Throughout the entire process, Kendall was incredible to work with. She brought a sense of calm, organization, open mindedness, and strong communication that made everything feel manageable and well thought out from start to finish. On the wedding day itself, everything felt seamless, which is a direct reflection of the preparation and care Kendall and her team put in behind the scenes. Most importantly, I cannot thank Kendall enough for being such a great partner to my now wife. She was truly an extension of our team, offering guidance, thoughtful advice, and support every step of the way. If you are considering Keestone Events, especially Kendall Birchfield, you will not regret it. They genuinely care about your experience and will go above and beyond to make your event special.

Fantastic experience: My parents and I truly cannot say enough good things about Kendall from Keestone Events. She was an absolute dream to work with and made our wedding day even more magical than I could have imagined. From the very beginning, Kendall was calm, thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly easy to work with. We always could count on her to reach out to vendors and follow up with us about questions we had. She never pushed us in directions that didn’t feel right for us, but when we needed guidance, her advice was spot-on. She was also very collaborative and respectful of the vendors we chose, which made the entire planning process feel seamless. On the wedding day itself, there was absolutely no stress. Kendall truly went above and beyond, even coordinating a last-minute IV appointment for me hours before we were starting photos. She made multiple trips back and forth to the venue to ensure everything was perfectly set, collected everything at the end of the night for us, and handled every detail with such care and precision. What stood out most was how organized and ahead of everything she was. In the final weeks leading up to the wedding, we had nothing to worry about—just pure excitement—which is entirely a testament to her preparation and dedication. Kendall is exceptional at what she does, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side. I have always heard of things going wrong at weddings, but I can confidently say nothing went wrong on our wedding day. Kendall caught mistakes with vendors before they could happen and was prepared for everything. Our wedding was truly the most special day, and I have no doubt, that it was hugely because we had Kendall helping us make it a reality. We are endlessly grateful!!

Fantastic experience: I work for a large, national senior living operator and Keestone Events helped us put on a awards ceremony that brought in over 200 people from all ends of the country - to Dallas. We only had 3 months of planning time and I can't speak more highly of Stephanie and the Keestone crew. They were amazing and truly wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of my best friends recommended Keestone Events as she knew the owner, Sara Kee, from high school! Throughout the consultation process, I was beyond impressed with Tzahhia and the team at Keestone Events. I decided to move forward with Keestone Events because they have handled many different kinds of weddings, are well respected in the wedding industry, and have a top-notch communication style. They also have a team of wedding planners and assistants, so I felt reassured that there would be coverage for any situation that might arise. After watching Tzahhia’s introduction video, I immediately felt a sense of calm, fun, and excitement for the wedding planning process. The initial call with Tzahhia further confirmed all the vibes I needed to keep myself motivated and excited for my wedding! I cannot say enough praise and positive compliments of Tzahhia. Throughout the entire 1.5 years of planning, Tzahhia was with me every step of the way. I admired her design flair, professionalism, communication skills, and overall calming yet fun personality! Whatever question I had, Tzahhia would give me all the options and also other things to consider. She ensured the process was never imposing and always did her best to help bring my ideal wedding vision to life with what was best for the event. On my wedding day, I did not get enough sleep at all. Tzahhia calmly handled all the logistics and communications with the vendors. She handled all communication and checked in on me to ensure I was doing okay throughout the day. She was doing all this while being a little over eight months pregnant! She helped me feel supported, from fluffing my dress right before the ceremony to the sparkler exit. One thing I want to highlight is to showcase Tzahhia’s ability to handle any situation. (Without my knowledge during my wedding, I only learned about this the day after!): our wedding cake was ruined entirely because our drivers got into an accident on the way to our venue! Tzahhia handled the communication with the bakery and managed to get our wedding cake to the venue on time for the cake cutting. My now-husband and I didn’t notice that the cake wasn’t even missing at the venue; we were happily blissfully cutting it when Tzahhia told us it was time to cut it! How freaking amazing is that! Tzahhia completely averted the disaster. Now that is what I call one hell of a wedding planner. If you are still debating between Keestone Events and another wedding planner, I will pick Keestone Events every time. Thank you again, Tzahhia and the Keestone Events team, for making our wedding day perfect. And we get to relive that perfect day through photos/videos for days to come. *chef’s kiss* PERFECTION!

Fantastic experience: Truly, I don’t know what I would have done without the help, guidance, inspiration, and support that I received from Tzahhia and the Keestone team throughout the timeline of my wedding season. I originally was not sure about using a wedding planner–thinking that I could do it all on my own–and it is now my BIGGEST recommendation to friends and family who are preparing for their wedding to hire a wedding planner, specifically Keestone! Tzahhia was my wedding planner, and I am SO thankful to have worked with her. She is so incredibly talented and creative, and she always provided such valuable feedback on decisions and elements that I wanted to incorporate. She is so kind, so thoughtful, and our check-in meetings were always a highlight of my week! She did everything possible to ensure that our wedding day was exactly what I had dreamed up in my head–and I can say with full honesty that it was even better than what I had hoped for. My husband and I are a military couple, which brought its own level of changes and obstacles that would normally complicate the wedding planning process, but Tzahhia and her team took every change and every need in stride and with such grace. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of her and the whole team. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner–DO IT and book with Keestone!!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience with Stephanie Roper with Keestone events! Stephanie helped us plan our November 2025 wedding in Frisco, TX, and I can't say enough. Stephanie was responsive and organized. We had weekly meetings, and she communicated with our vendors so that we would not have to handle the small details/logistics. She helped us save on costs for the wedding in ways that more than made up for the cost of wedding planning services. The wedding day itself went smoothly, and Stephanie handled all the logistics in a way that my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything. She seemed so genuinely happy for us. Fantastic experience: It is truly difficult to put into words how impactful and how amazing Kendall Birchfield and Keestone was to our wedding day. As two people who were working long schedules, Kendall had so much patience with us but also the ability to coach us along the journey to our wedding day. Kendall also is one-stop shop who had connections to any and every vendor to make sure you had the wedding day of your dreams (literally). What’s also notable is Kendall has a deep understanding of how the vendors should all work together so that the wedding day goes as smoothly as possible. From weaving the theme intricately into all of wedding day planning (menu, staging, flowers, etc.) to making sure the vendors were cohesive, she did what few wedding planners are capable of. Amazingly, only months before the wedding, when my now wife and I were having trouble forming a concrete vision of our wedding, Kendall came in with amazing suggestions that helped make everything fall into place and make it the dream we wanted. You’ll be extremely fortunate to get to work with Keestone if you’re able, and doubly so if you get to work with Kendall. She became our friend throughout the entire process and to say we’re so grateful for her and everything she helped us with is an understatement.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie Roper was exactly who we needed to plan our wedding day! She was always professional, prompt, very communicative, & an amazing listener. We chose the 6 months planning package and I’m SO glad we had her help starting at 6 months. There were so many details that she thought of for us or made our ideas come to life. In the beginning, we had video calls 2x a month with updates and to-do lists for Stephanie and us. Then as we approached wedding day, the calls were weekly. Each call began & ended on time. Stephanie began the calls with listening to what we had to say and ask. Then she followed up with her own agenda items. On wedding day, Stephanie was SO amazing! If we asked for something, she had an immediate solution. She kept us on schedule but didn’t rush us through our evening. Her assistants were very helpful as well! My dad even thanked her during his speech! I highly recommend Keestone and specifically Stephanie. She is patient, honest, great listener, quick thinker, and kind.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start, the Keestone team is hands down, THE BEST planning group in all DFW. Every single detail, they have it taken care of. Sarah made us feel like the most important clients, always answered emails and messages. She kept in touch with every vendor, confirmed our timelines, items etc. she was so so so organized, it was unbelievable. She knew exactly what questions to ask, that I did not ever think of - even a scheduling lunch for us while getting ready. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about this group. I planned and hosted my daughters 1st birthday party and then decided I wanted to enjoy the party and the guests rather than "work" the event. The following year I searched for someone that could help me execute my vision with little involvement from me, besides answering questions. I was referred to Sarah and we started our birthday party journey. We just completed birthday #6 with Keestone and it was wonderful and just what we wanted. We have had several other needs over the past several years (company parties, funerals, etc) and each time I can text Sarah and she and the group get's it all handled. We are already planning for birthday party #7 for next October with Keestone!

