Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I had our wedding in May in Seattle, and we cant say enough good things about Kiran, her staff and KP Styles. She was incredibly professional, personable, with competitive pricing overall. They all did a wonderful job at creating the wedding of our dreams. There were just a couple hiccups on our wedding (due to no fault of them, it was on our venue), and they did an incredible job working behind the scenes to iron our any problems on day of and make sure that my wife and I had no anxieties or worries day of. Wouldnt have been able to navigate wedding day contracts from venues without her.

We connected instantly, and I knew right away that she was someone we could trust with one of the most important week of our lives. During our first conversation, we didn’t just talk about the wedding; we talked about life, love, and everything in between. She immediately understood our vision, our personalities, and what we wanted our wedding to feel like, and she poured her whole heart into making it all come to life. Throughout the planning process, Kiran was more than just our wedding planner, she had became source of strength and emotional support. She truly listened to every idea, every worry, and every little detail, and she always found a way to make things happen. When the wedding weekend came, Kiran was a pillar of calm and grace. She handled everything with such ease that we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment. Even our parents fell in love with her! They leaned on her so much and trusted her with everything. Having Kiran around not only took away their stress but also made the entire process easier for all of us. They felt completely reassured knowing she and her amazing team were in control. And for her team, I want to say what an incredible group of people! They were efficient, thoughtful, and so attentive, always making sure we were okay and taken care of during the events. From ensuring we were fed and hydrated to fixing last-minute details without us even noticing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to Sucheta who was always answering our million emails and late night texts and always going above and beyond!! This all to say the KP Styles team didn’t just plan our wedding, they made it truly magical. Every single detail reflected who we are and what we dreamed of. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or stress-free experience. Kiran, thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and your heart. You made our wedding everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so grateful to have had you by our side. It was an honor to work with you, and I can’t wait for the day my sister gets married so we can work together again!

Experiencia fantástica: Kiran and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. The vendors and venues they know are crucial to having a stressfree wedding day (and events leading up to the wedding!). They handled EVERYTHING during the sangeet, ceremony and reception that went wrong and I didn't even find out about it until later, which is exactly what a wedding coordinator team should be for. I literally could not have pulled off this wedding without her. A couple of tips for brides, that I'm sure go along with all wedding planners/coordinators (especially for Indian weddings): this is a small team, and communication can sometimes be delayed. For me it was frustrating at the beginning but things turned out wonderfully. Budget wise, I suspect most Indian wedding planners are used to parents providing a limitless credit card- we paid for this wedding and used our money, and went way over the budget we had wanted. We were not aware of this until it was too late, and it's probably on us for assuming the planning team would inform us, but by the time we reached that limit there was not much we could do. So I do recommend keeping your own budget spreadsheet to track things. I do give her recommendations a lot of weight but the problems we had were with the most recommended venue which has turned over a lot of staff lately (Hyatt Regency Lake Washington). This is never a venue I would recommend for someone planning a wedding, we had a terrible experience and I will write a review over on their site as well. We lost a decent amount of money that we had given to them in good faith, under advice of Kiran and also the Hyatt group. I do not think KP Style had knowledge of how bad it was going to be, and it seems like she is not recommending them anymore based on our experience, but it did sour a lot of the situation for us. They do also recommend Decor N Design (Lena) who actually turned out to have exceptional reception decor- however, her communication is abysmal (and I wrote a review that can be read on her page as well) and she added to a lot of my stress. Luckily, Kiran took over a lot of the communication at my request, because I could not manage figuring all of that out PLUS a full time job. Besides those points above, and even including them, we had a true five star experience, so none of this changes my rating. I wish them all the continued success in the world!!

