YPB is such a great planning company too, they have excellent resources and everything one could possibly need. Even the things you didn’t know you needed till it’s too late! From the very start, she became our go-to expert, guiding us through the timeline, asking thoughtful questions we never would have considered, and helping us figure out exactly what we wanted for our day. Fantastic experience: Working with Your Perfect Bridesmaids (YPB) was an absolute dream. If you are thinking if you should pay for a day of coordinator, let me tell you that this one is the best. We had a 100 person wedding with about a year and a half of planning time from when we booked to the wedding date. What made YPB perfect was that they had a ton of resources to help you plan. This included helpful guides on budget tracking, vendor recommendations, seating charts assignments, and an extremely detailed day of timeline, to name a few. The biggest help was when we were struggling to find ivory long sleeve shirts for the groomsmen. My husband had talked to custom suit shops and no one could accommodate the sizes we needed. We talked with our coordinator and in two days she had found a place that we could get the suits from. We had Ashley Wittwer as our lead coordinator. I cannot say enough amazing things about Ashley. She made sure we stayed on track the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding. With YPB you not only get your lead coordinator but you do get a second one on the day to help out. At our wedding YPB made sure that me, my family, and the wedding party didn’t have to think about anything. Ashley took care of everything on the day. All the planning and timeline work we did before the wedding meant that Ashley just executed the plan. Ashley also helped remind us to “have our moment”, this is something that helped make sure we really soaked all of it in. I am truly so thankful for all that Ashley did for us. Booking a YPB planner will be the best decision you will make when planning your wedding.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and support from Ashley at YPB. She helped our reception run extremely well and was on site long after to button up details and get us handled. They offer support heavily weighted on Day Of, so we had a balance that fit us for our control needs and ample time to work out details with her on the day. This team is great for couples that are self-starters and will want a hand in all details - they are excellent with a clear list of tasks on the day and some limited support and planning in advance to identify blind spots in the plan.

Emily is an absolute pro in every sense of the word. Weddings can be high-pressure, fast-moving days, but Emily has a remarkable ability to stay calm, cool, and collected—while also radiating friendliness and warmth. From start to finish, she was incredibly detail-oriented and organized, providing a thorough timeline that kept everything on track. As a wedding photographer, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate working alongside a coordinator who not only knows exactly what needs to happen and when, but also understands what other vendors need to do their best work. Every time I had a question, Emily was approachable, smiling, and genuinely happy to help. I also noticed the same positive energy in her interactions with the couple, their guests, and the rest of the vendor team. Fantastic experience: I used the day of coordinator services from Your Perfect Bridesmaid for my wedding this past weekend. My coordinator was Lisa Nguyen and I owe my entire wedding to her! She helped me prepare for everything leading up to the wedding. We had multiple check ins along the way and she helped me solve multiple small “fires” in a matter of minutes during the planning process. Besides wedding jitters, I was not stressed at all about the wedding because I knew she would handle everything. She coordinating everything perfectly the day of the wedding and none of my friends or family had to lift a finger. Hiring Lisa was the best money that I spent for my entire wedding. Please take my advice and hire her!

Fantastic experience: We are so thankful we chose to have a wedding planner and chose YPB. We both have a very busy work schedules and having the Signature package's designated to do tasks, check lists, check in meetings, and vendor recommendations was helpful through the planning process to keep us on track. We got to work with Amberly and she was so great: she was detailed oriented, organized, efficient, communicated well, and friendly. Amberly/YPB were familiar with the Portland wedding scene and provided great vendor recommendations that respected our budget. The day of, Amberly only approached us twice to ask us our preferences and otherwise let us just enjoy our wedding while she worked through any hiccups (after consulting us before the wedding day to ask us how we'd like her to handle problems the day of). She also made a point of making sure we always had drinks/glasses of water or appetizers while signing our marriage license, little details that made the day even more enjoyable.

