Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Hallea and her team to plan our wedding in an accelerated time frame. We had less than five months to plan a welcome party and entire wedding. To complicate things further this wedding was on an island (transportation logistics, communication delays) and in the Pacific Northwest in November (weather logistics and backup plans). Despite all of these challenges Hallea and her team were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. They took the time that was needed to prevent any details from slipping through the cracks and provided consistent communication to manage my expectations and ensure I felt in the loop. They took all of my detailed notes on design and really listened to my preferences making sure they were executed. They were also happy to take the things I didn't want as much input on off my plate. Big shoutout to Libby for all of the help with logistic day-of and as we got closer to the event, making sure every detail was taken care of and everyone knew where to be and when. The weekend was exactly as I envisioned it and I owe it all to them.

Experiencia fantástica: Hallea We recently worked with Hallea and Associate Planner Julia Le on planning our wedding in September 2025. We purchased the Partial Planning Package. First and foremost our wedding weekend was amazing and turned out better than we had hoped. We are still buzzing about how perfect it was. And we couldn’t have done it without Hallea and Julia. We had a great experience with them throughout the whole planning and execution process. As a couple who like being involved in the details however have a busy work schedule it worked out great for us. Hallea was great about giving us ideas and options for reliable vendors so we didn’t have to comb the internet for them. She was valuable for evaluating all the packages and paper work and contracts. Once we picked our vendors, Hallea and Julia took over the communication for us. We did not have a clear vision for our wedding from the beginning and they did a great job of giving us inspiration and giving us enough guidance to find a theme and vibe that felt truly ours. By the time the wedding rolled around Julia and Hallea felt like friends and it put us at ease having them there. On the day of, Hallea brought our vision to life, working with our florist to make the dinner setting look amazing. Julia coordinated all the vendors and the overall timeline and logistics of the wedding. With them there we could forget about the planning and just enjoy the moment. Would definitely recommend Hallea Events to anyone planning a wedding.

Experiencia fantástica: Hallea Events was the first booking we did for our wedding, and I don't know how we would've done it without her and Jessica. I knew I wanted to work with Hallea based off mutual friends' raving reviews and I'm so glad we did! From the beginning, Hallea understood my vision and bought it to life, put together our design board, handled the rentals, recommended vendors (which was so valuable and ended up using all of her recs!), and made our special day so carefree and flawless. Jessica was there every step of the way and handled every thing behind the scene. She made sure that the wedding party had her number in case anything came up to ensure that my husband and I were worry-free. I especially appreciated all the flexibility and shifting the timeline again and again to accommodate last minute asks, including how to FaceTime my best friend in during the ceremony. I felt like I can always lean on Hallea and Jessica and they were always super responsive when I had questions, even when they were late at night and I was panicking :D but their calmness and professional helped calm our nerves and made sure everything went as planned. Special shout out to them coming up with new table numbers the day of the wedding due to me not ordering enough. It's little touches like that that make me so happy we went with Hallea Events. 15/10 would recommend - worth every penny!!

Experiencia fantástica: Planning a destination wedding remotely is no easy feat, but having Hallea on the ground in Seattle made the entire process seamless and joyful. We wanted to ensure that we truly “clicked” with our planner and had good chemistry, so we interviewed more than four planners and planning companies before finding our perfect match in her. After our initial call, we knew she was “the one”. Her organization, creativity, responsiveness, and attention to detail are second to none. While we initially reached out for day-of coordination, Hallea went above and beyond, supporting us from the very start with site visits, detailed planning, and ongoing communication. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes with our vendors to ensure every element came together perfectly. On the day itself, everything flowed effortlessly thanks to her careful coordination and the support of her assistant Mary. She was exceptionally responsive, professional, and brought a great sense of humor, making the entire journey even more enjoyable. She also connected us with an incredible team of florists, rental providers, stationers, hair and makeup artists, and more. We literally had the dream team of vendor partners, thanks to Hallea! Most importantly, she took the time to truly get to know us, making our celebration feel deeply personal. Experiencia fantástica: It's impossible to overstate how happy we were with Hallea and Julia's work on our wedding. Unlike a lot of couples, I think we came into this process without much of a clear vision for what we wanted for our wedding. Hallea and Julia planned and executed a wedding that turned out to be exactly what we wanted, and all the vendors they recommended were so kind and helpful. The best part is that the entire process felt effortless to us; the only time we were stressed at all was in the buildup to the wedding where it felt like we should have more to do, but didn't because the team was taking care of everything. Genuinely, we couldn't have dreamed of a better day with our friends and family, and it's all thanks to them. Hoping to never have to plan a wedding again but if we did, we'd pick Hallea Events again in a heartbeat.

