Fantastic experience: Brandy was so much more than just our wedding planner, she truly became part of our family throughout this journey. From the very beginning, she struck the perfect balance between bringing our dreams to life and keeping our expectations grounded and realistic. Fantastic experience: My daughter was married two weeks ago and one of the BEST decisions we made was having All in the Details as her wedding planning team! Brandy, who was our lead planner, was excellent to work with from day one making sure that each and every detail for the design and planning for my daughter's wedding was set and ready to go. On wedding day, she was our Superhero jumping into action when a winter storm hit and the last year of planning had to be changed in the matter of hours. She made sure my daughter had a beautiful wedding and things flowed smoothly all while dealing with the craziness of the weather and other factors out of our control that day. I work in the wedding industry as a fellow vendor and knew this team was good at what they do but after being on the other side as a client, I appreciate what they do for their clients even more. I will definitely be recommending Brandy, Melissa and the All in the Details team to anyone looking for a planner!
Negative experience: My experience working with this team was very mixed. Though super friendly, communication was hit or miss based on whether my planner was working an event. Turns out wedding planners are almost always working events though, so that lag became an issue for me as a 9-6 gal who is always online and monitoring my Inbox. If you work with this team, my advice is to set very clear expectations for what you need from your planner and also to book all of your own vendors. My biggest issue was that finalizing with vendors took a very long time; a basic catering order from a major restaurant (with dedicated catering/event sales staff) somehow took over a month. Offers to go “above and beyond” were not substantiated, and mid-stream feedback sent to management went unanswered. Many things I communicated multiple times just fell through the cracks. The first shuttle back to the hotels never left, for example. Because I didn’t directly manage vendor terms during booking, I was charged more than the planner's quote by 2 vendors. We also had to use a pocket knife to cut the cake because the planner forgot to bring her serving materials. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and this group is an affordable option. You’ll have to do some legwork to fill in the gaps. Still, if you are a well-organized person, this is a good team for you. My wedding was ultimately a wonderful evening, and the team puts in the work when it's showtime.

Fantastic experience: Oanh was AMAZING with my sisters wedding. She advocated for the bride and made sure the bride and groom had their day exactly as planned. She did so good with the walk for the bridesmaids and groomsman, made sure the couples walk out was planned and announced accordingly, had the dinner/ speeches/ etc all on schedule and did so good with making sure it went perfectly. I could not have asked for a better planned for my sisters wedding. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone who needed a planner
Fantastic experience: Brandy with All In The Details is a MUST if you’re planning your wedding. She is seriously the BEST in the business. We worked with her for about a year planning our wedding and she made us feel so confident and stress-free. Her attention to detail is amazing and she goes above and beyond to make all her brides feel seen. She has a beautiful way of capturing small details that mean so much. We are so grateful to have used Brandy, and even more grateful that we get to call her a lifelong friend. Seriously you need this woman in your life if you’re planning an event!!!!!
Fantastic experience: Our wedding was in November of 2024. It was an amazing day and I owe it all to Brandy from All in the Details. She was amazing and on top of everything. She went above and beyond for me and made my day so special. I told her after the wedding was over that I was sad because I wouldn't have my Brandy calls and texts anymore. She also helped me bring my vision to life for my tables and the overall decor of the venue. She is the best ever, don't hesitate to use All in the Details for your wedding!