Fantastic experience: I think we'd both heard a lot of stories about wedding planning being very stressful and difficult to manage. We really, really didn't want that and thought that hiring a planner was going to go a long way towards helping us to enjoy the experience and minimize the stress. We also really wanted a destination wedding with multiple weekend events, so thought a planner could provide logistical, administrative, and creative support. We are so glad we hired a planner and even more pleased that we went with Keystone! You cannot go wrong with the Keestone team! Pricing-- Keestone is very easy to work with, flexible in terms of putting together a package that suits your needs, and the pricing is transparent and easy to understand. They were also a great resource for helping to set our expectations for pricing for various items (venue, catering, florals, etc.), which went a long way towards helping us stay within our budget. We also weren't being constantly up-sold or pressured to spend more money. Design Input-- it's easy to get overwhelmed by design choices. Tzahhia did a great job of listening to what we wanted and helping to make that design come to life. She always gave us a couple of options and was good at helping us troubleshoot possible issues or realize the consequences of choosing one option over another. Contingency planning--Invariably, there will be a curveball or two thrown your way. Keestone will have a contingency plan not only in place, but executed almost as soon as the problem arises. They are calm, professional, diligent, and positive. The kind of people you want in your corner when you need to solve a problem in a pinch. Wedding weekend-- prior to the wedding, we had several calls to finalize plans and they made sure to get a sense of our wants and expectations ahead of time. Throughout the weekend, they were punctual, detail-oriented, and relaxed. We spent so much time curating the guest experience for our wedding and the Keestone team did a great job executing! We have already recommended Keestone to several of our friends and will continue to do so. They have a wonderful team and were integral to helping us create such a magical weekend and so many wonderful memories.

Fantastic experience: Our wedding was amazing, and it wouldn’t have been possible without our stellar wedding planner, Stephanie Roper from Keestone! She’s truly so great. Couldn’t love her more. I’m THAT bride – with 1 year to plan a wedding, I thought it would be hard, but doable to plan on my own. I hired a month of coordinator and tried planning the rest on my own. I thought the cost of a full package wedding planner would be silly when there is so much social media to hinge off. 6 months into this arduous attempt, I was burnt out. Wedding planning created more anxiety than joy, and it felt like a chore. Cue Keestone entering the planning process. With 6 months left until wedding day, I met Steph – and I could not have imagined anyone more perfect to entrust the planning reigns to. From the moment we met, Steph showed me she doesn’t just “hear” you, she understands you. She captured our vision and brought it to life with incredible attention to detail. Her experience is remarkably helpful (and relieving!) when you have decision fatigue. She stays organized and helps guide you in options, especially when you have too many Pinterest ideas. She manipulates costs/benefits to your set budget to work wonders. For example: a few days before our weekly meeting, I email her a photo of silver decor balls over the dance floor. At our meeting: “After discussing with the venue coordinator, we would have to rent trussing.” Immediately provides quotes for EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE LOCAL VENDOR who provides trussing. Despite doing all the hard work already, she offers tips. “That budget would be more helpful for XYZ because people spend more time XYZ; because the ceilings are too low for full effectiveness; but it’s ultimately up to you!” She doesn’t take the short cut. Ever. She provides you all the options but gives her two cents without being pushy. On the day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly – despite torrential downpour rain ALL day, with 2 of 3 the events of the day involving outdoor plans. We didn’t have to worry at all – Keestone had everything under control. Every aspect was executed flawlessly, literally rain or shine – from changing floor plan, shifting of decor, to the timeline. Random other example nuggets of the fantastic Keestone team on the big day: - Chelsea and Skylar were FANTASTIC. Spot on with everything. Had the right questions (Chelsea with “what drink do you want when you get to the venue?”) and responses (Skylar taking us up the elevator to the bridal suite after stressful photos, and just being the sweetest calm cucumber) - Goes above and beyond for MOB- when my mom didn’t have her reception dress in hand moments before the reception, Steph was ready to send someone from her team to retrieve the dress from the tailor. We received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful and well-coordinated everything was. Days after our wedding, I was solidified in my greatest vendor decision of choosing Keestone. Our best man was talking to my husband on speakerphone, recapping the wedding – I overheard them having a FULL 3 minute conversation on solely the topic of how great our planner was. They couldn’t get over how composed, quick, and on top of it Steph was all day (15+ hours). If even the boys notice, you can only imagine the appreciation as a bride planning for 12 months. Fantastic experience: HANNAH SWITZER!! Hannah Switzer was undoubtably the best decision of my wedding. She was spectacular during every part of the process. She was incredibly organized, which appealed to me as a person who loves Excels. She was very accommodating, which was a must due to my difficult work schedule. She went through all of my vendor contracts in fine detail, identifying multiple areas to cut cost or streamline production. One of my favorite things about Hannah is how she worked to get to know me, so that when things came up day of the wedding (which is bound to happen) she was able to make decisions she was confident aligned with my vision and preferences, without having to bother me on my wedding day. Seriously, cannot emphasize enough how impactful that was. I never imagined it was possible for my wedding to be as stress-free as it was, but Hannah made it happen. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and is an absolute must. With so many decisions to make while wedding planning, all you need to do is work with Hannah and can be assured everything else will work out perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Hannah Switzer- Where do I even begin..THANK YOU. And if you’re a soon to be Bride reading this, hire her. When I think about my wedding day, the first thought that comes to mind (other than marrying my best friend) is Hannah, without her, there seriously wouldn’t have been a wedding. The guidance, help, knowledge, and execution blew me away. My whole life, I had a clear vision of what I wanted on my wedding day. What I didn’t have was a vision for when something(s) didn’t go as planned, let alone, a complete 180 happening.. this is where, and I repeat..” if you’re a soon to be Bride reading this, hire her….” As a bride, my biggest fear was things not going as planned. I chose a venue where outside was IT. Sadly..the weather was not in my favor on my wedding day, yes, I was really really sad but Hannah had control and handled every (literally every) change that had to be done. It was an entirely new wedding in the blink of an eye. My perfect vision was gone and I truly had not thought plan B, C, D would ever surface. LOL, it sure did. I walked into a beautiful venue all thanks to Hannah. She had a new vision and executed it flawlessly. When I look back, none of it would have happened if I didn’t have her and I regret not working together longer. Hannah truly went above and beyond, the amount of compliments I received from friends and family on how big of a help she was, would fill this page. I didn’t just have a wedding planner, I had a friend who stood by me and helped my vision come to life, even when the weather said “mic drop.”