From start to finish, Kiran and her team were absolutely amazing and made our wedding dreams come true. One of the things that impressed us the most was their attention to detail and their ability to execute our vision flawlessly. From the planning of our Jago to our wedding and reception, every aspect was meticulously planned and executed with precision. One of the biggest concerns for any couple planning a wedding is the stress that comes along with it, but Kiran and her team ensured that there was absolutely no stress on us. They took care of every little detail, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment of our special day without worrying about a thing. Not only were Kiran and her team professional and organized, but they also brought a sense of warmth and positivity to the entire planning process. They listened to our ideas and preferences and worked tirelessly to bring them to life, exceeding our expectations every step of the way. In conclusion, working with Kiran and her team was an absolute pleasure, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience. Kiran has a lot of experience with many types of weddings and can handle any hurdles during the wedding planning process very smoothly. She kept us on track during the wedding planning process, and the team made our wedding very special and stress-free once the event started. During planning Kiran guided us on the timeline for the entire wedding and knows how to deal with vendors, venues, and any mishaps. She knows what she is doing! The team went above and beyond once the wedding started to make sure things went smoothly and kept to time. They even prepared our welcome bags and greeted our guests! The team took on the load from not just the bride and groom but also our families. I have been to a lot of weddings and honestly they are the best I’ve seen. We want to thank the KP style team from the bottom of our hearts for being a huge part of making our wedding such a memorable and amazing experience!

People do not truly understand the production and work that goes into planning and coordinating a wedding and kiran and her team have an unlimited amount of industry knowledge that was so helpful with planning a big wedding. I am thankful for their patience and they remained cool under pressure with the challenges we faced during our wedding events. They were so easy to work with and made the whole process a lot less overwhelming. They kept us organized and on top of our timeline with great guidance. I highly recommend working with kpstyles and her team for your wedding!!

They have a deep understanding of local vendors, including their needs and how to effectively communicate with them, as well as the minute details that will make your event a success in your eyes and your guests' eyes. Kiran is a remarkable professional with an exceptional talent for negotiation, ensuring that all vendors stay on track. Her expertise shone brightly in ensuring our wedding day flowed seamlessly, with every event unfolding on time and without a hitch. Kiran's ability to identify key vendors was invaluable we loved working with our photographers for the event. I did engage in some of my own research and preparation to find vendors and even though it was added work, it added a personal touch to our wedding planning journey. This was done with added support from Kiran and her team to make sure contract negotiations went smoothly. A suggestion for improvement to the team and something to keep in mind for future clients would be to have clearer communication and tracking on both sides. Setting clear expectations in each planning phase earlier on, particularly during meetings and follow-ups would help clients navigate the planning process more smoothly and ensure that the KPStyle Events team has everything in place to ensure a stress free experience for both them and the client. Overall, working with Kiran and Sucheta as well as the rest of the KP Styles team was wonderful and memorable. Their dedication and skill in event planning, coupled with their punctuality and vendor management skills make their service very helpful for anyone on their wedding planning journey. They also brought an element of fun to our wedding reception first look and cheered us up when the stress of the events got to us. I am thankful for their role in making our wedding a beautifully orchestrated event and recommend them for their professional yet personal approach to event planning.

Experiencia fantástica: Every bride wants to have a stress free wedding - and Kiran and her team was exactly able to give me that! They planned my whole wedding from Sangeet to reception and everything was so AMAZINGLY organized and coordinated! They helped us find vendors, venue spaces and even accessed with us which one would be better with our budget! We realized on the day of the ceremony that we forgot an important ceremony accessory ‘kirpan’ but Kiran was able to manage it somehow on the day of! I did not even hear about this until after the wedding - again a very stress free wedding! My family and everyone loved the team! I would recommend them anyday as your event planner because they are doers and get things done!

Arguably the most impressive part of my experience with the KP Styles team was their day-of coordination during our wedding events. She and her team were SO in sync and on top of things - they really were the key that allowed my husband and me to fully be present and enjoy our wedding day. We had a fusion wedding (Indian/Bulgarian/American), and Kiran helped us pull off a great wedding incorporating all of our important traditions. She also helped us find the perfect venues for our multiple events. She was available to answer questions and managed all of the vendors for us. She also made great recommendations on who to work with, and often anticipated our needs before we did. Honestly, she even brought to our attention details we would have completely overlooked! We had Kiran help us plan the entire wedding and she and her team helped coordinate multiple events the weekend of our wedding. Everything went smoothly. Thanks Kiran (and team) for helping us pull off our dream wedding! It was so beautiful, and we felt like we were actually able to enjoy our wedding day instead of being stressed about anything on the big day. We really appreciate you and if we had to go back in time, we'd hire you again! We'll happily recommend you to others who are looking for a wedding planner. She is a very detail oriented person who brought lots of great ideas the entire time. The day of the wedding and reception her team was there to help every step of the way and make sure things ran smoothly and on time! Thank you again Kiran we really appreciate all you did for us.

