Sarah was very detail oriented and communicative, helping me make a lot of decisions about wedding day details. The whole process was extremely easy and very well organized working with Custom love. Fantastic experience: Sarah was everything you could hope for in a wedding coordinator and more. She was intentional, attentive, and genuinely made us feel heard at every step. She reassured us from day one that her role was to make our wedding day stress-free -- and she did. Going in, we had some difficult personal concerns that Sarah heard out and explained to us how she had handled situations before in a similar fashion which put us at ease for our big day. When the big day arrived, whenever something came up that was causing stress (and things hit the fan right from the start - no fault of hers or the vendor team), she handled it immediately. We can’t count how many times we would look to Sarah and she would say, “I got you, I’ll take care of it,” and she always followed through. She made what felt like mountains of problems feel small and manageable. Even when our day went awry due to personal circumstances, Sarah remained calm and collected, identified multiple solutions, and solved future problems before they even happened. Communicating with Sarah was effortless, and she truly made us feel like she was on our team. Custom Love overall was easy to communicate with, but we lucked out having Sarah as our coordinator. It is 1000% worth it to choose Sarah with Custom Love for your big day. If you want someone who advocates for you and executes flawlessly, Sarah is it.

Fantastic experience: Working with Custom Love, and having Sarah as our coordinator, is one of (if not THE) very best decisions we made in our wedding planning process! From the beginning, Sarah was incredibly organized, calm, and focused. She went so far above and beyond what we could ever have hoped or expected for a day-of coordinator - she set up multiple meetings with us in the 10-11 months leading up to our wedding that we worked with her to help guide us through the planning process and keep us on track. She was always willing to answer questions via email or phone chat (and as we got closer to the day, she kept in touch with me via text to ensure there were no last minute concerns or stresses). She followed up with all of our vendors during the final month to share the timeline and make sure everything would run smoothly on the big day. Throughout the process, Sarah kept us sane and calm because we knew without a doubt that whatever happened, she would be able to handle it. On the wedding day itself, Sarah and her team were incredible - they coordinated multiple vendors (rentals from Custom Love, rentals from the venue, floral pieces, brought-from-home items) to make sure the entire space matched our vision and executed our day PERFECTLY. They also all pitched in to find solutions when a bridesmaid’s shoe unexpectedly fell apart a few hours before the ceremony! Truly the best team we could have asked for, and far and away the best value service we booked for our wedding.

Fantastic experience: Lush was our coordinator, and oh my gosh, she was amazing!! She walked us through all the little things that you wouldn't think of, she was always available to answer any questions we had, and she always kept the energy up!! I felt like I didn't have anything to think about day-of except getting married. She problem solved when things came up and was a huge reason our wedding turned out so beautifully and ran so smoothly!! Veronica was Lush's assistant day of, and she was so great as well!

Fantastic experience: Custom Love events is the best of the best. Lush was my lead coordinator and she is THAT GIRL!! Side bar- I had a different one assigned at first, and then Lush came in the picture. I wasn't thrilled about the change at the time, but it took place at a very reasonable timeframe! That being said- I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Great communication, asked all the questions, took charge when appropriate, and put me at ease when I needed it. She was so receptive and a great listener when it came to my ideas and vision for the decor. She had two other ladies with her who help worked our wedding day. Not only were they seamless throughout the day, but they all also did my florals for me since I bought premade ones online!!! I couldn't believe all that they did for us to make our dreams come true. 10000% recommend Custom Love!

Fantastic experience: Living in Florida, and having a Tennessee wedding seems daunting, but with the help of Veronica & Beverly & the Custom Love team, you can trust they will get the job done. On the day of our wedding at the Magnolia on 08.31.25, Beverly & Veronica guided our anxious wedding party and ourselves seamlessly. Almost like they have coordinated 100 weddings at the Magnolia. Truly, having them on our team, and not having to worry about things behind the scene was a tremendous lift off our shoulders. They knew how to pivot when obstacles arose and they knew how to have fun, truly the best of both worlds!