We got married on an island outside of Seattle at a non-traditional wedding venue (private property) where we had to bring in everything. It took a lot of coordination and logistics, with over 180 guests, multiple vendors, full band - the works and Lisa and Kim handled it all in stride. Very grateful for their hard work in making our wedding go so smoothly. If you are looking for a day-of coordinator who is organized, communicative, and on top of it, definitely go with Lisa!

Fantastic experience: Stacey with YPB was amazing to work with for the last two years planning my wedding. She was my day of coordinator for Sangeet (pre-wedding dance party), Hindu wedding, and Western wedding/reception. It was a long two days of partying and coordination, but Stacey was up for the challenge. I am a type-A bride with extreme organization, and she kept up with me the entire time. Any time I needed help with vendors, she stepped in and looped in Kim for support. They really helped me overcome hurdles I was having in the planning process. Having the rental discount with Arden Event Collective was great and the rental meetings were stress-free with Stacey's help. I truly feel I've found a great friend in Stacey throughout this wedding process. I am grateful to have met her, and so glad she was there to help my wedding happen! There were a few things that didn't go according to plan and some miscommunications amongst Stacey, DJ, and the wedding party during the Hindu wedding and reception, but I do know that she put in 110% to try to make it perfect, so I can't blame her for things that didn't go the way they were supposed to. In the end, I'm so so so happy I went with YPB and I don't know what I would've done without them at my wedding!

Fantastic experience: We had a small garden chic vow renewal with close friends in our backyard. Aneshka was AMAZING. Everything was set up beautifully and we didn't need to worry about anything the entire evening. Even when we realized the rental company delivered a broken trellace and failed to deliver our table runners, she was all over it and not only got them replaced on a holiday, but made them even better than what we'd originally planned. Thank you for the amazing evening!

Fantastic experience: We hired YPB for our wedding in Aurora Oregon and let me say... this was the best investment in our wedding day by far. We were paired up with Aneshka and she was fantastic. Aneshka kept us on track and took care of the day with ease (from our point of view). Throughout the day, I kept turning to my now husband and saying "nothing is going wrong. Today is going perfectly and is exactly how we pictured it." which is due to all of the hard work that Aneshka was putting into the day. She let us and our families relax on the day of and take the pressure off of all the behind the scenes stuff. The week leading up to the wedding, rain suddenly appeared in the forecast for one day, of course on the day of the wedding. It felt devastating but after coming up with a great plan with Aneshka, everything turned out perfectly. I honestly now feel like I can't imagine what the day would have been like without rain. Fantastic experience: Hannah was the best!! We booked with YPB pretty early on in our planning process, and we got Hannah as our Day-of Coordinator. We had a few check-in meetings leading up to the wedding where Hannah gave really valuable advice and suggestions. Hannah came with us to our Arden rental meeting which meant we got exactly what we needed and it went seamlessly. She also helped with our ceremony rehearsal. Hannah was collaborative and wonderful to work with. The YPB planning resources were really helpful as well. There’s a portal for collaboration with a timeline, vendor suggestions, and other helpful tools. Most of our vendors were suggested by YPB. We also received some discounts from our other vendors because we were working with YPB which was lovely. On the wedding day itself, everything flowed effortlessly thanks to Hannah & Miya. She was very organized and helpful throughout the planning process and did a great job keeping things manageable for us. The BABS portal in particular was very useful for keeping track of our tasks and vendors. We're the kind of people who never really had a dream or a vision for our wedding so it was little chaotic at first but as soon as we got set up with YPB, everything became almost immediately stress free with clear actionable items to tackle and a wealth of wedding knowledge at our fingertips with the BABS planning portal they built. Working with them, we put together the perfect wedding that we didn't even know we wanted but discovered along the way while working with Hannah. Positive experience: We had a great experience with YPB. Our planner Mallory was easy to work with and made our wedding day run so smoothly. We did the partial planning package. In retrospect, I think we really just needed day of coordination, because we had a pretty strong vision in mind. We really appreciated all of Mallory's help on crafting the perfect timeline for our day. Mallory and her team executed our decor beautifully and were hugely helpful in packing things up at the end of the night. The tools from YPB helped keep us organized and on budget. YPB is a larger company which comes with some added resources and discounts, but it did make us feel like a number sometimes. Overall I do think they are one of the more affordable planning options in the area and provide great value for the price.

