Fantastic experience: Stephanie was the first wedding planner I ever looked into, and after talking with her, I just knew I didn’t need to look for anyone else. She’s so sweet, fun, and charismatic, and from the beginning she made us feel like we had known her for a long time, not just like we were working with a vendor. That meant so much, especially during a planning process that lasted about 2 ½ to 3 years for us. She was there through everything—from helping me pick out my dress to going with me to alteration appointments—and always made sure I felt supported. While Jr and I were both in school, she took so much stress off our shoulders and kept everything organized and moving forward. Anytime we felt overwhelmed, she would step in and just handle things, which means more than I can explain. On the day of the wedding, everything came together so smoothly, and we were actually able to be present and enjoy it because we trusted her completely. She truly made sure everything we had envisioned came to life, and it was all beyond beautiful. Stephanie went above and beyond for us from beginning to end, and I’m so grateful we had her through it all. I honestly couldn’t imagine doing this without her!

Fantastic experience: Words cannot begin to describe the amazing experience that I had working with Stephanie. My son and daughter in law had hired Stephanie after a recommendation from Bridal Connection. Stephanie went above and beyond her duties working with an autistic couple who had definite ideas about how their Star Wars themed wedding would be. Stephanie worked with them and truly heard what they wanted their special day to be. Throughout the planning she was gracious and accommodating to their dreams. The wedding was amazing and beyond our imagination in large part because of her hard work. We even had one guest who said that it was the most elegant theme wedding that she had ever attended. You can absolutely count on Stephanie to make your day magical.

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to start.. Stephanie made what could have easily been the most hectic and stressful day a wonderful experience. I do not know what would have happened had we not had her in our corner, and I am so happy we never had to find out. She truly stepped up and showed out for us, we were supported from the moment we had our initial meeting to days after the wedding. Absolutely fell in love with her personality and huge heart, you can really tell that she loves her couples and gives it her all for their special day. Our family and friends absolutely adored her! We have had multiple people sing her praises to us, despite only meeting her in passing. We could not have done it without her, she truly helped us get to that 'I do'. If you're not letting Stephanie take care of you on your big day, just cancel the whole thing!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie did an absolutely phenomenal job on our special day!! I’m so happy and lucky to have had her as my coordinator for the weekend. She took the reines and led the show flawlessly. No request was too big! When my bridesmaid wanted another bottle of champagne from the venue, one of my brides maids took my phone to text Stephanie to inquire for another bottle. All she did was heart the message and shortly after, she came with the champagne to keep the party going! Our families and wedding party spoke so highly of her after the wedding and what an amazing job she did. After this experience, I can’t recommend hiring Stephanie, even for the weekend, so that you can sit back and relax. We did not feel stressed at all on our wedding day thanks to her! Can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was the best thing to have happened to me for my wedding. I booked her last minute with a week to spare until my wedding and she executed everything I needed and even helped me make my seating chart because she saw how stressed I was. She made sure I had and wanted everything on my special day. I literally forgot my bouquet and was about to walk down the aisle and she was literally The Flash and ran everywhere to find it for me with the venue staff and they found it!!! Can't recommend her enough. I wish I booked with her sooner and regret that I didn't !!!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was fantastic!! She really put us at ease the month before our wedding. She was always quick to respond / get responses from vendors. My husband and I are big planners so we did a lot of work prior to her helping us but she was still able to point out very important things/details we didn’t even think of. We had a catholic wedding and Stephanie was aware of church guidelines/rules and was she was very respectful of them. We had an issue with our reception venue/florist that was unfortunate but Stephanie and her assistant Clarissa were on top of it. We felt like we truly could just relax and have fun the day of our wedding because she was there. She got along great with our family and friends and was quick to address their needs the day of the wedding. After the wedding Stephanie was sweet enough to reach out and check on us and even gave us a recap of what happened behind the scenes. I really appreciated her transparency. I still wasn’t happy with what happened with the florist and Stephanie was very understanding. She was nice enough to reach out to the florist after the fact to try and assist us in resolving the issues. During the entire process/after the wedding, she truly cared/advocated for us to make sure we were happy. I really recommend that you hire Stephanie and her team for your upcoming wedding you won’t regret it! You want someone like her on your side.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Stephanie 10 stars instead of 5, I would! I found Stephanie from a friend who had hired her years ago as a day of coordinator. After an initial phone call with Stephanie, I felt really good about hiring her as our wedding planner. We booked her partial planning services. As an owner of a small business also working in the wedding/event industry and now a bride, I appreciate Stephanie’s communication, her attention to detail, her organizational skills, her referrals, and just her presence throughout the entire process. Stephanie was the first vendor I hired, our hype woman, my saving grace, she took such great care of us and the day of our wedding was no different. She had our back with a vendor I wasn’t so happy with, taking all the bullets from them so I didn’t have to fight that battle. At the rehearsal, she got all the family organized and kept everyone in order, taking control of the situation, which I truly appreciated!! On the day of, she took all the responsibilities off of our plate and we truly and genuinely were able to enjoy our wedding day! She kept us on time, helping me plan out our timeline in advance and listening to what was important to us really showed! I can not recommend Stephanie enough. She is welcoming, a pleasure to be around, really REALLY good at what she does and truly has her couple’s best interest at heart. You won’t regret having Stephanie on your team!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further. Stephanie is your girl, instant best friend, life saver and hype woman all in one. She kept us on track, was proactive on items that needed to be done, and didn’t let a single thing fall through the cracks. I feel very fortunate to have known and worked with Stephanie. Fantastic experience: This review is LONG overdue. I got married on Sept. 2 of this year at the Lost Mission and contacted Stephanie a year ahead of time because I am a Midland native organizing a wedding in the San Antonio area. Although San Antonio is my hometown, I haven't lived in the area in over 12 years and I knew that if I wanted to make my wedding vision come to life I was going to need the support of someone in the area. When my now husband and I met with Stephanie for the first time we were super excited. She has such a fun and bubbly personality, we clicked immediately. As we progressed in the planning process, something I really appreciated from Stephanie was her patience and willingness to listen. I am an event planner myself and am accustomed to coordinating large scale productions so when it came to my wedding, my expectations where high. During our time working together, I changed my mind ALOT and felt so bad having to communicate those changes with Stephanie. However, she was so kind and always made me feel like I was going in the right direction which was really important because this process is stressful! Once I provided Stephanie the contracts and information for vendors, she took over communicating with them, reminding me of payment deadlines that were coming up and made sure to be the point of contact on the day of the event. On the day of our wedding, Stephanie and her team were absolute ANGELS!! She made sure everything was set up exactly how I envisioned it and kept us on schedule. During the reception her assistants made sure to give me a fan when they would see me to make sure I was cooling off and would event bring me drinks to the the dance floor. They were honestly the sweetest and most thoughtful crew! Stephanie is really fun and bubbly but she runs a tight ship on wedding day which is exactly what we needed to make sure all the things we wanted got done. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to her and her team! Following our wedding we had to deal with some not so much fun stuff as there was a Salmonella Outbreak, but Stephanie was super sweet and continued to check up on us following the event to make sure our guests were okay. If you are in the area and are in the search for an amazing planning team please consider Sweet Gardenia Weddings! They are incredible!