Fantastic experience: Marisol was absolutely wonderful! We did a micro wedding and booked custom love through our vendor. They were all on the same page and made our day perfect. We had our dogs in our wedding and she made wonderful suggestions on how to handle them during the ceremony. (Our plan would have been a cluster). A++

Fantastic experience: Hiring Custom Love to help plan and run our wedding was the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Sarah was our lead coordinator and went truly above and beyond to make sure our day ran perfectly, matched our vision and to actively create the atmosphere we wanted on the wedding day. From our first call with her, she immediately got our vibe and helped us find the rest of our vendors that made our day so perfect. She navigated nuance / tricky situations with ease and was always kind, professional and authentic in every communication. We had such a good planning experience we also booked custom love to run our rehearsal dinner at a private estate, which also went seamlessly thanks to Vanessa and Sarah. We used a ton of custom love's rentals and Beverly the rental manager was always one step ahead of the curve to coordinate actively with other vendors the use of the rentals. Beverly and Marisol worked as an amazing team with Sarah on the day of our wedding. We are so grateful to the whole custom love team!! Best value EVER - highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Loved working with this company for my wedding! We used them as our wedding coordinator at Chapel in the Hollow & also for our tables/chairs/dinner rentals for our wedding night! Beverly was out coordinated and she was so sweet! She was very communicative and made sure everything ran smoothly and all the decor we brought was presented in the way I had hoped! Lindsey swooped off and picked up our tables at the air BNB & she was also AMAZING! She helped us move everything where we wanted and she came and cleaned up while we were all dancing and enjoying the night and we barley knew she was there, amazing company, I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sarah was my lead coordinator/planner and she was amazing. We have two children so she was ALWAYS willing to accommodate to our schedule for all phone call meetings and even when I had to reschedule she was incredibly understanding! She understood my vision from the start and did such an amazing job at talking me out of things that she knew would not be in our best interest on the wedding day! I was also an out of state bride so Sarah did an amazing job of recommending vendors and helping me from states away. For the wedding day itself, it was a torrential downpour and she did an amazing job of keeping me calm, adjusting my timeline on the fly to help with photos, and did so many things behind the scenes that I was not even aware of to make sure my day was the best it could be despite the circumstances. I truly can’t thank her and her team enough for everything they did! Truly recommend for all your wedding planning needs!!

Fantastic experience: Our lead coordinator, Beverly, and her assistant Jade could not have executed our vision more perfectly. From our initial correspondence, Beverly brought calm to the chaos and offered dozens of recommendations and advice via email and calls. I booked the day-of-coordination service and felt Custom Love offered the best value for the price compared to other vendors. I leaned on their recommendations for which vendors to go with since we planned from out of state and every person they recommended was absolutely top notch. Going into the final weeks of planning Beverly made sure no detail went unnoticed and asked questions about things I had forgotten. For our rehearsal, we had planned on having a family member or someone help coordinate and Beverly actually surprised us and showed up to our rehearsal venue to help coordinate our run through. On the day of, I feel there aren’t adequate words to describe what a wonderful job they did. I mean truly I just can’t even put into words what it meant to us to have the day go SO perfectly. If there were any hiccups, I had no idea what they were or they were resolved quickly. I also rented some decor and our linens from Custom Love and everything was perfect. Beverly had snacks set aside in the bridal suite for us and 2 cocktails in hand the second we stepped out of our ceremony. I actually only met the bartenders about an hour before our reception ended because someone always had a drink in my hand. Beverly even coordinated with our bartenders to go run and get more of something we ran out of towards the end of the night. We felt SO incredibly spoiled and pampered and my husband and I have talked about how perfectly the day went non-stop. I would recommend Custom Love and Beverly/Jade again and again!!!

Positive experience: For a day of coordinator, my lady helped out a lot in the months leading up to the event! Best of all, I wasn’t worried at all on the day of about my venue and decor set up! She was a great communicator, and when she missed a meeting, she owned up to it, which I appreciate! I think my assigned coordinator is a little new to the profession, so she has some room to grow, but would recommend Custom Love overall! Their new decor rental options are nice as well.

