Experiencia fantástica: Alyson was an absolute godsend for my wedding in October 2025. After doing the initial planning on our own, we hired Hello Productions and Alyson to be our coordinator a few months before the wedding to help with all the details of scheduling, vendor management, and day-of logistics. Alyson was so prepared and helped us answer all the questions that we didn't even realize we needed to think about. Everything was so well organized that we had the wedding day planned and ready to go down to the minute about 2 weeks before the big day. It was so amazing to know that everything was figured out way before our wedding day, and then ON the day, it was so easy for us to relax knowing that Alyson and her team would take care of anything that possibly came up. I don't even know if there were any issues at my wedding because everything felt perfect to me and I was never even brought into any potential issues if there were any! All this to say, Alyson was absolutely incredible and so easy to work with, and I'd 10000% recommend her and Hello Productions to anyone planning a wedding in Pittsburgh

Experiencia fantástica: We used Alyson from Hello Productions for our day of wedding coordinator. We were very pleased with her services. She is a very kind & sweet person. She ran our wedding rehearsal the evening beforehand, and helped coordinate details of our wedding & reception, and communicated with our vendors along the way. She & her assistant did a great job setting up our decor, and helped everything run smoothly during our ceremony and reception. They were top-notch! They were readily available and made a point to ask numerous times throughout the evening if there was anything we needed. I would highly recommend Alyson from Hello Productions!

Experiencia fantástica: We hired Christina as our day of coordinator and she was amazing! From start to finish she allowed me to have peace of mind that visions for my wedding would come to life. To only state a few things that she did for us: She helped when we were in a pinch for a vendor, she went above and beyond to make sure not only my husband and I were having a good time and taken care of, but also our families. She called all of our vendors days before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same timeline (as this can get confusing for everyone and changes do come up last minute - it was a huge help) and she made sure my decorations/florals/candles were how I envisioned. I can’t recommend Christina enough!

Experiencia fantástica: We're so thankful we had Christina McLachlan as our wedding planner. From our very first meeting, we got along seamlessly. She got to know us as individuals and as a couple to help create the wedding day of our dreams. There is no way we could have done it without her. To organize all the vendors, rentals, venue, timelines, etc. is so overwhelming, but she made it look easy! Not only did we get a spectacular coordinator, but we gained a true friend. Experiencia fantástica: Ashley and her Hello Productions team did an outstanding job with a 4 days event held in October this year. We can’t emphasize enough the value they brought toward our event. They helped us in the planning phase, kept us on schedule, kept us on budget, helped with fresh ideas and eventually coordinated during the 4 days it lasted. Our guests had a wonderful time. Experiencia fantástica: We got Alyson as a gift for full service planning for our wedding and she was wonderful! She went above and beyond making sure my vision for my wedding day would come to life! She was super organized, professional, kept things on track in a timely fashion, and became a friend I could count on throughout the process! Experiencia fantástica: Danielle at Hello Productions helped us throw the best wedding ever (and based on what our guests have been saying, that might actually be true)! She shared critical tips, calmed our nerves, and made sure the day flowed beautifully by ensuring every vendor was on the same page. On the day of, she thoughtfully arranged all of our decor, ran our ceremony sound, saved us precious slices of cake, distributed dance floor props, and collected everything at the end of the night. Even though we’re organized and had a clear vision for our wedding, there’s just so much that goes into a wedding that we would have been a mess without her.

