Fantastic experience: We rented out the Pearl Place Gathering Room for our Baby shower a few weeks ago! It was an amazing experience and Margaret Claire's took care of all of our needs. Our event assistant, Ava, was wonderful! She was so helpful to us during our time there. They took care of doing our stationery printing, decor, balloon arch, and the food (which was delicious!) I would definitely recommend this event space for any type of party you may have.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin! From the first meeting I had with Kristy- I knew she understood exactly what I had visioned for the day. Over the year she answered every call, text, email and guided me through all of the wedding planning. She encouraged me and uplifted me! Fantastic experience: We used Margaret Claire’s Wedding and Events as our wedding planner and DJ service for our wedding in November 2025. We cannot begin to express how amazing Kristy and her team are! They made our dream wedding come to life in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. From the beginning stages to the final touches, they were always on the same page as our style and what we wanted for our wedding. Everyone was also so great at communicating and were there for us whenever we needed them. The decor looked stunning in our venue at The Magnolia and we loved how many options they had for decor! We never once felt stressed the day of our wedding, as Meghan made sure everything went perfectly. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about MCW! From the moment we met Kristy in January 2024, we knew we had found the right person for our daughter’s wedding this past October. We are not local, so having so many things which MCW would secure and contract for us was a dream. We used them for planning, decor, florals, DJ, and officiant. All the vendors Kristy supplied for us did an amazing job. Kristy was also gracious enough to allow my sister (also an event planner) to help in the “day of” logistics. The day of the wedding, Kristy, Lilly, and I fail to remember the third lady’s name, all went above and beyond our expectations. Eastern TN is incredible lucky to have such a kind, caring, and welcoming wedding/event planner!

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend MCW! I hired them for the planning, DJ, catering, bakery, and florals- and boy did they knock it out the park!! Kristy and her team put SO much effort into creating the wedding of your dreams. They are so organized and you can tell not only do they love what they do, but this is what they are MEANT to do!! They’ve got wedding planning down to a science. Even as an out-of-state bride, they made the entire process EASY. Not to mention that being able to book everything with just one vendor was just so convenient, and made payments easy. Their customer service is exceptional, and I love that’s it’s a family business. I knew after just the first meeting that I could trust them with my life. I could truly feel that they care for every couple. Hands down the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding, the cake was to die for, and everything was just better than I even expected. I did not have to lift a finger on my wedding day and was able to actually relax and enjoy my day. Even my bridal party commented on how calm it was. That itself makes it worth every penny. Everyone was so impressed with Kristy’s team, and I just can’t say enough great things about them. If you are on the fence, DO IT!!!

She knew exactly how to execute my Pinterest board and made it even better than I could have imagined. As an out-of-state bride, I was nervous about planning a wedding in Tennessee, but Kristy made the entire process a breeze. Every vendor she brought (catering, DJ, officiant, florals, baker) was phenomenal, and she also connected us with incredible outside vendors (photography, hair and makeup, bartending, shuttle service). From start to finish, I never had to stress because I knew Kristy had it handled. Even our guests noticed! Several people told me after the wedding that she was the best planner they had ever seen. Fantastic experience: If you are looking to have the best event of your life and not worry about a single thing, knowing it will all be taken care of, Kristy is your person! Not only is she incredibly talented, creative, and detail-oriented, but she is very knowledgeable about the industry and one of the sweetest and most enjoyable people we have ever met! She planned out every detail for our daughter’s May 31, 2025, wedding, including all the little behind-the-scenes details that were never even thought about! They flawlessly handled everything. Lilly and Sarah also deserve high praise. They made the whole wedding day stress-free and fun! They were always available to answer questions and were always super supportive, and their decorating skills are top-notch, which created a magnificent and perfect day. Without Kristy and her team, our daughter’s wedding would not have gone as well as it did. They are 100% recommended to anyone looking to organize or plan a special event.