Fantastic experience: Your Perfect Bridesmaid (YPB) was by far one of the best choices we made in planning out wedding. As a school teacher wanting to get married in the fall we knew that having a wedding planner was crucial to help us plan the wedding we wanted. Our planner, Lexi, was amazing. She was funny, warm, and unbelievable outgoing. She was great sending us emails with reminders on what we should be focusing on and was flexible with our schedule for planning calls. She also did an amazing job calming our nerves by insuring we were on pace with all of our tasks. One of our main goals for our wedding was to make a great experience for our guests. Lexi had very helpful insight into what was needed to fulfill that goal, and we had many guests say it was the most cared for they've felt at a wedding. Lexi was highly professional and had connections with practically all our vendors (that we chose independently) which helped the communication progress smoothly. She also showed great care as we dealt with family health issues including a death a few months before the wedding. Fantastic experience: My husband and I got married at The Griffin House in August 2024 with the help of Shauna from Your Perfect Bridesmaid and it was really the wedding of our dreams! Shauna & YPB were great to work with from beginning to end. We chose the day of coordination package and it includes wayyy more than just the day of. They are extremely knowledgeable and it was great to have their opinions and advice along the way. Shauna worked hard to get the specific things we wanted, yet explained why things were recommended or suggested. This was extremely helpful for people who know nothing about weddings. The planning meetings were so helpful to cover things like this! When it came to the day of, everything went extremely smoothly because of Shauna. Without her I really would have been lost and even more behind on things than we were naturally. YPB was by far the best money we spent when it came to our wedding!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Stacey and YPB enough. Stacey was so amazing from the start of planning she is so sweet, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Our entirely outdoor wedding ended up being on the day of the biggest storm of the summer. I’m talking torrential downpours right after the ceremony. Our original rain plan wasn’t even possible with this storm, but Stacey immediately went to work on a plan C. She was able to communicate with the rest of the YPB team (from the top of our out of service mountain venue) to figure things out, and always kept me in the loop with any possible re-routes. While we ended up just sticking it out in the crazy rain, Stacey was right there with us with the absolute best attitude. I can’t imagine having anyone else beside us on our insane day!!!! Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend my planner, Lexi, and everyone at Your Perfect Bridesmaid (YPB) enough. I chose Lexi after watching her organize my best friend's wedding, and I’m so glad I did. She is an excellent communicator, both during meetings and in her follow-up emails. She sets reasonable timelines to complete tasks while remaining flexible and supportive wherever possible. Lexi was incredibly patient with both my mom and me as we tried to align on our visions (and budgets). She absolutely knocked it out of the park and is worth her weight in gold. YPB has phenomenal relationships with nearly every vendor in town, which cuts down on your research time and ensures you get the right people in place. Planning an ethnic wedding in Oregon is surprisingly difficult, but YPB made it their mission to ensure I got the wedding I had always dreamed of—and they did not disappoint. My wedding was an incredible event, and it wouldn't have been possible without Lexi's expert management. One piece of advice to anyone planning a wedding: If you can, spring for the highest planning package. Having someone help with setup and takedown specifically allows you and your family to focus on enjoying the festivities. I upgraded my planning package three months before the wedding because fielding all the questions from my family and vendors became overwhelming. Lexi had the capacity to take on the extra work, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process.