Experiencia fantástica: Jacquelyn was our day-of set up coordinator for our wedding, but she hardly felt like just a “day of” person. She was so communicative throughout the entire process, answered any and all of my questions in the most timely manner, and offered advice when needed. She was super organized (and helped me stay organized!) Most impressively, she brought the vision we had for our decor to life. I mean seriously, it was PERFECTION. There is not a single thing I would have changed; everything far exceeded our expectations. Experiencia fantástica: I could not rave more about the service we received with Hello! Productions. We did full service planning with Christina McLachlan. Throughout the whole process, Christina was a rockstar. Not only is she a fantastic planner with incredible vision and drive, but she is also a simply wonderful person. She made sure every single vision of ours was brought to light and had suggestions that we took every time because they were so wonderful. Our rehearsal spot fell through at the last second and within two hours she had secured a new venue that was even closer for us. Do not hesitate to book her or the team with Hello! Productions! Experiencia fantástica: We could not have asked for a better wedding, and we could not have done it without our planner Allanah. We began working with her about a year-or-so before our eventual wedding date, and she helped us every step of the way, from choosing a venue and date, to picking our vendors, to making sure everything went smoothly the day of. We were planning our wedding from out-of-state, so we couldn't be there for most of the meetings and planning, and she ensured that wasn't ever an issue. We ended up extremely happy and impressed with all of our vendors, and that was thanks to Allanah for helping connect us to the folks that would work best for our vision within our budget. We touched base here and there over the first few months, but as we approached our wedding date is when it really became apparent to us just how helpful Allanah was. She came with us to our tasting, helped us with coordination in the leadup, and truly worked her magic on the day-of. We were not stressed in the least in the leadup to our wedding, and she was making sure everything was working behind the scenes. Allanah was with us the entire wedding day making sure everything was running smoothly with the venue and the vendors. We had rain on the day of our wedding, and Allanah made sure the venue pivoted. She had everything adjusted seamlessly, and it ended up being a perfect day. You always hear about how stressful weddings can be, and we're thankful that wasn't the case for us.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, wow, wow is literally all that I can say. We came into wedding planning without much of an idea of what we wanted or needed, and after researching local coordinators, we decided to go with Hello Productions, and we could not have been happier with both the company and specifically Alyson. She met with us early to go over the basic process and checklist as well as once before the wedding to put all of the final details in place. She made everything from the rehearsal to the tear down of our space easy and stress free. She was able to flawlessly pivot during the night when we were a little behind our timeline. She and her team were fun, friendly, and the ultimate professionals. Our bridal party, vendors, and family have been complimenting her in the month since our big day. Experiencia fantástica: Alyson Huth, a wedding planner at hello PRODUCTIONS, managed our wedding at the Frick, a challenging venue in some respects because you must involve so many different and independent vendors but Alyson’s creative vision and attention to detail made our event flawless. Her gentle way of communicating, paired with careful and thoughtful listening skills, resulted in a wedding that was a unique reflection of our personal style. She meticulously managed every aspect of our wedding. Every vendor we used (lighting, florist, caterer, rentals, photography) commented to me on how much they enjoyed working with Alyson. Experiencia fantástica: Hello Productions is fantastic. They did a great job for my daughter's wedding this past weekend (July 2023). I wish I could give more than 5 stars for my review. I was the father of the bride (first time for me), and was involved for much of the wedding planning. I am a very detail-oriented person, and they exceeded my expectations on every level! We selected their Beginning to End Wedding Planning Package. Allanah was our wedding planner. She was great to work with, super friendly, always caring and genuine. Over the course of 10 months, she helped with all the planning and details, and put my daughter’s (the bride) mind at ease. She was along our side for all the important decisions, guiding us along. At the rehearsal, Allanah’s experience shined – she made sure everyone in the wedding party knew what they were supposed to be doing, what was coming next. And then the day of the wedding, she showed me another level of preparation and experience –Allanah and her onsite team were absolutely incredible. They were there all day. Every time I turned around, one of them was there – putting something in its perfect place, asking if we needed anything, etc. Allanah’s supply bag was like Hermione Granger’s magic bag in the Harry Potter movies – she could reach in and pull out anything you needed – more easels for signs, gorilla clue to fix someone’s broken shoe, pins, tape, and more. She ensured our day was perfect – made my daughter, her new husband, and both of our families feel at ease the entire day. I highly recommend Allanah and Hello Productions. My younger daughter is getting married next summer, and we’d love to use them again. THANK YOU Allanah and Hello Productions making my daughter's wedding an absolutely amazing event !!! EDIT - July 2024: We just held the wedding for our younger daughter, one year after the wedding for my older daughter. Again, Allanah and her team at Hello Productions did an amazing job! She worked hard for months on the planning. And then on the wedding day, she and her team worked hard to ensure the day went perfectly – made my daughter, her new husband, and both of our families feel at ease the entire day. I highly recommend Allanah and Hello Productions!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about Hello Productions and specifically Alyson Huth. My friends got married this weekend and I was the officiant. There are plenty of times when coordinators and officiants butt heads, but this was not one of them. Alyson was so easy to work with, extremely professional, and clearly wanted things to be low pressure and smooth. Because of her and her team, this was probably the smoothest, most laid-back wedding I've ever officiated (laid-back? to describe a wedding? Can you believe?). If you want a smooth wedding with someone in your corner who will keep things running smoothly and keep your stress at a minimum, Alsyon and Hello Productions is who you want!

