Fantastic experience: When it comes to hiring a wedding planner you always think about needing the help leading up to it, selecting vendors, coordinating rentals, and working with your venue. But what you do not think about is all the details that go into the entire process from start to finish. The set up and take down that takes place, the day of timeline, who do you want photographed, when will you eat, how will you make sure your family is taken care off. With Ashley not only does she think about all these important details and more she executes it to fullest extent and beyond. Ashley and her team are truly one of a kind. From start to finish Ashley made the entire wedding planning process seamless and fun! Ashley made sure every detail was thought of and that our vision could come to life. From helping pick the perfect vendors to coordinating rentals and responding to my countless questions Ashley took the stress off us and we could just enjoy being engaged and planning an amazing wedding. Even when we encountered an issue with our venue the day before Ashley immediately came up with an incredible solution and was already handling it before we even got there. Because of Ashley's amazing planning, ability to pivot, and handle change with such grace our wedding turned out even more incredible than planned and we could just enjoy our wedding week. We are so grateful of Ashley and her amazing team; it truly was the best day of our lives and that is all because of Hamilton Events.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter Kendall recently got married and used Hamilton Events. Kendall lives in Columbia, and I live out of state. Ashley was amazing! We worked with her throughout the entire wedding process. She was kind, knowledgeable, and organized, and her advice was always offered as suggestions. On the day of the wedding, we knew every detail had already been taken care of by Ashley and her assistants. Fantastic experience: Forever grateful to have found Hamilton Events for our wedding at Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC on 4/26/24. I have nothing but incredible things to say about this team. From my initial call with Ashley, we just clicked and I felt like I had known her for years, and I knew immediately I needed her as our planner. I spoke to a few planners prior to finding Ashley, and no one compared to how welcoming and accommodating she is. Fantastic experience: When I first got engaged, I had no idea where to start. I decided to explore the option of booking a wedding planner, and immediately reached out to Ashley. After our first call, I was hooked, and knew that I had to have her. I had been planning my wedding on Pinterest for SO many years, and felt like Ashley could truly make my dreams come to life. As soon as I signed my contract with Ashley, I felt a huge sigh of relief- the weight of wedding planning had been lifted off my shoulders. Now I had somebody in my corner, who wanted me to have my dream wedding as much as I did. Booking Ashley for full planning meant that I had a friend from the very start, walking me through every step, from vendor selections, to budget coordination, and design meetings- Ashley was there for it all. When I presented ideas to Ashley, she magnified them- and took them way beyond my wildest dreams. She recommended the BEST vendors that I absolutely loved to help my wedding vision come to life. The months leading up to the wedding were stressful and busy, and having Ashley remind me of upcoming checklist assignments and payments helped me feel SO organized. Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ashley and her team for my wedding back in January, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly organized, professional, and an all around sweet person to work with, and her work really just speaks for itself.. She made the process of planning a wedding so smooth, which was a Godsend for me as a full time grad student and also working full time too. There was never a doubt that we would need help planning my daughter's wedding, but I had no idea how much we would truly rely on Ashley and how much help she would be. Ashely and her team were beyond incredible from the moment we hired them up until a year and a half later when we finally got married. They were professional, organized, responsive, easy-going, and friendly. Ashley was always extremely supportive in my decisions and provided her professional advice whenever needed. We were able to have many zoom calls leading up to the wedding which gave Ashley a good understanding of my vision allowing me to have full trust in her when it came to wedding day. From meeting her via zoom day 1, I knew she would be the perfect person. We did long distance planning and when I met her in person before the wedding it was like we had known each other forever! Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Hamilton Events enough!! I was lucky enough to get to work with Samantha for my December 2023 wedding in Charleston. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was everything I ever dreamed of. I normally have a tough time asking for help, but Samantha made it so easy to ask questions. Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of working with Hamilton Events on two weddings in 2023. Ashley and all of her team are organized, positive, and on top of every single detail of each event. I am a live event painter and at each wedding, I was kept fully in the loop on timing, location and special details. They made an extraordinary effort to help me adjust when weather interfered with an outdoor ceremony and had to be moved into the reception space, to include moving tables! I worked with both Ashley and Samantha in the lead planner role and they are both excellent and efficient communicators and liaisons for the client. Fantastic experience: Hamilton Events was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. We interviewed a lot of planners, but Ashley & Caitlyn came to each meeting so prepared, that we knew they would be the best planner to go with. Our goal was to bring in planners so that we could relax and fully enjoy the wedding weekend, and they made sure that EVERYTHING was under control and seamless. As someone who plans events regularly, I knew I could only relax on the wedding day if I trusted my planners 100%. And, Hamilton events went ABOVE and BEYOND! Fantastic experience: I want to give a huge shout out to Hamilton events and their team. