Fantastic experience: I have been thinking for weeks about how describe how incredible Whitney was during our wedding and planning season, and all my words seem to fail. We started working with Whitney about a year before our wedding, and her gentle guidance and calming presence was such a gift throughout the whole process. Whitney is genuine, grounded, and truly cares about the people and families she works with. Working with her felt like working with a very skilled, very warm friend. We live out of the country and did most of our planning long-distance, and I don’t know what we would have done without Whitney. She intuited our vision so much better than we could articulate it, and brought it to life in the most beautiful, magical way. She coordinated with all our vendors, kept track of all the details, answered our countless questions, and made it all look easy. She took on the heavy lifting and spared us the stress so that our wedding day felt like a breeze. We were able to lean in and enjoy it without having to worry about anything. Whitney and her team seemed to somehow be everywhere all the time, making sure everything got done when it needed to while remaining basically invisible. She was like the soft current of a gentle stream – moving everything along without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed – and allowing us to float in the sheer joy of that day. There are truly no words to describe her - she is above and beyond what you will find in any other planner and you will be SO grateful that you have her leading your wedding team!

Fantastic experience: From the moment we met Whitney she made our wedding experience personal, relaxed, and thoughtful. What we didn’t know when we met her was how above and beyond she would go for us as people, not just clients. Whitney made us laugh when we were overwhelmed, got to know our families, made suggestions that were tailored to us as individuals and as a couple. The ease and confidence she brought to our experience and her expertise in the industry were invaluable. Truly the best there is!!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Woven (Whitney)? She was incredible from start to finish. We wanted a wedding designer who would be willing to help us as a gay couple see our vision come true: a big love party with tons of class and fashion. She did it! She created a gorgeous look book that guided us the whole way. Our design, a Wes Anderson-esque palate, merged with a little disco and craftiness came alive. She was available to us as much as was needed and connected us to everyone we needed to make this happen. We felt so loved and celebrated.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Whitney on several events now and there is truly no one better at event planning. She is detailed, dialed in, articulate, and kind. She absorbs all the stress and makes it feel light and fun. She can cover all the logistics and curate the details to be nothing short of excellent. She's 12/10.

Fantastic experience: Where to even begin? Whitney is not your average wedding planner. From the moment we met Whitney we knew that we were in both comfortable and capable hands. Her sentimentality and genuine delight in personal connection shines through at every turn. As people who worried about feeling like a cog in the wedding industrial complex, we were immediately put at ease with Whitney's down to nature attitude and intentionality. She really cared to know us both as a couple and individually, and used that knowledge to create an event that felt uniquely "us." Every time we finished a meeting with Whitney, my now husband and I would turn to each other and say how grateful we were for her in this process. Her experience in the industry shows, as evidenced by her organization and vendor relationships, yet she was always game to try something new. She is mindful of budget and always considered additional options to help decrease cost in places that weren't as important to us. She is incredibly communicative and excels in easing the minds of anxious parents. We knew that by the wedding day, we could just sit back and enjoy the ride and that we did. We are now just sad that we don't get to see her more often!

Fantastic experience: Whitney is a delight. I honestly can’t even count the number of times over the course of wedding planning and our wedding day that my, now, husband and I turned to each other and said, “I am so grateful for Whitney, she is seriously worth her weight in gold.” But it was the truth - of all the decisions we made regarding our wedding, hiring Whitney was the best. She took our random ideas and iPhone notes and created a day that was perfect for us — unique, beautiful, and beyond anything I could have imagined. She also was an absolute hero - letting my husband and I relax while she fielded family questions and kept our very helpful, hands-on mothers busy. Even the other vendors we worked with loved her, telling us that she was the best planner they’d ever worked with. If you ever needed a sign that you should hire someone to help plan your wedding, this is it.

