When appropriate, she gave us good, better & best pricing to consider. The top-tier vendor relationships she has in place are impressive. It truly was a Dream Team (floral, graphic designer, entertainment, venue, etc.) Our 3-day event had a LOT of moving parts, but Rachel & her team smiled throughout. Fantastic experience: My son Hamza and his fiance Stephanie after much deliberations decided to have there wedding reception in our backyard. They had planned to do an elopement in Monument Valley and reception at home. We decided to choose Outstanding Occasions after meeting with Victoria. She was an absolute blessing through out the planning process. She took the time to understand Hamza and Stephanie's vision and brought it to life with so much care and intention. Fantastic experience: We recently got married on 10.24.25 in Arizona and Outstanding Occasions helped create the most magical day for our wedding day. We worked personally with Rachelle and she was simply the best. She made planning a destination wedding effortless. Fantastic experience: Rachelle was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. The many vendors we used for florist, event, band, bakery, stationery… she had worked with them all and knew them well. Everything was above our expectations. We splurged on some things but helped us cut back on other things that we could. I had no worries that when we walked into the event all would be perfect. And it was!

Fantastic experience: Caitlin with Outstanding Occasions is the type of planner you NEED for your wedding. Not once did I (the bride) sweat, stress or have a moment of panic, because Caitlin was on it. She was organized, meticulous, highly communicative, honest, a great listener and someone I genuinely could rely on. I literally feel like I lived a fairytale on my wedding day and can’t believe that I get to say that wedding was mine. It was beyond my expectations and more than anything I could have envisioned! Caitlin not only understood our vision, but exceeded it, even in the final hours when rain was in the forecast. It wasn’t just aesthetically beautiful, but she facilitated the perfect flow of events from guests arriving and receiving champagne (yum + such a luxe touch) to the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. We have received so many compliments on the florals, the little touches, the music (!!!), the speakeasy, the food - with so many saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended (even one of our groomsmen said they felt like they were living in a dream). Fantastic experience: Victoria with outstanding occasions was nothing short of amazing. Victoria answered every phone call, text and email promptly. She knew every answer to my questions. Outstanding occasions made the whole process super easy for me. They provided a timeline of the whole day, a seating chart and visual, was the main point of contact for all of my many vendors, and set up and took down all decor. That is just a small list of everything they did but there is much more they provided. Katherine victorias assistant was also very sweet and beyond helpful during the wedding. Me and my husband could not have asked for a better coordinator. Will forever be thankful and highly recommend the outstanding occasions team.

Fantastic experience: Choosing to work with Victoria at OO for my wedding was by far the best decision I made throughout the whole planning process. She was with me every step of the way, always supportive and armed with advice and knowledge. I live out of the area, and knowing that she was there in-person to coordinate with my vendors was helpful and reassuring. She was also supportive and empathetic in helping me deal with the stress and drama that inherently comes along with planning! Post-wedding, I even now consider Victoria a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone who asks!

Fantastic experience: When my daughter first got engaged, I was convinced that the whole planning process was going to be so stressful and overwhelming! We had no idea where to even begin and how to make her vision come to life. We knew we wanted a planner to help us, but I also thought that would be difficult as I am a total self-proclaimed control freak! My daughter chose Outstanding Occasions and from the beginning to the end, it was amazing!!! Victoria met with my daughter on multiple occasions to really get to know her and to be able to get the perfect idea of what her dream wedding looked like. She made sure to include me via facetime and always kept both of in the loop on everything going on. She helped us figure out what we could DIY versus where it was worth it to splurge. She made sure we stayed on task during planning and made every decision seem almost easy. The day of the wedding was an absolute DREAM!!!! Victoria and her team made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. She literally handled Every. Single. Detail. the entire day and we just showed up and had fun. The amount of stress that was lifted off our shoulders knowing that this special day was in the hands of an incredible team was priceless for my daughter and myself. I kept waiting to feel stressed or worried and I just simply was not. Victoria and her team were our eyes and ears for everything from the vendors to the guests and there wasn’t a beat skipped all day. I can truly say that the entire experience was a dream and we owe that to Victoria and her team at Outstanding Occasions. I would do the whole thing again and again, as long as I had them!!! She clearly understood my daughter’s vision for the day, and was able to make that vision a reality!