We loved having her vision and guidance for the "aesthetics" of our big day. Every vendor we worked with said the vision board she created was one of the best that they've seen. Mao was also incredible. She is super organized and on top of everything that needs to get done. Mao is also very calm and a great person to have with you through the planning process and on your wedding day. We highly recommend the Hallea Events team for your wedding planning needs.

Communication was great and we are very happy with the vendors that were recommended for us. The coordination on the wedding day was handled without us having to worry about anything. Planning our wedding in just 6 months seemed daunting at first, especially with 250 guests and the complexity of blending two cultures. When I forgot my garter moments before the garter toss, Jess sprinted to the getting-ready room and returned with it in minutes, just in time! I wasn't stressed at all because I had Jess with me all day. Hallea and her team were there for us every step of the way, creating the wedding of our DREAMS. Hallea was the primary point-of-contact for our venue and vendor team. She did a great job staying on top of different threads that came up as the wedding drew near, big and small, allowing us to focus on the fun stuff: our creative vision and enjoying the process. I’m stepping up to write this review (as opposed to my wife) because I genuinely wanted to show my appreciation for what Hallea and her team did for us. If you’re reading this review, you are probably knee-deep into the initial stages of wedding planning, stressing over all the things that come with it. Trust me - I was in the same boat. But once we hired Hallea and her team, my stress levels took a decreased dramatically, things got much smoother between my wife and I, and the path forward to our big day became much clearer. Here are just a few things that come to mind when thinking about what Halle and her team were GREAT at: **Budget Management & Transparency** - Hallea immediately recognized that I was mostly concerned with the cost of everything and was great at addressing how each option fit into our budget. I really appreciated her ability to give it to me straight and set realistic expectations for cost in the Seattle market. Side note - her take on Seattle’s pricing reality was SPOT ON. **Local Expertise & Experience** - I think Hallea has been in the business (and Seattle in general) a while because as we looked for vendors for our wedding she seemed to know every venue, vendor, caterer, or wedding magician imaginable. This was great as it saved us a lot of time going through mindless “Contact Us” web pages. **Vendor Relationships & Professionalism** - As you plan your wedding, you’ll inevitably run into a few problems along the way. I had a disagreements with our vendors which could have ended badly. Luckily for me, Halle and her team were able to help manage the conflict and help us come to a resolution that suited both parties. **Communication & Responsiveness** - Hallea and her team reminded me of those old pizza places that used to offer “30 minutes or less” delivery time. But instead of pizza, it was email, call, or text responses and instead of 30 minutes it was like 5 minutes. Needless to say, it was great having a planner that was always ready to talk. **Creativity & Style** - My wife handled all the decorations and things of that nature but it all looked great. She loved Hallea’s creativity & style so much she actually asked her to be our florist as well! **Day of Stuff** - I didn’t worry about a single thing the day of the wedding. Truly, Jess kept every single thing away from my wife and I so we could really enjoy our day. Great job Jess! In summary, Hallea and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend them if you’re planning a wedding! Thanks again Hallea & Jess!

