Experiencia fantástica: I worked with the Kaleidoscope Events team for month-of-coordination for my September 2025 wedding and had the best experience. I initially met with Samantha, who owns the business, and was very impressed by her passion and confidence in event planning. I also met with a few planners from other businesses but ultimately decided to work with Kaleidoscope. Their package transparency, eagerness to collaborate, and professionalism was hard to pass on. Once my wedding month had arrived, I mostly worked with Biana, who was an absolute delight. She was always available and very helpful. She struck the perfect balance between professional and friendly, and I always looked forward to our meetings together. I consider myself a very organized person and spent a lot of time planning out every wedding detail so carefully; however, Kaleidoscope still managed to think of plenty of things that I had not considered myself. During the wedding weekend, my family could not stop raving about how amazing Biana was, and that I had lucked out to find her (I couldn't agree more!). I was able to be fully present knowing my wedding was in the best of hands. If anything went wrong, I wasn't aware of it, that is how perfectly the day went! The saying goes that “love is in the details,” and the Kaleidoscope team was thorough and thoughtful at every turn. We worked with Samantha for month-of coordination, and from the 1-month mark up to our wedding day, she was widely available for support, and incredibly organized in building relationships with our vendors and demonstrating leadership across the board. Our venue was site-only, so coordination was a must-have for our wedding day. Wrangling so many vendors was a huge stress for us, and Samantha instilled so much confidence that our day would go off without a hitch…and it sure did! Samantha goes above and beyond to make your event exactly what you want it to be. She’s seen the good, the bad and the ugly of past events and knows how to handle anything, at any turn! Her attentiveness did not go unnoticed—our family and bridal party was also blown away by Samantha’s ability, and her thorough, yet low-key attitude. Along with feeling organized and prepared for our wedding weekend, we also felt hands-off, relaxed, and at ease. Samantha and her team pampered us throughout our weekend—we never left our seats to get a drink during our reception and Samantha herself was even walking around contributing to the at-table wine service during dinner! We cannot recommend Kaleidoscope Events enough, and they truly added to the magic of our wedding day!

Samantha is so kind, incredibly thoughtful, and a joy to work with. She and her team thought of every detail and it was such a relief to know they were 20 steps ahead of me and my fiancé on the big day to make sure everything went smoothly. It is so important to have someone who is your advocate to deal with all the last minute coordination that needs to happen to have all the vendors in the right spot at the right time and Samantha helped make our day better than we could have ever imagined. Samantha took the time to understand the vision that my fiancé and I had for our day and made sure that she was always advocating for us. Aisle Planner, the professional planning tool KE uses, was also really easy to work with for this Type A bride who had 1000 spreadsheets and wanted to manage every detail. Samantha helped us think through things we would never have thought of on our own, she leaves no detail behind! It is so worth it to have a professional like Samantha that has seen it all and can plan for all contingencies. If you want to really enjoy being in the moment on your wedding day I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Kaleidoscope Events to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible! An overwhelming number of our guests told us that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended and we have Kaleidoscope Events and Samantha to thank for helping us make that possible!

All her recommendations and suggestions are informative and on target. She handled all the difficult and messy details for us (including all the things we didn’t even consider before) and working with her was overall a great experience. Cannot recommend her enough!

Samantha Duggan at Kaleidoscope Events is one of those people. She went above and beyond to make our wedding month and day go as smoothly as possible. We hired Kaleidoscope Events for the month-of planning of our June 2022 wedding, and are beyond happy with our choice. We thought that wedding planning as a service was too expensive and potentially unnecessary and have completely changed our minds after working with KE and Samantha D. in particular. We cannot imagine having our wedding go smoothly without their services. Samantha Duggan is impeccably competent, organized, responsive, reassuring, and a warm/fun person to work with.She helped us navigate the complicated and messy parts of planning a wedding. She also served as an advocate for us, helping ensure that we were receiving fair deals, and that our vision for our wedding was preserved, while navigating complicated vendor schedules and timelines in a somewhat challenging venue. In truth, Samantha was like a lawyer, advocate, organizer, therapist, and wedding planner all rolled into one!!! During the day of the wedding and reception, Samantha was crucial to making sure everything went smoothly, and that any problems were handled without disrupting our enjoyment of the celebrations. The wedding planning resources and timelines Kaleidoscope provided also helped us bring everything together, especially during the final month, and their decor rentals helped us bring our vision to life without having to purchase extra stuff. Our only wedding regret is not hiring Samantha Duggan and KE sooner. They have our unreserved recommendation. We hope to get to work with Samantha and KE for event needs in the future.