Fantastic experience: The Keestone team was absolutely incredible to work with during the planning process and on the day of our reception. Tzahhia helped us think through every detail, had invaluable advice along the way, and helped keep everything organized down to the smallest details and up to the biggest contracts. I can't imagine having planned our special day without the Keestone team!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin.... I, pretty close to what most would consider the BEST day of their life, tragically lost some of my family members months before my wedding. After the incident, I was completely lost and didn't have the courage/will to face the reality and stresses of planning a wedding. Luckily, I was able to randomly secure several vendors beforehand but I couldn't see the actual day come together in my mind. Out of desperation and last minute (5 months out), I finally reached out to Keestone Events and they linked me up with Brittany G. I was able to work with her as a "month of coordinator" and I also had to add on some tailored planning as part of an a la carte service. The a la carte service is nice because I was able to toss around specific ideas with her without paying for a whole separate package. She never tried to "sell" or persuade me in any of my decisions but was there to hold my hand throughout the entire process. Brittany is so meticulous and exceptional at her job. She is extremely organized and is able to think of the most detailed things that some would easily miss or write off - which comes in handy when you're not a planner at all. She is very passionate about her job and you can see that when you interact with her from day one. She is also extremely accessible and politely frank which is nice when you're a people pleasing bride and your brain is constantly bombarded with intrusive nuances and sometimes you need someone to be like " I hear that but no that's not necessary." She also advocated for me before and even after my wedding on certain things that were missed on my wedding day. Not only was the planning leading up the wedding actually enjoyable with her, but the day of attention we received by Brittany and her assistant were next level. They NEVER let us once worry about our guests which was a HUGE plus for us. They also always made sure we were taken care of. Honestly, she and her team allowed me and my husband to live in the moment and soak it all in. I CANNOT praise Brittany enough. She was literally my compass through the thick of planning (aside from my husband). She is sensitive, listens, and I am truly lucky to have worked with her. She has seen my highs and my lows and I felt that she actual cared for me as a friend. No bride should have to stress over planning their big day! So if you're contemplating seeking for help just do it! Any bride would be lucky to have their own Brittany by their side.

Fantastic experience: Because I'm a type A person and my wedding was more of a small, intimate dinner than a huge party, I initially thought I didn't need a wedding coordinator. How wrong I was!!! There are little things that come up with weddings that you just have no idea about. Kendall, our coordinator, was INCREDIBLE. Organized, such a pro, had my back, and completely on top of everything. There were so many moving parts and logistics that day and she juggled them all... Finding a new spot to put the strings players for my ceremony when they wouldn't fit in the room. Advocating for me with a contract issue that came up the day of the wedding. Holding tables for us for the after party when I couldn't reserve the bar I wanted. She even helped me wrangle my 4 dogs and put them in outfits so they could go down the aisle! Everything was above and beyond. Beyond being organized, Kendall is also such a genuinely kind, thoughtful, and wonderful person - I truly loved working with her. I'm sure that all of the planners at Keestone are great, but if Kendall is available your day, I can't recommend her highly enough. She is sweet, smart, and always calm - she is who you want there. Sarah, the owner who I had my consultation call with who introduced me to Kendall, was professional, super nice, and I knew from that first call that she totally got the aesthetic/vibe of the wedding I was going for and that I could trust her and her team. Thank you Kendall and everyone at Keestone for making my wedding such a perfect day!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah, a month-of wedding planner, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. Despite the challenges of coordinating a wedding from New Jersey to Dallas, Hannah went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our special day was executed flawlessly. From the moment we engaged her services, Hannah demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that immediately put our minds at ease. Communication was seamless, even with the geographical distance, as she consistently kept us informed about the progress and timelines leading up to the big day. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience planning my wedding with Stephanie. I am a very type A person, so when it came to picking a wedding planner I was worried I wouldn't find someone as organized and detail-oriented as I knew I would be. I feel so lucky to have found Stephanie, as she exceeded all my expectations. She was on top of everything and I never once worried about something not getting done, or forgetting something. It was easy to quickly build trust with her and know that she would make decisions with my best interest and the interest of my dream wedding in mind. Having her input was invaluable as we went through the planning process. We really benefitted from her extensive experience when it came to vendor selections, logistics, and due dates for different items. I never once worried that she and her team wouldn't deliver on all we had worked on, and truly felt no stress on the wedding day. Stephanie is an amazing planner, but also an amazing person whom I truly loved getting to know and work with. I would highly recommend her to any bride looking for someone to bring their dream wedding to life, and to minimize the stress while doing it. While I hope to never have another wedding, I do hope I have another opportunity to work with Stephanie again!