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Christina McLachlan as our wedding planner, and simply put, she was amazing! Our wedding would not have happened without her. We live on the west coast, but we wanted to get married in Pittsburgh near family. Christina worked with us for about 1.5 years in total, from helping us look at venues at the very beginning, to running the whole show on our wedding day. She was always very accommodating of our time zone difference, willing to FaceTime us after we finished work (her 8pm). Also, she let us ship things to her house so we didn't have to fly everything across the country, which was so thoughtful. She helped us execute our vision for exactly what we wanted and made working with all of our vendors a breeze. Christina helped us throw an amazing wedding while staying within our budget. In the week leading up to our wedding, Christina made sure all vendors were on the same page, everything was ordered and printed, and that we knew the timelines for everything. We were able to fully experience and enjoy our wedding knowing that any problems would be taken care of. And, Christina's work speaks for itself! After our wedding, my newly-engaged cousin immediately asked for Christina's contact information and signed up to have her plan his wedding. We were so fortunate to have found Christina and highly recommend her planning services!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience with Alyson at Hello Productions! We did the ‘Day of’ planning option and it turned out perfect! Alyson met with us a few months out to go through the details of our day, and was available for any questions throughout the planning process. The day of our wedding, Alyson handled everything and truly made the day stress free! (For someone who found planning extremely stressful - to wake up the morning of with no stress says a lot!). Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Hello Productions and specifically Alyson enough. Not only is she quite possibly the sweetest human ever, but it was thanks to her (and her wonderful assistant!) that our day ran so smoothly—we had a slight hiccup when the limo carrying the entire wedding party from the church to the venue broke down, but Alyson and her assistant were already at the venue to take care of everything. We picked the “Final Details” package, so it was just day-of services, but we were in touch with Alyson multiple times before the wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her; she has such incredible attention to detail both in terms of logistics as well as in terms of decor—the way she decorated the reception space was more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed. Truly, my husband and I can’t say enough good things about her and Hello Productions. From the first meeting a month out, to dealing with a broken down limo, to the hair tie she gave me at the end of the night because all I wanted was to get my hair up—Alyson handled every detail, no matter how big or insignificant, beautifully. Experiencia fantástica: I recently worked with Alyson at a wedding (I'm a photographer!) at the end of September. To say Alyson was a massive help and ease throughout the day would be a massive understatement. She truly excels at her job and is so personable and genuinely cares about her couples having the best day. She has the sweetest personality and made sure everything was perfect throughout the day. Experiencia positiva: Christina made our wedding day absolutely seamless. We as the bridal party, our family and our guests were able to fully enjoy the day because we didn't have to worry about anything. She is extremely professional and knows the industry and local vendors VERY well. As a result, she knows how to get you the vision you want for your wedding, and offers even more creative ideas on top of that. I will say that there were some moments in the months leading up the wedding where I felt that her follow-up on certain tasks wasn't always timely, but everything did come together beautifully in the end. If I could, I would give a 4.5/5!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about Christina with Hello Productions and the Full Wedding Planning Package. From the beginning, she was able to take my abstract ideas and inspiration photos and bring them to life with the most inspiring, on the nose, design deck. She then took everything one step further to bring that design deck to life on my wedding day in a way the exceeded my expectations. On the day of, she made up for all the ways in which my venue was disorganized and everything went perfectly. There was a tornado warning the entire day of my wedding and Christina kept her cool in such a way that I was completely unaware of this until after the fact! Not only was she professional, creative, and organized she was also just amazing to be around. By the end of my wedding day I was so sad it was over, not just because the entire day was perfect but because that meant I wouldn't be talking to her regularly. If you are planning an out of town wedding, have a busy schedule, or just don't have family involvement in wedding planning I HIGHLY recommend Christina and her Hello Productions team.

