thought of. We had absolutely no hiccups, which is a lot of say for a Punjabi wedding in general, let alone during a pandemic. Vendors were exactly where they needed to be, at their scheduled times and the day flowed smoothly, following all COVID precautions. I had a Marigold team member at my side the entire time, while Vidhi ensured the timeline was unfolding as planned. Vidhi was also a huge cheerleader, sharing our excitement just moments before our first look and when we got a few sneak peek pictures. We can’t think Vidhi and her team enough for their impeccable service. Highlights include professionalism across the board, knowledge and adherence to COVID regulations, detail oriented approach in meetings to create a timeline with almost 10 vendors, and an upbeat and friendly demeanor. We would recommend her and her team to any couple in need of coordination services without any reservations.

Fantastic experience: We hired Vidhi in early 2019 to help plan our March 2020 wedding. From the moment we hired her, Vidhi was very organized and walked us through all the essentials of wedding planning. Within the first two meetings via Skype, we felt very calm and knew that she knows what she is doing really well. She started with getting to know more about us as a couple, our budget, learning about things that are important to us for the wedding and she absolutely delivered on them on wedding day! I was definitely very engaged with her throughout the whole planning process because I wanted to be part of planning but for things that I didn't want to handle at all, I would just let her know and she would take care of it completely. So, as long as you communicate with her what exactly you want and how involved you want to be, she will make it happen and also let you handle things that you want to take care of yourself. Everything was absolutely perfect on wedding day (we had 2 ceremonies) - from decor to managing our vendors to letting us enjoy our big day while still keeping us on schedule. Our wedding was not an easy wedding to plan...we had a lot of road bumps. Due to COVID-19, we had to postpone our wedding from March 2020 to Aug 2020 and Vidhi was there with us to guide us through the whole process. A month before the wedding in August, we found out that our wedding venue had caught a fire so we had to find another venue last minute. Vidhi helped with replanning everything at the new venue and she worked really well with us to make the best of the situation. I would definitely recommend Vidhi for any kind of event planning. She also helped us plan our Sangeet night and everything went really well thanks to her and her awesome staff. I am looking forward to working with her again to plan another event in the future.
