Negative experience: This is strictly to warn the next Bride to be. Unless you want a stressful wedding planning experience, book this company. If not, run far away. By far this was the most unprofessional, non compassionate, unloving, disrespectful company I've ever encountered. Not sure how they have 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Soco is by far the most amazing wedding planner that exists. Immediately upon starting our journey with her and her assistant Ana Byrne, we knew we were in good hands. With Soco’s years of experience in this field she is respected by many vendors in the industry. Every time my husband and I mentioned her name to someone they had nothing but great things to say about Soco. Soco and Ana, thank you for your guidance, professionalism, attention to detail and great care. Our wedding planning journey and our wedding day was a seamless, beautiful, organized and memorable experience because of the both of you. You both compliment each other so well and are a great team. Fantastic experience: I don't know where to start, From the Min we met with Soco till the very last Min of the wedding Soco was there, helping, supporting and making sure everything is running smoothly. I could honestly say that we were able to enjoy our daughters wedding bec we knew Soco was there!!! with the weather being tricky ( Hurricane) to the last detail it was all taken care of. I cannot thank you enough!!!!

Fantastic experience: We had the most wonderful experience using Soco and her team for our dream wedding at Vizcaya. Throughout the planning phase up until the wedding I felt we were in the best hands possible. Needless to say that making a wedding during COVID is extremely stressful and with many unknowns it was really easy to work with Soco. Fantastic experience: I must say, Soco is probably one of the best planners in South Florida. She is very dedicated and hard working. My son's wedding was rescheduled due to the pandemic, and weeks before the wedding we had to cancel the reception all together. Just a couple of weeks before we decided to have a small house reception, which she was helping us with. Of course, having the wedding at the house was stressful on so many levels. Weather is fickle, people inside our house during a pandemic, disturbing the neighbors, where would guests park...these were just a few problems we worried about, not to mention the mess left behind after the party. Luckily one week before the date, restrictions eased up and she was able to plan a beautiful ceremony in literally 5 days at the Coral Gables Country Club. We had about 50-55 guests and with all the changes and cancellations and uncertainties, Soco remained focus and had solutions at every turn. Everything turned out perfect and it was a fun and beautiful evening! My son and his wife were happy beyond words! I would never consider anyone else to plan an event for our family : ) Plus, she's an amazingly sweet girl! Love her!

Fantastic experience: Soco planned my wedding in January 2016. My husband and I got married at The Ocean Club on Key Biscayne. Let me tell you she is awesome and so easy to work with. Weddings can be stressful for the bride, but not if you are working with Soco. She took my vision of what I wanted (glamorous and formal) and turned it into a reality. One of the things I really appreciated was the fact that I didn't feel pressured to use every vendor on her list. With a lot of other events coordinators I've worked with, I felt like I had to use to companies they were suggesting I work with. But, not with Soco. I used whoever I wanted. And the vendors that I did use from her list were terrific! Soco was there to help me with the planning process throughout the whole thing. One of the aspects she really helped with was creating a timeline for the day of. This helped keep us on track and on schedule. And any opinions she gave were honest and so helpful. I choose EverAfterWed to plan my wedding because they had excellent reviews and recommendations and BELIEVE me when I tell you that Socorro does not disappoint! We met with her 10 months before the wedding and she took it from there! I was planning my wedding from 900 miles away and was nervous. She immediately questioned us about what she wanted and began suggesting vendors she knew and trusted. She was right on each one. She gave us a task timeline and tried to keep us on budget. She has immaculate taste on what will look the best and she knows what will work. Fantastic experience: Hiring Soco (even before ever meeting her in person!) as our wedding coordinator was the absolute best decision my husband and I made when choosing our vendors. Although we did the planning ourselves with Soco as our month-of coordinator, Soco was our right-hand woman throughout the entire process. From providing advice through key points of our planning process (we hand-selected all of our wedding vendors) and helping us revise contracts to ensure they met our needs for the big day to being an incredibly capable coordinator on the day-of, Soco went above and beyond expectations to deliver excellent service. Her attention to detail is perhaps one of her best assets—she flagged important line items within contracts for us to discuss/clarify with other vendors, she guided us through decisions based on her experience with best practices in the industry, and she managed everyone involved in the wedding (us, our families, the vendors) with a warm yet authoritative hand (the best gift a coordinator can give is to be someone who can reign in all of the personalities in every family while commanding respect and maintaining a warm and loving spirit). Soco ran our wedding day schedule like a Swiss watch while also allowing flexibility throughout the flow of the event to ensure seamless event setup, carefully choreographed transitions, and, most importantly, time for the bride and groom to soak in all of our happiest moments (alone) together. You and your future spouse will spend some of the most intimate moments of your wedding day with your coordinator/planner, so you want this person to be someone whose company you truly enjoy. As our wedding day approached, we felt as if Soco had become a part of our family. We felt resolute trust with her at the helm of the event, and her support was irreplaceable.