Experiencia fantástica: As a manager for a large agency we hired Hello Productions to be our event planner for a state wide conference. Previous planners had 6+ months to work with us and plan the event, but due to some internal issues, we weren't able to hire & secure HP until about 2 months out. With that being said, Shannon and her team rose to the occasion! We had multiple comments from attendees that this conference was one of the best run conferences they've attended. Her team was there for the whole event and handled every challenge that came about professionally. I hope we will be able to work together again in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Hiring a wedding planner was easily the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Allanah was THE BEST to work with! She was genuine, down to earth, and truly cared about making our wedding day everything we wanted it to be! She responded to countless emails, texts, and phone calls with allll the questions we had + she kept us on track with what needed to be completed with her super organized planning timeline. She attended meetings with us & always knew the right questions to ask other vendors because she has so much experience. At our rehearsal she made sure everyone felt comfortable & knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. Then wedding day, she was behind the scene making sure every single detail fell into line perfectly from collaborating with vendors to decorating to glueing broken shoes back together! I didn't have to worry about one single thing on at our rehearsal or wedding day which was a huge blessing. My husband & I could just be present & enjoy our day! Thank you Allanah for everything you did to make it a tremendous day for us!

Experiencia fantástica: Our wedding planner, Alyson, was amazing! She was regularly in contact, was patient, thorough, and worked well with us, our family and bridal party, and our vendors. Before the wedding, she gave us recommendations and advice when we were stuck or needed help. In addition, she handled a crisis with our cake on the day of the wedding, fixed the cake as best as could be done, and then fought to get us a refund. On our side, the day was stress free thanks to Alyson. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I got married in November of 2022, and we worked with Christina as our final details/day of coordinator. Besides for choosing the best husband, my second best choice for our wedding was working with Christina. She was professional, knowledgeable, and SO friendly. Christina contacted all of our vendors to finalize arrival and departure times (a task that doesn’t seem that big until you actually have to do it…), she answered any questions I had (even before she was “required” to according to our contract), she made sure that our wedding day stayed on schedule (something I was most nervous about), she lead the set up of my decorations and center pieces, gave helpful reminders to our wedding party all day, and helped to problem solve anything that popped up. The day of my wedding, I did not have to worry about one single thing besides for being present and enjoying the entire day. Having a planner (specifically Christina) was worth EVERY penny. Christina was an advocate for me and did everything she could to make our day special and memorable.

Experiencia fantástica: Purchasing the day-of coordination package for our wedding day was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Alyson was an absolute dream to work with! Everything turned out exactly how I dreamed it would, and knowing that her and her team had everything under control meant I could genuinely relax and really focus on the joy and excitement of the day. On top of executing all the ideas that were floating around in my head perfectly and keeping everyone on schedule, she sewed my dress back together not once but TWICE (a loop on my bustle broke and I danced too hard and broke a strap). What sounds like most brides' nightmare didn't even register as a problem (and honestly makes me laugh thinking back on it now) knowing that Alyson was there to rescue me! I can't recommend Hello Productions enough.

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Christina McLachlan for our 'final stretch' and 'day of' wedding planning....and we're so glad that we did! Christina and her team helped us put out many fires leading up to (and on) our big day, including advocating on our behalf with vendors, running to the bakery when the wrong cake arrived (no, not kidding!), changing the run of show on the fly, etc. Her wealth of knowledge and contacts in the Pittsburgh wedding industry runs deep, not to mention she was a sense of calm for us throughout the process. Oh! And the end result was better than we could have even dreamed. THANK YOU!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot rave enough about Alyson and her team for Hello Productions! The smiles on my couple's faces when they saw their ceremony and reception for the first tine said it all- just pure happiness and bliss. Alyson was so communicative with me, their photographer, as well as all the other vendors leading up to this Gardens of Stonebridge wedding. She made herself totally available for questions, planning concerns, and general information leading up to the date, and day-of kept in constant contact with my team to ensure every detail was managed and timeline was on track. She really made everything simple and perfect for this wedding, and truly cared for every detail. This wedding was mid-fall and she even decorated the hothands basket! No matter if it's for full-scale planning or for day-of coordination I am SO happy to recommend her team to my future couples.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter’s wedding was at Hartwood Acres 7/9/22. Vendor setup can only begin at 10:00 am day of event. The amount of work setting up in such a short time frame seemed overwhelming to us. But Allanah from Hello Productions carried out day of coordination perfectly! The transformation of the venue from 10:00am-2:00 pm was nothing short of magical. Her helpful, pleasant demeanor made it easy to work with her. I highly recommend Allanah!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hello Productions and especially my coordinator, Alexandra. From the moment I inquired about services until the wedding itself, she and her coworkers were nothing but helpful and supportive. She was beyond organized and on top of handling unexpected changes. Getting a wedding coordinator always seemed like something a little over-the-top for me, but having Alexandra and her team proved to be invaluable not just from a logistical standpoint but also from an emotional one. She was so supportive when I felt mired in details and probably put in more hours than she should've for doing day-of coordination! If you're at all on the fence about it, go with Hello Productions, they are the absolute best. Thank you guys again for such a fantastic day!

