The entire process was seamless - from the earliest visioning conversations, to the execution of the smallest details on the day of. She kept us on track while always being respectful of our schedules and preferences, included family members appropriately, and made the entire process (which I know was complex - we had a custom tent build) feel seamless. We had a very specific vision for the look and feel of the event, and Lia not only understood that and embraced it - she brought her own touches to it that made it 100x better. When I reflect on the weekend, there is nearly nothing I would change - it was a dream. Just an amazing experience!!!!

Lia was incredibly warm, relatable, yet professional, I felt like I was talking to a friend. On top of that, she had a beautiful vision board that exuded everything we could have imagined and more. Connecting us with and securing the best vendors in the area, curating the most beautiful designs that were unique to our interests and taste, and being an incredible and trusted therapist and sound board through out the process. Experiencia fantástica: 8/07/2024 • Kayla M Hiring Lia was the BEST decision we made throughout our wedding planning process. Stop searching. Not only is she a joy to work with but she has such a creative eye, is helpful managing the budget, was vital in helping us narrow down our preferences and helped execute the whole wedding weekend perfectly. She helped us mainly with designing the event and came with so many ideas that I never would have come up with on my own. Lia's guidance was always so helpful and I knew that we were in such good hands. Throughout the wedding weekend, Lia got things done with a natural sense of calm. We got married in an area we didn't know so well. On her own, Lia visited the venue site and came again with us during our tasting and floral meetings. Her design boards were beautiful and so helpful. I may have to plan a 5 year vow renewal party just for an excuse to work with Lia again!!!

Lia and her amazing team were one of the best investments we ever made in planning our wedding. On our first call after we got engaged, Lia fully understood what was important to Jack and I. It felt as though after that one call she had known us for years! She quickly alleviated one of our main concerns when planning a wedding (long bar lines) and made it a priority to ensure that aspect went smoothly on wedding day. Lia exudes positive, warm, compassionate, patient and kind energy. Her approach is detail-oriented, organized, incredibly responsive, and proactive. I always knew I could trust that something would get done when I emailed it to Lia – from making sure our guests got their welcome gift bags and driving around Portsmouth to drop them off, to making sure the DJ was able to check-into his hotel room after the wedding, to pivoting 30-minutes before our ceremony to ensure guests were warm and safe, moving the ceremony inside. Guests commented “I thought it was always going to be in here and never would have know otherwise!” Lia provided the best recommendations for vendors and we wound up going with all of her suggestions. Her amazing design sense and strong business acumen made each meeting so fun and efficient. I don’t think husbands typically join every call, but mine did because he genuinely enjoyed the whole process so much because of Lia! Lia helped us plan our entire coastal wedding weekend from start to finish. We had a beautiful clambake rehearsal dinner that incorporated special family rocks that we used as place cards. For our southern brunch, she helped us organize cowboy boots as vases for beautiful flowers. Lia captured and execute our vision so perfectly. She is the best listener and truly went above and beyond to make our big day special. We are so grateful for her kindness and support in making our wedding a dream come true!

I couldn't be happier with the incredible job they did in making our special day absolutely perfect. Lia was not just a planner but also a confidant and a creative visionary. Over the 9 months leading up to our wedding, Lia helped us through some of the biggest decisions around design, flow of the day, etc., that made our wedding the dream come true that it was. Her design board made it easy for us to narrow down what we loved, and she was so collaborative - guiding us to create our own vision and then bringing it to life through her creative expertise. But the real show-stopper was the actual day-of coordination. Lia was an absolute life-saver, and I am 100% certain that our day wouldn't have been as perfect without her there at the helm making sure that every moment went as planned (and putting out a fire or two that my husband and I never even knew about). She made it possible for us to focus simply on having the best day of our lives, and we are so grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough positive things about Lia and her team. Lia was the first vendor we hired about a year and a half before our wedding, for month of coordination. I knew from our initial phone call that we needed her on our team. Right away, she was a partner in the planning process. I had a few questions early on about when to book certain things, reasonable price ranges, etc. She always answered promptly and in all her answers it was clear how much knowledge she has for wedding planning. The weeks leading up to the wedding, we created a timeline together, she coordinated the timeline and details with all of our vendors, and had an organized spreadsheet so I knew who she had communicated with. About a month before our wedding, Lia and one of her teammates, Ieva, came to our final walkthrough. They were so prepared, and gave their recommendations when my husband and I couldn’t make up our minds. Ieva was the lead coordinator for our wedding, assisted by Emily. They were both amazing. Ieva ran our rehearsal the night before, and everyone knew where to be and what to do. She instantly connected with everyone, and by the end of the day felt like a friend to us. I am a very type A, detail oriented person, and often throughout the wedding day I would think of something that needs to be done (i.e. give the rings to the best man, or ask someone to clean something up at the end of the night). Every time, Ieva was 10 steps ahead of me and had already done it (and I’m sure 20 other things that I hadn’t even thought of). The day was absolutely perfect and everything ran soo smoothly- in large part due to her attention to detail and leadership and Lia's prior planning and coordination. Emily was also amazing- setting up all of our escort cards beautifully, making sure the guys were ready on time, signing for flowers, and so much more! I cannot recommend this team more!! Best decision I made in wedding planning.