From the very beginning, Hallea was responsive and organized in her communications with us and our vendors. When we first started touring venues and one of the venue coordinators heard we were Hallea's clients, she told us that Hallea was one of the best and that they loved working with her. Those words could not be more true! We never had to worry about a thing. Even though a lot of our communication was asynchronous (super helpful for our busy schedules!), Hallea was always quick to respond to a text, ready to hop on a call, and opened her office to us for tastings, meetings, and rehearsal. She even donated dried hydrangeas from her garden for our dinner menu cards! I felt confident leading up to the wedding day that no detail would be missed and our wedding itself was the most perfect, beautiful, and stress-free event that we could have asked for. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. We are so grateful to Hallea for her role in planning such a special day in our lives and cannot recommend her enough!

Our day of coordinator, Erica, was a dream from start to finish. We felt extremely supported through the planning process, able to check in as much as we needed leading up to the big day. She helped guide us to make excellent vendor choices, and ensure our vision was logistically possible and truly represented us as a couple. The actual day of was seamless. Everyone was where they were supposed to be at all times and the day flowed perfectly, without us ever worrying about a single thing. We were able to relax, really enjoy the day, and soak it in. Erica anticipated every need. Food, drinks, touching up my hair, fluffing my dress, answering questions, keeping our parents happy, set up, take down, and all with a huge smile on her face. We would absolutely recommend Hallea and her team to anyone and would book them again for any future event. They were exceptional and we are so grateful they helped us celebrate such a beautiful day.

Experiencia fantástica: I only have great things to say about Hallea and her team and could not recommend her enough for your wedding day.  Hallea has truly been the easiest person to work with from the months / weeks leading up to our wedding until the day of.  She has made herself available to us at all times when we needed her during planning but also her demeanor and punctuality has been a stress reliever.  (And by 'available' I mean she became my regular go-to for sending/texting random wedding questions and endless photos of wedding decor day and night only to get her thoughts and approval). But most importantly, Hallea and team truly saved our wedding day.  As the bride, my stress level was at its peak during our wedding day.  From the changes to weather to crazy relatives and mom's that can't seem to leave you alone, I honestly found comfort in talking to Hallea and the BAHTOH team to keep my mind at ease.  When things don't go as planned and changes need to be made, Hallea stepped in quickly and we put our trust in her to make all the necessary decisions to keep moving forward.  We trusted her so much with ALL the things and we couldn't be happier with the result.  Due to inclement weather, our ceremony location changed three times and the reception location changed twice --- Hallea somehow seamlessly made these changes which to our guests felt like no change was made at all. Also would like to give credit to her husband who has been a wonderful addition to making our wedding run smoothly. I had been following Hallea and her team for awhile on Instagram and loved the aesthetic of their events. Talking to Hallea and Erica Kate secured our choice. They were both so friendly and easy going and I knew they would be a joy to work with! Erica Kate really understood our plans for the day and helped us work through the flow and timeline and decor. I sent a lot of emails and texts and she answered them very timely, and made sure to answer all of my questions and ease my mind. Throughout our planning, she was very organized and never missed a detail. She really helped us reduce stress around planning. I was so impressed with Hallea’s keen eye for design and her ability to recommend the right partners (floral, rentals, stationer) to bring our vision to life. She is prompt, reliable and goes above and beyond. Hallea has created a remarkable network of event experts and partners. You can trust that the people and businesses she recommends will deliver the same high caliber work that she and her team does. We went with the Floral, Stationer, Baker, Rentals, String Trio, DJ, and Make Up artists that she recommended and were so impressed. It’s worth mentioning that anyone she works with (whether she’s worked with them in the past or for the very first time!) LOVES her and really speaks highly of her, too. Planning was a positive experience and we were so grateful for Hallea’s grace, understanding and organized approach when it came to postponing our wedding due to the pandemic. Experiencia fantástica: Do yourself a favor and hire Hallea Tse as your wedding team. She was recommended to us from our photographer and another acquaintance. As our day of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Being remote in Los Angeles, she helped us stay on track over the two years as our wedding was delayed due to COVID. Whenever one of our vendors were difficult to deal with or something came up, Hallea always stepped in to resolve the issue with no problem. Her experience along with her personality made it easy for us to put our faith and trust in Hallea. Her communication was top notch, as she always responded to our texts/emails in a timely manner. On our wedding day, Hallea did so much to keep everything together, despite several issues that came up. She took the lead to make sure these problems were resolved in a calm and efficient manner, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Hallea even visited us in person at our hotels to make sure we were doing okay as we were anxiously awaiting our big day. One of the big things Hallea did was set up our tables during the flip from ceremony to reception by herself and her assistant, Borie. Our caterer was supposed to perform the flip, however when they didn’t do their duties, without hesitation, Hallea and Borie immediately got all of our tables ready for our guests in time for the reception. We had plenty of guests that mentioned Hallea was on top of her game and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Hallea to help with your wedding planning. We initially underestimated the importance of a planner or day of coordinator, and looking back at our wedding day, it wouldn’t have been possible without Hallea and her amazing team. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner and for more planning services!

