Positive experience: Hired matchbox for "day of" coordination services, Natalia and her team did a decent job however - if youre a stickler for keeping strict timelines, beware, as this caused me some stress and we missed the dream sunset for our entrance. Also, if you value constant communication with your coordinator the weeks leading up to your event, get ready to get guilt tripped if you want more than the 2 phone calls ("outside of package"), if being able to reach your coordinator on the phone isnt a big deal to you than you will be content with her service. Additionally, a little melting turf incident occurred with a substitute materials used by her team to light our incense, in which she refused to take any accountability in or insurance, costing us $500 in damage repair charge back from the venue. Other than that, they did a good job.

Fantastic experience: Booking Matchbox was the best decision! As a bride who initially wasn't sure about the value of a wedding coordinator, I wholeheartedly recommend one after my experience. Natalia and team brought my wedding day to life, and allowed myself and family to enjoy the day as guests, rather than hosts running around. I opted for the month-of-coordination, and the assistance I received was everything and more than what my family and I expected. Their expertise kept me organized, informed and confident that all will go smoothly, which it did! The girls' demeanor was professional, calm, and helpful and I knew from our first call that I was in the best hands. As the day drew near, there were a few last minute logistics that I needed help with, and they jumped to action and always offered a helping hand to take things off my plate. I look back fondly on their presence during the biggest day of my life, and 100% know that my wedding was more memorable because of them! Guests keep complimenting how well the day ran. As someone who put a lot of time and effort into my wedding, I was so fortunate to have a team as thoughtful and hard-working as Matchbox to bring my vision to life and I cannot recommend their services more!

Fantastic experience: I am honestly having trouble writing this review because no amount of complimenting is enough to thank Matchbox Event Co. for the consistent hard work they put in to make my wedding the absolute dream wedding that I never in a million years imagined could come to reality! No one has the heart and dedication that Matchbox Event Co has. I reached out to Matchbox Event Co when we decided not to work with our previous planner; there were SO many issues created by the previous planner. Matchbox Event Co still wholeheartedly took on our wedding and sincerely fixed every problem that we had (ones that we did not even know we had!) Early on, the lead planner of the company, Natalia let us know that she would be handling our wedding with as much care as if it was her own. She really stuck to these words! Natalia and the team thoroughly researched about Indian traditions, they scheduled regular meetings with me and my vendors, they sent reminders for payments and pending items on my to do list, they learned about all VIP members names, faces, and specific requirements including disabilities, allergies, etc, and so much more! Another thing Natalia told us was that she wanted us and our families to thoroughly enjoy the wedding and she did not want us to take on extra tasks. There were so many little things that I told Natalia that family members could take care of, but she refused. Natalia added on so many little things that were not even included in our package with her, but she truly wanted us to be stress free and enjoy! For example, Natalia allowed me to ship ALL wedding items to her own home and she transported these items to our hotels and venues for us. Indian weddings are notorious for family members having to run around last minute for things; we truly had friends and family shocked at us not needing them for anything because our planners had our back! We had a destination wedding and flew in to Scottsdale, Natalia and the team surprised us at our hotel with a warm welcome, champagne, a card, and some great news. This was a great way to kick off the celebrations! Another remarkable part of the way Matchbox Event Co works is that they are there bright and early before hair and makeup starts, til the very last words of the last song on the dance floor- this is extremely rare to find. We have been told by every single guest at our wedding that the attention to detail and timeliness was spectacular all thanks to Matchbox Event Co! It is rare to have an Indian wedding wear everything goes correctly and on time, I told the team that and they genuinely proved me wrong! Maybe there were a couple hiccups here and there but Natalia and the team did not let me catch wind of that at all! Last but not least, we were working on a budget and much of my wedding seemed out of reach for me. I had other planning companies straight up say no to me for certain wants. With Natalia and Matchbox Event Co, no matter how delulu the dream was, Natalia and Matchbox Event Co went out of their way to make sure it was executed! Just one example of this is that I really wanted plated and passed dinner at my reception- our venue was not agreeing to do it within our budget, so Natalia and her team did this for us! I hope I have illustrated that Matchbox Event Co is the definition of people who will truly give you the shirt off their back. TDLR; there is not a single thing that my type A self dreamt of that the team did not make happen and I am forever grateful and indebted to Natalia and Matchbox Event Co; our wedding would not have been this successful without them!

There were hiccups behind the scenes (as there always are with events), but we didn’t notice a single one—because Natalia and her team took care of it all seamlessly. Fantastic experience: Working with Natalia was such an amazing experience. On the backend, she’s one of the most detail-oriented planners I’ve ever come across—nothing slips through the cracks. Every moment of the day was so well thought out and organized that I was able to focus solely on photography. Normally I find myself jumping in to help coordinate, but with her at the helm, everything ran smoothly without me needing to lift a finger outside my role. Fantastic experience: We can’t say enough great things about Natalia and her entire team. My fiancé and I had made the decision to plan our wedding ourselves however 2 weeks before our 3 day event, I frantically called Natalia and asked her to jump in and help us with coordination. Fantastic experience: Natalia and her team planned my wedding in Ohio and did the best job! I truly could not have done all the wedding planning on my own. She did everything from start to finish and the result was amazing. Three days before my wedding I had a wedding dress malfunction and Natalia found someone to fix it within 10 minutes of me reaching out. Negative experience: Natalia and her wedding coordinating company, Matchbox Box Event Co., have not met our expectations. Despite extensive discussions and meetings to discuss my daughter's vision for her wedding, the services provided fell significantly short of what was promised in our contract. Natalia claimed that she only handles one wedding at a time, but this turned out to be untrue as she did not even bother to check in on the day of my daughter's wedding due to being at another event (she had 2 staff members there for assistance). Throughout the entire process, we felt like second-rate clients, as if our daughter's wedding did not matter to Natalia. The situation deteriorated to the point where she refused to remove empty boxes from the bridal suite, leaving my husband with no choice but to handle it himself before the wedding and during the reception. Additionally, moments before midnight, I found myself searching for champagne glasses that were never set up. Over 3/4 of the items that we purchased for the wedding not even used, or even taken out of the boxes/ packages. It was very disappointing and disheartening to know that the vision she presented to us was not even remotely close to what was delivered the day off. Our level of satisfaction is extremely low. and would not reccomend. The ONLY reason the wedding turned out as wonderful as it did, was because of the other vendors and the amazing venue that we had booked, they all came together and made it amazing! ***Companies below responses are untrue. I have receipts (texts, email, etc.) Please be every carful of using this company. Words do not become actions and there’s no getting back your wedding day!