Experiencia fantástica: Kiran and team did a great job for our wedding and reception. We did the month of coordination option as we were planning to be heavily involved with the planning process. The biggest advantage to using their service is it helps significantly reduce the anxiety on your big day and allows you to actually enjoy the ceremony/events rather than worrying and having people come to you with questions. Kiran helps manage all the vendors and also is great with recommendations during planning. If the question in your mind is whether to "hire or not hire" a planner for your wedding, definitely choose to hire and give Kiran a call! You'll be thankful when all is said and done.

Experiencia positiva: We hired KP Style Events for our wedding in April 2022 and took the full planning service. We did think she did a great job recommending and roping in vendors as she has a lot of contacts in the Seattle area. However, Kiran’s communication style and organization is mediocre at best. For about 7 months of planning we gave feedback multiple times on how her communication was not up to the mark, and every time we were promised better things ahead. She did most of the work in the last month of the wedding which made us think that the full planning service was definitely a waste of our resources. On the wedding day the team seemed distracted, disinterested and unorganized. When we shared feedback and wanted to debrief post the wedding, Kiran first ignored our emails and messages for weeks before telling us that she had already told us how busy she would be this summer and only took our wedding as we insisted. Two months later she hasn’t responded to any of our emails or messages and we are absolutely certain that when she does respond the blame will be on us (the paying clients) or the other vendors. Simply put, options in Seattle are limited but this team still has a long way to go in terms of professionalism and client relations. We really wanted to support a woman-owned small business but this team definitely failed to make an impression.

I think the goal of any bride and groom is to not feel stressed on their wedding day and that is exactly what KP Style Events team was able to do for us on our wedding day. Kiran was with us every step of the way while planning our 3 day wedding event. She came up with our event timelines, seating, recommended/communicated with all of our vendor partners, worked with the hotel on loading/event logistics, toured the venue multiple times with us and much more. Kiran is very detail-oriented and organized, each meeting had an agenda with clear to do list for my husband and I. In the week leading up to our wedding, we had a meeting to go over finalized timelines at the venue with our families so that everyone knew where to be and what to expect so we were all on the same page. During our events, Kiran had assigned various team members to assist with my side and others for my husband's side so that we always had a point of contact to get us anything we needed. If I needed chap stick from the front desk, someone would be at my door with it within 10 minutes, it was amazing! There were so many little details Kiran helped us add to each event that made our wedding so special, we continue to hear how much our guests enjoyed our wedding months later. We truly could not have planned this wedding without KP Style Events, I continue to recommend their services to my friends and family that are planning events.

Experiencia fantástica: At first, I was super apprehensive about spending money on a planner. I thought that could probably do things myself, with the help of a family member or two. My wife convinced me to give it a try, and I am so happy that I did that. There are a ton of details that I didn’t think of, that KP did. The devil is truly in the details, and without their support, I don’t know if I would have enjoyed my own events. They are super professional, they know their stuff, and they do an amazing job with managing vendors who can be difficult to work with. So I def give them 5 stars, and feel like it was money very well spent. We will also be using her for our reception, a year from now.

Could not have imagined things going as smoothly as they did without her help. My wedding was very large and it would have been much more stressful for me and my family if it were not for her and her team. Kiran worked with us in the last few months leading up to the wedding, as well as in coordinating the day of each event. She had copies of detailed agendas made for each event and gave them to my family members to ensure everyone was on the same page. I was surprised to see how calm she was given the stressful nature of her work.