Not only is Lia incredibly easy to work with, she is also kind, poised under pressure and absolutely knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand. We had multiple hiccups on our wedding day - none of which Lia created, but all of which Lia resolved. She made everything go off without a hitch, which was no easy feat. Partnering with Lia was the best decision we made for our wedding and we'd do it again in a heartbeat!

I had a vision for our wedding: a fresh color palette of dusty blue & sage green, that felt cozy in the quaint New England town where we said “I do”. Lia added beautiful draping & lounge furniture to our cocktail hour where guests relaxed and enjoyed sipping our signature drinks. She worked with the best vendors to collaborate on a custom 3-piece seating chart, custom linens, and a meticulously planned floral design. Throughout the planning process, I had scheduled calls with Lia regularly and after each meeting, I felt even more confident and excited about every detail! Even in areas where I felt unsure, like my first makeup trial that didn’t feel quite like “me”, Lia assured me that the right fit for me was out there and I could not have been happier with all her recommendations! Her experience in large scale events like ours was obvious and putting our trust in Lia kept us at ease during the entire planning process and our wedding day!

From start to finish Lia made the entire wedding planning process seamless and most importantly, FUN. She has impeccable taste, is detail oriented, and knew the exact aesthetic I wanted at our wedding just from a few saved pictures on Pinterest. On my wedding day, Kima was there and we were blown away by how efficient and helpful she was. I genuinely cannot imagine planning a wedding without Lia and Kima by your side. They will be 10 steps ahead of you so you can actually sit back and enjoy the process but, most importantly, enjoy your wedding day! We can't thank Lia and her team enough!

Miranda was thorough, thoughtful, and made our day seamless. If you are on the fence about using a planner/coordinator, I’d highly recommend it— having Miranda with us made our day 100x more relaxed and enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: We found Lia early in our planning process, in January 2021 for our June 2022 wedding. I knew I couldn't handle planning all the details / juggling all the emails / sifting through a million vendors while finishing my PhD program, so we chose Lia's full-service option. Every time we met with her, our wedding became realer and more exciting - seeing her 10+ page vision board brought it to life and helped guide our decisions. Our budget was a bit tight, and Lia consistently found vendor options who would were true to our vision and still within our reach. (Seriously...the florist she found, Grace Flora Studio, was breathtaking, wild, and lush, and I hadn't been able to find her through my cursory googles.) We never felt like we were being steered into a certain version of what a wedding should be; instead, Lia listened and really HEARD us when we talked about the kind of union we wanted, from gender-neutral language and crews to a jam band for the cocktail hour. I've been telling all my friends in the Northeast that they NEED a wedding planner like Lia to keep from drowning in emails, suffering from decision fatigue, and getting overwhelmed. Lia even custom-built our champagne walls which worked as the focal point of our reception. I always felt confident and supported with Lia on our side, and when the week of the wedding came, things were a breeze and we could just spend time with our family and friends. Lia, we can’t thank you enough for your steady presence, joy, and expertise throughout the process. You're basically the human version of a bottle of champagne. :)

When my wife was looking for wedding planners, she said “I just want to find someone that I enjoy talking to, understands my vision, and doesn’t try to push things on me” – and that was Lia Bee. It was a pleasure working with Lia in the months leading up to our wedding. She was organized and on top of everything. She had a perfect timeline/roadmap of things we needed to accomplish and helped us stay on track. We talked budgets and vendor price ranges and she delivered. She never pushed any vendor on us and made sure to stay within our comfort zone in terms of finances (I’ve read that some planners have preferred vendors that they make you use – yikes). People always talk about how stressed they are leading up to their wedding…I’m thankful I never had to experience that. **Quick side story from our wedding that I’ll never forget – We took pictures outside in the Boston Garden and my wife’s wedding dress got filthy. Lia had a Day of Wedding assistant with her who spent 30 minutes on her hands and knees scrubbing my wife’s wedding dress before she walked down the aisle. And that’s the level of care you can expect when you hire Lia !! Organization (Google Drive), Budget Planning, Vendor Screening, Vision Boards – she does it all. Text, email, phone calls, Zooms, and FaceTime – she was always available. We are truly thankful for Lia and all that she did to turn our initial wedding thoughts and ideas into reality. It was the best day of our lives.