Fantastic experience: DREAM WEDDING. Kristy and her entire team made our day so so special. Living in AZ and trying to plan a wedding was very intimidating. After meeting with Kristy over the phone, I knew her team would go above and beyond and that is exactly what they did. Any questions would be answered prompting via text and always made me feel cared for. Her extensive warehouse of furniture and decor made our day truly custom. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Kristy and her team enough, what an amazing group to work with from start to finish! Kristy worked with us for planning from the beginning all the way through the wedding day and was so patient and kind the entire process! If you are looking for a wedding planner, Kristy should be your go to, I wish I could get married again just so I can work with her more As if that wasn't enough, MC also doubles as a one stop shop for basically ALL of your wedding needs, from DJ to Floral to Bakery and Catering, they do it all! MC did our floral, bakery, and catering for us and we received SO MANY compliments! I can't tell you how many people came up and told us that our food for the wedding was the best food people have ever had (same with the cake and cheesecake shooters we had). We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! I don't have our professional photos back yet, but below are some pictures my guests caught of the setup Kristy and her team did. I cannot express enough how seamlessly smooth they made everything feel, my husband and I did not need to worry about a darn thing!

I am from Louisiana and got married in Pigeon Forge.Kristy and her team made the whole process so easy. I loved being able to take a trip to her office and play wedding for the day. I was able to pick out my table and other decor. For someone who isn't a visualizer this was such a big help. They brought all my wedding visions to life! My wedding was a dream!

Fantastic experience: I am a little more than a month out from my May 31st wedding, and I must say, I am blown away by the work of Margaret Claire’s planning services. We went through MC for planning, florals, catering, DJ services, and wedding cake. All areas exceeded my expectations, specifically the planning and DJ. The DJ, Keith I believe, was attentive and so much fun. He checked in with us discretely throughout the night to make sure things were running the way we wanted. He accommodated our wide range of music taste, and accepted requests throughout the night (after us indicating that we wanted requests in a questionnaire). Kristy is just incredible. She worked tirelessly to ensure that every need and desire of ours was met, both in the planning and day- of coordinating of the event. Kristy’s employees were present for set-up on our wedding day- Such sweet, positive, and encouraging women! So amazed by Kristy and her whole team.

Fantastic experience: Our wedding was a destination wedding, so we were fortunate to come across Kristy and her team. Kristy is one the most detail oriented, charismatic, and reassuring individuals you could work with. Every Zoom meeting or phone call always ended with her reminding us if there's anything we think of or need then to not hesitate to reach out. We were impressed with the amount of a la carte style options we could add on to our quote beyond their planning services. This included florals, DJ, officiant, food, and bakery. We did all these things through MC, and the execution couldn't have been more perfect. We had several quote revisions along the way, trying to maximize our budget in some areas over others, and Kristy and team were more than patient and accommodating. We appreciated MC's use of Google Docs/Sheets for tracking logistics and changes along the way. That made for very convenient communication and sharing of ideas that referenced other media and conceptual examples too complicated to explain over the phone or Zoom. Speaking of complicated, MC is very aware that family dynamics can be complicated and they put a sincere focus on reminding a couple that they are there to handle it all. Kristy sat with us on many occasions, taking notes, as we explained our family dynamics, which in the end made for more efficient progress on things like seating assignments. MC works with some of the best professionals across the various a la carte options we mentioned. That said, we couldn't leave a full review without mentioning how awesome Keith the DJ is (bravo man, bravo!). It's important to note this because if you book MC you not only get Kristy and her team, but every preferred professional of hers (depending of course on your a la carte selection). Thank you for an amazing experience from beginning to end, Kristy! We wish you and your team nothing but the best across all the future couples you'll make happy!