From start to finish, Jessica helped us along the way, often times seemingly way more than we paid YPB, which were truly grateful. As the process seemed so foreign to us, Jessica was able to answer the plethora of questions and never made us feel scared to ask. She even gave us so many recommendations and insight of things she’s experienced and seen to help us when we got decision fatigue. The day-of, Jessica made sure to handle and plan all the things and coordinate the set up process. They provide the most helpful resources including ways to organize your budget, pick out the best vendors and venues, to-do checklist and so on. Hannah was my coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL. Positive experience: I'm giving 4 stars only because I had such high expectations when I hired YPB. The communication was not quite what I wanted it to be at the beginning, but they were still excellent otherwise. I am an unusual bride in that I did 90% of my planning and booking over a year in advance, so I really needed a lot of help upfront. To be fair to YPB I hired them in the height of wedding season for a wedding that wasn't until the following year, and I had only paid for their most minimal package, the Signature package, which is mainly for day-of coordination and doesn't include much planning assistance, but I knew having access to their BABS portal with all their resources would really help me. Unfortunately when I first contacted them I did not want to pay an extra fee to do a venue search since I already had a few in mind, so they told me to get back to them when I had chosen one and then they would assign my specific coordinator. Well that's exactly what I did, but 2 weeks later when I hadn't heard back from them and still didn't have my coordinator or access to my portal I had to follow up again. I move fast like I said, so in that time I had already bought my dress and booked the band and we were doing tastings with the caterer, so without their help I felt like I was flying blind. After I followed up they apologized and said it was a miscommunication on their end and they got me set up with my coordinator Shauna. Things started to get better from there, although I did still feel like communication was a little slow at first, but again I get it, I wasn't the priority at the time. As we got closer to the wedding Shauna became more focused on us and she was really helpful. We didn't need much since I had already done so much in advance, but she helped me figure out all the last minute details, and she's got this laid-back demeanor that I appreciate. It makes it seem like she has everything under control and she's not stressed so you shouldn't be either. On the day of the wedding she brought together all my mismatched secondhand decorations into something magical and kept the day running smoothly. I do recommend YPB and Shauna, and their Guest Tracker and Budget Tracker tools are extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: We used YPB as the day-of coordinator for our wedding last month, and were consistently impressed by our lead planner Laurel’s responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work on our behalf both in the months leading up to the wedding and the day of. Laurel and her assistant made sure that all the details and schedule on the day of the wedding ran smoothly, with minimal involvement by my husband and I. This allowed us to sit back, relax, and enjoy our wedding with our family and friends. I cannot recommend YPB highly enough — they are a fantastic vendor and were critical to making our wedding day perfect!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rave enough about our wedding planner, Samantha Fong Wilson. From start to finish, she exceeded every expectation we had and then some. She literally made my bride cry tears of joy upon seeing our wedding venue for the first time, capturing the exact vision we had dreamed of with such precision and flair. When my then bride-to-be initially suggested bringing a wedding planner on board, I was skeptical. However, after our very first planning session with Sam, I could see that she was already worth her weight in gold. Her communication was impeccable throughout the entire process. No question was too small, and no concern was overlooked. She was always just a call or email away, responding with thoughtful and timely advice. What truly stood out was her ability to weave together our somewhat patchworked vision into a cohesive and stunning reality. She seamlessly integrated every detail, from the grandest elements to the tiniest touches, ensuring everything was perfect and aligned with our style. On the day of the wedding, her time management skills were nothing short of extraordinary. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule, allowing us to enjoy every precious moment without a hint of stress. In short, Sam made our wedding day absolutely magical, and we couldn’t have done it without her. She is a true professional with a heart of gold, and we are so grateful for her incredible work. Take it from a thankful husband and (more importantly) an incredibly happy wife, if you’re looking for someone who can transform your wedding dreams into reality with grace and expertise, look no further—she is the one!

Fantastic experience: We couldn't have asked for a better experience from YPB. Our wedding coordinator, Matangi, was ON IT every step of the way. We had originally contracted someone who ended up being hard to get ahold of so we moved to YPB and were a little apprehensive. We should not have been! We didn't even need to get ahold of Matangi because she was so proactive and always one step ahead leading up to the wedding. The day of she and her associate, Chelsea, were killer, allowing me and my wife to just soak up the amazing day. We couldn't have done this without YPB!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Your Perfect Bridesmaid was AMAZING! from day one their communication was perfect. We had Stacey who was such a rockstar! Every step of the way she helped and supported us. Never did we wonder about anything because Stacey had everything organized and taken care of. We all need a Stacey in our lives, especially when planning a wedding. I was able to really enjoy the wedding of my daughter because Stacey took care of every little detail!