Fantastic experience: Words can't describe what an amazing job Stephanie did for my daughter's wedding. We are pretty organized people to begin with but Stephanie was always one step ahead of us which took all the pressure off of us and allowed us to enjoy the process and, of course, the wedding. She also was quick to offer any additional assistance that was needed. She always had a point of view on anything we discussed which was very helpful. And then she found a way to make it all happen exactly how my daughter envisioned. It felt like she was part of our family and I can't thank her enough for all that she did! Fantastic experience: We love the Keestone team! Sarah Kee did full time planning for my sister’s wedding in 2019, so off the bat we had confidence that the team would do a great job with month of coordination for our wedding. Our planner Skylar stepped in about 4-6 weeks before our big day and she went above and beyond for us! Not only is she the sweetest person, but was extremely organized, responsive, and provided us a full guide to feel 100% prepared for the weekend - including to-do lists for us and her leading up to the wedding, packing list, detailed hourly schedule, and more. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had weekly video calls, which were great to get to know her better and ensure we felt great about each detail despite planning our Adolphus wedding from Chicago. The week of the wedding, Skylar met us for the walkthrough and led our rehearsal with ease. On the wedding day, Skylar and her assistants were calm, cool and collected and the day felt seamless! My husband and I didn’t have to break a sweat for the execution of the day, as our vendor team was in great hands, and Skylar made sure we stayed on time even during our reception. She made our families feel very comfortable with the plan for the day as well - she was an integral part of the day and truly the best. Would recommend Skylar and the Keestone team for any event!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Hannah from Keestone and she was amazing! We had her as our month of coordinator and it was extremely helpful to have someone coordinating the final details so my husband and I could enjoy our final month engaged. Fantastic experience: We always knew planning a wedding would be a huge task but never imagined it would require a lot of things at once, hiring Keestone events is definitely one the best decisions we've made and we were blessed to have Tzahhia Coleman as our wedding planner as she was a genuine Rockstar who made this whole process a lot smoother. From the beginning of our interaction, Keestone and their team was very professional about the breakdown of the services, set expectations, listened to our needs, and was very accommodating and flexible through the whole process. For a couple who works full-time plus juggling through med school, Tzahhia was a life saver for us in all aspects. I cannot speak enough about Tzahhia, she was also the main reason on why we moved forward with Keestone events. She's very professional, organized at every task, very honest and her experience was super helpful during the whole process of selecting components. A whole year of planning and our wedding was the most magical and beautiful day that I can remember. From selecting the right vendors for each item, creating the design board with our theme, and coordinating the whole event, everything was beyond our expectations. The fact that Tzahhia was able to go above and beyond to make our venue look so royal and beautiful was the best thing ever. All of our guests were really impressed and surprised with the decor and layout, we still hear amazing things about our wedding till this day. Fantastic experience: Wow I cannot recommend Keestone Events enough - choosing them was the best decision we made for our wedding!! Our planner, Sarah, thought through every detail and, most importantly, she made the wedding planning enjoyable rather than stressful. I can't even tell you how many times people remarked on how "not stressed" I seemed leading up to the wedding, and every single I time, all I said was "well I have an amazing planner." In the final days leading up to the wedding, there was a rain scare and our wedding was supposed to be almost entirely outdoors. Sarah stayed calm and helped us navigate the final decisions leading up to the big day. Reflecting back, our wedding was the best day of our lives but I think it's so special that we were truly able to enjoy the whole process thanks to Sarah and Keestone Events.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Keestone Events highly enough! I am so grateful for the support, guidance, design, and behind-the-scenes work that Tzahhia, Sarah, and their team did to make our wedding the day that exceeded all of our expectations! I had so many ideas but not really an eye for design and Tzahhia and Sarah brought together my vision so beautifully! I am also very indecisive and a bit of a procrastinator and my initial lead planner, Tzahhia was so supportive in helping me talk through different ideas and concerns and gave my the time and space I needed to feel confident in all the decisions while kindly keeping me on track throughout the process. When Tzahhia went on maternity leave a few weeks before my wedding, Sarah took over seamlessly and didn’t miss one beat. This could have been a disaster or at least stressor with a less thoughtful and experienced company, but I felt like I had the best of both worlds having the opportunity to work so closely with Tzahhia and Sarah! Sarah was especially helpful as we came up to the event making sure every little thing was cared for and taking as much as she could off my plate leading up to the big day. The day itself went SO smoothly and we were able to soak up the bliss, love, and beauty of the day without any stress or last minuteness. I am so thankful we hired Keestone Events and especially thankful for Tzahhia and Sarah - they are amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to work with Stephanie throughout the process and Hallie in the last month or so before the wedding, and they are phenomenal! They were incredibly supportive throughout the process, super sweet, and just plain good at what they do. Fantastic experience: I got the full planning package with Sarah, and I am so happy I did. I didn't know much about weddings or the planning process before, but Sarah broke it all down into easy decisions spaced out over several months. She did a comprehensive venue search, which was honestly the part I was dreading the most because there are so many options and constraints --- but Sarah's spreadsheet laid out all the details for each one. I had told her I wanted a kind of east meets west vibe, and she not only found the perfect venue, but also found a great artist to make a custom backdrop for us, engaged lion dancers for the reception, and got us a bubble tea bar. I was picky with the reception menu and the cakes because I love food and wanted it to be perfect, but Sarah rolled with all my weird requests, and several guests ended up telling me that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! On the actual day, Sarah was there bright and early to make sure everything was running smoothly. She was so prepared! My heels had rubbed a little raw spot on my ankle, but she just popped open her clipboard and pulled out a bandaid; later, she produced scissors and tape and extra hairpins --- whatever I needed, she had. The ceremony and reception setups were more lush and beautiful than I had imagined. I got so many compliments from the guests on how well-executed everything was, and it was all thanks to Sarah, Kelly, Hallie, and Natalie from Keestone! I couldn't recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: Tzahhia was an absolute joy to work with. She helped plan our one-year wedding celebration after we were married during COVID. We hired her as our month of planner and to help with our design board. She managed to get my vision for the wedding perfectly despite my scattered thoughts, me being out of state, and COVID delays. Importantly, Tzahhia truly cares about her couples. I felt comfortable expressing my concerns and she was always there to lift me up throughout the process. It was sad to part ways with her because we thought of her as more than a planner but as a friend. Can't wait to find an excuse to work with her again.

Fantastic experience: Tzahhia was the best planner I could have asked for! I originally was drawn to Tzahhia because of her professionalism and ability to stay calm and collected during my brother's wedding (she was also their planner). As we worked together for my wedding, she made sure I had everything I wanted in a wedding, while also being conscious of the budget, which I really appreciated! She is incredibly organized; you will have excel spreadsheets on practically everything you need to know about your big day. She also went above and beyond, from the design board, to the flowers, to executing the wedding (to perfection!). If I requested something specific, she did everything she could to make sure it happened. My wedding was just that - everything I could have dreamed of! She has some incredible ideas and is very talented. She planned things I didn't even know about! I don't know what I would have done without her!!

Fantastic experience: From the first phone call, my mom and I knew Keestone was going to be the best fit for what we wanted. Kelly and her team were incredible through out the process but especially during the last 4 weeks. Working with Kelly in the 6 months leading up to the wedding made it a seamless and stress free transition for me (the bride) during that last month. My parents and I didn't have to think about a single detail the day before and the day of the wedding. She also helped recommend vendors in the area based on what atmosphere we were looking for and our budget. Kelly and her team were great!

