Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience working with our wedding planner, Lindsey, and are so grateful for everything she did to bring our day to life. From the very beginning, she was incredibly reassuring and helped ease so many of the anxieties that come with planning a wedding. Whenever we had a call, we left feeling more confident, calm, and excited about the process. Lindsey truly shined when it came to handling all the behind-the-scenes coordination. From communicating with vendors to making sure timelines and logistics were in place, she took so much off our plate and allowed us to be more present throughout the process. She also recommended fantastic vendors who were a great fit for our vision and budget. One of the biggest highlights for me was the florals. Lindsey understood how important they were to me, and Giosi, who was part of her floral team, did an absolutely amazing job bringing everything together. They truly made my wedding floral dreams come to life, and somehow managed to do so while staying within a very reasonable budget. It was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Lindsey was also incredibly helpful in moments that required firmer communication or navigating tricky situations. That’s not something I’m naturally comfortable with, so having her step in and handle those conversations was a huge relief. Fantastic experience: Our wedding went very well with Lindsey and her associates! She also has a great relationship with some phenomenal vendors that were recommended to us (hair/makeup, Photography/Videography, florals, live music, Ice Cream, decor, etc), who were exceptional. We do believe that they work on a “Trust the Process” basis, so for those who require regular detailed feedback, it may feel concerning at first, but we want to emphasize that the wedding went phenomenally! Fantastic experience: TL;DR -- My husband & I hired Lindsey and her team for our April 2026 wedding, and it was the best decision we could've made, second only to the decision to say "I do" to one another. We chose the "month-of coordination" package, and it was perfect. Full review: For most people familiar with managing projects in their professional lives, planning a wedding might not seem like a daunting task. And, for me, it wasn't. In fact, right after getting engaged, I was adamant against getting a wedding planner. Why pay that extra cost when I can do it myself? However, my mind was changed when it was pointed out to me that by working with a wedding planner, you might get access to preferred pricing from Nashville vendors. Think about it--businesses like repeat customers. Dealing individually with brides does not equate to scalable repeat business (hopefully). So, we went ahead and hired a **different** wedding planner in September 2025. With that planner, we were going to be paying around $2,000 for full service planning help (e.g. all the way leading up to the wedding). Then, that wedding planner fell off the face of the earth. Calls, texts, emails all went ignored. If responses came at all, they were days later, vague, and gave no explanation for the radio silence. We ended up severing ties with that planner around November/December due to breach of contract on her part. I was incredibly leery of hiring on ANOTHER planner, but our venue (that we'd already booked) required a planner for weddings. We interviewed a few more planners, and none of them were quite the right fit for us... and then we met with Lindsey. From the jump, Lindsey demonstrated herself as pragmatic, engaging, warm, detail-oriented, organized, and (most importantly) there to enable our vision. On the first meeting, she didn't ask about how we met, or asked us to tell her our "love story." She also didn't ask what our budget was, because, and I quote "I don't care what your budget is, it doesn't affect whether I'm going to take on a client or not. If you say your budget is $100, I'll get you the best wedding for under $100." Up until talking with Lindsey, I couldn't figure out why vendors asking me about my "love story" gave me the ick. Then it hit me: I wanted a business relationship with my vendors, not that namby-pamby, feel-good, "it's your day, you're the princess" vibe that is rampant in the wedding industry. Business provides service and/or products. I give them money in exchange for service and/or products, with a certain expectation of quality and value. End of transaction, ideally. And Lindsey absolutely delivered. Despite booking her with the month-of coordination package, Lindsey met with us once a month via phone just to ensure everything was trending well, and that we were booking other vendors, making the right considerations for the details of the day-of, etc. She gave us vendor recommendations that were out-of-this-world stellar, vendors we never would have connected with otherwise. Funny enough, it's been our experience that the REALLY good wedding vendors.... they don't necessarily come up at the top of the Google search results. After all, when the product and/or service you offer is high quality, your prices are reasonable, and your customer service is good, your business is going to grow by word-of-mouth alone. Once we were 30 days out from our wedding, Lindsey took over entirely. She coordinated with all our vendors on the timing of the day, corrected erroneous vendors' timelines to match the master timeline, and generally gave us the breathing space to focus on other pre-wedding activities. And then, day-of, she was priceless. I barely had to do anything, other than get ready. I can truly say that if Lindsey and her team hadn't been on our wedding, I would have been the most frazzled, stressed out bride that weekend. Meet with Lindsey. She will absolutely make you feel seen, supported, and special.