Experiencia fantástica: I will ONLY be hiring Hallea Events moving forward with any events I need a coordinator for! Our first attempt at a wedding was supposed to be in Hawaii, and got cancelled due to COVID. So, we were on a mad rush to replan a local wedding in Washington and I needed a full time coordinator to help make this happen, in less than 3 months! It was a natural fit and a no brainer after our first phone call with Hallea - she was knowledgeable, so kind and friendly, non judgemental of our crazy plans, and ready to pull her sleeves up and help make things happen for us. Though our second attempt at a wedding didn't work out AGAIN due to COVID, Hallea was supportive and just SOOO helpful through the whole process. I would've LOVED to see her and her team in FULL effect bc I know for sure they would have just planned the most amazing wedding for us. In the end, we did a very simple/intimate gathering and her and her team still put every ounce of effort till the last second and made the day magical for us! Words truly can't express how thankful we are to have met Hallea, and more than anything, we gained a friendship and great relationship out of all of this! Experiencia fantástica: Hallea saved the day for me. After the stress of wedding planning became too much for me to handle I reached out to her and she responded immediately to set up a time to meet. I’m not sure how, but by some saving grace she was available on my wedding weekend and I had zero hesitations on booking her. She took over everything the month prior and communicated with all my vendors. Not only did she make sure everything went perfectly on my day, any small hiccup that happened was taken care of easily and quickly. Experiencia fantástica: I was always skeptical about people hiring wedding planner but I can’t believe how much of our stress has been relieved by Hallea’s work! I’m totally a convert now. Wedding planner’s are essentials. Wedding planning is already a hectic thing to do but pandemic has made it worse! But Hallea has been handling it like she already dealt with pandemic in the past. I can’t believe how fast she adapts to the new restrictions that keeps changing weekly and to come up with alternatives right away. If I ever see someone trying to plan their own wedding without a planner, I’m definitely gonna let them know don’t be dumb and hire Hallea.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do we even start?!?! From the minute we met Hallea, we felt we had a connection and that she would be the perfect person to help us plan our wedding(s). We did things a bit unconventionally - a small wedding ceremony and dinner and a larger reception a month later. She was down for the whole thing and made both events so amazing and feel so special. She has such amazing attention to details and took our vision of an “Old Hollywood” black and gold themed wedding and made it come to life. Her vendor recommendations were out of this world and it is clear she has made so many friends and amazing connections in the industry that make her events so fabulous. Hallea made sure we were on top of tasks we needed to complete, but did so much behind the scenes and we truly appreciate everything she handled. This might be a rare statement, but we were so low stress the days of our wedding and reception that it almost was like any other day (other than dressing fabulously and marrying your best friend). If anything had gone wrong those days, Hallea took care of it because we didn’t hear about a thing. Our family and guests were raving about Hallea and the party/wedding she was able to throw! The thing that sticks out about Hallea, besides her work ethic and insane organizational skills is the energy she brings. No matter what we're doing, whether it is a meeting at a coffee shop, or setting up on the day of a wedding, her contagious positive and calm aura immediately puts you both at ease and in a great mood. I don't know about you, but that is the kind of energy I want around on my wedding day amongst all the chaos, stress, and excitement. Her design skills and ability to rally up the perfect vendor team are also top-notch.