Fantastic experience: All I can say about Miranda, Katie, and everyone at YPB is WOW. From the very start, we knew that we were in good hands with our wedding planners. The organization and attention to detail made the entire process feel straight-forward and fun! The tools that they provide for organization are worth every penny, they consider details that only the true professionals can. This team thought of everything, and I truly don’t know how we would have made it without them. On wedding day, we knew that every last detail had been thought of, and the planning paid off. Not only did they ensure that we felt no stress on wedding day, but they absolutely added to the fun vibes and kept the party going until the very end. We cannot recommend YPB enough, our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Fantastic experience: Amberly at YPB was a huge help! We got married at Mt. Hood Skibowl, and there were some logistic things that were a little complicated due to the style of the venue. Amberly went above and beyond in coordinating with all the vendors. Having her and her associate on the day of was such a comfort. I'm pretty sure our timeline shifted a bit, but I was oblivious because they were keeping everything going smoothly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Lexi at YPB and she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole wedding planning/coordinating process. YPB had so many resources and as a company is super responsive to any questions. But having Lexi for my wedding day created an environment where I could just let go and enjoy the event myself. I was fully confident and trusted Lexi to handle all the coordination and details. I would 100% recommend her and the company for any wedding planning/coordination.

Fantastic experience: I run a DJ company and have worked with the full spectrum of wedding planners. Believe me I have seen it all, and Shauna of YPB stands above the rest. She is communicative but not overbearing, very positive, and just a delight to work with. It was a pleasure working together at a wedding last week at Bridal Veil Lakes. Fantastic experience: We are so happy that we ended up working with YPB for our wedding. I honestly don't know how anyone can plan a wedding without at least hiring a day of coordinator. Our DOC, Stacey, was extremely helpful, patient, honest, and essential to our wedding planning process! Stacey gave us so many great ideas for our wedding day and really pulled the entire event together. I highly recommend hiring a DOC from YPB if you are looking for help planning your wedding and want to stay within your budget. Even though the coordinators are technically "day-of", I feel like the they are very involved throughout the entire planning process, including meeting with vendors and helping with logistics. Thank you Stacey and YPB for your all your help with coordinating our special day!

Fantastic experience: There’s a lot I want to say, so I might miss a few things, but first and foremost: Lauren is AMAZING! My (now husband) and I tend to both overthink things when it comes to event planning, and throughout this entire process Lauren was great at redirecting our minds to the tasks at hand. She has a calming and reassuring presence that I so appreciate. We had a large, multi-cultural wedding that required a lot of patience and being comfortable with new situations, and Lauren has both of those traits. The wedding day went so well, and even the issues we did have (technical, of course lol) were not enough to mess up our day. I couldn’t imagine not having Lauren there. My family isn’t the most reliable, and she was there every step of the way helping me out, making sure I had what I needed (literally like the perfect bridesmaid). She absolutely went above and beyond. If you’re planning a larger wedding or a wedding with a lot of moving parts, seriously, get a wedding planner! It’s so worth it! You don’t want to be the one handling everything, especially keeping track of time, on your wedding day. My only feedback for YPB in general: as someone who hasn’t been to a lot of American weddings, I really wasn’t sure what all needed to be done/timelines for doing things and felt like I needed more reassurance or hand-holding before I was assigned to Lauren, even. Babs is a great resource but also overwhelming at times. I think sending automated emails of “this is where you may want to be in your planning process” would be super helpful! Just something really simplified to help us over-thinkers out would be awesome. I also think the venue research service could be worked on. What I was looking for was your expertise and experience from being at the venues, not necessarily a list (since I can filter on many wedding websites like The Knot). I think that process skewed my views of YPB at first, but everything else was very helpful! I love the resources on babs (once I remembered to get on there and look lol) and how easy it was to make payments. Overall, we’re both so happy with Lauren and the service we received from her. She’s truly a gem!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend YPB. We used them for our Day of Coordinator. We were assigned Joie, who was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was so calm and organized, it reduced my stress so much knowing I had her to help me. I can’t imagine putting my wedding on without her and the YPB team. She was a great resource for finding vendors too!