Fantastic experience: Whitney was AMAZING :) She planned our May 2023 wedding in Nashville and it was a dream come true. She was so patient with my endless questions about things big and small and was always able to come up with creative solutions. Planning a wedding is such an exciting and overwhelming experience and Whitney is a wonderfully calm presence to walk you through every step. Our whole weekend was beautiful and perfect and we are so grateful for the magic she worked! We highly recommend Whitney!

Fantastic experience: Whitney was more than a wedding planner, she was and will be a friend. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she cared deeply for people and connection, making her the obvious choice to help execute our special day. She approached the planning process with intention, ensuring that our wedding embodied who we are as a couple and what we value, and challenging us to think through how we would like ourselves and our guests to feel that day. Throughout the 10 months of planning, Whitney listened spiritedly and compassionately, making thoughtful, curated recommendations for various vendors and design elements that contributed to the vibe we were striving for in a meaningful way. On the wedding day, she brought a refreshing calmness to chaos with a quiet authority that could command 17 groomsmen/bridesmaids, 4 parents, 2 officiants, and 8 niblings with one gentle only—slightly-raised word and a raised hand. She never looked stressed or frantic, and she moved around the wedding lightly, ensuring things were going smoothly and periodically checking in with the two of us to make sure everything was perfect. She contributed to the vibe that we wanted ourselves and our guests to feel that day – relaxed but thoughtfully engaged. She had an amazing ability to keep track of important details and ensure they were executed well which eliminated any stress around feeling like we had to micromanage. One example worth calling out is the magic she did behind the scenes with our glassware! We chose standard glassware for the wedding 8 months in advance of the wedding. A few months out, we decided to do signature drinks where we got watercolor bar menus created. The bar menu reflected glassware that matched what you would expect the drink to come in, but it didn't match the glassware we chose for the wedding. Unbeknownst to us, she swapped out some of the standard glassware that we chose and replaced it with gorgeous glassware that matched the bar menus and was appropriate for the drink itself, all while not increasing the budget. Whitney was truly the best. We miss her as a constant in our everyday lives and look forward to continuing a friendship for years to come.

At no point were we stressing on our wedding day, because Whitney had prepared everything to run so smoothly. Fantastic experience: Our daughter's wedding was a week ago and I have said everyday, we couldn't have done it without Whitney nor would we have wanted to. From the first moment we met her she was calm and confident and we knew instantly she "got us." We left that first meeting knowing we wanted Whitney to help guide us through the entire wedding process. Every step of the way she cared not just about the wedding day, but our experience throughout the year. She helped our daughter envision not only what she wanted for the day, but how she wanted to feel on that special day. She was always in tune with what was happening in our lives and reached out on more than one occasion to see how we were doing. As we were making plans between Colorado and Nashville she always made time to meet with us when we flew into town. Over the last month, Whitney took care of everything which provided us the opportunity to enjoy every moment leading up to the wedding. It was the most perfect day from start to finish. Whitney took care of every detail and it was flawless. We have two more daughters and we wouldn't consider planning a wedding without her.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Whitney at Union Station Hotel and I cannot express how AMAZING! she was. Not only was she the most expertise and professional, reliable and kind person but an absolute a pleasure to be around and work with. she was organized, thoughtful, and on top of every single detail! Fantastic experience: Whitney was very helpful in making our dream day come true! The day of was even more perfect than we could have imagined. Literally not a single thing went wrong, at least that we were aware of because her and her team were amazing! We booked Whitney after we had booked our venue. Our venue initially was not clear on what we were getting with our package and what would be additional, and thankfully Whitney was very knowledgeable and was able to bridge the gap in communication with our venue. She did take a while sometimes to respond to our e-mails and texts because she was often busy doing another wedding that week/weekend.