Lindsey handled our planning and was incredibly structured and detail-oriented in the best way. She thought of things we never would have and kept everything organized from start to finish, which made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. Communication was amazing (you don’t find that often I’ve learned with wedding planning) the entire time quick responses, clear updates, and we always knew exactly what was going on. Fantastic experience: If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would. Lindsey and her team and so incredibly passionate about what they do. Lindsey goes above and beyond while planning and then her team comes in and helps her bring everything to life smoothly and intentionally. I trust them whole heartedly. They gave us the most incredible experience we could ever ask for. Kind, compassionate, funny, professional, bold, and creative. They also did my flowers for me through their sister company, Rose and Reverie, and all I did was show some pictures, give a budget and it was the most magical experience with the most beautiful flowers. Way better than my inspo. I had not one worry in my mind the entire day. Nothing is ever perfect on wedding days, but with Lindsey and her team handling any obstacle that came up, it felt like the most perfect day ever. I was amazed by the pricing, in my opinion it’s under priced for what you get. So if you’re looking for a planner, or florist, literally stop, you’ve found the one you need. Fantastic experience: As an introvert, with severe social anxiety, I needed all the help I could get planning my husband's and dad's dream wedding. I went to Lindsey and said it plain, "I hate planning social gatherings, but we gotta do this." She was like, "Say less." She made the whole process super manageable, giving me a handful of great options for each need - and, I am not lying, I ended up picking the first vendor she recommended 100% of the time. She knows the good food, hair/makeup artists, DJs, florists, etc. She was able to calm me down when I went into my little panics, she was able to envision things that I could not, and she just GOT it. I entered our venue day-of the wedding and felt like I was walking into an ethereal fairy realm. I could never picture my wedding day until that moment - and it was Lindsey that made it all possible. Two hours into the reception, I felt the adrenaline crash coming and had my husband signal to Lindsey that it was time to cut and run, she made it happen immediately. Not five minutes later the cake was cut, we were running through thrown lavender, and my husband was pulling apart my dress so I could hyperventilate without passing out. It may seem like I am exaggerating, but I am truly NOT, when I say that my whole wedding came together because of Lindsey. It was a truly special day. I will never forget seeing my dad cry at his first look...My husband's first look was emotional too, don't get me wrong, but seeing my dad... I am so happy I could give him that moment. Anyways, Lindsey, you are a true QUEEN, a no-nonsense businesswoman, and a go-getter. We will never forget you.