And with the guidance and tremendous support of Keestone Events, that’s exactly what we did. Our baby girl had the wedding of her dreams and we could not have imagined it without the incredible team of Keestone Events. So many countless details – from placing monogramed napkins in the bathroom – to having dancing shoes tucked discreetly beneath the bride’s chair – to the delivery of Great Grandma’s special meal. Everything was executed perfectly. As MOB, I gave nothing a second thought and simply enjoyed the day…every single minute. I spoke with five different planners, and chose Sarah because she customizes services depending on what the bride wants, and was transparent - she walked me through her organization process step-by-step. Sarah went above and beyond as a planner when I had to postpone my wedding by 10 months. I didn’t have to worry at all about communicating with my vendors - she handled it all beautifully! She also did a wonderful job narrowing down vendors for me to choose from, and I loved every single one of them. The execution of the rehearsal, getting-ready, ceremony, and reception was flawless thanks to Keestone Events. I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this team! We worked with Tzahhia for 6 months leading up to our wedding. I am an incredibly organized and Type A person, so I was nervous I wouldn't find a planner I could really trust and lean on fully. Nope - Tzahhia was TOTALLY THAT PERSON. She made us feel so confident, sane and comfortable with each decision and piece of planning. She sent us checklists to complete each month and was always available for a quick text, call or FaceTime. Our wedding weekend was executed PERFECTLY thanks to Keestone's Team!!!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter got married last weekend and it was a beautiful, stress-free, smooth-running event thanks to Stephanie Roper at Keystone events. I am the mother-of-the-bride and as a former catering manager I enjoy planning every detail of any special event! However, as the mother-of-the-bride I also wanted to enjoy every minute of the big weekend, and not have to be checking on everything and everyone. Believe me, Stephanie was THE FIRST person I reached out to after my daughter got engaged. Stephanie had orchestrated a flawless wedding and reception for our older daughter almost five years ago and I knew I wanted (no, needed) her to be there again! Thank goodness she was available. Stephanie is kind, calm, efficient and a great communicator--with the wedding party and the vendors. She made sure that everything was up to our expectations and fixed anything that wasn't. In fact, she probably made anything she touched better than the original plan! I was able to enjoy everything and had no worries. I can't believe she and her team could be in so many places at once! One of the best gifts she gave us was the ability to just leave the venue at the end of the grand exit and go back to the hotel with all our family and out-of-town friends, to continue the celebration. She and her team packed up all the items that we had delivered to the reception venue the week prior. She literally drove our car from the hotel to the venue, loaded it, and got it back into the valet lot--ready for our morning departure from the hotel! Finally, I was very touched that even in the midst of all the details of the day, it was the bride and groom that came first in her thoughts. She always wanted them to have exactly what they wanted and needed at every moment of the weekend, and she and her team made everything they dreamed of come true. Fantastic experience: I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about Keestone Events!! From the minute we started working with Sarah, everything exceeded our expectations of what a planner should be... she was on top of literally everything and made the whole planning experience (from meeting us to pick our flatware, to hopping on endless calls with me and my mom, who lives out of state) an absolute blast and took 100% of the stress out of everything. Not to mention she had the most incredible vendor recommendations and reputation throughout the industry and everyone LOVES working with Keestone Events. Starting with a vision board of our ideas, she helped us cultivate the look and feel of our dream wedding. Our wedding was originally scheduled for March 2020, and then two weeks out, it got moved to October. Within an afternoon of deciding to postpone, Sarah had seamlessly transferred literally everything over, and worked with all of our venders (whom she recommended, who were all FANTASTIC!) to make sure we were able to have everyone we wanted, even getting vendors to change/accommodate our new date. It was incredible! We had to postpone a second time to April, and again she replanned everything flawlessly for us. We even had the opportunity to work with another lead planner within Keestone, Stephanie, and got the DREAM TEAM with them both! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Stephanie, either. She didn’t miss a beat coming into a wedding we had been planning for almost 2 years at that point and learned everything about our wedding even better than my mom nor I had. We had about a million and one details, and she nailed every single one of them, both throughout the rest of the planning process and on wedding day. Not to mention she made the day stress free, fun, and just all around perfect. I can’t possibly say enough good things about Keestone Events and I could not imagine our wedding without this amazing and talented team – I am truly sad the planning process with these two women is over! I only wish we could do it all again!!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently did an event with Tzahhia and Keestone events and it literally couldn't have been a smoother more professional experience for the planning stages to the final note. The flow of the event and the information was seamless and everything was delivered with such a wonderful positive vibe. She even actually helped the band push out some cases at the end of the night in order to keep the client from possibly having any extra costs. Amazing. That's a first!! They were very welcoming and constantly re-assured me that they would do everything they could to ensure my special day went as smooth as possible! Although, I ended up having to postpone my wedding until this year, Tzahhia made sure to stay in communication with me over the last year in a half. I chose the month of coordination package; however, she was always available to help me anytime I needed her throughout the wedding planning process. I absolutely loved the fact that Tzahhia was very organized, innovative, and paid great attention to every single detail. I also, appreciated how Tzahhia took notes every time we met and was able to give great feedback while asking all the right questions to ensure all areas of the wedding planning process were covered. She frequently communicated with all my vendors and always kept me in the loop. She was quick to handle any vendor inquiries and review over the vendor contracts to ensure everyone was adhering to their part. This really did place my mind at ease throughout the wedding planning process. Even when we ran a little off schedule, she was able to act quickly and make any small changes necessary to keep the day moving. I just don’t know what I would have done without her! Just WOW!!! Fantastic experience: Wow! Reading some of the reviews on Sarah, I can see that my impression is not unique at all. Like many others, Sarah was the first and only planner we met with and instantly we knew she was the one :'). The pictures of the weddings she had already executed were the step in the door and actually meeting her shut it behind us and locked it. Like many others have said, Sarah brought to life exactly what was promised and envisioned. Based off of Sarah's recommendations, we put together the dream team of vendors. She got us a band that had everyone speechless, literally. And once people composed themselves, I was slammed with questions on who they are and where I found them. It was all Sarah! And she got them for us for half off!!! The best wedding band I have ever seen! Any time anyone asks me about an idea or where I found something, I would just say Sarah. It got to the point where everyone knew who Sarah was at the wedding. She was the MVP of the show. Honestly, I don't trust my decisions, leaning towards fleeting trends a lot of the time so I wanted someone to tell me what would be timeless. My entire wedding was Sarah's vision, I had just picked the one I liked best. So many people approached me about it being the best wedding they have ever been to, and I could tell they meant it because it was the best one I have ever been too as well LOL. It was also a COVID reschedule and she took on the entire lift and shift. From finding a new date to coordinating with all the vendors, she did it all. Don't even meet with her, just sign her on. It will be the best decision you ever make. It's funny because she said I was super easy going, but in truth I am not usually like that. I am a bit of a control freak, so that should tell you that you are in the right hands. And Sarah, you are probably thinking that last sentence is BS, but just ask John. LOL. We love you girl! You are forever part of our lives and memories. The only negative I got from her service is that she won't be in our lives as much anymore :'). Miss you already!

Fantastic experience: Tzahhia from Keestone Events was a fantastic coordinator! Since hiring her in the wake of the pandemic, she was flexible, understanding and supportive as she helped with our wedding planning. Tzahhia gave plenty of suggestions and ideas that were helpful in our planning process. When we made the decision to downsize the wedding due to the rise in COVID cases, Tzahhia easily helped us make the transition in our plan for a scaled back wedding. The day of the wedding, she and her assistant were always present and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to start. Kelly, Sarah, and the whole Keestone Events team are the dream team. They are truly genuine people who want to make your day the best day ever. They take the time to get to know you, what's important to you, what you do/don't like and deliver that plus more. Kelly was so organized, kept me on track, and eased my stress. I could reach out to her about anything and she was there for me every step of the way. She kept in communication with all of our other vendors as well once we were getting closer to make sure everyone was arriving and setting up in time. Every detail and every minute of our wedding was PERFECT because of Kelly. Even when things that were changing the day before/day of, she was go-with-the-flow and made everything work. We also had two Keestone assistants on the day of our wedding who were SO kind. They bustled my dress and made sure myself and my husband were taken care of at all times. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. I can't rave enough about them!!