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Caitlyn & Ashley on my daughters wedding that took place on November 3 rd at the Hartley house. Brittany lives in Florida and we needed a wedding planner / coordinator team that could work with her being long distance and fully understand the vision that Brittany had for her wedding. Fantastic experience: BOOK THEM BOOK THEM BOOK THEM. Ashley and her team have been my saving grace from the moment I was engaged through the wedding day. Seriously I could not have done this without them! They were there to handle ALL of the logistical aspects of the day so that I could truly sit back and enjoy my wedding. So many times throughout the planning process I would have a thought and by the time I asked Ashley about it, of course, she was already on it. I wanted a champagne tower instead of a wall now? Perfect she’s on board and is already emailing the rental company. The wedding theme suddenly took on a French theme? She’s already got a list of light blue patterned chairs for me to choose from. I could brag on her design taste and ability to execute an idea to perfection for forever but what is really special about Ashley and her team is the fact that they truly become your friend and want you to succeed. And that’s just for before the wedding. Day of? These queens were a sight to see. Literally one time I held out my hand and asked “Oh where did I put my bouquet?” and before I completed the question, Ashley was placing it in my hand. Fantastic experience: I have been the DJ for several weddings that Ashley and her team have been responsible for coordinating. Ashley works very hard and makes my job as a vendor very simple. Almost always, the questions I have in preparing for a wedding are handled by Hamilton Events before I start asking. I have also done a handful of weddings for which her company was not involved, and those weddings have required more preparation on my part. Fantastic experience: Ashley. is. AMAZING. I was the lead photographer for Jenn + Stephen Hoy's wedding at the Hampton Preston Mansion in Columbia, SC, and Ashley and her team were incredibly helpful, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. Ashley organized and created a beautifully detailed timeline with the bride and had a phone call with me to review and adjust the photo schedule as necessary, then she printed that out on the day of and had it laminated and added a clip to it so I could attach it to my harness and wear it all day. I always come prepared with my own timeline printed, but I've NEVER had a coordinator print one for me, much less make it attachable and weather resistant. I didn't even ask! She was just considerate enough to think of my second shooter and I. She was gentle but firm in keeping the day flowing and on time, and truly the whole day went off seamlessly thanks to her help! The event was also IMMACULATE. Every detail was perfect, and her coordination and decorating skills are impeccable. I would be absolutely honored to work with Ashley and her team again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Ashley and her associate planners of Hamilton Events are the absolute best! I had the pleasure of planning an event with Ashley from start to finish and she exceeded my expectations. She goes above and beyond to ensure the success of the event. She genuinely cares about her clients/couples, and it shows through her work! Her team is professional, but no worries...they still keep it fun! I cannot recommend Hamilton Events enough!! Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I found Ashley on TikTok and was instantly drawn to her videos. Lucky for me I got engaged not long after and called her up. Being a project manager as a profession I didn't need help planning but I needed someone I could trust to take the reins on the day to not be bothered and Ashley and her team did JUST THAT. It's 2 weeks after my wedding and people are still telling me how seamless the wedding was and I felt it. My now husband and I didn't have to worry about 1 thing. Ashley and her team handled it all on the day of. We were on time and things happened as swimmingly as we could have hoped for! If you need a wedding or event planner or event management HIRE HER!! You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Ashley is one of the most organized and easy to work with wedding planners I've worked with! She provided all needed details of the wedding months leading up to it and communicated all details needed to the bride about our services (ceremony musicians). She was even available the night before the wedding to tie up some loose ends! The day of was one of the smoothest set-ups we've had, and the transition between ceremony and cocktail hour was a breeze. Ashley is the whole package you need! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: When I had the first consultation call with Ashley I knew she’d be the perfect planner for us. She was there for each and EVERY question I had and was excited for every step as if it were her own wedding! I really loved working with her and with the website she used I was able to show her and other vendors my vision. She wrangled all of the hard stuff, like vendors, decor, and both of our huge families. If anything went wrong on wedding day, I had no idea! It truly was the best day ever. I trusted Ashley with our wedding and I couldn’t have chosen a better planner for our dream day.