Fantastic experience: It's been 6 months since I got married. I've taken some time to process & digest my special day. I was lucky enough to be friends with Whitney before my boyfriend became my Fiance. Once he did though, I knew without a doubt I wanted Whitney to be my planner. Woven goes beyond just logistics. She wants to know the heart & soul of you, your partner, and your day. She understands that even if you find the perfect shade of sage, in the perfect texture, within the perfect venue - none of it will matter if you feel absent, rushed, and overwhelmed. That is why months prior to the day, we would meet at my favorite coffee shop around the corner to discuss fears, hopes, and dreams of what the day would FEEL like. Once she feels she has a thorough understanding of you, she embodies it through the garniture. So even if the worst does happen - nothing takes away from a grateful spirit. Nothing is more beautiful than a peaceful bride. Her precision to detail, communication skills, and ability to see hurdles a million miles away assures you and fills you with confidence. Everything really does fall into place. The best part? Whitney loves to dance. I spotted her with headphones in, clipboard in hand, checking off her to-do list, tapping her little toes and swaying side-to-side. She is joyful and loves what she does. Who doesn't thrive when they are doing exactly what they are called to? This may have been biased but my many of my guests have approached me since to tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. EVER BEEN TO! Not because it was perfect, but because it was real. I'm beyond blessed to have had Whitney by my side for this sweet milestone. Get ready to dig deep!

Fantastic experience: Whitney is not just a wedding planner. She is someone who knows the ins and outs of the emotional experiences, family dynamics, struggles, and deeper peace that ultimately is required of a wedding day for it to be a worthwhile experience. She's not just someone who is good at getting all of the logistics together. She is exceptional at the planning aspect of it. And she is equally, if not, even more, a peace-bringing, fun, energetic presence. Every one of my wedding party members loved her, my family loved her, and my husband loved who she was for me. She became someone I know who didn't just care about my wedding, she cared about me as a person, and that made my experience with her amazing and priceless. She will make your day peace-filled. She will make your wedding day a slow, savory day...instead of one that you can't remember. She is a bargain because you cannot quantify that kind of service. Fantastic experience: While my interaction with Whitney was brief, she left a lasting impression with me! I didn't know Whitney, but I watched her take charge and get all of us to listen and participate in the rehearsal with such ease. The day of the wedding allowed me to see Whitney at the top of her game! She was there for everyone and everything. She had instilled so much confidence in Anna & her parents that the day was full of laughter and fun and excitement and joy without panic or worry or stress! Every request was granted, every nerve was calmed, every person was made to feel important. Her attention to detail was extraordinary, her organizational skills left me envious and her obvious knowledge of the wedding world left me feeling comfortable...even in the heat of September! Whitney thrives in the background while allowing the bride and groom to stand out in the foreground. She's an integral part of one of the most important days in a person's life while intentionally being unnoticed...except to those of us watching her execute her creation flawlessly. She radiates beauty from within and carries that beauty into everything she does. She has a calm, nurturing demeanor with a commanding presence. I believe that when we are doing what we are meant to do, we shine...and Whiney shines brilliantly! I am forever grateful to her for giving my son and new daughter the very best day!

Fantastic experience: We hired Whitney to mainly help on the day of our wedding but to also help coordinate some design details for our celebration! Her creative eye is undeniable and much appreciated, but we especially appreciated her attention to detail on the day of the wedding! It was seamless and allowed for us to completely enjoy the day without being worried with the coordinating of anything. She was excellent!

Fantastic experience: Whitney was incredible to work with! She is so much fun and cares so much about your marriage, you feel as if you're meeting with one of your good friends each time you sit down with her to plan! She made me feel like I could express my own opinions, while also giving great direction and guidance! I knew that she would have everything ready to go the day of the wedding, and I didn't have to worry about a single detail not being executed on. Fantastic experience: Amazing value and service I don’t know how we could’ve done our wedding without Whitney! She is calm, collected, organized, and a true partner in the experience. She goes at your pace but makes sure nothing slips through the cracks! Get her before she is doing celebrity weddings!! We did a destination wedding in Nashville from LA and there is no way we could’ve scheduled and picked our vendors without her. We only visited once and the wedding went off without a hitch!