Fantastic experience: Beverly was very sweet and accommodating. She made sure everything I needed was taken care of and even encouraged me to take a minute to rest during pictures. She decorated the table for the donuts and placed the donuts on the stand without hesitation for me during a very busy time! Fantastic experience: For our wedding in July of 2024, my husband and I used Custom Love’s “all-inclusive” package which was a subset of their company called “All in the Details”. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Our lead planner, Yessica, was amazing all throughout our 17 month engagement. Once we booked our venue, she helped us with all of the rest of the details of our big day. As someone who struggles to make decisions, Yessica made this process so easy and fun! She provided us with great options for catering, DJ, officiants, florals, etc. that all fit well within our budget. On our wedding day, she and her team were absolute rockstars. My husband and I were able to just relax and fully enjoy our day completely stress-free knowing that we were in such good hands. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the day went. We would absolutely recommend using Custom Love and All in the Details for your big day!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend a better planning group than Custom Love! Veronica was our coordinator, and from the start she was on top of every detail. We live in Florida and planned our destination wedding all remote, having multiple phone calls, text and emails to plan the perfect day. She ensured my vision was brought to life and perfected every detail. The planning process was smooth and easy. Day of she was at the venue prepared, set up the entire ceremony and reception hall for us. I did not have to lift a finger. She got all the guest tables, decorations, everything just perfect. Fantastic experience: I could write an entire book on my experience with Lush from the Custom Love team but I will try to summarize instead! This was the easiest and most seamless wedding I think I have ever been to (which may be biased since it was mine, lol) and all the guests are still talking about how smooth it was. Some of the comments we got were that it was never boring, things were always moving, and they saw Lush going nonstop making sure everything was perfect. As far as interacting with her as the bride and groom, she really felt as though she became a friend. She was in constant communication and made sure we always knew what was happening and what was needed up to the wedding day itself. You will not regret working with this company for any event, especially a wedding! Do yourself a favor and let them help you relax and enjoy.

Fantastic experience: Beth and her entire Custom Love team were an absolute dream to work with and completely exceeded my expectations! Beth was my day-of wedding coordinator at Mountain Mist Farms and she made sure the day went smoothly. The month before my wedding she created the ideal timeline and was very responsive to my endless wedding planning questions. She even called all my vendors the week before to verify arrival times and final details. On the day of, she did a beautiful job of decorating the venue and making sure everything and everybody was where they were supposed to be. We had a huge bridal party and a lot of family, so that was definitely an undertaking. She even made sure to find our elderly family members appropriate seating and served them dinner. She had our favorite food and drinks ready for us, and even packed up my car when the night was over. It was truly an stress-free day, all thanks to Beth.

She caught up to speed on everything super quickly, was very knowledgeable and helped guide us when we didn’t know which direction to go in. We are wedding vendors as well, so we were at The Magnolia in Pigeon Forge, TN, with Carrie's team, playing music for ceremony and cocktail hour. She was wonderfully accommodating. We booked Yessica as a day of planner for our wedding at the end of April and it was the best decision I made. She had great recommendations and advice, and she took care of contacting my vendors and coordinating their schedules. Day of, she handled absolutely everything flawlessly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She's kind, uplifting, and most importantly a calming presence. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the day flow perfectly. Fantastic experience: We hired custom love as our wedding planner and got assigned to Yessica. She spent almost a year helping us plan the perfect destination wedding. Yessica was patient and kind throughout all of the ups and downs of wedding planning. She was never bothered by my overthinking and always provided an honest opinion. On the wedding day, it felt like having a best friend there to support me. She kept me calm and made the vision come to life. Yessica had two coordinators who were amazing as well with day of logistics. I cannot recommend Custom Love, but specifically Yessica enough!!!