Fantastic experience: My (new) husband and I cannot say enough good things about working with Lindsey. We used her month-of package and some rentals from her as well, including all florals except bouquets. There were so many things that were out of our control and did not go according to plan on the wedding day. And the day turned out better than planned, largely because of Lindsey's support and management throughout the day! Our wedding was at a barn venue just outside Nashville, and it was important to us that the ceremony was outside. It was raining the night before and supposed to rain all day. At rehearsal the day before we had talked through contingency plans with Lindsey and the venue. On the wedding day, Lindsey met with me and my FH when she arrived to finalize the rain plan. She coordinated everything with the venue, I barely spoke to anyone from the venue the rest of the day. This made the day so much easier for us. I'm a "type A" bride, and being able to communicate directly and have everything be done quickly was a breath of fresh air. The venue is spread-out: the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all in different places. Somehow Lindsey and Giosi were exactly where they needed to be and got everything done. Few specifics: -During site visits, Lindsey gave great advice about what decor we needed and what we didn't to get the look we wanted. I'm a painter, a theater stage manager, and I have a great eye, but I've never decorated a wedding before. I'm so grateful we got her advice on these things! She got the look we were going for so well. -On the day of, we decided to move the cocktail hour indoors since it looked like rain. When I learned about 30 minutes before the ceremony that the rain had stopped for the day, I texted Lindsey asking if we could move the cocktail hour back outside. The immediate response I got from her was: "on it". It was the most stress-relieving text to receive in that moment. -Ten minutes before the ceremony, I pulled the bouquets out of a box and realized they were wrong. They'd been picked up while I was in HMU, I hadn't had a chance to look at them closely. Both the flowers used and the bridal bouquet shape were not what the florist (separate vendor I booked, not Magnolia Wedding Company) and I had agreed on. I had someone get Lindsey, and she and her team member Giosi redid all four bouquets! My bouquet ended up looking how I wanted, it was beautiful. I thought they were just going to redo my bouquet, but I was so impressed and grateful that they made the decision to redo them all. We held the ceremony, but Lindsey coordinated the rest of the timeline without me having to think about it once. They also redid the flowers on the cake, which I didn't even learn about until the following day from a bridesmaid! -Just before the cake cutting, Lindsey explained to us exactly what to do. It looked so natural when we did it. I loved this because her instructions were given without me thinking to ask, were clear and straightforward, and were given at the right time. If we'd discussed farther in advance we would have forgotten. Overall, mostly because of the weather, this was a day that could have fallen apart quickly. With so many little moving parts, and so many details that were important to me and my husband, there were a lot of stressors. Lindsey either understood and took care of everything without me having to ask, or if something new came up that I asked about, it was taken care of immediately and seamlessly. As a former stage manager, I was impressed and grateful for that. My husband and I are so grateful to Lindsey and Giosi for making our day amazing!

Fantastic experience: I hired Lindsey for all aspects of my Wedding Planning. She has her own internal photography company, decorating, and contacts to several incredible vendors. I was trying to plan my wedding from out of state and she removed the pressure and frustration out of having to research multiple companies. She ran her tail off on the day of the wedding. Outside of me, finding the venue, she in introduced me to all vendors from catering, floral, DJ, guitarist, videography, Hair and Makeup, bartenders, liquor order, etc.. Fantastic experience: Lindsey and her team are absolutely phenomenal! I purchased the month-of coordination package and also rented a majority of my decor from Lindsey and her vendors and everything turned out absolutely stunning. Lindsey was very present during the planning process, helped me nail down every aspect of our day down to the tiniest details. I could not have asked for a more thoughtful and active planner. She made sure that all of the decor matched what I liked and matched mine and my partner’s personalities, and it never felt like she pushed her vendors on me even thought we did go with her for florals, linens and most other decor. Even when Lindsey unfortunately was sick and couldn’t make it to our wedding, she sent her Assistants Tessa and Randy and they were absolutely phenomenal at jumping right in and knew all of the details of the wedding as if Lindsey herself was there. They stayed over 10 hours assisting in set up, tear down, and never once did we feel like we had to worry about anything being left undone or overlooked. If you are in the market for a wedding coordinator, I highly recommend Lindsey and her team.

I was a Type-A, organized bride and Lindsey came alongside me during the planning process to help make sure all the details were locked and the flow of the wedding went smoothly. We used the Month-Of services and a few rentals as they have the built-in rental option. This was so great as it alleviated planning/prep from my side and we did not have to hire another vendor. On our wedding day, we had some issues arise that I never knew of because Megan on the team handled so perfectly and allowed me to be fully present to enjoy the day. So grateful for Magnolia Wedding Company and how they helped our day feel so perfect!