Experiencia fantástica: The main reason I wanted to work with Hello Productions is because from our very first conversation, Christina made me feel like someone else was just as excited about not only bringing our wedding vision to life but also, and more importantly, our relationship and what got us (me and my now husband) here – and I knew instantly that I wanted her to be part of our wedding day. She got to know us on a personal level during the planning process and it made such a difference in how everything came together. On our wedding day, both of us, our parents and other family members were able to fully enjoy every moment and not worry about anything – Christina made sure of it. She and Alexandra (who is also amazing!) were totally on top of it. Plus, their existing relationships with our other vendors in the Pittsburgh wedding community added to the day. Everyone was on the same page and it flowed so well. Our wedding felt like a dream and we could not have asked for a better vendor team to make it happen. Experiencia fantástica: Christina and her crew absolutely made my wedding day! I never stressed or worried about if things were done, or what happens if an issue pops up because they were on it! They took care of any little thing I needed (setting the venue up, dealing with vendors, packing up cars the night of with our items, and so much more). If you’re wondering if you should invest - the answer is yes! Not only did I not have to worry, but my mother and rest of my family were able to enjoy the night as well! Experiencia fantástica: Christina and her team were a dream to work with from the beginning! From our first phone conversation Christina got me feeling excited about my wedding again since at the time I was feeling a little overwhelmed and just stressed about the whole thing. When on my wedding day one of my vendors had an issue and reached out to me directly instead of her, she went to war for me with this particular vendor. This vendor happened to be our transportation as well so she ended up driving me and my dad in her own car from our reception venue to our ceremony venue. Then during our reception we made some last minute changes to our day of timeline and we had a mini 10 minute dance party but our cake was on the dance floor, her and her assistants guarded our cake with their LIVES while us and the rest of our crazy guests danced the following 10 minutes away. I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator to help manage all of the bumps in the road that occurred on the day of my wedding.

Experiencia fantástica: We cannot thank Allanah and her team at Hello Productions enough for making sure our wedding day was perfect. We hired her less than 3 weeks before our wedding when our venue coordinator unexpectedly resigned. She truly saved the day and relieved us of all our stress! We were all smiles the entire reception knowing that we were in good hands and didn't have a thing to worry about. I sent her pictures of our "vision" before the wedding, and my jaw dropped when we walked into the reception because she nailed every. single. detail. Allanah went above and beyond for us, between offering to drive our decorations to the venue the week of the wedding, bringing us glasses of water on the dance floor throughout the night, and sending my bridal bouquet to the preservation company for me after the wedding so we could jet off to our honeymoon! She also made sure our decorations were packed nicely at the end of the night to allow for an easy pickup the next day when we were exhausted. (And so much more!) I never thought a day-of coordinator would be needed since I'm pretty organized, but our only regret is that we wished we had hired her earlier into the wedding planning process! She is truly a gem and will make sure your day is incredible.

