Fantastic experience: It was truly delightful working with Jaime on my birthday party planning. Her approach to the organizing was helpful, on point and detail oriented. She picked up on an invoice timing issue with the caterers that I would have completely missed. Jaime listened to all my ideas for what I wanted for the party, and came up with suggestions that were a great fit, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome for the party. Her communication throughout was timely, and organized. Her portal included records of all communications and I found it very efficient way to review any questions I had. Her day-of team were just as wonderful. Setup was organized and very efficient. All the guests commented how smoothly the event went, and Jaime's team handled everything very quickly and efficiently. I could completely focus on my guests without having to worry if the drinks table needed restocking, or if any cutlery, plates or napkins needed to be refilled. Jaime's preparation with timing for the cake cutting was perfect. She read the crowd well and had everyone served for the toast. In short Jaime and her team were a great fit for my event needs and I would highly recommend working with Jaime.

Fantastic experience: We didn’t have to stress at all on our beautiful wedding day because of Jaime’s incredible team! I booked Jaime as a month-of-coordinator but she was helpful every step of the way. If I had questions about vendors, the schedule, little details, it was so easy to contact her. Her prices are a bit steep compared to others in the area, but in comparison, she did have more assistants working with us on the day of. Jaime came all the way out to the gorge for our venue walk-through and asked questions with the venue coordinator and catering team that I hadn’t even thought of. Jaime connected with all of our vendors to ensure they’d all show up and knew the schedule. There were little fires that she put out throughout the day, her team helped set up and put things in my car (something I was most stressed about -- super big shout out to Liam that probably stayed longer than he was supposed to in order to help us!!), and overall helped make things go so smoothly. Jaime was also super reassuring and kind throughout the day, especially when our timeline had to be pushed back, instilling lots of confidence in us! All of our guests were so impressed with the transitions of our day and how well coordinated the wedding day was! Our day was absolutely perfect, truly the best day ever, because of Jaime, Jhordan, Liam, and Katie.

Fantastic experience: Jaime recommended me as a Wedding DJ to one of her clients and got me the gig! She communicated regularly leading up to the event across all vendors and between clients to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding timeline and coordination. The day-of execution went smoothly without a hitch. She kept the timeline rolling effortlessly. I also want to give props to her team for helping me load in/load out as that was really helpful to me as a solo-woman DJ. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: We hired Jaime to plan our wedding after our previous wedding planner decided to get out of the business (in the middle of planning our wedding). We are not the type of people that are capable of planning such a large event ourselves and Jaime was so great about giving us direction on what items need to be picked and when. We felt very little stress during the planning process because we knew that she had us covered. When the big day arrived, Jaime and her team were very focused and professional. Fantastic experience: My (now) husband and I knew that we needed a planner for our wedding and Jaime did not disappoint. Her calm demeanor kept us calm under stressful moments. Her connections in the industry lead us to so many other *incredible* vendor choices that we would not have known about if it weren't for her. And her experience made the entire wedding day go off without a hitch. She kept our information organized. She answered all of my questions. And she did it all with grace and a smile on her face. More importantly, Jaime's true intention is to make sure that the wedding couple enjoys their special day and takes all the burden off their plates. At our rehearsal, without prompting from us, she told all of our wedding party that any questions on the big day needed to go directly to her and to not disturb us (the wedding couple). Fantastic experience: Jamie was great to work with from start to finish. She was able to take our preferences and circle back with great recommendations for every aspect of our wedding. Planning with her was fun and easy. She was also able to communicate well with our parents and wedding party as well. My now-husband and I were planning our wedding in Hood River, OR while living in Austin, TX, so it was a huge help to have someone local to help coordinate things. Fantastic experience: My partner and I live 2 states away from eachother, and Jaime was a godsend as we planned our wedding together from a distance. Her frequent check-ins helped us stay on track, and she was constantly available via e-mail for little questions we had along the way. Jaime played a great balance between working hard to help us realize our dream wedding, but also gently re-directing us with helpful suggestions when some of our plans or wishes may have been somewhat unrealistic. Without her suggestions and reminders throughout the planning process, many important little details would have fallen through the cracks on our wedding day. When it came to the wedding day itself, we very much appreciated Jaime's insistence to our friends and family to come to her with questions/concerns rather than coming to us. She was very intentional about making the day stress-free and happy for us by fielding questions and trouble-shooting problems that came up throughout the day. We also could not rave more about Jaime's assistants. Both of her assistants were extremely present and available for any questions or request we had, and both of her assistants were constantly checking in on us to makes sure they could get us anything we needed. I felt like I could go to them for just about anything I needed on the day of. Their cheerful attitude really made us feel loved and taken care from start to finish on our wedding day.

Fantastic experience: Jaime has coordinated two of our weddings so far at the historic Balch Hotel out in the foothills of Mt Hood, and we've been grateful that both have been in such capable hands! Fantastic experience: Let us first start off by saying.. thank you, thank you, thank you! The beauty, magic, and joy of our wedding would not have been possible without Jaime. When we came across Jaime’s page on the Vendors of Color website, we knew she was exactly the type of wedding coordinator we wanted to work with. Her visual representation of queer love made us feel welcome, her use of affirming and inclusive language made us feel safe, and the customizable packages she offered for wedding coordination and styling made the process feel less overwhelming. Throughout the entire planning process she reassured any anxieties we had, helped us navigate logistical details that were causing stress, offered creative ideas and insightful solutions, and ultimately won us over with her friendly, kind, and welcoming presence. The one thing we knew we wanted in a coordinator was someone who we could trust to bring our vision to life and help direct “traffic” the day of the wedding. Planning a “non-traditional” wedding from across the country was no easy task and by the time our wedding rolled around, we were both feeling a bit of decision fatigue. When Jaime arrived at our venue the day of the wedding, we both let out a huge sigh of relief. This was because we trusted her. We trusted her vision, her creative eye, and ultimately we felt confident that she understood what we wanted for our day. From vendor logistics, to setting up and styling the dessert table, to event flow, to organizing vendor decor at the end of the event - Jaime did it all! We did not have to worry or stress for a second and that is the best gift we could have ever asked for. Jaime made us feel valued, she supported our vision, she accommodated all of our requests, and ultimately she delivered an experience far greater than anything we could have ever dreamed of for our wedding!

