Natalie’s attention to detail was exceptional and our stunning photos and video truly capture the energy and the fun and the class of our wedding! She truly exceeded our expectations! That made me laugh :-). The band was phenomenal, and our DJ Bryan of Lets Party LA was SO outstanding. The ambience was exactly what we wanted, elegant and class, with a black and white theme. Old school. She totally nailed the vibe we wanted and listened to our wishes of what we liked and what we did not. She also put us in touch with the most awesome dance instructor who we had fun taking dancing lessons with and somehow pulled off a really fabulous dance to get the reception started before dinner! The whole night was absolutely incredible and when I see pictures, sometimes I still tear up months later because it was that magical!!! Natalie is the best choice you could make to guide you through the process and make sure your wedding day is the day of your dreams. We brought Natalie on board after we’d already started planning our wedding, so it would be expected to have a transition period for her to catch up, but that wasn’t necessary. She was on top of things from the day we hired her, as if she’d been part of the team since day one. She suggested things to us, big and small, that we’d never even thought of that made a huge difference for the ceremony and reception, and her contacts and knowledge of the industry ensured that everything we chose was right for our wedding. We did a lot of things that people might consider unconventional or against “tradition,” but Natalie never pushed back and was even excited about some of the different things we wanted to try. She was also both respectful of our budget and very upfront about where we should spend our money to maximize the look and feel of the wedding. If Natalie says you should get the candles, get the candles! On the day of our wedding, Natalie supervised everything from vendor deliveries to getting everything broken down after the reception and even handled some small issues during the reception that we didn’t even know about until days afterward. She also provided an assistant for my partner to make sure she didn’t need anything while she was getting ready throughout the day. Her team was always there when we needed them and had a fix for every problem, including an unexpected guest who had a table setting ready at the reception within minutes. Natalie is also just a very fun person - it was genuinely a pleasure talking to her and getting to know her on a personal level. It’s important to have someone you can trust planning your wedding, and we were so happy that we put our trust in Natalie. Experiencia fantástica: We started planning our wedding 18 months out because of the pandemic, and throughout that entire time frame, Natalie Sofer continued to make us feel special and taken care of. With her guidance, we hired all our vendors in 2021 for a September 2022 wedding at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. She foresaw how prices would change and helped us lock in much better rates than we would have gotten had we waited. Then, even when there was nothing left to decide until a later date, she continued to check in to go over any new ideas and ensure we were all on the same page with the vision for the event. The vendors that she suggested were incredible. She came to every appointment with us, and her relationships with them made us feel comfortable trusting them on such a big occasion. In the end, it was evident they delivered more for us because of their love for her. That is what happens when you use someone who has been in the business for so long. Natalie is calm, positive and never got ruffled even in the most stressful circumstances. She took many late night phone calls and was always available in person, by phone or by zoom. Because of her expertise, our daughter had the most beautiful wedding we could have imagined!

We are both industry professionals and spend a lot of time working, so neither of us had the time, resources, or know-how to make our long awaited wedding to happen. Natalie handled all of the postponing conversations with each of our vendors. Figured out contract updates and necessary procedures to move our wedding to a new date. Throughout our wedding planning, we inevitably encountered many obstacles, including our venue itself being jeopardized in closing their service. During this period, Natalie kept us in touch with the venue and gave us periodic updates, as well as backup options. Natalie’s connection with the vendors were absolutely on the point. We didn’t have the time to look for vendors ourselves so we deferred to Natalie’s recommendations after chatting with her about what we wanted in our wedding aesthetically. Based on our proposal and budget, Natalie came up with a list of vendors whom we loved working with. The photographers, videographer, DJ, musicians, decorator, cake maker, venue - everyone went above and beyond in their own ways, and best of all they worked well with each other thanks to Natalie’s coordinating every step of the way. After over a year of waiting for the right moment, two postponements due to the safety concerns, as well as reducing our guest list to minimize contact, we finally decided to make our day happen. Natalie made sure we considered everything leading up to the big day. The day of the wedding, Natalie went into full battle mode. We chose not to do rehearsal to minimize gathering, but Natalie made sure everyone knew what to do. She was on call at any moment, and was always present and dealing with the next agenda two steps ahead. The event went beautifully and we were able to make a memory we can call one of the best days in our lives. There’s no doubt we could have done this without Natalie’s directions. We’re lucky to have found her, and she will surely bring happiness and everlasting memories to all of the couples she works with.

Experiencia fantástica: I came into this as a tremendous skeptic and am delighted that we hired Natalie on for my daughter's wedding! We worked with Natalie on a "month of" basis. Even though it was not at all a high-end wedding by LA standards and was not a huge wedding (ultimately about 75 guests), the logistical load was significant. Natalie was fabulous - caring, reassuring, detail-oriented, practical, and entirely oriented to our needs. We let her know our budget and she was able and willing to work with us on our own terms. Because she is familiar with pricing for different services and has strong relationships with vendors who deliver quality for a reasonable price (within the context of the wedding world), she was a great resource in managing the budget and in helping us understand how to apportion money among the different expenditures. And because she communicated with vendors on our behalf, drawing on her existing relationships, I felt we got better value for our money than we would have without her assistance. Her vendor recommendations for a florist, bakery, and hair/make-up salon (my daughter and her fiancé had already chosen a venue, photographer and DJ) were spot on! Even more importantly, she was able to take a great deal of stewing and obsessing off our shoulders so that we could enjoy the wedding and the time leading up to it. It was vastly reassuring to know that she was managing and interacting with the venue staff both in advance and during the wedding. There was a graciousness and warmth about the day itself that I simply don't think we could have pulled off by ourselves because there were so many details that had to come together and we have no experience doing events.