Fantastic experience: I found Magnolia Wedding Company while doing a wide search for month of coordination in the Nashville area. Pricing is explicitly on the website and very reasonable. After expressing interest, head planner Lindsey Morris reached out to us quickly and we immediately felt our anxieties eased. My husband and I both work demanding full time jobs so we felt we did not have time to do most of the planning. Lindsey is so well versed and current in all things wedding. Although we booked month of coordination, we actually began our communications roughly 9 months in advance with phone calls as well as an in person meeting. She felt more like a full time planner than month of. Lindsey and her team impressed us instantly as they offer in house rentals and florals. This saves so much money on rental fee minimums as well as time and coordination tracking down other vendor companies. Lindsey was fantastic when it came to being shown inspiration photos and replicating it. As someone who has never planned a big event, I found it all very tedious and complicated but she made the process simple. She also had a list of vendors (including catering, DJ, hair and makeup, etc) she had worked with before and was able to provide personalized feedback to fit the criteria we were looking for. Communication with Lindsey is mostly done by phone, text, or email at the beginning stages. However once we were within the 2 month window, I felt like she was right alongside me every step of the way. If I wanted to vent about a personal issue or just having a crazy middle of the night thought, Lindsey was willing to hear me out and give her best advice. She also was eager and flexible to connect in person by that point in time to ensure nothing was missed. Day of my wedding, I did not have one ounce of stress or worry regarding the coordination. I was able to focus on myself, my husband, and our loved ones without wondering if everything was in order and making sure things went to plan. I am also extremely Type A so that is saying a lot. Lindsey ran the show, spoke to every single vendor for me, and allowed it all to come together seamlessly. There were absolutely no hiccups throughout the entire day in terms of planning, and we are so grateful to have found Magnolia Wedding Company. Fantastic experience: Lindsey and I worked together for nearly a year planning our wedding this past September. She was a dream to work with, as I can be a meticulous and high anxiety person lol- but she was able to manage it well, through being organized, knowledgeable in the industry, and quick to understand mine and my husband’s vibes and moods for the wedding. We hired her for full service planning, and she helped with every little detail down to hiring a sax and violinist. During the day of the wedding I was especially stressed because it was during hurricane Helene, and we had planned an outdoor wedding. Lindsey was there throughout the whole process and talked me through contingency plans- and supported whatever decision we decided to make. I took my chances and said let’s do it outdoors anyway and, to my luck, the rain stopped and the sun shined for our wedding. The decor Lindsey put together was absolutely stunning and she was able to help us save on our budget in by making great suggestions on rentals, florals, etc. everything went absolutely as perfect as I could imagine. We purchased the month-of coordination package, and Lindsey was proactive and communicative from day one. She stayed on top of all the details, seamlessly coordinating between our vendors and ensuring everything flowed smoothly on the big day. One of the highlights was the beautiful dried flowers she provided, which added a unique touch to our wedding. Lindsey also preserved my bouquet and transformed it into lovely necklaces for our family, creating heirlooms that we’ll cherish for years to come. Fantastic experience: Lindsey was an amazing partner as my daughter’s wedding planner. She was thorough, organized, knowledgeable and caring. She guided us throughout the entire planning process and recommended wonderful vendors from catering, venue, DJ, sax and violinist, florist, decor, etc. Then she pulled it all together and delivered an absolutely stunning and memorable event. When we were faced with rain and Hurricane Helene leading up to the big day, she was calm and ensured we had contingent plans. The morning of the wedding, when my daughter expressed disappointment of a possible indoor ceremony, Lindsey said, let’s do what you want, we ended up with clear skies and a perfect outdoor ceremony. We can’t thank Lindsey enough for her professionalism and attention to every detail. Highly recommend her services!