Experiencia fantástica: The only good thing that came of COVID-19 was having Lia assist Joe and I facilitate the most beautiful backyard wedding! Our big wedding plans for May 9th were put on halt when life changed as we knew it due to the pandemic. When all of our plans were cancelled, we decided to carry on with getting married this year and having a micro-wedding with the people closest to us in none other than my parents backyard. When we finally settled on this smaller scaled plan versus our originally planned 150 guest list at a full-scale venue, I decided to ”treat” myself to Lia and have an extra set of eyes, ears, design and all around wedding mastery to make it magical. Lia helped us bring our “old wedding plan” to fruition in my parents' backyard. I cannot express how helpful it was to have Lia’s help the weeks before and day of. From picking up and delivering sandwiches to my husband and his groomsmen as they were getting ready (and helping to keep the hotel room clean) to creating the most beautiful tablescape and so much more! Might I add Lia was in her third trimester and it was a hot, humid August day (not to mention wearing a mask!). None of that stopped her from making my backyard wedding dreams come true! Lia was an amazing communicator, facilitator and general just awsome personand full of energy and love! She was full of great ideas when trying to have a wedding during these trying times. She eased stress and brought all of our ideas to life. If anyone is thinking about a micro wedding or big wedding, Lia is your girl, you will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Back when I started planning my wedding, I was feeling very overwhelmed. I happened to be telling a friend about my wedding stress, and fortunately, she pointed me in the direction of Lia. Can I just say, Lia has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end! She is always quick to respond, friendly, professional, understands and respects your wedding vision, and gives the best advice! Lia thought of things that I would have never thought to do myself! For example, I would have forgot to order breakfast and lunch catering for our wedding party while we were all getting ready on the day of the wedding. We would have been hungry/scrambling to order food the day of! Lia literally took all of my wedding stress away. It was so great to have her as a wedding consultant and day-of-wedding coordinator. Whenever anyone asked, "are you stressed?" I responded "No, I have Lia". In the beginning, we shared a pinterest board and she made my pinterest dream wedding a complete reality (and at an affordable cost!). When I first walked into my venue and saw it for the first time, I was in shock. All of my pinterest dreams came true and Lia made sure of that. She literally found someone to create the exact invitation I had pinned online! She also shopped for all of the decor and delivered it right to the venue for me and made sure it was packed up at the end of the night. She also handed out my tips to vendors and ensured our gifts got back to our hotel room safely. I trusted her so much that I let her pick out our personalized napkins, matches, bathroom baskets, and make our welcome bags (another huge stress relief for me). She was also an angel on the day of the wedding. My maid of honor jokes that Lia made her job "a piece of wedding cake." During the last week of wedding planning, all of your vendors want to talk to you and make a timeline..super stressful, right? Not when you have Lia, who coordinates professionally with all your vendors and sends you the finished timeline to follow and also another one to send to your bridal party. All you have to do is show up! Seriously, if you are considering hiring Lia, just do it! You won't regret it and you will have the dream wedding you deserve :)

Experiencia fantástica: Best hire of the wedding!! We had a very DIY wedding, and were planning to rely on our generous family and friends to manage setup and the like. Thank god we realized that we needed help in time to bring in Lia and her team. Lia got up to speed on our wedding plans extremely quickly and became our primary point of contact, liaising with our vendors, managing timelines, helping to ensure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and (almost magically) bringing to life the vision we had for our wedding without either of us having to be involved in the preparations on our wedding day. She led our rehearsal and went above and beyond by staying on site during the evening before the wedding to help us move tables from one part of the venue to another in the bed of a pickup truck. It was an immense stress-reliever to have someone so detailed and calm on site during the final countdown. When new obstacles popped up, we didn’t have to worry because we knew she would come up with a solution. And when the weather (in direct contradiction to the forecast) took a turn for the worse an hour before our outdoor, uncovered ceremony, she was ready—spreading the news to all our guests that we were adjusting the ceremony start time, helping move folks under cover, and making it all look like part of the plan. A wedding has a million moving parts and opportunities for things to go wrong. We’re incredibly grateful that Lia was there to manage them all. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Right from the very start, Lia understood our vibe and vision. She was able to help plan from the big ideas down to the small details. She was truly there every step of the way. Experiencia fantástica: As a consummate worrier, I didn’t think it would be possible to enjoy my own daughter’s wedding. But that view changed after meeting Lia Bancroft just two months prior to the event. I was certain she could handle all the moving pieces of a large downtown Boston wedding and she far exceeded my expectations. (Missing groomsman’s tuxedo pants? – not a problem for the clever Ms. Bancroft!) Lia worked hand in hand with the catering manager of the Fairmont Copley Plaza as well as the numerous vendors. She thought of so many details my daughter and I had not considered. Lia carefully choreographed the rehearsal evening, day of festivities, and the New Year’s Eve fairy tale wedding. And she did so with grace and patience. Not only did Jenna & Rob and their 220 guests have a ball, but I did as well! Thank you so very much, Lia Bee!