Experiencia fantástica: Natasha Learn was our planner for the last 2+ years and I am BEYOND grateful for her and her services. She quickly became a part of my family and she was insanely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. I remember her initial emails with her to-do lists and spreadsheets and thinking that I was so so happy that I had her and I LOVED the organization so that I wouldn't have to stress about ONE THING. She was available to me throughout this time and made everything so fun and easy - even when the pandemic hit and I started worrying about things. She was compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our wedding day. Due to the pandemic, we had to make a lot of changes to our original wedding plans. When things started to get crazy and I wasn’t sure where to turn to next, I started thinking about a final details/day of wedding coordinator. Natasha with Hello Productions was great since day one! I had a lot of things already planned on my own, but she was quick and easy to ask questions to. With many last minute changes, I wasn't sure how the reception room was going to look or how the day would be (I kinda lost my vision) but it couldn't have been more romantic and more perfect. Natasha made sure every detail was perfect and I was blown away! We are humbled and honored to have had a perfect day that we have waited so long for surrounded by ALL of the BEST people! Christina has such a great relationship with all of the vendors we already hired which helped with the coordination and bringing our vision to life. Experiencia fantástica: As a mother of a now 21-month old, with a full-time job, living in NC, my fiancé and I knew we needed a wedding planner for our out-of-state wedding in Pittsburgh! I interviewed a couple of planners and felt immediately comfortable with Natasha (Brody) Katic. She has an amazing ability to stay calm, collected and take fast action when needed. These attributes were an absolute Godsend when our May 2020 wedding was postponed due to Covid-19 and rescheduled for August 2020. When some of our initial vendors retained their deposit and informed us that they were not available for the new August date, Natasha found new talent quickly and they did an amazing job (Thank you Sky's the Limit Photography and DJ Underdog!) Three weeks before our August 15th date, our chosen venue for the reception was not going to be open so we had to replan the ENTIRE reception in 21 days! Natasha immediately found a beautiful outdoor venue at Shady Elms Farm that was actually available, all inclusive and simply amazing! The compliments on style, detail and the flow of events keep coming in. Cramming all the paperwork and payments and calls in the last weeks got pretty intense while also trying to work from home with a baby. When the weight of it all got too much, she stepped in and did everything she could to help and even put her therapist hat on when I needed an ear. Let it be known that Natasha Katic didn't just plan our wedding, she replanned a full reception in three weeks during a global pandemic. With every detail in place on the day of, you would have thought we had the full year! If you had any shadow of a doubt about her abilities, this should ease your mind. Thank you so much Hello Productions for choosing to stay with us and helping us on our journey during such a unique and uncertain season!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about how much you MUST have a wedding planner! I am a Type A person and have a lot of free time, so I was reluctant to hire a "day-of coordinator" for my wedding, thinking I can do everything myself. I ultimately hired Christina through Hello Productions because enough of my friends who were former brides strongly recommended one, saying I'll need a second set of hands available the day of the wedding so that the stress does not fall on you and your mom! My wedding was at a country club, which came with a coordinator as well, BUT WOW were they right about hiring a formal wedding coordinator! First of all, even before Covid happened, Christina was ON. TOP. OF. IT. Always available for questions and support early on in the planning process, prior to the start of the basic package I hired her for. As more and more of the wedding process was under way, more & more things came up that my mom would stress over wondering who would do it or how it would get done, I became more & more thankful I was going to have that second set of hands. THEN Covid happened, and oh my goodness gracious how blessed my family & I were to have Christina! My county shut down 2 weeks before my wedding, so Christina stepped in & took over re-planning our safe outdoor gathering with literally 14 days to go, and she nailed our dream wedding. I want to cry just thinking about how thankful I am that I had such an ally throughout that process. She went above & beyond what we hired her for and didn't think twice of it; her heart is truly with that of the bride, determined to give all of her clients their dream weddings. Then, on the day of the wedding, her work doesn't stop! She was busier than every coordinating the multiple vendors on the property starting first thing in the morning. Also, if I haven't convinced you yet, WEDDING PLANNERS SAVE YOU MONEY. They are sharks in the business willing to fight for better deals, willing to print your menus and table numbers and escort signs for pennies on the dollar compared to that of Minted or elsewhere. Now, I'm not sure if that perk goes with the basic "day-of" package I purchased or if they were just being nice, but it's definitely something to consider when pricing out your budget. Finally, if you appreciate how much your wedding coordinator does for you, or if your wedding coordinator was only hired for day-of coordinating but goes above & beyond for you, don't forget them when you tip the night of the wedding to show your appreciation! (Though they do not expect this!) Also, in case I haven't mentioned this yet, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRISTINA if she is available! Though I'm sure they're all amazing!

