She guided me through the entire planning process with such ease and reassurance, which made everything feel so much less overwhelming. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. Kate & her assistant Katherine handled every detail behind the scenes, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy each moment. Everything looked absolutely perfect and was exactly what I had envisioned...if not better! Her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride—she is truly amazing!

Fantastic experience: Kate was absolutely amazing from day 1. I only hired her for the day of but she checked in with me the entire year prior, helped with my vendor issues, answered all of my questions, and brought some of her own decor. I would have hired her for full planning if I wasn’t already knee deep in DIY at the time of booking. Kate put me in touch with Margaret who made my bouquet and several other floral pieces which turned out absolutely beautiful!

Fantastic experience: This amazing planner and her group helped with our wedding renewal and did such an amazing job. It was so stressful planning from out of state and she was so attentive to every detail and so responsive to any of our concerns.. Even things that were not in our contract, she was willing to help us with. Anytime I had a question, she was always ready to jump in and help me navigate things. She was amazing.

Negative experience: After asking the bride who to contact on the day of the wedding, Kate did not reach out to the designated person one time. Instead Kate was texting my daughter about decorations in the reception hall the entire time she was getting her hair and makeup done. She did not follow through on some things that were important to the bride and groom and when asked about it she blamed other people. I gave her 2 stars because the original Bakery that was supposed to do my daughter's wedding cake lost the order and Kate found a replacement within hours. A blessing for sure the cake was fantastic and it worked out perfect. Otherwise I would not recommend. Again Kate is deflecting and making excuses. My daughter was NOT happy with your service in fact asked why I tipped you. I will tell you what I told her, A) she did not tell me about the texting until after. I was not in the room with her. B) I did not find out about the license not being taken care of until the next day. In which again you blame the photographer or the pastor. C) you told me you would take care of the final thing and for me not to worry about it and you didn't see it through. Instead blamed family. So I was not looking for something different than my daughter. I did not find out about these things until the next day. That's why you got a tip. Had I known then what I know now you would not have gotten one. And I did NOT thank you I just handed you your envelope.

From the very beginning, Kate was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She made herself available for any and every question I had, and always responded with informative answers. One of the things that impressed me most was her deep knowledge of local vendors. She had fantastic recommendations for every aspect of the wedding at reasonable pricing. Most importantly, she helped facilitate our dream reception at one of our favorite restaurants by corresponding directly with the owner and coordinating all the logistics (which I could have never done). It meant so much to us to be able to celebrate in a place we love, and Kate made it happen seamlessly! She made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her as a thoroughly "type-B" bride! If you’re looking for a planner who is responsive, creative, detail-oriented, and truly goes above and beyond, Kate is perfect!

Fantastic experience: Kate is amazing at what she does. Having a day-of coordinator was one of my top priorities for my wedding day, so that my loved ones could relax and enjoy the day without stressing about the behind the scenes details. Kate was in touch with all of my vendors, consistently checked in with me each month via text, and always responded in a timely manner. My venue was going to be out of her usual travel range, but she made me a deal because she loves the mountains. One week before the wedding, hurricane Helene hit and made it impossible for the wedding to be held at the original venue. Kate kept in close contact with the venue, as well as vendors and members of my family to help us make some last minute changes. Kate even took a longer alternative route to make it all the way to our new venue location that was much further from her. She was professional, easy to work with, and kind through all of the chaos. Our day went smoothly despite the quick changes and Kate played a big part in that.