Fantastic experience: Brandy was my Wedding Angel!!!! She went above and beyond to bring our vision to life! I was so thankful for her warmth and light every step of the wedding planning process. My husband and I hosted 80 New Yorkers in the San Antonio Hill Country, and Brandy was with us every step of the way. She helped me in so many ways and I always felt I could be honest with her. We wanted our wedding to feel like an event. There wasn’t a dull moment that evening. We had 200 people, and over 20 vendors and Brandy wrangled them all into order from the time they arrived. From the buracho burros, to the giant dancing robots, from curating the timeline, to the GORGEOUS signage she custom created for our crest, our wedding truly would not have been the same without her!
Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brandy to plan my wedding. It was the most fun, joyful experience and was virtually stress-free... And my engagement was a brief 4.5 months. Brandy helped create a day that perfectly represented my fiance and me. Every element and detail was perfectly tailored to us and made our guests feel special. Brandy created our invitation suite (the most gorgeous stationery I have ever seen), signage, and other stunning design details. She created vision boards that brought life to any dream I'd ever had and created a day that far exceeded any of my wildest dreams. She helped with selecting and managing each vendor relationship and gave guidance on each detail, down to the flatware selections. The day of my wedding, I was able to be fully immersed in the day without one single worry about execution. If you're on the fence about whether to hire a planner, DO IT. And beg to work with Brandy. She's the sweetest and best thing that happened throughout our wedding planning process and I've made a friend for life. All in the Details is an excellent company and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone without an ounce of hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Melissa and her team at AITD were amazing to work with throughout the planning process. Melissa helped us every step of the way with a positive attitude and determination. She helped me find the best vendors for my style and budget and took care of the many wedding planning dimensions with grace. Fantastic experience: Planning a wedding from out-of-state can be tricky but with All in the Details everything went extremely smoothly and was stunningly beautiful. Melissa is the quintessential pro and had everything handled expertly. It's obvious that her 14 years of experience planning weddings and events in San Antonio is a major plus with vendors, they all commented how easy it is when Melissa is doing the event. She clearly has strong relationships with local businesses which is invaluable for those of us who don't live in San Antonio. On the day of the wedding, Melissa and her team made the event absolutely seamless. They blended in perfectly, so much so that my guests didn't know who the planners were-they just quietly keep the event moving along. Before the wedding we had a clear understanding of the plan and knew exactly how the whole evening was going to flow, but didn't have to worry about execution of any of the details-it was all handled. Melissa was also extremely responsive to my (millions of) texts and emails-it felt like we were her only client. We found Melissa and her team all super friendly, really easy to work with and most importantly, they pulled off the wedding we had all hoped for-I couldn't recommend All in the Details enough!

Fantastic experience: San Antonio’s premier event planning team! I have hired All in the Details for corporate events and attended a private event managed by Melissa and her team. All have been executed with true professionalism and excellence.
Negative experience: Melissa was difficult to work with. Her rude attitude with the bride and groom, the family, the guests, and staff was a blemish on what was supposed to be a special day.
Negative experience: The coordinator from hell! Very overbearing and over controlling of the entire process. I had seen her being incredibly rude and hostile to both the bride and groom, and even lie about having to pay to extend the party past the originally agreed upon time. It was upsetting to see that the coordinator failed to understand that a wedding isn’t about her, but instead the people paying for their service. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
Negative experience: Beautiful event/venue but absolutely rude service/coordination throughout the event. Items not only went missing, but the coordinator was consistently complaining, and talked down at the party. What was a wonderful night was made stressful due to the ongoing negativity and impatience.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a sign to hire All in the Details to help plan your wedding, THIS IS YOUR SIGN! <3 Trust me when I say I was the most detailed, type A bride out there and All in the Details handled every single request, question, etc. of mine with patience, transparency and top notch quality. I met with about 5 different planners and All in the Details stuck out to me from the start. Melissa - who is also the owner of the business - anticipated my every question and need, and after 500+ days of planning together, we truly became lifelong friends. Not only was she there for me every step of the way from a planning perspective, but she calmed my *extreme* anxiety on multiple occasions and continually reminded me of the end goal - getting to marry my husband, surrounded my friends and family! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa and her team - they collaborate on ideas together, work through challenges together and are truly a TEAM that will be there for you in every way that you could ever need on your big day! Fantastic experience: I was referred to All In The Details (Keri) by Hotel Emma in San Antonio and have since worked with them on events in San Antonio and Austin. I’ve found them to be very creative, amazingly quick, and fairly priced. For one event we were going to be outside in 96 degree weather and instead of just shrugging they found umbrellas and fans at the past minute…for another they planned basically the whole thing remotely on very short notice! Plus, Keri’s a very cool, nice person which is important because planning big events is stressful! Can’t say enough good things…
Fantastic experience: With the pandemic moving our wedding back, me and my wife had to make some last minute plan changes which caused us a lot of stress before our big day. We reached out and Keri saved the day! I cant explain how thankful we are that she was able to bring our ideas to life and squeeze us in even though we were very last minute! Keri was amazing to work with, extremely understandable, and had everything taken care of! Even things we didn't think about, she already had covered! When any issues came up, we had no worries because Keri already told us she had a backup plan and boy did she deliver! Thanks again for everything and for making our day one to remember forever!