Fantastic experience: All I can say about Sarah is wow! From first meeting, I could tell that we were in excellent hands with Keestone Events. Sarah is so organized, creative, and detail oriented. She is an absolute professional and I felt so confident that if we chose her as our planner, not a single detail would be overlooked. Fantastic experience: From the start when we first booked Sarah we felt that she truly wanted to understand our vision, and was creative and thorough in helping bring about the event we hoped for, as opposed to just planning a standard event. Whenever we asked questions we immediately got examples, photos, links - more than we could have expected, in response. Her network of contacts, experience, confidence and organization showed throughout the planning. The planning documents, checklists and questions she presented us with gave us confidence that nothing would be forgotten or left undone. We were closing in on the wedding date when the pandemic hit. Throughout the disruption of covid19 Sarah has been a calm and dependable source of reassurance as we plan, re-plan, and re-plan again. Each time we had to change plans she took care of things without ever admitting to be burdened herself by the toll of the pandemic. I am sure she was also reassuring our vendors on the other side of things, because she is just that thoughtful. She even sent gifts to let us know she was thinking of us during this challenging time, just another example of how she always goes way above and beyond for her clients! I can't tell you how calm we feel knowing that Sarah has things under control. I am confident that once this wedding is allowed to take place it will be everything we hoped for because of her thorough and creative nature. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently got married in Frisco, TX (near Dallas) and I'm happy to report that it was PERFECT. I'm a realistic person and was expecting a bunch of little things (and perhaps a few bigger things) to go wrong but NOTHING went wrong. It was a perfect, unforgettable, night. I'm 1000% sure it would not have been the case had Sarah not been there making sure everything went off without a hitch. From the very first phone call meeting up until our grand exit she was professional, kind, and dependable. She made everything easy. Painless. Perfect. She was helpful throughout and very experienced. One standout moment was during the ceremony rehearsal. Sarah was giving us advice and told us if any of the rings get dropped that no one should move and only the best man should go pick it up. I kind of smirked to myself and said that would never happen....I will never be so smug again. Our officiant dropped my ring during the actual ceremony, the room fell silent, and my heart dropped. BUT we were ready! Thanks to Sarah! My best man trotted down the steps, picked up the ring, everyone clapped, and it was a perfect wedding. This is just one example of her foresight and attention to detail but is one I could never forget. Our only regret is not having her sooner as we only heard about her about 2 months out. She took over our planning and made sure all of our vendors and all of the little details we wanted were executed with surgical precision. If we had her from the start we probably could have avoided TONS of stress and heartache. We could not recommend Sarah Kee and her team more. After my initial call with Sarah, I knew she was the one. She was very professional, super organized and her rates were very reasonable for the level of service that you will receive. She was very up front about her fees and the services she would provide. We kept in touch weekly. She was prompt in replying back to emails within 24 hours if not sooner and would let me know if the reply would take longer due to her attending to another client's event which I appreciated. She was super at suggesting different ideas as I needed a lot of creative help to get things going. She helped to coordinate all of the vendors who were all excellent. From the beginning, we knew we wanted someone who was highly organized and had a vision to help us create the intimate, fantasy destination wedding we had long hoped for. They say organization plays a big part in wedding planning and within minutes of signing our contract, our minds were put at ease as Sarah began displaying her “KonMari” style skills. She provided the most detailed proposals on each city of interest, hotels and resorts, vendors, and even added cities she thought would be able to capture the essence of our fantasy. From this point forward, her skills and organization would prove to be consistent and forward thinking; we continued through the process knowing we made the best decision. Fantastic experience: Oh boy, where do I even begin! Working with Keestone Events has been the absolute best part of my entire wedding! Our planner, Sarah Kee, went above and beyond and exceeded every expectation we had for a planner. She is so incredibly organized and easy to work with that by the time the wedding was a month out we found ourselves kicking back and thinking “that’s it?!” Sarah laid out a beautiful timeline for us from month to month of things to accomplish, down to the hourly timeline of the wedding. She helped show us color schemes we never even thought of and organized all the prices/pros/cons/menus of each venue. She organizing your budget sheets, how much you’ve spent and what’s left, she organizes amazing timelines with the videographers and photographers for the day of the event. Layouts, vendor pages, and everything under the sun she has it for you at the drop of a hat! We didn’t forget even one “little” thing at the wedding, not even pens for the guest book!! (Which i did forget but she made sure we were covered!!) We were finished planning so early in the process, that I felt like I could actually enjoy my engagement! When I needed her opinion on a decision she would give it, but assure me that no matter what I decided on it would look great. Fantastic experience: My daughter picked Sarah to be the wedding planner for her recent wedding and I am so happy she did. Although I wasn't closely involved with every discussion and decision, having Sarah there for us was invaluable, and I think her help gave of us the wedding my daughter and her fiancé wanted. My daughter lives and works out of state, which made interviewing vendors more challenging. Sarah is so detail oriented and she got everyone to make decisions in a timely manner. She recommended several of the vendors we hired (I especially love the florist!) As the wedding date got closer, I appreciated how much we really depended on Sarah to handle large and small details that would have otherwise had me panicked at the last minute. I knew that any question I had for Sarah would be answered quickly. The wedding day flew by, but it was not stressful because Sarah was there for us and we were thrilled with our event.

Hahah. Sarah is incredibly detail oriented (if you're as into spread sheets as I am, you'll fall head over heels in love with her like I did), thoughtful, and professional. She prodded us when we needed prodding, guided us with her wealth of experience and strong intuition, and was the glue that really pulled the wedding together. She knew all the right people in the industry, bargained hard for us when we felt things were overpriced or unreasonable, and thought of all the little details that we didn't think of... but were the little details that make our big day truly special. In every way possible, she went above and beyond. I don't even want to imagine what a disaster the wedding would have been without her, so all I can say is, Sarah is a KEE-per. Haha. But seriously, she is amazing. I never want to get married again (wow, that was so much more work than I imagined... and I also love my husband obviously...), but if I did, I would hire her.