Fantastic experience: I can't even begin to tell you how much I loved working with Kristy and her team. They absolutely blew all of my expectations out of the window and made my wedding day absolutely stress free. Their entire staff was amazing to work with and I highly recommend hiring them for your big day. My day truly would not have been the same without them. Kristy was so patient with me and put things into perspective for me when I needed it. I had a very stressful month leading up to our wedding with some health issues in the family and Kristy was so understanding and kind. Fantastic experience: It’s hard to find the words to explain how much Margaret Claire’s and Megan mean to us. As I sit here and reflect on our wedding process, I instantly get emotional. Watching other friends and family members get married, each warned us about how stressful the process of planning is and to prepare for it… that was until we found Margaret Claire’s. From the second we had our initial zoom meeting with Miss Kristy, we knew we found a family oriented and super trustworthy company to help us in this process. We instantly booked an all inclusive package with this company. Then, we met our wedding planner Megan… Megan is everything you could ever dream of in a wedding planner. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to all things wedding. Any question we had regarding this process, she was there to answer day and night. Once you meet Megan, it’s easy to tell her passion and love for what she does; but, she’s not just passionate about planning a wedding, she’s passionate about the people she helps too and that’s what MC stands for. Megan quickly became what we call our “Tennessee Mama”. She was there for us beyond her role as a wedding planner. She often checked in to see how we were doing, we’d catch up as if we have been friends for forever, and whenever we’d have a meeting to discuss details of our wedding, we’d always end up having deep meaningful conversations about life, family, etc. to the point where we truly feel Megan became family to us. Megan cares so deeply for the brides and grooms she works with- she is so invested in making the couple’s wedding day special that she goes above and beyond. She cried with me out of happiness on our wedding day, and I felt the love and sincerity in all of her hugs and sweet messages from start to finish. Often times, she’d tell me “I’m gonna mama you for a minute” when giving me and my husband advice on our wedding and she truly means it- as someone who very clearly has never planned a wedding before, I felt so confident in her abilities and trusted her fully to help us make smart cost efficient choices.. and when I’d have an idea on something to do for decor, food, etc., Megan was always there and instantly knew what I was envisioning. Then it came to wedding day…. And my goodness… our wedding and visions for that day came to life and completely exceeded all expectations. We couldn’t believe the work that the entire company put into our day. Our guests couldn’t believe how gorgeous the flower arrangements and decor were, how delicious the food was, and how involved each member of MCs was on our day. MCs does weddings so often you wouldn’t believe, and somehow they find a way to dive in and make each couple feel like they’re the only ones this company works with. That’s how dedicated they are. That just goes to show how much they care. I truly could go on for days about our experience and how wonderful everything was… but I’ll leave it at this: There should be no doubt when doing your research and reading reviews that you will fall in the right hands when you book with Margaret Claire’s. If you’re considering, just do it. Not only will your wedding day go as smooth as butter, but you’ll make friends with this company to last a lifetime. Your guests will talk about your wedding for ages.. and speaking from a brides perspective, the stress of planning will be lifted off your shoulders because this company knows what they are doing and they do it so well. Fantastic experience: I would HIGHLY recommend booking this company ASAP for your wedding! I booked them for my out-of-town wedding because they provided a whole range of services, from catering to DJ, and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I booked a little over a year out and was able to communicate with my designated team through formal meetings as well as informal texts. I was able to give my team inspiration pictures and ideas, and they did all of the work. On the day of the wedding, Kristy and her team did EVERYTHING--set up, clean up, MC, etc.. My husband and I were able to enjoy the entire night without single worry. Margaret Claire played a HUGE role on our special day and we could not have done it without them.

Everything from the decor to the dessert was excellent! The space itself is beautiful and the decor was both welcoming and elegant. We were so happy that we made the choice to add the hors d'oeuvres because the charcuterie display was amazing! Our dinner was exceptional, everything was prepared to perfection. Being a control freak myself, the idea of handing the details over to you was frightening but you were able to immediately "read my mind" and produced exactly what I had envisioned. Fantastic experience: I was absolutely horrible about picking things. Details, things I wanted, what to do or choose. I had no vision. Kristy took what me and my now husband liked, our interests, personalities and ran with it. Our wedding was something from a dream or a movie. Not only was it beautiful, but she took all of our stress from us. All we had to do was show up. She handled everything up until the second we left. They offer so much, even wedding cakes (which was also breathtaking), and for a good price. 10/10, 100%!!