Fantastic experience: Working with Ashley and Hamilton Events was a DREAM!!! My now-husband is in the Air Force and due to a change in his military orders we had to change our wedding plans with only four months to go until we said “I do.” After feeling very overwhelmed with such a short time to plan, I connected with Ashley and hired Hamilton Events to coordinate my wedding at the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC. Ashley made the wedding planning process so easy for me and allowed us to truly enjoy our engagement season even with such little time to plan our wedding. We met virtually for the planning process and everything came together beautifully. Even though I was living in Texas at the time and could not travel for the venue walk-through, Ashley made the trip up to Highlands and helped me to feel included via video throughout the whole meeting. She communicated with all of our vendors and made sure to always keep me in the loop! Ashley and Zoe were hard at work on our rainy wedding day to make sure everything was perfect (and it was...they even came prepared with the cute clear umbrellas for our photos!!) They helped with the little and the big tasks and allowed me, my husband and our loved ones to sit back and enjoy the day! Ashley is incredibly organized, very hardworking, timely in her response to everything, and most importantly you can feel how much she cares and enjoys being a part of your special day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect for us and we could not be happier with our wedding planning experience. I would recommend Hamilton Events to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Ashley went above and beyond what I ever thought possible. Her ability to organize, think of every detail and keep me (mom of the bride) and my daughter calm was accomplished at every moment. She is polished and on task. She is not only an excellent wedding planner but also a delight to be around. Her response time before, during and after the wedding was exceptional. The amount of hats she wore day of wedding was unbelievable. She even watched my 2 year old granddaughter (flower girl who melted after going down the aisle) during the wedding so we could all enjoy the moment. I told my husband day before the wedding , “with Ashley here I feel like I can enjoy myself and not worry at all.” The wedding was in Highlands, NC at The Old Edwards Inn and we live in Charleston so it was a destination wedding and it also rained on the wedding day. Ashley not only assured us it would still be wonderful but told us the photographers love this weather (and she was right the pictures are amazing). The clear umbrellas she showed up with were so fun in the photos. We would recommend her over and over to anyone considering using her. I honestly do not have ONE complaint and can’t imagine planning the wedding without her. We are so thankful we found her and when our younger daughter gets married there will be no hesitations at all in using her again!! Ashley and Hamilton Events are phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: Hamilton Events was one of the greatest decisions I made about my wedding! They helped me with month of planning and day of coordination. Leading up to the wedding, we had weekly zoom meetings where they asked me questions to things I hadn't even thought of yet! If we didn't have those meetings, there would have been so much I would have missed about the big day. They literally thought of everything imaginable. I got married at a brand new venue so we had to do a lot of stuff from scratch. Ashley and Zoe just took it and ran with it! They did everything they needed to make sure I could have what I wanted on my special day. They answered many FaceTime calls, and random texts about things that I needed help with any time of the day. The day of the wedding, I felt so secure and happy knowing that they could organize the day and get people where they needed to be when. Hamilton Events was SPECTACULAR. They were prompt, professional, and assisted in literally any way they could. I felt so loved and cared for by Ashley and Zoe on my big day, and you will too! You need Hamilton Events in your life !!!!

Fantastic experience: Hamilton Events was absolutely incredible. I am a nurse who works nightshift full time and planning a wedding on my schedule is nearly impossible. Hamilton Events definitely carried me through the entire wedding planning process seamlessly. I literally was so relaxed the entire planning process!! When the big day came I had full confidence this team would carry out the best day of our life perfectly. And they did. All of my guest made comments like “this is the most organized wedding ever”. I never had to stress about anything even on the day of. Most importantly the people are what make this business so incredible. My two main planners were Ashley and Jaynie. Both AMAZING, talented, and thorough people. I met with them multiple times and every time was an incredible experience. They literally think of EVERYTHING down to the smallest detail. Loved working with them and would recommend them to everyone!!!