Fantastic experience: I was an out-of-state bride planning a wedding from afar, and interviewed several vendors for a day-of/month-of coordinator. We were looking for a coordinator that could handle a fusion wedding of two cultures - Pakistani and American. We interviewed several vendors and were really looking for the right fit. We had a great first chat with Sarah Kee, the owner of the company, and then Stephanie Brouillette. What stood out to me about Stephanie was how calm and focused she was. I also appreciated that she had some experience with South Asian weddings, and extensive experience with events. Another coordinator I spoke to had great experience but was too intense and stressed me out a bit! I really appreciated Stephanie's calm throughout everything. Our wedding had 11 vendors, some South Asian and some not. In addition, our venue did not provide anything besides tables and chairs, so there was quite a bit to coordinate. On top of that, our guest list was around 300, and we were having an outdoor ceremony. I had a lot of fun booking vendors along the planning process, but when it came to the logistics (day-of timeline, scheduling vendors' arrivals, arranging vendor meals, developing the room layout for how the tables would be set up etc.) I was SO glad that we'd booked Stephanie to take care of those details. It allowed me in the last couple months (which get crazy) to focus on other details such as tracking RSVPs, packing for our out-of-state wedding and our subsequent international honeymoon, and choosing songs for entrances/first dance/etc. Stephanie asked my preference if I'd like to be cc'd on the emails when she was taking over vendor communications, and I did. I'm glad she did because then I could see all the work she was putting in. :) She did a great job and every time I saw an email fly by that I was cc'd on, I was thankful that I wasn't having to figure out those details. Throughout the planning process, I appreciated having her as an honest sounding board. There were some things that were really tough to make a decision on since we were having a fusion wedding - and I didn't want to offend or confuse any guests from either culture. It was great to have Stephanie's perspective when making some of those decisions. The day of our wedding, it was COLD (hello, Texas weather). It was somewhere in the 30s-40s Fahrenheit for our outdoor ceremony. We had a tent in case of rain or super hot weather, but no one expected it to be this cold in April in Texas! My mom and Stephanie found a vendor with heat lamps, and Stephanie and her assistants were wheeling those huge lamps around. She and my mom worked so well together, and I didn't even know the day-of until it was already taken care of. I appreciated that. She was available to talk on the phone and email when needed, and was usually several steps ahead of me and had already taken care of whatever I was going to ask her to. After the wedding, we received several compliments on how smooth and organized everything was. Others commented on how stress-free my mom appeared- and my mom replied that it was only possible because she was confident knowing we had great vendors and that Stephanie was running the show. We are still talking about how much fun we had at our wedding, and I really feel like myself, my groom, our bridal party, and our families both got to enjoy every minute because of Stephanie and her team! With my husband and I in demanding careers, with 12+ hr days, and planning a wedding from out of town, I knew having a wedding planner would be essential. After interviewing several planners, I knew Sarah Kee was the best. Her calmness stood out the me the most. I,like most, was a frantic, stressed out Bride! Sarah instantly instilled in me the confidence where I knew she would take care of everything I needed. And throughout the process, she has consistently done so. She has been patient, translated my “inarticulate ideas” and “intangible ideas” into reality, and most importantly had the BEST group of vendors that became my dream team, who brought my vision to life. Fantastic experience: Sarah did an amazing job planning our wedding! We are not advance planners and I had almost zero vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like when we hired her. She did a really good job of asking the right questions and got me to give both her and myself an idea of what I was looking for, and the final result was PERFECT. I could never have done this on my own. Sarah was on top of everything with the vendors, and helped coordinate between them and my mother who lives on the other side of the country. I had been extremely busy with work and took forever to respond to her emails but she was so patient and everything got done with plenty of time left. The day of went smoothly and was a blast - my husband already asked if we could get married again :) and we had multiple discussions after the fact about how great Sarah was!

Fantastic experience: Keestone Events was such a wonderful group to work with during one of the most important days of my life. We had the pleasure of having Tzahhia lead our wedding planning, and she was nothing short of excellent. We did the 3 months out plan, and I can't begin to tell you how much stress was relieved thanks to Tzahhia. I do have to apologize that we constantly were changing things up, and even on our wedding day, we had some last minute changes to our timeline, but Tzahhia was very accommodating and on top of things. She also does some amazing calligraphy work on the side. So amazing that we had to hire her to make our seating chart, which she made by hand, and also our menus. Both were works of art. One thing I would really like to mention is about the end of our reception. Some of my husband's family members were supposed to stay behind and pack the wedding items (such as the linens that we rented) into their van, but I guess it slipped their mind. Tzahhia and her team stayed behind and helped pack up everything and tried to get as much items as possible into my car. For the items that wouldn't fit, Tzahhia personally delivered them to our hotel bellhop to hold in the luggage storage room. This really spoke to me about how much she cared about us and our wedding day, even when the night was already over. Thank you Keestone Events for helping us through such a crazy day/night!

Fantastic experience: Sarah and her team are AMAZING! Sarah was one of 3 wedding planners I interviewed. My husband and myself chose Keestone's full planning services. I spent about 1 year planning for my wedding with Sarah. There are several things I valued from Sarah and her team. Organization: From my initial meeting with her I could tell she was extremely organized and on task. She answers every email, phone call, text in a very timely manner within usually a few hours. She impressed my entire wedding party with her detailed schedule of the entire wedding weekend. Sometimes I procrastinated and she sent friendly reminders of my tasks and decisions I needed to make. She was able to round up my guests and family members to make things run on schedule. Availability: She makes herself available to you and it seem like she is your only client. It made us as a couple feel special that she takes care of us so well. Attention to details: She has an eye for detail. At random times she sees and finds better ideas for planning and decoration. I was truly impressed when we met our Hotel event manager and she was able to describe the number of tables, size of tables, table cloth sizes to the hotel team. She made a list of our needs to hotel for the wedding ceremony and reception and it went flawlessly. Half the battle I felt in planning a wedding was understanding what materials and supplies are needed. Sarah was very professional in this manner she understood what I wanted and was able to convey that to other vendors. Value: She was invaluable in us providing us ways to save our money on low priority areas of the wedding: i.e. menus and program cards. She followed up on reducing our linen count when our guest count was reduced due to cancellations. This allowed us to reduce our overall linen bill. She took care of some mishaps prior to the ceremony with finesse and I only found out later after the wedding. Overall my husband and both our families were highly impressed with Keestone Events and Sarah. I am so glad we chose her. She is worth every penny.