Timelines and vendors, where does one even start? With all of that, who do you want in your corner? Google? LOL, no. You want a professional, but not just a pro... someone cool, calm, and collected. You want ZEN. You want to know it's handled without drama. Hello Productions is that team. They are the zen masters, nothing phases them. Experiencia negativa: This is my only negative vendor review. I started looking for a planner two months i to wedding planning so a lot of the major leg work was done. My mother in law urged me to secure a planner because she knew how much work it would be to plan the wedding and we primarily needed someone for the weekend of. So we started interviewing. I thought Natasha’s personality was great at first and the cost was a little pricey considering the leg work I have already done my MIL wanted to select a planner that was quoting us 10-12k but I chose HP because I thought Natasha would be a good fit and they were about 1/2 the price $5710 to be exact. Unfortunately, I am not quite sure what we paid for. Things were fine at our first meeting she hd created a deck based on some pinterest images I sent her and our conversation. She knew what I was going for. She did design a timeline which was helpful to stay on track. Like I said, I did most of the leg work on vendors already. Natasha recommended one florist but reviews online weren’t good and their photo gallery didnt at all mesh with my vision. I went with another vendor my choice who nailed it (Gidas in Pittsburgh). Natasha did come to the tasting for the caterer but we had already chosen a caterer and he menu. She recommended a past they had on the menu for any vegetarians we may have had. She also came to do a walk through and nail setup down with the caterer setup since the property was large. That was helpful but not worth $5710. I asked for some stationary ideas and I got a few generic links and images back.. essentially the first ones that show up on minted and they didn’t look like anything that I was going for. So I designed all of my own stationery from start to finish. Come to find out closer to our wedding, she was telling me about a stationary meeting she had with a bride. I wasn’t even offered one! Communication was terrible. I don’t think of myself as demanding but I do expect at least an acknowledgement of my correspondence within 48 hours. I am in sales, i get it, weekends and family and things come up.. but when you’re planning someone’s wedding, it is not appropriate to go 3-4-5 days without a response. On multiple occasions I had to check in on something that was ignored. I also had the involved the president of the company about 6-8 weeks prior to my wedding because Natasha was not responsive. I got a long apology email but that’s about it. I didn’t get any updates to keep me moving on planning, I would have to check in with her. Luckily I am type A so I stayed pretty well ahead of the game. I didn’t receive any vendor payment updates which she was also supposed to do. Finally got one after my email to her president counterpart. We had a death in the family so the payment to hello productions was actually a little late. AFTER it was in the mail I alerted Natasha and she asked that we cancel the check and pay with a credit card. IT WAS IN THE MAIL ALREADY!! I explained the death in the family but I cant get an email back in a timely fashion but I need to make an immediate credit card payment? No. Closer to my wedding I filled out the vendor contact info and distributed it because it had not yet been done. day of.. showed up an hour late and didnt even let me know she was on site. I couldn’t recall if our caterer supplied mixers for the bar or not so I emailed Natasha... Yes yes and yes! Was her exact response when I asked if they did. She was wrong.. you know when I found out? After the fact because I had an amazing bridal party but for the first half hour there were none and a friend had to go to the store after the event started. Then she text me her venmo name the day after the wedding to send her money for mixers. She had one job. Day of. Make sure everything was perfect and she was an hour late and there were things she missed i did most of my setup the day before because i didnt trust that she would have it done. There is more to this review but I feel this is long enough. Spend your money elsewhere!

When we first met for our introduction meeting, we knew immediately we made the right decision. Natasha’s attention to detail and expertise made the whole process from start to finish memorable and enjoyable. Every wedding meeting we had with potential vendors could not have been done without her. Natasha knew exactly what to ask for, and without this, we would not have had our perfect day turn out the way it did! She knew exactly what we wanted and made us feel at ease throughout the process. The day of the wedding was so lovely and stress free because of Natasha and her team’s hard work, and we couldn't be more grateful. To say she made our dreams come true is an understatement. I 100% recommend Natasha Learn to anyone who wants their perfect day to become a reality!