You will not regret it one bit, from the very jump, Stephanie was very attentive to every question I had. She did a tremendous job as my Month of Coordinator, At 6 weeks, she took over everything and it really does take a load off for us brides. The amount of planning she did for our wedding made me feel at ease and her amount of knowledge in the wedding industry was so impressive. We had to change the date VERY last minute and she handled communication with vendors and everything beautifully. Fantastic experience: Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with! I found her when I felt like I was drowning. She swooped right in and always made me feel like everything was going to turn out perfect (which it did!). I was not an easy client as I procrastinated on literally everything but she was always so sweet and nice and made sure things ran smoothly. If I had to do it again, I'd hire Stephanie in a heartbeat! She's knowledgeable in every aspect and knows how to keep things in your budget.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was very thorough in helping us prep our wedding. She gave us great ideas and was always very easy to reach when we had questions. She made a very detailed timeline for us and got in touch with all of our vendors to go over our needs for the day. For future couples I would highly recommend leaning heavily on her preferred vendors list. Everyone she recommended did a wonderful job. Any vendors we had issues with did not come at Stephanie’s recommendation. However Stephanie was on top of things and went out of her way troubleshooting for us all day. When our caterers tried to leave early, Stephanie pulled up the contract. When a venue employee locked a family member in the bathroom, Stephanie jumped into action to free him. She also helped us get money back from vendors that failed. She really has our back! She is the person to trust with all your wedding needs.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was my wedding coordinator for our wedding this June and she did an amazing job! We did the month of coordination and when i say she took care of everything--I mean she took care of everything! She was always one text away and responded so quickly to any questions I had which made me feel so much more at ease! When my cake vendor had to be replaced 48 hrs before the wedding she found someone within an hour who could execute my vision under budget and with free delivery. When the venue was ignoring my calls she kept after them until she got answers. And when I decided the week of the wedding to hire a videographer she found a vendor with availability that same day who fit the budget.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was a life saver. I wasn’t sure why my venue was requiring me to have a day of coordinator for my wedding, until I met Stephanie. Right away we had a meeting and went through a checklist. Stephanie sent me constant reminders and had all of my vendors in order. She works very fast and her communication skills are out of this world. I do not know what I would have done if I hadn’t hired her. Although my wedding had some hiccups (other vendors faults), Stephanie was able to adapt and make my day run smoothly nonetheless. She has a great attitude and can get along with anyone!!
