Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for Monique and her team. From the very beginning, she was organized, calm, and truly cared about us and our day. Wedding planning can be stressful, but she made it feel manageable and always made sure we felt supported and heard. On the wedding day, she handled so much behind the scenes without us even realizing it. Because of her, we were able to relax, be present, and actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about timelines or logistics. That alone is priceless. I also want to give a special shoutout to her bridal assistant, Ikeia. She was incredible. Always attentive, kind, and on top of everything for me. Having her there made such a difference, and I honestly could not have asked for better support. If you want a planner who genuinely cares, communicates well, and shows up for you in every way that matters, we would absolutely recommend Monique. We are so thankful for everything she did to help bring our day together!

Fantastic experience: Monique and her team at AWiseevents were so professional, patient and hardworking on our big day!! We hired Monique and her team for day of coordination since we decided to plan our wedding, but Monique was there to answer any questions we may have leading up to the wedding. Closer to the wedding, she put together timeline for our day and met with many vendors with us. There was a lot of moving parts on our big day and her and her team handled it all - including some hiccups with our venue that I wasn’t aware of until after the fact. I was very adamant that my fiance and I fully immerse ourselves on our big day and not have to worry about a thing and we didn’t. Awiseevents handled everything pretty seamlessly on our big day and really made sure to adjust based on how things were going that night. Overall, we are grateful to have had her teams expertise on our big day - it was wonderful!! Thank you for everything!!!

Fantastic experience: If I could write a book on my experience with Wise Events & Design I would! As the photographer of the 2-day luxury wedding we worked, Monique was entertaining and professional to work with. Her attention to detail was impeccable to the point where there weren't any delays or time overruns on the wedding day. She respected the time and effort it took to get the photos that the couples wanted and ensured that I didn't feel rushed when doing my job. She truly is amazing to work with and takes care of all of her clients.

Fantastic experience: We booked Wise Events “month-of” planning services. Per the contract, these services kick-in ~6 weeks before the wedding but Monique consistently checked-in with me throughout the entire planning process. She truly cares about her brides. She remains calm in the mist of the wedding-chaos. She helped ensure our day ran smooth and most importantly— the bride was at peace. Monique went above and beyond for us by attending our traditional Nigerian wedding which took place 2 days before our American wedding. This speaks to her commitment to her couples and genuine-nature. Since we booked month-of planning, all vendors were confirmed prior to Monique’s services beginning (note: this wasn’t requirement), so we didn’t get to leverage any vendor discounts/vendor relationships that she may have. But Monique is well-connected in Houston and I’m sure she will go the distance to ensure her couples get the best vendor for the best price.

Fantastic experience: Wise Events & Design is the absolute best company to hire if you are looking for a wedding planner, in our opinion. We hired Monique and she was off to the races with setting an actionable plan. She was very communicative, she adapted to what we needed, was very helpful as far as searching for vendors, etc... We found out very soon that weddings don't always go as planned, but my wife didn't really notice it at all. Monique was scrambling to make sure the process seemed seamless and we appreciate that most.

She attended all appointments (dress shopping, fittings, cake tastings, florals, equipment rentals, etc.) to provide support and guidance. Her planning checklist & portal helped keep track of everything in an organized fashion and was so helpful along the way. Monique was super helpful in managing my expectations about the process (timing, costs, priorities). She had some great vendor recommendations — especially when we were looking for more bang for our buck on florals and decor rentals. She suggested we use event texting for the weekend of and all my guest loved it— they knew where to go when and felt included in every second. She really did such a great job executing our vision. Our wedding was beyond perfect and I have Monique and her team to thank for that. I am so appreciative!

Fantastic experience: Wise Events & Designs was the wisest choice we made to help with our planning. What you will get is professional service and probably a new friend. The team puts their whole heart into what they are doing, and it made our day super special. They are very patient and helpful. During the planning stages, we had very detailed meetings to ensure that everything we wanted would be executed exactly how my husband and I wanted it. They have a full proof plan to ensure your special day is nothing less than perfect. MY ENTIRE BRIDAL PARTY LOOOOOVED THE WHOLE TEAM! They facilitated with class and treated everyone so well. I personally felt like a princess and was catered to the entire day. There were absolutely no gaps in communication, everything was on schedule, and everyone knew where they were supposed to be and what was expected of them. Most importantly the wedding started at 5 o’clock on the dot as I wished. (We had extra cushion time between photos and the ceremony, relaxed and not rushed, and partied a bit in between) The team was prepared for any wardrobe malfunctions, and aches and pains that any bridal party member might have had. The owner did an exceptional job, especially because she was able to corral 8 crazy groomsmen and 1 groom. Mission accomplished, and thanks again for all of your expertise!