Experiencia fantástica: Hello Productions and Natasha Learn were an absolutely dream to work with for our wedding! Natasha Learn was our wedding planner and we absolutely loved her. We chose to have Natasha with us from the beginning to the end and it was honestly worth it. When asked any advice in wedding planning my first response is to hire a wedding planner after working with Natasha.. Natasha was a dream to work and communicate with. Natasha was super organized and very detailed oriented. Natasha was always on top of everything and really listened to what we wanted for our big day. We started planning our wedding while we were living in Austin TX and we were nervous about how we could pull this off from miles away. We knew we could trust Natasha from the start. The whole decision making process was SO easy with Natasha. Natasha provided us with a detailed budget tracker and timeline of “to do” tasks from the start. We started with monthly to do list and then as we got closer to the wedding we worked on weekly/daily to do list. We told Natasha our vision and she pulled together options for every single vendor, décor, save the dates, invitations etc. She pulled together our vibe and theme from the start. Natasha set up all communication with our vendors making it super easy. If there was ever an issue or something we needed to take care of Natasha was already on it. Natasha attended all of our vendor meetings and was super prepared with questions we already discussed. Natasha was well spoken, organized and professional in person and through email. There was a big sense of ease and comfort in knowing Natasha was making sure we were sticking to our budget. Our wedding was an absolute dream! Everything came together so perfectly. My parents were so pleased with the timeline of events and the vendor set up for the day of the wedding. My biggest concern was making sure I trusted someone for the day of the wedding because I knew my family would be with me getting ready. Everything ran SO smoothly for both bride and groom. Natasha made me feel so calm and relaxed on my wedding day. After the wedding, Natasha and her team handled clean up and personally delivered everything to my hotel. We were able to soak up and enjoy post wedding bliss with our family and friends. We have received SO many compliments from our wedding and it is all because of Natasha. I highly recommend Natasha Learn and Hello Productions. You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Natasha was amazing! If you are stressed about planning, I highly recommend Hello Productions! I chose the the Beginning to End Planning Package and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! My wedding was at Phipps Conservatory and we live in Florida, so everything we were doing was from long distance. Natasha was extremely organized and provided me with a detailed budget tracker, multiple timelines, vendor spreadsheets, and monthly/weekly to-do lists. She created multiple vendor searches and provided me with options and contacts for every single detail. She created a personalized mood board and helped me find favors, decorations, a website, invitations, save-the-dates so that everything was on theme! She helped me set up vendor appointments and accompanied me on conference calls and meetings when needed. During the wedding, her and her team were so helpful! They set up everything, printed and delivered all of my signs, coordinated all contact with vendors. She was cool, calm, and collected and made me feel relaxed and taken care of! I was able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything! After the wedding, I was able to leave and enjoy the rest of the night, her team handled clean-up and delivery to my hotel! Natasha was so easy to work with, responsible, organized, extremely professional, and an absolute joy! During vendor meetings she had lists of questions and made sure everything was correct and what I wanted! She answered every email, text, and phone call in a timely manner. I highly highly recommend Hello Productions and you will not be disappointed! I do not have one single complaint!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so, so glad that we hired Natasha Learn for our wedding. We had actually already had a venue coordinator that came with our reception venue, but since the wedding and reception were in two locations, I wanted to hire one person to act as the go-to. So I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she was worth her weight in gold. I had many guests say that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended, and I give a lot of that credit to Natasha’s work on coordinating a seamless night. Even though she was a day-of coordinator, she started doing a lot of scheduling, phone and email correspondence, and checking details with me about a month prior to the day. It was so nice to be able to hand over my 2+ years of planning to her and trust her to execute it. And she did so perfectly. She was very organized and helped me stay sane, and she always took every challenge I threw her way with a huge smile and enthusiasm. I had a lot of moving parts during my wedding. There was a church that wasn’t exactly easy to work with, a large bridal party, two bands, and 14 vendors in total. Almost every vendor was independent, so I didn’t make it easy on her. I think the best possible thing I could say about Natasha’s work was that on the day of the wedding, my husband and I had an amazing time and even if there was chaos in the background (still to this day not sure if there was) we never saw or felt it. Thank you Natasha for your hard work and professionalism - you helped create an event that I and many others will never forget!

Experiencia fantástica: We hired a day of coordinator for our wedding and it was honestly worth every single penny. The amount of stress they take off of you is priceless. Do not hesitate with hiring them, you will not regret it one second.