Fantastic experience: We hired Jaime as a month of coordinator for our June wedding at The Griffin House and she was amazing! She is organized, thoughtful and so on top of any problems that might arise! We had a couple of vendors that were late and she did an amazing job absorbing the stress and managing a less than ideal situation. We (as well as our guests) had absolutely no idea there were any issues (which is exactly what you want on your wedding day!!) and she made sure everything was flawless! We were doing most of the wedding planning during a very stressful period in our lives, and knowing that Jaime was there to support us was the ultimate gift. She has an incredible sense of calm about her and a sort of zen-like energy which is absolutely necessary in the hustle and bustle/high-stress environment that is the wedding industry. Everything flowed seamlessly from start to finish and she was so involved with a a confidence that felt like she had it all under control regardless of what presented itself. I needed a spare extension cord which is rare and she had one, naturally. She was just Mary Poppins that night and seemed to have any and everything that anyone needed. Fantastic experience: Our daughter's wedding was 9/8/2023, just a week ago. We live in California and Jamie's help and organization was indispensable in planning a long-distance, destination wedding. The wedding was held in Hood River, Oregon. Jamie's knowledge of the vendors and location was so important. I met Jamie in May, four months before the wedding, when my daughter and I came up to Oregon for a few days. She accompanied us as we met with the caterer and as she and my daughter planned the event in more detail. I enjoyed her calm and warm personality and she quickly felt like a "family friend". The wedding was one of the most beautiful events I have ever experienced. Because of Jamie's expertise and support, all of us, particularly our daughter, were able to fully enjoy it all from start to finish. It met and even exceeded our expectations. Everyone had a wonderful time and is still talking about it!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I went with Jaime Ta Creative's day of coordination services for my wedding last month! Although Jaime could not be there on the day to provide services , her amazing team (shoutout to Brit and Martha!) stepped up and executed the wedding flawlessly from start to finish. We had so much DIY decor and logistics to hand over, but every detail was taken care of-- from decorating the sweetheart table and other venue spaces, communicating with vendors, and clean up. One of the things we appreciated most was how they had our charcuterie cones and drinks ready for our alone time immediately after the ceremony. Jaime provided us with lots of insight that we would not have been able to figure out on our own: what will work in an itinerary, vendors to book, when to book them, the look outs, what's gone wrong in the past, and what's gone right. Fantastic experience: Jaime and her team helped us plan our wedding at Bridal Veil Lakes. Jaime was so communicative, detail oriented, organized, and kind! In the weeks leading up to the wedding she did an amazing job coordinating all of the logistics. There was some potential problems that arose about 5 days before our wedding and she handled the situation with such calmness and expertise and was able to quickly resolve it! I could not have asked for anyone more perfect! On the day of, Georgette and Martha executed the timeline and were so flexible and understanding! They both made sure we kept to our timeline (which would not have happened without them!) and took care of us always making sure we had a drink in our hand and had time to eat! Fantastic experience: You can't go wrong with hiring Jaime and her team! I went with her month-of coordination package because while I wanted to plan most of our wedding day, I definitely was not going to be able to do final timeline stuff and setting things up on the day of. But even though the coordination was "month of", she was always helpful with my questions and things starting ever since I reached out almost a year and a half before the wedding day. We had a few video meetings leading up to the big day which were especially helpful with assuring us that we were on the right track with all of the planning on our end! Jaime kept in good communication with my vendors to make sure they were aware of all the necessary info and were on time on the day of. With Jaime herself unavailable on the day of our wedding due to her maternity leave, her associate Brit J (as well as Jaime's husband Nathaniel) stepped in and did a fantastic job! I had a bunch of items for the reception and ceremony that they set up neatly. They were helpful when I had questions and checked in periodically throughout the night for things like making sure we were ready for our "send-off" photos. They were also diligent in the end to make sure everything was packed up for us to take home. I also hired Jaime to guide our wedding rehearsal, which I strongly recommend you do too. She walked through the ceremony a few times with us and was a reassuring voice so that we didn't get confused or overwhelmed. She took into account the abnormally long "aisle" at my ceremony location and the areas to be careful of with it being outdoors. We were actually able to watch a totally separate, unrelated wedding ceremony take place the day before our wedding from our hotel balcony at the wedding location and their ceremony didn't look nearly as smooth as how Jaime made ours ;) You definitely want to have Jaime on your wedding vendor team!

Michael saw how stressed I was at all the tiny details and hired Jaime as a day of coordinator. Her assistant was with us that day and she was so much help. The end of the night clean up was wild (as everyone warned us) and Sarah was so helpful in that chaos. She stayed so much past her end time to try and help with cleanup and it was so appreciated! I made two amazing decisions come my wedding: the first was marrying the love of my life and the second was hiring Jaime. Fantastic experience: Jaime and her assistant Georgette are amazing. They are certainly the expert in wedding planning and coordinating, and have plenty of experiences. We felt so lucky to have them help out our wedding from months ahead. We had wedding ceremony in a church and reception at a different venue. On our wedding day, our coordinator from the church did not show up. Jaime and Georgette stepped in and ran everything smoothly. It was absolutely a worry-free experience.
