Fantastic experience: Hiring Sadie to be our wedding planner, day of coordinator, and florist was one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding! She is very knowledgeable of great vendors, logistics, and has a keen eye for design while being very easy to talk to. On the big day, she kept the stress off of my wife and I. She was incredibly organized and helped us prioritize what to book first and where to make decisions, so the entire process ran smoothly. We were so relieved to have Sadie's steady guidance and partnership. She helped us find our unique style and what we cared about and never oversteered. Fantastic experience: Sadie stepped in as our day-of coordinator five months before our wedding, after a date change meant our previous coordinator had to bow out. Despite the short notice, she and her team did an absolutely fantastic job preparing us for the wedding and handling everything that day, including providing beautiful and affordable floral arrangements (see photo of my bridal bouquet, which Sadie made herself). At every bump in the road, Sadie was smart, calm, competent and friendly: everything you could possibly want in a partner in a stressful situation. We could not recommend her or her work highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Y’all when I tell you to run and book with Vareus Events I mean it. Sadie is absolutely amazing and whenever my fiancé and I meet a newly engaged couple we always tell them to: 1. hire a wedding planner and 2. hire Sadie. Sadie is someone who takes the time to understand each of her clients and translate their vision into action. She accompanied me on my dress shopping trips (a blessing) and helped me find the perfect dress on a super emotional day! Sadie gets that people are the priority and out of all people it is the couple who matters most. You need a vendor suggestion? She has 5 ready for you to review. You need a tasting buddy? She’s ready to roll and give her honest feedback. We could not have made it this far in our planning without the extensive knowledge and support that Sadie provides. Fantastic experience: My husband and I went back and forth on whether we needed a wedding planner or not. After we hired Sadie, we continuously came to the conclusion that coordinating our wedding with her was the best decision we had ever made. She was wonderful to work with, thought of everything, and helped us pull together a perfect day. I can't say enough about how fantastic Sadie is. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone.