Positive experience: I feel 3.5 stars is more accurate but since you can only rate with full stars I would rather give 4 over 3 because I was MOSTLY happy with the day. I would say about 85% of everything I had discussed and planned for was brought to life in terms of my timeline specifically. I would generally recommend the service for the price but I have some caveats along with the recommendation and some advice for future brides to be. I worked with Auburn who was very sweet, easy to work with and comfortable to talk to. We paid for the "month before" package and I do feel once we got about a month out she was co ordinating the venders and keeping everyone on the same page for me. we spoke and shared timelines and ironed out details on multiple phone calls and I felt happy to trust the process from there. Here is where I want to draw attention to my experience on the actual day, however. I feel Auburn has a lovely eye for detail and is wonderful at pulling things together but if I had to define where I felt a disconnect I would say I feel the general wedding details that you often see at weddings went off without a hitch. It was the more unique details specific to my event that I felt were less prioritized. Giving specifics, I felt aspects of my timeline like musical ques were discarded entirely even though I felt I expressed why I wanted musical ques and why they would help in making the day special. I felt rushed through the rehearsal and got to practice only about 1.5 times (lucky the ceremony was the best part of the event) and we did not practice the grand entrance at all or go over musical/visual ques for walking down the isle even though we had talked about them on the phone and they were provided in my timeline for both the planner and the DJ. I also felt a little bit like other particular things of note we spoke about on phone calls was not carried over into the big day, for example, I had mentioned I was only getting a small personal cake topper for my now husband and I to cut at the ceremony and then save for our one year anniversary as tradition while also getting over 80 personal deserts for all the guests to enjoy. The kitchen staff was allowed to cut my small personal cake up into very small pieces to try to give to all the guests, leaving my deserts mostly uneaten and my anniversary cake irretrievable. I also felt very rushed out of the venue...people were cleaning up the place before the last dance had even happened. My items were thrown in boxes unlike they had been packed when I first brought them and some of my left over deserts had been tipped over in the boxes. I had a full hour scheduled to clean the venue before access ended but I was rushed out with my things all disorganized only 20 mins after the event actually ended and I had to borrow my brides maids shirt because I didn't have time to find mine which had gone missing from the changing room. lastly, I would have really appreciated if she had gotten my feedback on how the details were turning out leading up to the big moment because I feel If i had been asked I would have had the opportunity to clarify details and avoid some of this. In the end I ended up feeling mostly like the more conventional streamlined aspects of the wedding went off perfectly and I was overall very pleased...some more specific details I had highlighted and worked into my plans, were not realized. Most of that is fixable, the day was still lovely, I focused on being in the moment, ignoring the things that may have disappointed me in the moment but all of this combined my advice for future brides is this be very clear about how important a detail is. rank them in order perhaps to help illustrate what you genuinely care about and what is more of a suggestion. Communicate this in person as well as over the phone. If you know you have more time don't let people rush you or make you feel like you are taking up there time when its what you paid for. say you want something executed as written in your timeline to help ensure the personally significant details are acknowledged etc.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Custom Love for my wedding this past weekend! I purchased the “day of coordination” package, and my coordinator was Lindsay. I am so pleased with how everything went. My only complaints have to do with some details I built into my wedding timeline that kept getting changed against my preferences as it was updated by the coordinator team. We were coming from out of state for our wedding, which brought a lot of nerves when picking vendors, but I am SO thankful we chose Custom Love as our day of coordinator! Fantastic experience: Amy was our coordinator for the wedding. She was fantastic! She asked us some simple questions beforehand through text (that was just easiest for me at the time), the whole exchange took maybe 30 minutes, and everything was taken care of! I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day. From the procession and music all the way to holding onto my glasses and phone while we took pictures. Fantastic experience: I could not have asked for better people! Lindsay and her team went FAR above and beyond what we asked of her initially. We had so many changes with Covid and a month before our wedding we had to move the reception to a new place. She was on it IMMEDIATELY! Found a place for us within a few hours which is basically impossible in the fall in the Smokey’s. We didn’t think we needed a coordinator to begin with since we only had 40 people including us, but let me tell you just do yourself a huge favor and get one anyway! Negative experience: McKenzie was the person who helped us for the the wedding at the magnolia..we had the worst experience with her. I still am not sure what we paid for because she didn’t really do anything. During the entire event everyone was clueless and she didn’t help with organizing or coordinating anything! I usually don’t write reviews but felt like I had to since this was an absolutely terrible experience. Out family stood outside in the heat for almost 30 mins and she never even told them that they could go into the in air conditioned room. The magnolia is a beautiful venue but I would stay away from custom love as ur wedding planner. I wish I would have gone with some one else who would have made this easier on us.

Initially, my now husband wasn’t sure that this was a service we needed. After some convincing we decided to at least talk to some coordinators. I know not everything could have went perfectly at my wedding, but if something did go wrong it never got to me! Fantastic experience: It is amazing how stressful planning a wedding on your own can be. It is even more so stressful to help someone else plan theirs. Lindsay and Nick made sure that none of the stress was on me, and they never showed stress on their faces. That was the most important thing for me and my husband.