Fantastic experience: The whole YPB team have been absolutely amazing to work with and our wedding day honestly was so amazing and special and everything I could’ve asked for and more! Our main planner was Katelyn Evans and she is the absolute BEST! So kind, helpful and supportive, while also being extremely detail oriented, efficient, communicative, and able to handle anything that gets thrown her way. Fantastic experience: We hired Lexi Kerr from Your Perfect Bridesmaid for our June, 2024 wedding and she was EXCELLENT! We worked with her for about 6 months leading up to our big day and she was attentive and helped us stay on track with our planning. On our wedding day, we were able to be present and enjoy ourselves while she took care of every detail. Our wedding was absolutely perfect all thanks to Lexi. I am very "type A" and have a hard time delegating tasks to other people, however, I felt 110% confident and trusting in Lexi's ability to coordinate our wedding and she did not disappoint. I would, and will, recommend her to anyone getting married in the Portland area.

Fantastic experience: The first wedding related task I did after engagement was to get a wedding planner, after scouring hundreds of reviews I contacted YPB, I appreciated that they were very responsive and within a week or so we had signed a contract and Kim, the owner, helped me with my venue search, and from there I was paired with Laurel, my personal wedding planner. Laurel was incredible, I can get overwhelmed and anxious and Laurel was always on top of things and so organized which really helped to reassure me that everything was under control. YPB has an extensive list of resources available through their portal, including lists of every type of vendor you can imagine, as well as ways to track invites, meals, gifts, everything. When the amount of resources got too much to go through sometimes, I was able to get guidance and direction. It was also great to have someone to talk to who knew all the vendors, I was personally stuck between 2 caterers and Laurel and I had a discussion and after she answered my questions I felt confident I made the right vendor choice. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, I was honestly without stress throughout the day knowing that even if something unexpected happened, Laurel and her team would take care of it. My guests including my parents were very impressed with how smoothly everything went! I honestly couldn't have done it without YPB! Thank you

Fantastic experience: YPB was the best decision we made when wedding planning! Lexi and the YPB team planned and executed our dream wedding. We strongly recommend YPB for all your planning needs. They truly care about each wedding they plan and take the stress out of wedding planning. Lexi helped us pick out the perfect vendor team, designed a beautiful wedding ceremony & reception based on our design survey and literally solved any problem we ran into. Fantastic experience: We had a bit of a rocky start finding a coordinator that fit with us, but then we were paired with Emily, and she blew all of our expectations out of the water. I can't recommend them enough, our wedding day was perfect and if anything didn't go according to plan Emily was on it and I never knew! She made sure we were met with drinks and food after the ceremony and chased down our emcee the entire night.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I wanted a coordinator for our wedding and we found YPB and they were amazing! Had we known how much they could’ve helped us with, we would’ve booked them from the start. Shauna helped us so much and ended up saving the day on our wedding! She helped us ask questions to other vendors that we never would’ve thought of and took so much stress out of the day for my husband and I because we knew Shauna could and would handle anything that came her way. We were supposed to pick up some mini cheesecakes we had ordered the day before the wedding and we totally spaced them out!! It wasn’t until we were getting ready during the wedding that Shauna realized and went and found the most lovely and delicious cheesecakes and I didn’t even know about it until we went to eat them! Shauna was so lovely and wonderful and I am so thankful for her care and time that went into helping us plan our wedding and making sure things went off without a hitch! Your Perfect Bridesmaid really lives up to their name and we highly recommend them for your wedding!