Positive experience: I would highly recommend you consider paying a little more for a coordinator that won't be your primary source of stress. We had no faith that this woman would even show up, but we had already paid her deposit. I will admit that her floral vendor was worth it (I think it was her sister). However, no other add-ons were worth it. Her communication was absolutely abysmal (expect to have to follow-up multiple times to get an email or text response within a week... and when she does respond she will forget to attach the most important links/attachments). The best parts of the wedding were all thing we took into our own hands our were controlled by other vendor (venue, DJ, photographers were all exceptional!). Still we had a wonderful day, I just want to save the next couple from the stress of dealing with this coordinator. If the coordinator sees this wants to respond directly, please contact me and not my wife to avoid causing her any more stress... Edit: You called my wife after I asked you not to and she is making me give you an extra star that isn't deserved.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lindsey and her team back in August. We had a lot of what seemed to be impossible demands and many stipulations to work through with our venue. Lindsey came in and smoothed a lot of concerns out and turned our dreams into reality. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our day and just felt like we floated through the wedding. Also, she was able to create and execute a layout that worked wonderfully even though it was a tight squeeze. We are fairly simple people and love a clean black and white look for everything and Lindsey was able to capture that while elevating the decor to make it a classy and intimate night. We appreciate Lindsey and her team for her hard work from start to finish. She is also super talented in floral arrangements. I can’t tell you how much I loved my bouquet. If you are wanting something different and not so traditional, trust her vision. You will not be disappointed. Only recommendation for someone looking to hire Magnolia Wedding Company is to do it early in the process, very beginning . It would have saved us so much time and money if we hired them before we did anything!

Fantastic experience: We hired Magnolia Wedding Company for month of coordination for our June 29, 2024 wedding. From start to finish Lindsey was completely professional, organized, and helpful. She (and her assistant/sister Maggie) met with us at our venue for a walk through the week of the wedding to ease all anxieties, listen to our concerns, understand all that we wanted done, and offered ideas. Fantastic experience: As a newly engaged couple, a million questions swirl in your head. When, where, and how will you get married? It’s one of the most significant life events in your adult life. Loved ones, family, and friends – and even we – were asking, “How do we do this?” This process took a lot of self-reflection on what we wanted our big day to look like, and our amazing planner Lindsey at Magnolia Wedding Company helped us tremendously on that journey. For backstory, it was a bit of a nontraditional way we stumbled upon Magnolia, but boy am I glad we did. While still figuring out if I, a project planner by profession, could do this solo, I did what any self-reflecting millennial does: I researched Facebook groups. I had been following a DMV wedding group for a while but started to pay more attention to the posts, the things asked, and the advice shared. One post asked for planner recommendations. I clicked through a few planners and their links, and nothing felt right. But when I clicked on Magnolia, I felt at ease. Navigating their portfolio and the personalized info about the company felt comforting. Although they were based in Tennessee, they offered remote services – again, nontraditional, but we’d just been living in a very different pandemic world, so I took a leap and filled out a customer contact inquiry. We chatted on the phone a few days later and decided to move forward. Everything about the process was so easy, reassuring, and professional. This began our planning journey for a year and a half. Every Monday we’d connect, and as we got closer to the big day, we had more frequent meetings. Between meetings, Lindsey was always a text or email away. Another reason we were glad to have this company is that our wedding was in Costa Rica – a destination neither of us had been to. But Lindsey had tons of experience with destination weddings and worked tirelessly on our behalf to get the best vendors, venues, and resources. This left us space to make decisions about choices she offered after her own research. Every vendor was top-notch, and we’re still daydreaming about our lovely venue – an Airbnb that actually hosted small, intimate weddings. The in-house resources, like our fabulous photographer Bri and our assistant planner Sam, felt like family and blended right into our small wedding party. The entire experience was magical. Fantastic experience: My wife and I got married Nov 4th. So, we're a little late in writing this review. Lindsey made our day more than what we could imagine. When we arrived at the venue, we thought we were looking at a magazine. Lindsey was very active and attentive to what we needed and wanted. My wife was very please. To this day, our wedding is still one most talked about events. Most importantly, Lindsey was an advocate for us in a particular situation. This meant a lot to my wife and I because a vendor tried to take advantage of a mistake they made. This company is all about your day than just the look.

When my daughter got engaged, we were so excited to plan this joyous event, however, I didn't have the first idea where to start. We hired her a month of coordinator and helped us with all the little details we hadn’t thought about.