She was the first wedding coordinator we contacted and I could tell after that first phone call that she had her act together--the most important quality for a wedding coordinator! We contracted her for month-of services but she went above and beyond to be present for our walkthrough with the venue and catering reps to ensure everything was complete. Inevitably, we had some last second needs (like a calligrapher) and she was able to secure us someone who could turn around our task quickly! And let me tell you about the rehearsal and day of ceremony! She was invaluable. Her staff that accompanied her on the big day also held Sarah's high bar for organization and impeccable execution. Fantastic experience: Stephanie at Keestone Events was our planner extraordinaire. She was hyper-organized, resourceful, level-headed and consistently surpassed our expectations in every way. As an out-of-state bride, we appreciated Keestone's willingness to design a custom planning package for us that met our needs. We were most keenly focused on hands-on support in the 6 weeks before the wedding and on the wedding day. We selected Keestone in large part because of their flexibility and commitment to customer-service. Stephanie's professionalism, passion for her craft and responsiveness won us over. It was clear from the start that Stephanie was incredibly experienced, exceptionally well-organized, totally service-oriented and a skilled problem-solver! These were all vital attributes as we planned everything remotely and didn't meet in person until the week of the wedding. As the date approached Stephanie provided vital hands-on support and put together a comprehensive plan and tracked every item leading up to our big day so that nothing slipped through the cracks. She stuffed and delivered beautiful goodie bags, coordinated delivery logistics effortlessly with all our vendors, masterfully ran a ceremony rehearsal with a novice officiant (our friend was ordained for the occasion) as well as participants under 7 and over 80 and was prepared with every emergency supply you could ever need. Notably, as we had a small wedding party, Keestone also provided several additional on-site assistants to help Stephanie with set-up and execution on the big day. Stephanie managed this team with her usual combination of grace, calm, and efficiency. We are so grateful to Stephanie for making our day run so smoothly -- and we would recommend both Stephanie and Keestone Events without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was my wedding coordinator and is now my sister-in-law! My now husband and I were getting married in Malaysia and were both clueless about weddings in general. Most weddings there are planned by the family, and wedding planners aren’t the norm. Sarah easily proved how much better life is when you have someone professional taking care of you that is on your side. She took care of logistics we hadn’t even thought of that made things all the more efficient. Case in point – the guest list. Just by alphabetizing the list and having copies for her assistants, guests were able to quickly find their spots instead of having a bottleneck that we often see at weddings. When certain vendors wanted to do things a specific way with decor, she stepped in and was able to envision a far better design that saved us money in the process. Often times we were both overwhelmed by what we had to do for the other vendors. After we copied her on the emails and passed the reins to her, she was quick and so thorough in responding to their needs. Despite this wedding being overseas, she coordinated every single detail and kept us informed every step of the way. Her Chinese background meant she was already familiar with the tea ceremony and other aspects of the culture which was another plus. Even though this was planning for family, her professionalism and poise were brought up by several relatives who had no idea what she did for a living before (haha!). Ultimately we were able to relax and really enjoy the day while she had to work. We appreciated her help so much. Thank you Sarah!

Fantastic experience: She’s a blessing to us. That’s what she is! Sarah is my husband’s friend from college and the first time he mentioned about Sarah, I immediately checked her wedding website and from then I knew straight away that I wanted her to be my wedding organizer. Loved and followed her work. Funny part is that I waited 3yrs for the proposal before I even told Alvin how much I wanted Sarah to organize the whole wedding. Bride and groom that lives in Dubai, wants to have a wedding in Bali and wedding planner is from Texas! Great plan! ☺ Looking back 2 months after the wedding, I wouldn’t change anything. I get excited with the thoughts of that day. The sun and the rain, families and friends coming altogether, all the vendors who were involved and how everything fell into place. All the aspects of the wedding was carefully chosen and planned with so much excitement. Everyone was amazed! Planning the whole thing was a breeze, fun and stress free! All because of amazing Sarah. She has this planning pod that tracks all the bits and pieces of the wedding. I used this mainly for the budget. Although we were over budget, it was nice to know where the money is going. So helpful! To some, weather would have been an issue because it rained at some points of the wedding day. But for us, it was perfect! That day was perfect.. Every little decision we made, we had Sarah’s advice and insight. And we will forever be grateful. Sarah, you know we love you! Missing our meetings and chats.. Fantastic experience: Sarah Kee had my back -- I would recommend her to anyone for wedding planning, therapy, guide, creative direction, vent sessions, friend, wedding day coordinator, connections, references, etc! I was a very anxious bride-- feeling like I was always missing something or not doing enough, and as someone that got married in her family first, Sarah was able to really have my back and make sure I was on top of everything. Constant check-in's, transparent communication, always willing to help take something off my plate, etc - she was an excellent wedding planner through and through. I can rave about her all day long, but to sum it up, if you're a bride that knows or doesn't really know how she'd like her wedding to look, Sarah can help with it ALL, and make it come to life without you even noticing if you had a crazy uncle in the background causing issues. Love her!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and Keestone Events. Sarah has been completely honest with us (which I wanted) since the beginning to the end. When we first told her our budget, she told us in all honesty that it might be a little over our budget (which I had expected anyways). It was really great of her to be honest up front because for me, I would rather be told up front instead of getting a shock at the end. And being on a budget, she always gave us cheaper options that would still work with our wedding. She definitely helped us stay around our budget and we cannot thank her enough for that. We also wanted a wedding planner because of how busy my wife's work schedule is. Having someone like Sarah helping us with our wedding was so helpful and really helped us stay sane throughout the process. Sarah basically took care of everything. She would pick out options and all we would really need to do is to just choose out of the options she gave us. She is also very good at responding to emails/texts and she never gave the impression that we were bothering her (even if was later in the night). No matter the time, Sarah always would answer and respond to any questions. Sarah does everything well. There is nothing she can't do. We also went with Keestone Events for florals and stationery. I think they just started doing their own florals and stationery but we took a chance with them because we trust Sarah and believe in her abilities and creativity. We couldn't be happier as both the florals and stationery looked amazing and we were so happy we went with them. We also worked with 2 other planners at Keestone Events (Jordan and Tzahhia). And they were both amazing in their own rights. Both Jordan and Tzahhia were so helpful during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. In the end, I would highly recommend Sarah for wedding planning. Without her, our wedding would not have turned out as great as it did. I am so grateful for Sarah and Keestone Events!

Fantastic experience: The event planners at Keestone Events are nothing less than AMAZING! About halfway through our wedding planning I decided that I needed help. Once securing vendors and trying to coordinate delivery schedules and times for the wedding day, I realized these were the last things I wanted to be thinking about/handling on the day of my wedding! I wanted to have fun and remember this as a happy one! I hired Keestone Events to assist with the overall wedding design and month-of-coordination. From the moment I met Sarah & Stephanie, I knew this was the best decision, the right one. These ladies captured every important aspect we envisioned for our wedding day, and surprising us with even more! Their suggestions and ideas were endless, making use of natural elements from our reception venue to creative, fun ideas for the guests. It was great knowing they were looking at ways to make your day exceptional, yet budget-friendly. Our wedding day was a hit! I cannot say more wonderful things about the ladies at Keestone Events. Fantastic experience: WOW! Sarah and her team were nothing short of amazing. I did plan most my wedding myself and used Sarah as a coordinator and she flawlessly executed everything that I wanted! I could not even begin to imagine how my day would have gone without her. Sarah also gave me wonderful ideas throughout the planning process, and several of the ideas that she gave us ended up playing huge roles in how much fun our wedding was! Sarah is very organized and professional. Sarah contacted all of my vendors before the wedding and provided them with all the information they needed, even my vendors told me how wonderful she was! She kept the night so organized and that allowed me to just have fun and enjoy my wedding day, she would just find me, tell me where to be and when, and kept the day and night going. As with every wedding, there were a few minor things that happened but thanks to Sarah, I seriously did not even notice until I found out about them after the wedding. I could not imagine my wedding without Sarah's help. She was worth every penny!!!! If I could give Sarah more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Sarah for helping me have the wedding of my dreams!!