My dad passed away unexpectedly in a routine procedure a few months before our wedding and I completely withdrew myself from wedding planning (Which I didn't really seem to realize until after the wedding). With what little information I gave Kristy of what I liked and didn't like for our big day she took it and made my DREAM fairytale wedding. My husband and I have talked about our wedding every day for the past two weeks and there is not ONE thing, to the smallest detail, that we would have changed. Kristy and her team worked tirelessly but in such fashion on our wedding day. They gave my family something to look forward to every time we met leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day after losing my dad. Fantastic experience: Truly the Best Day Ever, Thanks to Margaret Claire's! Several months after our daughter’s wedding, and we still can’t believe how absolutely PERFECT it all was—and that had everything to do with Margaret Claire’s and our incredible planner, Megan. My daughter and her now-husband had a pretty clear vision of how they wanted their wedding to be, and I can honestly say that MC made their dreams reality. I cannot express how many times I heard: “This is the best wedding ever! ” from our wedding guests. The most beautiful, the most fun, the best food… on and on. In short, it was a magical day from start to finish. And we were all completely relaxed. All day. Megan told me from the beginning that her job was to make sure I, the mother of the bride, had nothing to do on the wedding day but enjoy it. I cannot express what a gift this was! I was with my daughter all day, delighting in every minute from start to finish without worrying about decorating or directing people or setting up or cleaning up one single thing. And that’s just on the wedding day! I will freely admit that initially I was skeptical of needing a wedding planning service. I mean, I enjoy this kind of thing myself: planning, decorating, etc. What could be so hard about it? I had no idea. From our very first meeting, Megan embraced us personally as a family, not as generic clients. She took the time to get to know my daughter, her now-husband, and their tastes. She listened, made a few suggestions, and then got to planning. Megan kept them on schedule but with enough flexibility to accommodate their own busy lives. Margaret Claire’s has a whole warehouse of decorations, from table numbers to candle holders to furniture, so we didn’t have to buy any decorations except a few things for the photo booth. The whole Margaret Claire’s system is efficient, flexible, personal, well organized, and creative. Megan had suggestions for vendors but didn’t insist on using any particular ones. All her suggestions were wonderful, from the DJ to the make-up artist to the cakes. The last month before the wedding, Megan worked tirelessly to make sure every single detail was covered. We trusted that Megan was taking care of all the details and would just tell us if there was anything we needed to be doing. I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely flawless the actual wedding day was. I knew it would be gorgeous, but WOW. Megan and the Margaret Claire’s team did literally everything: all the set-up, decorating, every single tiny detail. They made us laugh and allowed us to relax and enjoy each moment. We don’t even know any of the behind-the-scenes glitches, if there were any, because they handled everything. Really, we could go on and on and on, but my advice: do not attempt to plan a wedding without Margaret Claire’s. They made our one and only daughter’s wedding truly the best day ever.

Fantastic experience: Working with Kristy and her team is incredible from beginning to end! My daughter Loren Grace was married on December 28th, 2019 to the love of her life Preston Provins! From our first visit until the moment we left the venue we were so enthused! I am not sure how to truly put into words how well everything went! The day of the wedding was so relaxed. My only focus was just hanging out and enjoying the day pampering Loren Grace and being pampered. Again perfect planning and no details were left undone. Loren Grace wanted lots of unique touches and had a large number of vendors but Kristy and team didn’t miss a beat! Also...I now consider the team at Margaret Claire’s my friends❤️

The MC team always has a wonderful attitude and are such hard workers. Their inventory is so beautiful and works so well with our flowers. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Never knew I needed them so much! I was totally against the idea of a wedding planner until I met MC's through Meadhaven. I knew I was a control freak and didn't see the point of hiring someone when I would be so nitpicky anyway. I could not have been more wrong, though, as upgrading to full services ended up being the best thing we did. As an out-of-state bride, I'd now say it was a necessity. The gift of not having to buy and transport decor, secure calligraphy, and spend the day of setting up was the best gift anyone could have ever given us. It was hands free and yet exactly how I wanted it. Megan, Kristy, and the entire team were lovely, and their professional knowledge and connections to other vendors made everything easier.

Fantastic experience: Kristy did my daughters wedding 4 years ago and it was amazing. She Is there to help with every little detail. No matter what question you have, she has the answer. The week of the wedding we had nothing to worry about because we know that she was going to take care of everything. And she did. Kristy goes above and beyond To make your day the most special day of your life. I have another daughter getting married this year and the first thing I did was call Margaret Claire’s. When the wedding is over, you leave and she takes care of everything. No cleanup no anything. She is truly a blessing to all brides and mothers of the bride.

Fantastic experience: Margaret Claire’s planned both of my sons weddings. Kristy and her team work tireless hours making sure every detail is perfect! On their wedding days all we did was show up. No stress over all the little details that can easily be overlooked. We had no bridezillas at either wedding! The brides were both happy and stress free and both families and friends could sit back and enjoy the happiest days of our kids lives!