When COVID hit, we postponed our planned wedding ceremony in downtown Boston and arranged a small outdoor ceremony. Samantha and KE organized our mini-wedding together on very short notice, including orchestrating the ceremony, obtaining tents, furniture and decorations for an outdoor reception, and arranging for an incredible private chef. Samantha also worked extensively with our original venue and vendors to reschedule the event we had planned originally. When we were finally able to hold our big ceremony this year at a downtown hotel, Samantha and KE were crucial in making our dream wedding a reality. They were always responsive to our questions and worked tirelessly to fulfill even our most obscure requests. They meticulously prepared for every detail of our ceremony and reception, and seamlessly coordinated the vendors so that we could enjoy the celebration. Samantha’s efforts were invaluable and brought us peace of mind throughout the process. In the end, Samantha planned two weddings for us that were both more beautiful and enjoyable than we could have possibly imagined. There is no one better than Kaleidoscope!

Experiencia fantástica: Demitre is a miracle worker!! 10s, 10s, 10s across the board (for any drag race fans out there). First, a little about us: we are two very opinionated women and we had a vision for our ceremony. We had a 110 person ceremony and celebration in Cambridge in October 2021. While we did not necessarily need full design services, there were so many ins and outs and details that happened during the event that we did not anticipate and we were so so grateful we hired a support person and month-of planning services. Listen yall, Demitre and Samantha are EXPERTS. They have done this a ton of times, while we have never done this-- their previous experience and openness to our vision was the perfect balance to make our event flawless. We were so lucky to get on KE’s calendar for 2021 after we had postponed our ceremony due to Covid. Throughout the rescheduling process, Demitre was there to lend her ear of support and guidance as we navigated hosting an event in the after-times (still times!) of the pandemic. Demitre was our rock. She was a great advocate for us in helping our vendors break out of bride/groom language as we are two women who like using the terms “happy couple” or “partners.” There was no question I couldn’t ask, no time that was inconvenient for her: Demitre was always available for us the month leading up to our celebration. On the day of, Demitre was supported by Samantha (KE’s owner) and they stopped by our hotel room to steam my dress and my partner’s suit, offer snacks, make sure all vendors were arriving on time. They also mounted our ceiling chandeliers that we made of fake flowers and they were amazing!! I was so nervous about this decor element but they did it! FLAWLESSLY! And listen, I am a critical person, and these two were exceptional. In short, the key words with KE are reliable, professional and executors of your vision!! Truly the best of the best

My goal in hiring a wedding planner was to help create the wedding of our dreams without a lot of unnecessary family drama. Demitre did all that and more. She navigated difficult family relationships and created the most beautiful and unique wedding for us with a smile. When COVID hit, Demitre was realistic about the limitations and proactive in helping us cancel our wedding. When we went back to re-planning in 2021, it was like she hadn't missed a beat. Leading up to our 2021 wedding, she was so supportive in helping us navigate the ever-changing landscape. She became like my therapist. On the day of the wedding, I literally don't know how we would have survived without her. She is the perfect balance of fun and discipline. She kept us on schedule and together with Samantha she created the most beautiful setting for our wedding, all while keeping us in the moment and allowing us to enjoy our day. Experiencia fantástica: I don't know how to sum up just how grateful my husband and I are that Samantha was part of our wedding journey. Samantha didn't just make sure our day ran smoothly, she took care of us at every step of the way. Many of my friends admitted after their weddings that they were very under-whelmed with their planners. They really wished they could have been warned and had their expectations adjusted. But Samantha and her team were the total opposite. There was not a single thing that myself or my bridesmaids had to worry about. Samantha, Samantha (D :)) and Kelsey were aware of every detail from the day we booked with them until the actual day: which side of the aisle our parents should sit on so that they could see our faces as we made our vows, what color we should wrap the flowers in so that they complemented the dresses, arranging a personal drop off and pick up of all of our things the week before the wedding and then the week after. They did everything big and small: checking on the bathrooms, helping me changing into my second outfit, planning in time for a first look with my dad and brothers, ensuring that I got quality photos despite the rain, and checking on me when I got really overwhelmed with all the people and needed a minute. We texted Samantha that we missed her while on our honeymoon and we meant it. She became a friend, and booking her and her team is the best decision you will make on your way down the aisle. Our only regret is that we don't get to do it all over again with her :)
