Experiencia fantástica: I truly can’t say enough great things about the team at Stark White. They were recommended to me by my photographer and I'm so happy we got to work together. Jess was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She helped me think through every detail and brought up so many things I never would have thought of on my own. She also joined calls with my vendors, which was a huge help and made everything feel so much more manageable. Because of her, I felt completely prepared and confident going into the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Ravonne and Ada were incredible. They were on top of everything, kept the entire day running on time, and somehow managed to wrangle our large wedding party with ease. Their calm, reassuring presence meant so much. Even when little things came up, they handled everything so seamlessly that I never felt stressed. I was able to just be present and enjoy every moment of the day. Their organization, professionalism, and genuine care really made all the difference. I felt supported the whole time, and I’m so grateful for everything they did to make our day perfect. I would highly recommend them to any bride. They are truly amazing!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hiring our wedding coordinators at Stark White (shout out Jess and Ravonne) was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From start to finish, they were organized, calm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They handled every detail seamlessly and made the entire process feel so much less stressful. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at ease, everything ran smoothly, and if anything went wrong, I never knew about it. (And made sure we were fed which is most important!!) They went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life, and we are so grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness. Experiencia fantástica: From the very beginning, Jessica went above and beyond in every possible way. She didn’t just plan our wedding she replanned it when our original plans turned into a true Hallmark show. Through it all, she handled countless planning calls (including coordinating with producers) seamlessly, always keeping our vision at the forefront. When we needed a new plan, Jessica found us an amazing new venue with absolutely breathtaking views that could also accommodate filming and production. It was beyond anything we could have imagined and truly elevated the entire experience. Her eye for detail is exceptional nothing was overlooked. Every element felt intentional, personal, and perfectly us. She was always available, always calm, and always one step ahead, which gave us such peace throughout the entire process. On wedding day, Jessica and her team exceeded our expectations. They made sure Len and I had everything we needed, thoughtfully coordinated time throughout the day for photos, ensured we had moments to ourselves to truly take it all in, and made certain everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We never had to worry about a single thing. By the time it was all said and done, Jessica wasn’t just our wedding planner she became family. Experiencia fantástica: Jess, Ravonne, and Ada helped make our wedding day the best day ever. I was one of those brides that was very stressed about every little detail and obsessed over everything going smoothly (I mean, I was having wedding nightmares for MONTHS leading up to the wedding). I also did a TON of DIY, including all of the flowers, decorations, signage, etc., and my venue was a fully-open museum the day of my wedding, so I needed a coordination team that would set up all of my very plentiful decorations, executed to my vision, and in a very short amount of time. Lemme tell you- Stark White DELIVERED. They seriously took every little anxiety I had and HANDLED IT. From the timeline, helping me make decisions about anything from hiring a limo to where to get photos, and coordinating with vendors, by the week of the wedding it felt like everything was off of my shoulders and into Ravonne's hands. On the day of the wedding, they executed everything exactly how I had envisioned it, with no hiccups, kept us to our timeline, and did it all with a smile on their faces. I'm actually convinced Ravonne is magic. It was such a perfect day and I know for sure it couldn't have been done without Stark White. Thank you thank you thank you for the amazing work <3

Her calm, professional, and proactive approach made all the difference, allowing us to truly enjoy our day without stress. Once we met with Jess, we knew from the first 5 minutes that she was perfect for us and exactly what we needed. She helped us finalize our design choices, coordinated with all our vendors, helped set everything up at the venue, and so much more. Hiring Jess eased our minds and took a lot of the stress out of our wedding day for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to make our day so incredibly special. We were able to enjoy our wedding day because Jess and her team had everything handled and left us with absolutely nothing to worry about. I truly do not think we could have done it without Jess and her magic!

Coordinating a nearly 300 person wedding is certainly a task and being able to think of every detail that goes into it appears impossible. But, Jessica made it possible. From start to finish, she was there every step of the way, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she anticipated every need before we even thought of it. On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing — Jessica had everything under control. Jessica definitely saved our sanity multiple times throughout the planning process, and on the day of everything went perfectly. We felt like we could enjoy the day and take it all in without stressing. We booked Stark White Weddings for Day-of Coordination, but we got so much more interaction from Jessica than just the day of! Communication throughout the process was very easy. Jessica was always responsive and flexible, which helped a lot since we were planning our wedding from DC. Jessica was knowledgeable and well networked in the Pittsburgh wedding industry. She gave us great contacts for hair and makeup vendors when the bride wasn't sure where to start, and she wrangled our venue point of contact for us when we were struggling to get ahold of the venue. It's reassuring to have some backup on your team when dealing with all the different people and businesses it takes to put on a big event, and on a couple of occasions we were glad we had that backup. Everyone told us that a Day-Of Coordinator was worth every penny, and we couldn't agree more! We would definitely recommend Stark White Weddings and couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out!

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica is the Real Deal. I'm a fellow Pittsburgh wedding planner, and she has saved my butt on many occasions when she assisted me on site in the past. Her ability to take charge, solve the problem (and there are alwayssss problems!), and do it with a sense of humor is exactly what you want in a planner. When a wedding client forget the escort cards for each guests assigned seat (we finally got them in hand, not in order at all, ~30 mins before opening the reception doors), Jess sprang into action and got every card to the right table and chair with time to spot check. She is kind, will give you practical guidance throughout your planning process (no fluff, so refreshing), and will run the show like a BOSS day of your wedding. I miss having her as part of my team, but am SO proud of the business she is building. HIRE this woman!

It was challenging for me to step back from planning on the day and only be the bride, but I had 100% trust that the event was in good hands.

Whenever I was having difficulty communicating with my caterer she stepped right in and handled everything. I was able to relax and knew my wedding reception was in good hands. She outlined every detail and came up with a perfect timeline for the day. We never felt rushed and the day went so smoothly all we needed to do was have a good time and enjoy making memories. She even helped me save on a few items and brought things from her own stash which tied things together beautifully! At the end of the night they were able to pack everything up for us to take back to our house. There isn’t enough nice things I can about Jessica and her husband. If there’s one thing that’s a must for your wedding day it’s to get a wedding planner and I couldn’t have picked a better one!

Experiencia fantástica: On 6/1/2024 I was the DJ for the Liberatore wedding at The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres. Jessica took on the role as coordinator and made things go incredibly smoothly. Her preparation and attention day of prevented mishaps and turned the various vendors (each doing their own thing) into a coordinated team that operated as one well oiled unit. As DJ I attend a lot of weddings and few things can set you up for success like having Stark White as your planner!