The photographer she recommended we loved. On the day of I was not stressed out in the least and it was all because Rachelle and her team had everything handled. Fantastic experience: Caitlin, Rachelle, and the entire Outstanding Occasions team helped to make our wedding absolutely magical. Caitlin was very patient with my initial indecision about a venue and took the time to tour multiple locations with us. She remained very objective throughout the process but ultimately helped us pick the gorgeous Royal Palms. Every single vendor she helped us find (our photographer, stationary boutique, makeup and hair team) exceeded our expectations. I do not know what I would have done without such a great team to help me plan an incredible day with minimal stress. Outstanding Occasions provides great resources for their clients including personalized timelines, checklists, and packing lists to ensure that everything is ready and prepared for the big day. Caitlin and Rachelle were both very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and they really made it feel easy to plan a wedding while working full time. Although we had some last minute "hiccups" due to supply issues, Caitlin and Rachelle helped us figure out a quick and satisfactory solution with the vendors. Their expertise and efficiency saved us hours of time and stress. I cannot thank the Outstanding Occasions team enough for helping us plan such a beautiful and memorable event.

Negative experience: The worst decision I made while planning was hiring Caitlin at Outstanding Occasions. She came highly recommended by our venue, so we trusted that she would provide excellent service. I had doubts about her service throughout the planning process, but brushed them off thinking that when our day came we would have her full attention. Leading up to the wedding, I always felt like our wedding was not a priority- there would be very delayed response/communication and on multiple occasions vendors that she was managing would have our names wrong, and we were sent other couples contracts. My mom would reassure me that they (OO) needed to focus on the bride that was that week and on my day, the focus would be all mine. Unfortunately, "all mine" on the day of only works if the legwork leading up to the day is completed accurately. There were so many things that slipped through the cracks it is hard to know where to begin. First of all, our photographer did not have our very detailed shot list which started the wedding on a stressful note as we were trying to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. Next, right before the first look Caitlin notified me she could not find the marriage license. The license was supposed to be included with all day-of items given to her the day before. We are shocked that she did not have a checklist to make sure we gave her everything needed for the wedding. The reason we hired a planner was so that I would not have to be stressed or worry about things going smoothly the day of. The assistant forgot to give me my bouquet (it was sitting in water in the bridal suite) and they sent me down the aisle with no bouquet. I realized as I was walking down the aisle and didn’t know what to do with my hands and my heart sank. Caitlin and her assistant were the final check before sending me down the aisle and completely failed me. In addition to making sure the details are in order and the day runs smoothly, the planner’s main job is to ensure everything was set up correctly, which it was not. I specifically said multiple times no colored lighting as I wanted soft/candle-lit lighting for reception (and paid $$$ to have candles and extra chandeliers rented). The band had set up colored (blue/purple) up lighting on the stage and had a large TV screen with their logo right in front, ruining the backdrop of our first dance. We did not see the full set-up of the reception until after our first dance as we entered the room and immediately started dancing. Now all of our first dance pictures are colored blue and have an ugly TV in the background. I had to text Caitlin under the table during my father’s toast to tell her to fix the lights and remove the TV so they wouldn’t ruin the father/daughter dance pictures as well. This is something Caitlin should have corrected before anyone entered the reception space and certainly before I had to ask her to fix it. I felt the entire time like I had to fix things she was not paying attention to. It is hard to put in words how disappointed and devastated I feel. To add salt on the wound, we have not heard anything from Caitlin after the wedding. I would expect some type of final communication would go out to all couples after their wedding (even an automated email thanking us for our business). We reached out to Caitlin a few weeks after the wedding to express our disappointment in her services and never received any response. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism they have shown. The sole reason we paid a wedding planner was to make sure the details were all in order. Outstanding Occasions is clearly either taking on more business than they can handle or are just not organized and detail-oriented. They were one of the most expensive planning companies we interviewed, but we thought it would be worth it to not have to stress on the wedding day. I would encourage future brides to find a planner that makes every wedding they take on a priority and pays attention to the details.

Fantastic experience: We can’t say enough about Rachel and her amazing team. There is no way we could have navigated the postponement of one wedding due to Covid, and the creation of a totally different one In a few short months without her. She had us work with some incredible vendors as well. Rachel was able to translate our vision into a reality and the outcome was truly magical. In the process, she became not only our planner, but a treasured friend. She made this journey a pleasure. I highly recommend ❤️
