Experiencia fantástica: I don't know what I would have done without the Los Angeles wedding planner David Pressman, of David Pressman Events. I had spoken with three other planners before David, but minutes into our first conversation, I knew I had found the wedding planner I would work with for the next nine months. His patience, his understanding of what I wanted and what I didn't like, along with his transparency and style, delivered the wedding of my dreams!!! And it certainly didn't hurt that both my mother and my husbands mother loved him because he was so incredibly easy to work with!! Thank you, David Pressman Events!! &I will surely see you in the future for the next event we host!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re thinking about hiring David Pressman, do it. You won’t regret it. He was the planner for our wedding in Los Angeles, and I truly can’t imagine pulling it off without him. If I had a time machine, I’d go back to the day after our engagement and hire David immediately, before all the spreadsheets, stress, or emotional support Google Docs. At our first meeting, I unloaded all my anxieties: juggling a dozen vendors, last-minute changes, people-pleasing, remote planning from the opposite coast.… I was on the verge of a full Jack Nicholson in The Shining moment. Thankfully, David cleared every logistical hurdled with grace and always came to meetings prepared with practical solutions that supported my vision. For the first time in months, I could finally breathe. David isn’t just organized and experienced. He’s diplomatic, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. On top of all that, he’s hilarious and made even the most chaotic moments feel manageable. Every vendor raved about him and often told me, “Don’t worry, David’s on it.” He managed each relationship seamlessly, especially with the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, where he’s a preferred vendor for good reason. I’d always heard that a planner is the best investment you can make for your wedding (and your sanity). Based on our experience, it’s absolutely true. On my wedding day, my partner and I were guests of honor, rather than frazzled hosts scrambling behind the scenes. That peace of mind was priceless. David is worth every penny and then some. If you want someone who will advocate for you and bring your vision to life while keeping you grounded, hire him. Yesterday.

Experiencia fantástica: David was a truly exceptional coordinator for my black tie birthday party. He handled every single detail from start to finish and allowed me to just sit back and get excited for my big day. He thought of all the small details that I never would have thought of--like the cutlery!-- and truly elevated the experience to make it feel like something straight out of a magazine. Everybody was raving about the party for weeks afterwards, and I was so happy to recommend David to everyone after that. I know he usually does weddings but in my case, he treated my birthday like it was just as momentous of an occasion.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a true pleasure to work with David on the party that preceded our son's recent wedding. He was, at all times, focused on what was best for us in terms of venue, menu, vendors and overall experience. He worked with the management of the hotel to ensure that our guests' particular needs were met and that we received the most for our money, while still ensuring an optimal experience. He is fun to be around, but always professional and attentive to detail. We do not live in LA and so were especially dependent on his expertise for locations and recommendations. In the end, our event exceeded our expectations. David's meticulous planning made a real difference. We highly recommend David!

Experiencia fantástica: David was a great wedding planning partner from the beginning to the end of the process. He brought in vendors, made a very detailed timeline for our wedding day, and liaised between us, our parents, and any third party. We had a home wedding with a complicated flip between the ceremony and party. David executed on everything perfectly, on schedule, and with a great sense of humor. He was our advocate throughout the entire process, always making sure that we got what we wanted. He even made time to bring us dinner at the wedding to ensure we had enough to eat. While we don’t plan on getting married again anytime soon, if we do, we’d happily work with David again!!

Experiencia fantástica: David is amazing! My now-husband and I live in Texas but had a destination wedding in California at the end of Nov 2021 and David made the process completely seamless. He helped us finalize the details of our wedding, coordinated with all of our vendors and our venue and made sure everything was perfect leading up to and on our wedding day! His creativity and attention to detail is impeccable and he is a fantastic communicator. I highly recommend David for any and all events!

I know because he planned our wedding back in 2013 (which was stress free and beautiful) and he just recently in 2021 helped me plan a surprise birthday party, which was just wonderful. David is a stickler for detail and it really pays off because it lets me as a the party host enjoy the party, as a guest would. I would highly recommend David Pressman Events and will be using his services again!

Experiencia fantástica: This review is a bit delayed, but it doesn't change the fact that David helped make our wedding day absolutely spectacular. If you're looking for a wedding or event coordinator, I'd HIGHLY recommend using David Pressman. While we originally hired David to be a "day-of" coordinator for a 100 person wedding in Hollywood, unfortunately COVID-19 had other plans for us in store. That said, when we pivoted to an small backyard gathering of 16, David went into high gear and helped us realize a safe, fun, and truly memorable day. Furthermore, he and his team made it so that our friends and family didn't have to lift a finger or worry one bit about anything. When planing a wedding or event there are so many things to consider, and frankly, the coordinator in my mind wasn't something that I thought would be that important. In hindsight, having the right coordinator is what allows you to truly relax and have fun on your big day; and David was the perfect choice for our event.

Experiencia fantástica: We celebrated our wedding a couple of months ago, and asked David to help coordinate. The best thing about him is he took responsibility for absolutely everything- from dealing with the hotel to all the various vendors. We knew from the beginning his experience would be important. The whole thing ran like clockwork, which allowed us to completely enjoy the occasion with our family and friends. We wanted a stress free day, and David made that happen. We are very thankful.

As a member of our charity board he produced various events with the organization, ranging from small intimate events to large scale unity concerts. He has a great eye, creative mind, and strong relationships within the event community bringing to the table great vendors and all around wonderful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the pleasure of working with David for our black tie wedding in Montecito, CA. It’s been 8 years since our wedding and we still get compliments how amazing the location, table setttinfs, staff, food, flowers and band were. All this was researched, planned and prepared by David. He and his assistant worked extremely hard during our wedding to make sure everything was perfect, which it was! We had every intention of keeping this special day very private but with our consent David was able to display our wedding in Brides Magazine.
